LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY
Letter 116
Dear Ones,
Today I am asking you to come and spend some time with me. Amid all the confusion and chaos of your world right now it is most necessary for you to take time for self-care. Now I will treat you as a small child and tell you that it is time for a time out. Not as a punishment for wrong doing, but as a reward for all your work and effort.
You each have put so much energy into this journey to the 5D world, that it is time for a time out. It is time to allow yourself to be loved and cared for even if it is for only a few of your moments.
SO I ASK YOU NOW TO COME AND BE WITH ME. CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE SEVERAL DEEP BREATHS, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. KNOW THAT I AM RIGHT HERE BESIDE YOU, TAKING YOUR HAND. LET US TAKE A WALK IN MY GARDEN. CAN YOU SEE MY GARDEN NOW? I HAVE FLOWERS OF EVERY COLOR, THE SMELL OF THE GARDEN IS MAGNIFICENT IT ALMOST MAKES YOU DIZZY AND LIGHT HEADED. LOOK AT THE TREES, HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANYTHING SO BEAUTIFUL. THEY ARE ALL IN FULL BLOOM WITH BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS OR LEAVES OF ALL DIFFERENT COLORS AND VARIETIES. Take a moment now to just look around.
JUST KEEP WALKING WITH ME NOW. NOTICE HOW YOUR BODY IS FEELING. THERE IS NO MORE HEAVINESS OR TIREDNESS. YOU ARE BEGINNING TO FEEL LIGHTER AND LIGHTER. BEING IN THE BEAUTY OF NATURE AND ALLOWING YOURSELF TO REALLY SEE THE BEAUTY, CAN REFRESH AND LIFT YOUR SPIRITS.
LET US SIT ON THE BENCH AND ENJOY EACH OTHER’S COMPANY. WE CAN SIT HERE IN SILENCE OR WE CAN VISIT, IT IS YOUR CHOICE. YOU CAN REST YOUR HEAD ON MY LAP OR JUST CONTINUE HOLDING MY HAND AND BEING HERE WITH ME.
IT IS OK TO JUST BE HERE WITH ME AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT TIME AND ALL THE THINGS YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE TO DO. ALLOW YOUR BODY TO ABSORB ALL THE LOVE, JOY, BEAUTY, AND KINDNESS THAT FLOURISHES AND GROWS HERE IN THE GARDEN. KNOW THAT THIS GARDEN WAS GROWN FOR JUST SUCH A DAY AS THIS. THE GARDENS PURPOSE IS TO REJUVENATE AND SHOWER YOU WITH ALL THAT YOU ARE IN NEED OF. Take the time now to absorb all that is here for you.
WHEN YOU ARE RESTED AND REVITALIZED COME BACK TO THIS LETTER AND THIS DAY. ALLOW YOURSELF TO LOOK AROUND SLOWLY. ARE YOU SEEING THE WORLD WITH DIFFERENT EYES, ARE YOU SEEING YOURSELF WITH DIFFERENT EYES. WHAT ABOUT ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE ON YOUR TO DO LIST, ARE YOU SEEING THEM WITH DIFFERENT EYES ALSO.
Life becomes easier and gentler when you allow yourself to take a time out. Your time out has given you the time to allow your body, mind, and spirit to rejuvenate and revitalize its self. Thank you for spending time with me. I am loving you and holding you so dearly in my heart. Please come and walk with me in the garden often.
