Letter 247

A joyous Good Morning to each of you Dear Ones, 

You are ending your month of July in the next few days and will move forward into the glorious summer month of August.  This time in your calendar has not been quiet or peaceful.  There has been great changes taking place in the stars and inside each of you.  

Many of you are feeling overwhelmed and broken apart by all that is transpiring.  There have been immense shifts and adjustments happening for each being of your earth.  Not all beings have an awareness of what is happening inside their bodies.  They may be thinking that they are just not feeling well and might have a touch of the flu or perhaps a summer cold is coming on. 

I assure you that it is neither of those things.  As your Mother Earth is changing and trying to rebalance herself; each of you is changing and trying to rebalance yourselves.  Just as Mother Earth is trying to clean out the toxins from her body, so are each of you.  Toxins for Mother Earth would be considered the damage and abuse that has taken place over the decades to her.  The environment of earth has been altered and harmed by the industries, lack of respect, and total disregard for the species that inhabit her.  Each winged and flying animal provides something to mother earth, just as each four-legged animal provides something.  It has been the two-legged beings of earth that have disregard Mother Earth and all other species for what is best for just them.  The two-legged have been wondering earth doing exactly what they think they want with total disregard for all other living breathing life forms.  

As you each are learning now, you can no longer be unaware of other living breathing life forms.  The earth was made for all beings, two-legged, four-legged, winged ones and those who slither along the ground.  All are to be honored and cherished.  It is now up to the two-legged to change these old patterns and begin to care for Mother Earth and all her children no matter what form they come in.  

And, now my two-legged Dear Ones, it is also time to care for yourselves.  For you have treated yourselves no better than any other breathing life form on earth.  You have ignored and hidden away the harm and abuse you have inflicted on yourselves.  Also, you have hidden and ignored all the harm and abuse you have endured from others.  The time has come to stop what has been happening for centuries.  

In the days and weeks ahead you each will be going through a detoxification process that will be bringing up all hidden and stored away harms and abuses from your lifetimes.  It will be a time of letting go and of cleansing your body, mind, and spirits.  These will not be easy times, but most necessary for your further journeys into the 5D World.  As you begin to go through this process, you will need much rest and solitude to absorb and transmute your energy.  It will be a time of nurturing and caring for yourselves.  You will find that you will no longer be able to rush around and do your multitasking.  It will be more than just not having the energy for it; you will simply be unable to perform in that manner.  Know that this will be a very individual process depending on what each of your lifetimes has been and what has transpired for each of you.  For some, it may take a very short time and then again, for others, it could take weeks and weeks.  Of course, this all depends on your willingness to help yourselves.  We will be right here beside you walking this path with you.  You will never be alone unless that is what you wish for.  

This process will be a complete detoxification of your body, mind, emotions, and spiritual being.  Each part of you will need and want to be cleansed and rebalanced so that you may achieve wholeness.  ARE YOU NOTICING THE SIMILARITIES BETWEEN WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MOTHER EARTH AND WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO EACH OF YOU?

Letter 227

Dear Ones,

Have you noticed that your physical, emotional, and mental bodies are not doing well during these times? It is important to be aware of all that is going on in all your different bodies. The energy coming into your planet at this time is beyond anything you have known in the past.

Everything about you is seeking to adjust to what is pouring into your planet. Your physical body is feeling stressed and painful. Your mental bodies are becoming more forgetful and unable to focus. Have you noticed that you can start to do something, and the next moment you are totally unaware of what you were going to start to do?

Now let us speak of your emotional bodies. How many of you have had a total collapse or I believe your word for it is "Meltdown" in the last few weeks. There may have been more than one episode like that. Anger, Rage, and Frustration seem to be running free and wild on your Mother Earth.

Pay attention to what is happening in your emotional bodies. Once again, old unfinished issues are coming to the surface with immense energy behind them. All are being pushed out into the open. You will no longer be able to contain what has been hidden and festering inside yourselves. Some of these issues have consciously been hidden away and held at bay. Others have subconsciously been waiting for the proper time to show their faces. All will need to be released and put to a final and clear ending.

It is most important at this time to stop and take a breath. Taking care of oneself during these times is no longer a choice; it has become a must. Your physical bodies are being taken to the farthest extremes. It is imperative at this time that you pay attention to the food you eat and the liquids that you drink. Drinking water and flushing toxins from your physical body is the best way to support your body at this time. For those of you who say I drink a lot of water every day, I am going to say drink twice that much from this day forward. Extreme amounts of toxins are being generated in your bodies from the energy vibrations that you are absorbing.

I am wondering if many of you are thinking that this is the same stuff that has been happening over and over throughout the last few years. You're right, some of this is more of the same old thing, but it is at a much deeper level, and have you noticed it is coming through you with increased power and frequency. I wish that I could tell you, this is almost over. Of course, for a few of you, it is almost over, but for the bigger share of you, it will continue to be an ongoing journey for a while longer.

Of course, we are right here, waiting to help you in any way that we can. When asking us for help, please do not try to direct the way in which the help should come. By trying to control each and every step along the way, you tie our hands, and then we are unable to help. There are so many, many ways to bring help to you that you are totally unaware of. Allow us a free hand in bringing you help in whatever way we can. So in your asking for help, simply say

“Please help me with ______” and leave it at that. That allows us to bring you help in the best way possible for you.

Know that we are loving you most tenderly and holding you in our hearts.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

As I come to you today, I am asking each of you to open your mouths and speak to each and every person you know and meet with words of truth. The words I am speaking of are the ones regarding your belief in me and all those in my world. The time to guard your words and your secret beliefs has gone.

For your world to change, grow, and become all that you are asking it to be, you must also be willing to change, grow, and become all that you are meant to be. There will not be any grand one-day miracle that changes all beings on your planet at once. You are all in a process of changing, growing, and becoming. That process will increase greatly in speed as others hear your words and beliefs.

Over the last years, as you have worked your way into finding your own beliefs and truths, you have found other beings that were on the same path. You talked and shared, then went about your daily lives as if all you were learning and believing was not the truth. The time has passed to live in such a manner. Now is the time to open all the doors and speak your truth at all times.

What we are asking of you is not easy and may not sit well in your mind. So we are asking you to let go of your mind and go to your heart. Tell me, what does your heart say about this? Is it screaming in joy that it is time? Perhaps it is even past time. REMEMBER NOW THAT WE ARE WORKING OUR WAY INTO THE 5D WORLD WHERE YOU ARE LIVING BY THE RULES OF YOUR HEART. YOUR MIND TAKES SECOND CHAIR IN THIS WORLD.

Yes, we are aware that it will take great courage and strength to be who you are meant to be in your everyday world. Speaking your truth is one of the purposes for your being here on Mother Earth at this time of renewal and change. Allow yourselves to step into this purpose and see the grandness of who you are and what your world is becoming. Allow yourselves to see the role you are to play in the becoming of this new 5D world.

Always remembering that as you step forward, we are always right beside you, walking with you. We are helping in whatever way you will allow. You only need ask, and we will answer. Know that I am loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in my heart. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Letter 245

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Today I again want to talk about the things you say to yourself in the dark. You may think that this subject is old and needs to be let go of, but the truth is this subject is your pathway into the 5D world.

Are you remembering that the 5D world is about LOVE? I am talking about UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Unconditional love starts at your home, in other words, it starts with you. Do you love yourself unconditionally?? For 99% of the beings who live on Mother Earth, the answer is No. That is why this subject is not ready to be let go of.

Most beings of earth have not taken the steps to learn how to love themselves unconditionally. This is not something that you think about in your mind and expect that then everything will be all right. If in the past, you have worked at it from that angle, then it is time to work at it from all the different parts of you. Everything in you comes into play when we talk about learning to love yourself unconditionally.

I mean that your emotional being, your mind, your physical body, and your heart all need to be working together on this particular journey. You speak to yourselves in hurtful, unkind ways. The words you use are not something you would ever say to another person, but yet you use them on yourselves.

Those words help you to stay in the same stuck place that you have been for the past many years. Inside yourselves, you know that if you let go of those words said in the dark that your whole world would change. And what does that mean for you? It means letting go of your control. Your belief that you are in control is the biggest untruth in your world.

Now is the time to look at the truth of who you are. It is time to appreciate yourself and all that you are and all that you do. I wish that there were a way for me to let you see what I see. Each one of you are so cherished and special in your own unique way. It is the ongoing continuing struggle to make yourselves into the false pattern of what is normal on your planet. There is only one problem with that; nobody knows what normal is because there is no normal. Each one of you are different and unique; you were never meant to be like everyone else. The ugly, unkind words you say to yourselves in the dark will never make you exactly like all the other beings of earth.

I know that your world, your earth, is blessed because of the great differences in all of you. Here in my world, we are grateful and overjoyed by the wonder of each of you. We are continually amazed in your differences. Know that we are loving you greatly and holding each and every one of you in our hearts.

I am going to include the paragraphs from my last letter that explained how to work with yourself and with us to discover the truth of the words, you say to yourselves.

“Well, the time has come to let go of those words or sayings. It is a process of taking a moment and asking yourself the question, “What do I think of myself?”

You are going to be amazed at what pops into your mind. My next question to you is, when was the first time you heard this, and who said it to you? Allow that picture to come into your mind. REMEMBER NOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND RE-LIVE IT; JUST WATCH HOW THE PICTURE PLAYS OUT IN YOUR MIND. Often times what the child hears is not really what is being said.

Look at who is saying this and what is happening to that person. NOW THE BIG QUESTION? IS IT ABOUT YOU, OR IS IT ALL ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON AND WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY ARE LIVING THEIR LIFE? Is it their energy that you took at that time and have been carrying for years, is it their misconception of who you are and you believed it? Remember now you were a child and believed whatever someone older said."

Those old untruths will let go and be released as soon as you recognize the truth of what was happening in that time and place. REMEMBER that we are right here beside you, ready to help you in any way as you go through this process time after time until all the words from the dark have been all brought into the light. I will say again and again that we are loving you so greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.
