Letter 187 

Dear Ones,

I say, a gracious Good Morning to all of you.  Is it not a beautiful day?  The sun may be shining where you are, or maybe it is raining with the wind blowing.  Whatever your weather, it is still a beautiful day.  My heart warms with love for each of you.  In my eyes and in the eyes of all who are here with me, you are each so beautiful and precious.

I know that for some of you, those words are difficult to believe.  It is my most sincere wish that you believe the words I say and take them into your heart to live and surround you each and every day.  For in your world it is not often that you hear precious loving words that can sustain your heart and soul.  Most beings of your Mother Earth are starving right now for words of encouragement and love.

Your struggles to move your world into the 5D has taken much energy and perseverance on each of your parts.  It is time to take a break and rejuvenate yourselves.  Many times in the past we have talked about your self-care.  Well, it is time to talk again about self-care.  I AM SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY RIGHT NOW.  IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU EACH START TAKING BETTER CARE OF YOURSELVES.  I AM SPEAKING OF ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIVES.  THAT INCLUDES DIET, SLEEP, EXERCISE, MEDITATION AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE WORDS THAT YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELVES.

It is way past time to stop speaking to yourselves with words of old negative garbage that you dig up from past times in your lives or lifetimes.  I no longer wish to hear you speaking to yourselves in that way.  It is harmful, abusive and most importantly unloving and unkind.  You each are sensitive enlightened beings and many times in your past lives and in this lifetime you have had these kinds of words said to you.  All of that is in the past and no longer belongs in the world that you live in today.

IT IS TIME TO STOP LIVING IN THE PAST.  IT IS TIME TO LEAVE ALL THE OLD WORDS AND PHASES OF SELF-ABUSE AND DISRESPECT BACK WHERE THEY BELONG, IN THE PAST.

IT IS TIME FOR THE TRUTH. IT IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO SPEAK ONLY TRUTH TO YOURSELF.  WE WISH TO HEAR ONLY WORDS OF HONORING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF WHO YOU ARE TODAY AND WHO YOU ARE BECOMING.

WE here are standing up clapping and cheering for each of you.  WE are asking you to join us.  It is time to stand up, clap and cheer for yourselves. Know that we are right here beside you.  Sometime we are standing in front of you, leading you along the path.  Other times we are walking beside you and then there are those times that we are behind you pushing you along.  You know that we do that on occasion.  Are you giggling with us, as you picture that in your mind?  Sometimes we have to push very hard to get your attention.

It does not matter whether we are leading, pushing or walking beside you, we are loving you so dearly.  We are always standing in your corner cheering you and being most proud of each and every one of you.

Letter 186

Dear Ones,

I am wondering how each of you are holding up. The work that each of you are doing, preparing yourselves for your new world is amazing to watch. Day after day, week after week you continue to clean out your inner store house of the unfinished episodes of your lives.

Many hundreds of thousands of you are in this process and we, here are applauding you. If you are one of the beings cleaning out your inner store house, then I am wanting to remind you that it is helpful to be cleaning out the places that you live. I am speaking of your homes, your offices or work places, your cars, your purses or even the pockets of your coats.

It is spring and it is a time of new growth and new beginnings. For many of you that will mean letting go of more of your past and shredding all these outer layers of protection. This letting go begins with forgiveness of yourselves and also forgiveness of everyone and everything that has touched your lives.

There may be large so far unforgettable episodes in your lives, or they may be small inconsequential moments that need to be forgiven. In your dreams of late have you not been re-living moments from your past, visiting old acquaintances or watching yourself as you moved through periods in your lives. Every emotional unresolved issue is coming up and will be in your face from now on.

There will be no way to escape these pieces of old unfinished moments of your lives. These old unforgotten moments will manifest into new situations in your life today. Often times you will find yourself stopping and remembering that there had been a time in the past when you were in the same situation. The big question now is will you choose to react and interact in a different way this time.

How much have you learned about this new person you are becoming? Are you still hanging on to the old ways of being or have you integrated your new ways into how you are living today? Can you take a moment in time to watch yourself? What have you learned and what are you willing to do with what you have learned?  Take the time to be a witness for yourself. Being a witness for self is one way of honoring and respecting who you are and who you are becoming.

Know always that we are witnessing for you. We are honoring you and humbly offer our respect and appreciation for all that you are and all that you are becoming. As always, we are right here beside you, offering help and love to each of you. Know that I am loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in my heart.

I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Today we are re-posting Letter 145 from June of 2011.  As I have mentioned before, my letters are for all time.  Even though they may mention dates or times of the year, they are alive and pertain to every day of every year. 

It is most important that each being of Mother Earth understands most clearly that FEAR is the opposite of LOVE.  FEAR and LOVE both are contagious and spread out to each, and every person that you connect with.  It is past time for each of you to be totally conscious of what you are bringing into your world and sharing with others.  GOD has given each and every being free will to make choices about who they want to be and what they want to share with the world.  What are you going to allow in your HEART?  WILL IT BE FEAR OR LOVE?  WHAT ARE YOU CHOOSING TODAY?  

 

LETTER 145

Dear Ones,

Today we are going to talk more about being a heart-centered being. Yesterday we talked about un-learning everything that you have been taught about yourselves that is untrue. We are going to take it one step further today and talk about all of the untruths you have been taught about the world, God and other human beings. 

All of this comes under one heading and I will call it Fear. Many of you have been taught to fear God, that his retribution on sinners is harsh and unloving and that not only will harmful actions be punished, but also harmful thoughts will be punished. There has been much talk about going to hell for any harmful actions or thoughts and anything that is included on the long list of things that can and will make you a sinner.

This is what I know of God and I assure you there is nothing to fear from the God I know. GOD IS LOVE AND THAT LOVE ENCOMPASSES EACH AND EVERY LIVING LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE. GOD DOES NOT SIT IN JUDGMENT DECIDING WHO WILL AND WHO WON’T GO TO HELL. GOD DOES NOT EVEN KNOW OF ANY PLACE CALLED HELL OR ANY LONG LIST OF SINS.

GOD IS LOVE, ONLY LOVE.

EACH AND EVERY LIVING LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE IS PART OF GOD. GOD IS THE WHOLE AND EACH AND EVERY LIVING LIFE FORM IS PART OF THE WHOLE. YOU AND I ARE PART OF THE WHOLE. WE EACH ARE LOVE. LOVE IS ALL THERE IS. 

The opposite of LOVE is FEAR. FEAR SEPARATES PEOPLE FROM EACH OTHER AND FROM THE WHOLE. I WILL SAY AGAIN THAT FEAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE.

Many of you have been taught to fear or to be afraid of other people. You have been taught to fear anything and anyone who is different from you. REMEMBERING NOW THAT FEAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE.

If you had been taught to love and appreciate people who are different from you what would your world be like today? There would be no WARS; there would be no hate, no violence, no greed, and no need to struggle for power. 90% of the beings of Mother Earth would not be walking around feeling unloved and unlovable. 

My heart is filled with great sadness to know that this is true. My heart is filled with sadness to know how much time and energy it will take on your parts to unlearn all these untruths. My heart is filled will sadness to see and know the harm that these untruths have caused all living life forms of the universe. 

YOUR WORLD WAS MEANT TO BE ABOUT LOVE. ALL BEINGS WERE MEANT TO BE ABLE TO WALK ABOUT WITH THEIR HEARTS OPEN AND FULL OF LOVE FOR EVERYTHING. NO BEING WAS MEANT TO WALK ABOUT WITH THEIR HEARTS CLOSED DOWN AND THEIR MINDS CLOSED AND FILLED WITH FEAR AND DOUBT.  Fear is the opposite of Love.

GOD IS LOVE, YOU ARE LOVE, AND I AM LOVE.  LOVE IS ALL THERE IS.  WE ARE HERE LOVING YOU EACH AND EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY.

Dear Ones,

Some of the beings of Mother Earth are celebrating the holiday they call Easter. Some call it “The Resurrection Day”.  The celebration of the return of Jesus after his death on the cross.

However, today I am interested in each of your resurrections.  Are you waking up from your death like state of being?  So many of you have been living in a state of near death almost from the time you were born.  It is as if you put yourselves in a holding pattern, and you have refused to leave that place.

Yes, I am aware that there are those of you who have stepped out of that holding pattern, and you are indeed becoming alive, whole and well.  There are still hundreds of thousands of you who are still living in this old death holding pattern.  I want to scream and shake you, telling you to wake up and live this precious life you have been given.

There are dreams to be lived, loves to be experienced, joy to share and behold, laughter to make your body and mind sing and spirit enough to light all your worlds with 1000 watt light bulbs.   The only thing stopping all of this from happening is FEAR.  Is it not amazing that one little four-letter word has the power to stop your dreams, stop love and joy, stop laughter before it reaches your heart and mind and blacks out the light of spirit?

FEAR is what stops all that you are wanting.  FEAR keeps you in deaths holding pattern.  FEAR takes away your life force.  FEAR paints love black, so that you are unable to see it or feel it.   FEAR TAKES AWAY YOUR LIFE AND KILLS YOUR SPIRIT.

SO TODAY I AM ASKING YOU, WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF?!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS STOPPING YOU?!!!!!!!  WHAT IS THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU?!!!!!!!!

Are you afraid that someone will reject and abandon you?  There is no need to worry about that.  You have already rejected and abandon yourself.   Are you afraid that someone won’t love you?  No need to worry about that, it has already happened.  You are not loving yourself.  Are you afraid that you will be poor and all alone?  No need to worry about that, you are already poor and alone.  Your joy, happiness, wealth, love and life lives within you. 

REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOU HAVE FREE WILL, AND YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO PUT YOURSELF INTO DEATHS HOLDING PATTERN!!

I AM WAITING FOR YOU TO WAKE UP AND JOIN ME.  ALLOW ME TO WRAP YOU IN LOVE, LAUGHTER, JOY AND HAPPINESS.  ALL OF THIS IS WAITING FOR YOU.  KNOW THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF BEINGS HERE ON MY SIDE OF THE VEIL WAITING TO HELP YOU FULFILL YOUR DREAMS AND WANTS.

ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO STEP AWAY FROM FEAR AND BEGIN TO LIVE IN LOVE.

YOUR WORLD AND MY WORLD IS ABOUT LOVE.  THERE IS A SAYING IN YOUR WORLD “LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO AROUND” AND THAT IS A TRUTH.  LOVE DOES MAKE THE WORLD GO AROUND AND FEAR STOPS IT IN ITS TRACKS.

KNOW THAT I AM LOVING YOU SO GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU TENDERLY IN MY HEART.

LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Dear Ones,

Is it not amazing, what is happening on your Mother Earth right now?  The energy of your world continues to increase in speed, and the density doubles and triples, but you keep right on going about your lives.  I find you beings of Mother Earth amazing.  You continue to go to work, take care of your families and last but not least you try to take care of yourselves. 

Perhaps, the most difficult is the taking care of yourselves.  Now, I will tell you the very most important thing that needs to happen in your world is the taking care of yourselves.  But it is surely the last thing to be taken care of.  

Have you not listened to the stewardess on your airplanes when they explain about the air masks?   They tell the passengers you must put the air mask on yourself first and then place it on your child or whoever might need it.  For, if you give it to them first you may not have enough time or energy to give it to yourself.   So in this case by taking care of others first you may die.  Then who will take care of them?  Imagine if it is your child, they will have air, but they will not have you.  They will survive, but they will be alone with no one to help them.

The case I mention above is severe, but I am wanting you to hear me.  Always, always from the time you were very small you were taught that if you were to be a good and loving person, you always take care of the others before yourself.   THIS IS AN UNTRUTH.  YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY UNTRUTHS, AND WE HAVE TALKED OF THESE BEFORE.  SO THIS IS JUST ONE MORE UNTRUTH.  IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU A GOOD AND LOVING PERSON IF YOU PUT OTHERS BEFORE YOURSELF.

Let me explain to you what happens inside of each of you when you put others first.  Each time that you put someone else first then you expect that somewhere along the line someone will put you first.  When someone else does not take care of you then small balls of crystalline resentment forms inside of you.  Over the years of your lives each time someone else doesn’t appear to put you first you will add more and more balls of crystalline resentment.  Pretty soon it is not just a small cluster of balls.  It becomes an immense ball of resentment, which turns into feelings of anger, frustration, desperation, hopelessness and a feeling of being unloved.   You have been told from the time you were small that if you love someone, you put them first.   In your mind and heart it feels like no one is putting you first.

All of this happens because of this one untruth you have been told.  THERE IS SUCH SADNESS IN MY HEART THAT YOU EACH HAVE SUFFERED IN YOUR LIVES BECAUSE OF THIS UNTRUTH.   WHAT IS WORSE YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE AND LIVE THIS WAY, THEN YOU ARE SELFISH, GREEDY AND AN UNLOVING PERSON.  AGAIN, ONE MORE HUGE UNTRUTH.

SUCH PAIN AND MISERY HAS BEEN CAUSED BY THESE UNTRUTHS.  So I ask you today can you each start to let go of these untruths and start to take care of yourselves first.  I am promising you that what I am sharing with you is truth, you must start taking care of yourselves first.  How you react and interact with everyone in your life will change drastically.  You will be amazed at what transpires in your life.  Once you start to take care of yourself first you will find that you can truly be there for others.

For the first time in your lives, you will be able to reach out in love and friendship without the waiting for something to come back in return for what you are giving.  You will be able to truly give from your heart.  Resentment, frustration, desperation, hopelessness and feelings of being unloved will dissipate and disappear.  YOU WILL FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A WHOLE NEW LIFE.

ONCE AGAIN IS THIS NOT AMAZING, THAT BY TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF, YOU CAN HAVE  A WHOLE NEW LIFE.  WHAT A GIFT TO GIVE YOURSELVES AND WHAT A GIFT TO GIVE THE ONES YOU LOVE.  THEY WILL TRULY BE ABLE TO FEEL THE LOVE AND CARING COMING FROM YOU.  YOUR LOVE WILL NO LONGER BE TRIMMED IN RESENTMENT, FRUSTRATION, DESPERATION, HOPELESSNESS AND FEELINGS OF BEING UNLOVED.

WHAT A CONCEPT THAT YOU COULD OFFER JUST LOVE IN ALL IT’S GLORY TRIMMED ONLY WITH JOY AND HAPPINESS.

Know that we are here loving you and ready to help you change and discard these untruths you have been taught.  I am holding you most dearly in my heart.  Know that I am loving each and everyone of you.   I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.
