Good Morning Dear Ones,

This is a grand time of the year.  All of you have just passed through the Winter Solstice.  It is a time of new beginnings.  Mother Earth is heading back into the light and leaving the dark of night behind.  Each day forward there will be longer light.  Each day forward you will find more light and ease coming into your life.  Yes, you are still in the time of reassessment, but you are working your way through all of the past and leaving it behind you.  You are moving forward towards the light.  

This is a time of celebration for the birth of Jesus and a new beginning for Mother Earth.  This journey has been going on for time unending and will continue through time unending.  As you celebrate the birth of my son, so you celebrate the birth of each of you.  Remembering now that we are all one.  You are him and he is you.  There are no differences between the ones you hold on high and all of you living on Mother Earth.  What he has done so can you do.

WE here in my world are celebrating the birth of each of you.  For without each of you there would be no Mother Earth, there would be no journeys, there would be no LOVE and without LOVE all living beings would perish and disappear.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT ALL BEINGS IN MY WORLD AND THERE ON MOTHER EARTH ARE CONNECTED BY LOVE.  It is as if there is an invisible thread going from one being to the next connecting all and the thread is love.  Every breathing life form is connected to this never-ending thread of Love.  Each one of you can close your hearts and pretend in your mind that you are not connected to the universal life force of love, but there is no way to ever disconnect from that thread.  The thread of love is all-powerful and never ending and each of you are part of that never-ending thread. 

Soon you will be stepping into a New Year.  As you step forward into this New Year take the time to reflect back over the last year.  Notice all the changes in your outer world.  Most importantly notice all the changes in your inner world.  You are not the same person who began 2013.  Some of you have made drastic changes and some of you have made small wondrous changes.  All changes are to be celebrated as you step forward into 2014.  And next year at this time when you are getting ready to step into 2015, you will celebrate the changes of 2014.  Each of you has been working so hard moving forward on your journeys and it is time to stop and celebrate all you have accomplished and will continue to accomplish.  

So, I say to you today keep moving forward, keep changing and growing, keep becoming all that you are meant to be.  You each are wondrous and magnificent beings, capable of doing things you never imagined. We here in my world are watching and celebrating each one of you.  We are in amazement of all that you are.  We are hoping that you will allow us to help you and be a part of your journey, for that is our purpose. Great blessings are being sent your way this day and everyday.  You each are so greatly loved and cherished.

Dear Ones, 

All in your world has become more intense as the energy for change has increased.  This energy will continue to press forward during the coming months into 2014.  Once again, you are being asked to reassess all that makes up your life.  We are aware that this may seem overwhelming to each of you as you look at the big picture of your life.  It is important to remember that the reassessment will be happening over the next months and not all once.  Many of you have already been in this reassessment for the last few weeks.  

This reassessment is a sign of your growth in the last years.  If you had stayed in the same place and time, there would be no need for reassessment.  Keep in your minds during the next months as you let go of parts of your life that no longer fit, that all are signs of your growth and further journey into the 5D world.  Many in your world will be watching each of you Wayshowers and Keepers of the Light as you go through this process.  Each of those beings watching will be so aware of the changes that have taken place for each of you and they will want those changes also.  For many, it will cause them to take the first steps on their journeys and for others; they will step forward and speed up their journeys.  And we here in my world are applauding all that each of you are doing to bring your world forward into the 5D. 

Many of you right now as you read my letter about reassessment are thinking this means more struggles and pain.  It is most important that you hear what I am saying; this does not have to be about pain and struggle.  You have a choice about what your journey will be about and how you will walk it.  You can fight these changes or you can step forward with open hearts and arms to welcome all the new that is coming into your lives.  The letting go of the old ways that you have out grown can be as simple as expressing your gratitude for all that you learned and an appreciation for what you have accomplished.   

During these months ahead give yourselves time to say your good-byes to the old ways.  ABOVE ALL REMEMBER YOURSELF-CARE AND SELF-LOVE.  SELF-CARE IS AN EXPRESSION OF YOURSELF-LOVE.  IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT YOU CONTINUE TO DO YOURSELF-CARE DAILY, FOR THAT WILL BE WHAT SUSTAINS YOU DURING THESE CHANGES.  For those of you who are reading this and thinking self-care, Mother Mary, I don’t do that; I just don’t get that at all.  It is time to get it and to start taking responsibility for taking care of yourselves.  For those of you who don’t get the self-care, please step back and re-read the last several letters.  Many of those letters refer to Self-Care and Self-Love.  Know that taking the steps into self-care is a necessary part of your journey.  Your journeys are all going in the same direction; the direction of love and the 5D world that you have been working so hard for.  Self-Love is the most important step on this journey.  Self-Care is the outward expression of your inner Self-Love.

WE of course, are right here walking with you on this journey.  We are loving you each and everyone.  We are ready to help you in any way that you may need.  Please ask for our help, we are waiting.  Asking for help when you need it is an expression of self-care and self-love.  I am loving you all so tenderly and holding you each in my heart.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Are you finding yourselves going in a 100 different directions and not knowing which way you really want to go?  Chaos and confusion is raining down upon your Mother Earth.  For most of you, it is difficult to step aside allowing the chaos and confusion to travel right on by you.  

It is most important to know that you do not have to allow your lives to be ruled by universal chaos and confusion.  Nor, do you need to allow families and friend’s chaos and confusion to become part of your lives.  Once again, it is most important to know and learn that you only need step aside and let other peoples chaos and confusion travel on by you.  Chaos and confusion is a form of denial about not being able to let yourselves move forward on your journey.  Those two things allow you and keep you stuck in the same place day after day.  Once you climb abroad the chaos and confusion train, it is a never-ending cycle of stuck-ness.  

If you are finding yourselves riding this train of stuck-ness, then it is time to think about getting off at the next stop.  You get to choose the next stop.  Will it be today, tomorrow or a year from now?  FEAR OF GOING FORWARD ON YOUR JOURNEYS IS WHAT KEEPS YOU ON THE TRAIN.  FEAR OF CHANGE IS WHAT KEEPS YOU ON THE TRAIN.  FEAR OF BECOMING WHO YOU ARE KEEPS YOU ON THE TRAIN.  FEAR OF DISCOVERING YOUR POWER AND LIGHT KEEPS YOU ON THE TRAIN.

I SAY TO YOU NOW, IT IS TIME TO GET OFF THE TRAIN.  IT IS TIME TO ALLOW YOURSELVES TO BECOME ALL THAT YOU ARE.  I ASSURE YOU THAT STANDING IN YOUR FEAR; RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE IS THE HARDEST PART OF YOUR JOURNEY.  Standing up and stepping off the train will improve your lives 1000 percent.  Are you thinking now, how is that possible?  It is possible because everything you ever dreamed of, prayed for or screamed into the night that you want is waiting once you get of the train.  Is it not strange that all you are wanting is what you are afraid of?   Did you know that?  The very things you want and pray for is what you are holding yourselves back from. 

Most of you have never recognized that what you want in your lives is what you are most afraid of.  We here in my world have tried time after time to offer you what it is that you ask for, but each time you turn away in fear.  Then the next step takes place.  That step is the anger that comes because you are not receiving what you pray for and want.  And once again, the anger helps to keep you on the train of chaos and confusion; riding around and around in a never-ending cycle.

SO, TODAY I AM GOING TO ASK YOU AGAIN ARE YOU READY TO GET OF THE TRAIN?  It is most important to remember right now, that we are right here beside you.  We will take those next steps with you as you step off the train.  We will continue walking with you as you walk through your fears and allow your dreams to come true.  You are never alone, nor have you ever been alone.  WE have been standing right beside you as you rode the train.  We were waiting until you were ready to make your choice.  SO, I BESEECH YOU TO MAKE YOUR CHOICE TODAY AND STEP OFF THE TRAIN. 

YOUR DREAMS AND PRAYERS ARE WAITING FOR YOU.  WE HERE IN MY WORLD ARE WAITING FOR YOU.  YOUR LIFE IS WAITING FOR YOU.  Know that I love you dearly and hold you tenderly in my heart.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones, 

The beings of earth are heading into a month of many highs and many lows.  Most of you will find that your time is being spent trying to find the middle ground this month.  The energy coming into your world will be intense and filled with immense energy waves that can sometimes be destabilizing.  

So, today I am going to talk again about self-care.  After reading the first paragraph of my letter you might better understand the importance of self-care during this month and this holiday season for many of you.  For those of you who will be celebrating the Christmas Holiday you already are aware of the stress that builds during this time.  So, on top of that stress, the stars and universe are adding an extra dose of up and downs.  SELF-CARE BECOMES BEYOND IMPORTANT.  IT BECOMES A MUST.  Of course, each of you has free will, so it is up to you what choice you will make.  

We here in my world are hoping that you will decide to make self-care a part of your continuing journey into the 5D world.  Self-care allows that journey to be traveled with more ease and comfort.  Each of you has been finding bumps in the road along the way.  It is up to you how high those bumps will be.  Self-care allows you to walk around or over the bumps with ease.  Are you wondering why that is so?  When self-care is part of your daily journey, then your energy level is higher, your perceptions clearer and more defined, thinking patterns have clarity and purpose, and most important your heart is more open taking the lead position on your journey.   All of this is provided from practicing self-care. 

If thoughts of self-care are overwhelming to you or perhaps just beyond what you can imagine, then it is time to stop and take a look at what is happening inside of yourself when I talk about self-care.  We have talked about this before that many of you have been taught by parents, by church and the standards of your world that one always takes care of others first.  My question to you is, how can you take care of someone else if you have not taken care of yourselves?  The answer is very simply, “YOU CAN’T.”  When you have not taken care of yourself first then the care you give out to others is given with resentment, bitterness, anger, rage and most definitely without unconditional love.  Many of you may be unaware of what you are feeling when you continue to take care of others first.  You may have numbed your minds and hearts to all you are feeling.  

Many of you who have not been practicing self-care will find yourselves in some area of the numbness.  Be gentle with yourselves as you start to wake up from the scenario of caring for others first.  This has been a life-long tradition for many of you and those traditions need to be changed with ease and gentleness.  Remember that we are always here ready to help you and of course, we are standing right beside you at all times.  We are wanting to help you take the first steps of self-care.  Learning to travel your journey with self-care is a very large step in learning to love yourselves.

Dear Ones,

Today my letter is about reminding you how precious and important each one of you are.  In the chaos and confusion of your daily lives, it is seldom that you stop for even one moment to appreciate yourselves.   Many of you are getting ready to step into your holiday season and your lives will become even more chaotic and speeded up. 

Soon you will find yourselves more loaded down with things to do and places to go.  I am urging you to remember to take the time for yourself-care and the appreciation of self.  Many of you are thinking what is she talking about now, “SELF APPRECIATION.”  I AM SPEAKING OF APPRECIATING WHO YOU ARE.  STOP and think of the things that you do daily and the people that you touch with.  Touching with another being could simply be smiling as you pass someone on the street.  You are unaware of what that smile means to the person you are passing.  It could be the one gentle light filled thing that happens in their lives that day.  

You each are so unaware of what effect you have on the world around you.  When you allow your light to shine fully, it is as if you light up the world.  Your light spreads and shines for great areas around you.  Often, others may not even see your physical form, but they do feel your energy and light.  So, when you have your hearts open and your light is turned on high you are touching and warming others with love and kindness.  

What a grand and glorious thing you are able to do.  Often times you forget that this is something you can and are doing everyday in every minute of that day.  Many of you are unaware as you go through your daily lives that this is so.   In the chaos and confusion of your world, all things about light, energy, love and kindness slip into the back of your minds and is forgotten.  It is time to bring all of this back into the front of your minds and to be aware of what your light and energy are doing in the world.  

Self-appreciation turns into a deep loving appreciation of the other beings of the universe and yourself.   Some of you are getting ready to celebrate your day of thankfulness, so this is my reminder to you to be grateful and thankful for all that you are.  Allow that thankfulness to spread out through your light and encompass and embrace every living breathing life form.  

Know that we here in my world are so appreciating each and everyone of you.  We find you each one of you beyond wonderful and precious.  The light and love you bring into the world is beyond any value that you know of.  REMEMBER YOUR  SELF-LOVE, SELF-CARE AND SELF-APPRECIATION.  REMEMBER ALSO THAT I AM LOVING YOU SO GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU EACH ONE IN MY HEART.

Dear Ones, 


This week and into your next week, there is and will be great amounts of energy, solar flares and other dramatic events happening to your universe.  Some of you will be greatly aware of this energy transference and others will walk through these days without a thought or knowing of what is happening.

So, if you are one of the beings that are aware of what is happening, know that you are just stepping up into the next level of your growth.  Know that all is as it is supposed to be.  Keep your minds and hearts open to accept all that is coming your way.  Each of you will change in your own individual manner and we here in my world are enjoying watching you move and grow. 

For those of you who are unaware of the energetic events that are occurring on your Mother Earth and to the whole of the universe, know that your turn will be coming.  Your Earth is in ever changing patterns of change.  All beings that live on Mother Earth are changing and growing.  Remember that all change and growth will come at each beings individual timing.  Some of you are even feeling that everything is moving very slowly right now.  You of course are right, in your personal world all is moving slowly.  This then is the time for you to catch up with yourself.  This is a time to practice more self-care, which will help you be ready for the changing times that are coming to your personal world. 

In all these immense energetic changes, self-care becomes not only a necessity, but it is crucial to your well being.  Your bodies, and minds need time and energy to assimilate all that is coming through.  Without the self-care, your physical bodies will go into overwhelm, tiredness, chaos and confusion.  It is not necessary to put yourselves through such extreme discomfort and emotions.  Give yourself the gift of self-care.  Your body, mind and soul will be able to assimilate all the changes that are occurring with ease and comfort if you are well cared for and walking in self-love. 

If you are finding self-care difficult to maintain and accept, then perhaps if you were to think of yourselves as a small child and give that child the care they need.  Concentrate of what that child needs and how you can best provide it.  Know that if this is the only way you can provide self-care to yourself; then it is a very good way to start doing that.  There is indeed a very small child inside each of you.  Caring for that child is of the utmost importance to your personal world.  

As always, we are standing right here beside you, waiting to help you in any way that we can.  You only need ask!!  Each one of you is being held and loved so tenderly.  We here in my world cherish and appreciate each of you. I am holding you each in my heart and loving you dearly.

Dear Ones, 

Lately, I have been talking about Self-Love and Self-Care.  Part of loving and caring for you is Trusting yourselves.   I am talking about that small voice inside of you.   Most of you are thinking that the voice comes from your brain, but in truth, it comes from your heart, which is where your intuition and your spiritual knowing comes from.

Every being on earth has that small voice that speaks to them.  Many of you choose to ignore it or even pretend that you don’t have a voice.   But, that is an untruth; everyone has that small voice inside their hearts.  Learning to trust yourselves is a big step in loving and caring for yourselves.   Many of you trust yourselves when it comes to something logical and analytical.  That kind of trust is the easy one to acquire.  I am speaking of trusting yourselves when you have nothing to back you up.  An example of what I am speaking of is “your on your way home from work; there are two ways to go home and your small voice is telling you to go a certain way, but it is longer and takes a few more minutes.  You decide to listen and go that way, later you hear there was a bad accident on the other road.”   Now, aren't you glad you listened to that small inner voice telling you to go the other way? 

Now do you understand what I am talking about when I say trusting yourselves by trust that small inner voice?  Some people call that voice their intuition, but today I am calling it your spiritual knowing or your connection to source and my world.  REMEMBER WE ARE ALWAYS HERE GUIDING YOU AND PROTECTING YOU.  

There are many of you who listen sometimes and many who never listen to that spiritual knowing at all.  Today I am asking you to start listening to that knowing and to the messages that we are sending you daily. 

Many of the decisions that you make daily about your lives and your business world that you struggle over could be answered easily by listening to that inner voice and trusting yourselves.  There would be no need to struggle or worry about what you decide if you are listening to your inner voice.  Your relationships would be smoother and more loving with the help of your inner voice.  The confusion and chaos of your mind will quiet and be gone as you start to listen to your inner voice and not the confusion and chaos.  

This is all about trusting yourselves and trusting us; we are your inner voice.  Your inner voice is your connection to my world.  My world being your helpers, guardian angels, me Mother Mary and all the other millions of beings who live in my world.  Trusting the inner voice is about accepting and appreciating your help and guidance.  It is about letting go of the belief that your logical mind has the answers to everything.  Your logical mind only has a very small limited amount of knowledge about what goes on in the world.  Your inner voice has access to a huge incredible amount of knowledge, which it can provide to you if you choose to listen.   REMEMBER THAT WE ARE RIGHT HERE WAITING TO HELP YOU.  If you feel uncertain how to start listening to your inner voice, you only need ask for help and we will be there to help you.  I am holding you most tenderly in my heart and loving you so greatly.  I love you, I love you and I love you.

Dear Ones, 

It has been a very short time since my last letter to each of you.  I want each of you to know that I see how hard you are trying to care for yourselves.  Also, I see what a great relief it was for many of you when you read my letter telling you that you need to care for yourselves first.

There are so many of you who have cared for others first for your whole lives and have never allowed yourselves to be cared for.  My words and encouragement were so welcome and comforting to those of you who have been living in the old ways. 

Know that I am standing here in my world applauding each of you for stepping out and reaching out to try life in a different way.  Let there be no guilt in your minds and hearts over taking care of yourselves first.  Be aware that the beings in your personal lives may find the changes in you difficult to understand.  Perhaps, there will be some who take it as a personal affront to them that you are caring for yourselves first and then reaching out to care for them.  There may be some who feel that you do not love them as much as you use to or they may feel neglected by you.

It is so important that you recognize that they are feeling that way, but it is not necessary for you to go back to your old ways to make them happy.  IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTINUE WITH YOURSELF-CARE.  REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOU ARE NOT DOING THE SELF-CARE AS A PUNISHMENT OR AS A DISREGARD FOR SOMEONE ELSE.  YOU ARE SIMPLY DOING THE SELF-CARE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO LOVE AND CARE FOR YOURSELVES. 

There is one more important step in this changing of the old patterns of caring for others first.  It is now most important to talk with the others in your personal lives and explain what you are doing and why you are doing it.  It is time to let them know that by taking care of yourself first what you will have to give them will be so much more.  There will no longer be feelings of tiredness, resentment and anger attached to the care that you are giving to them.  YES, ALL OF THOSE FEELINGS ARE ATTACHED TO YOUR GIVING WHEN YOU DO NOT CARE FOR YOURSELF FIRST.  I can see your faces right now and you are shocked and in disbelief that this might be true. 

So, I will say to you stop for a moment and think about how you felt when you were caring for others all the time and never finding time for yourselves.  This is a step in taking your blinders off and really looking inside yourselves and seeing what has been going on for you as you cared for others day after day.   I will say again now, it is not the time for guilt over this either.  It is simply the way it worked for you in the past and now you are changing that.  I am so proud of each of you.  Changing one’s life, one’s old habits or patterns is never easy.  The fact that you are doing the self-care now or maybe just thinking about doing it is wonderful beyond words.  REMEMBER THAT WE ARE RIGHT HERE AND WE WILL HELP IN ANY WAY WE CAN.  WE ARE LOVING YOU SO GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU IN OUR HEARTS WITH GREAT JOY AND LOVE.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Let us once again talk of Self-care.  I cannot stress enough how important yourself-care is.  During these times of intense energies, solar flares and the onslaught that each of you are experiencing from outside sources, it is imperative that you love and nurture yourselves.  Self-care is all about loving, nurturing and supporting yourself.  

Each of you have loved ones in your lives that you love, nurture and support and they are an important part of your life.  But, the old patterns and training of times past tell you and have told you it is necessary and godly to care for them first.  THAT IS AN UNTRUTH.  This is one of the many untruths you have been told over and over.  IT IS TIME OR PAST TIME TO ERASE THOSE UNTRUTHS FROM MINDS, HEARTS AND BODIES.  This untruth and other untruths are harmful and in some cases abusive to EACH OF YOU.  

Do you understand what I am saying?  Always caring for others first is damaging to who you are.  Only by caring for yourselves first will you ever be able to turn and offer true help to another.  By true help, I AM SPEAKING OF HELP THAT TRULY COMES FROM YOUR HEART.  In other words, your help is given with an open heart.  Openhearted help is beyond wonderful and feels good to the person giving and to the person receiving.  The person receiving will feel so loved and cared for.  Their hearts will be warmed and the soul will feel full and cherished.  You, the giver will feel energized and heart connected to the receiver.  Your giving in this way will take nothing from you but in truth will give back to you.  The gratitude and appreciation coming to you from the receiver will amaze you. 

There are perhaps very few beings on Mother Earth who have experienced giving or receiving in this manner.  The reason being is that very few beings have been able to let go of the old teachings that tell you to help others first and then maybe yourselves. These old teachings do not allow you the giver the time or energy to care for yourselves.  Many of you at this time are starved for Self-care.   Once again, I am going to say to you stop and take the time today to care for yourselves in someway.  Know that it does not have to be in a huge dramatic way taking hours and hours.  Starting with just one small thing that would make you feel good about yourselves and the world would be wonderful.  

I am asking you to daily start doing small things to care for yourselves.  Once you are practicing this daily you will find yourselves reaching to do more and more to care for yourselves.  Reaping the rewards of Self-care will amaze you filling your heart and mind with abundant new energy and love.  Those beings who are in your daily lives will be so grateful and rewarded by all that you have done for yourselves.  You will find that you are becoming like a new being.  Your love, warmth and caring will go out to others in a way you have never experienced before.  When you live in a world of Self-care where you are feeling loved and totally supported by yourself, you will be living in the world in a totally new way.  Your inner light will shine brighter and truer than it ever has before.  

As always, you are never alone on your journey.  We are here by the hundreds of thousands standing beside you offering our love and support to you as you find your way into the world of Self-care.  Each of you are loved and cherished beyond what you can imagine.  I am loving each and everyone and holding you in my heart so tenderly.

Dear Ones, 

Today let us talk about self-care and self-love.  Self-care is the outward action or behavior of self-love.  It is only normal and natural that if a being is practicing self-love, then they will take the utmost of care with themselves. 

So, this is a good reality checkpoint for each of you.  How are you doing on yourself-care?   Are you making sure to care for yourself first and then to reach out to others or are you caring for everyone else first and if there is time you come back to yourselves?  You each one know that it does not work to care for others first and then maybe have time for yourselves.   This is an old habit that you learned from watching the elders in your families.  It did not work for them, and it will not work for you. 

Now is the time to change those old generational habits of always putting the other being or beings first.  The out come of these habits is harmful and immensely abusive to one's self.  Are you finding that you are overwhelmed, tired, upset, cranky and living in the victim mode?  If any of these words fit for you, then you can be assured that perhaps you are not paying attention to yourself as you need.  Indeed, it is not the other persons blame or fault that you are choosing to put them first.  The fault or blame lies with one person and that person is you. 

Only you can be the one to change these old generational habits.  You are the one who must take those first steps to care for yourself and then move out to care for others.  The ones you have been caring for first may not understand your actions and will become uncomfortable with what is taking place.  Part of the changing of these old patterns will be speaking with others about the changes that you are working on making in your life.  In the speaking with others, it will help you to have more clarity about exactly what you will need to do.

It is most important to remember that these are old generational habits that have been with you for a lifetime.  Do not expect yourself to change these all at once, give yourselves time to adjust and also the other beings in your world time to adjust to what you are doing and changing.  Start gently and easily by picking one thing to do in a different way this day.  ABOVE ALL AND MOST IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT WE ARE STANDING RIGHT HERE WAITING TO HELP YOU.  YOU ONLY NEED ASK; WE WILL COME AND WALK THROUGH THESE CHANGES WITH YOU.  YOU ARE NEVER ALONE AND DURING THOSE TIMES WHEN YOU FEEL SO ALONE, WE ARE STILL STANDING RIGHT THERE WITH YOU. 

We here in my world will be overjoyed and thrilled that you are taking care of yourselves first and then reaching out to others.  You will find when you live your life in this manner that you're reaching out becomes filled with joy, love and support for the other beings.  By making these changes within yourselves; you will entirely change the energy and perceptions that you're holding within yourself about your world and the beings in it.  Others around you will notice the difference of the love and caring that you share with them.  That love and caring will be coming from your heart rather than you mind and brain.

Dear Ones, 

Today let us once again talk about self-love.  All things on your journey into the 5D world center around self-love.  LOVE is the key to the whole journey.  The 5D world functions and runs on the idea of LOVE.  Learning to love yourself is where everything starts from. 

Loving self is the most challenging of things for the beings of Mother Earth.  It is as if the smallest of beings learn from day one inside their Mother’s that they are unworthy and perhaps even unlovable.   My heart says to you, how is this possible that from the very beginning of this little beings time they are being taught not to love themselves.  Most of you are reading this and are appalled at what I am saying.  But, remember now that this little being is learning from the first moment of conception what their parents are believing.  So my question to you is what do you think those parents beliefs are.  Are they loving themselves, are they open hearted and filled with unconditional love for all things?  

It is a most unusual thing to find anyone on Mother Earth that is loving themselves or is open hearted and filled with unconditional love for all things.  There are many, many beings on Mother Earth who are working very hard to let go of their old ways of thinking and being.  These beings are learning to love themselves and see the great value they bring into the world.   Are some of you wondering how in the world would I ever begin this journey to learn to love myself?

We have talked before about letting go of the words you say to yourself.  I am speaking of the words you say inside your head about yourself.  Letting go of those words is a good place to start this journey.  Those words you say to yourself are words you learned from someone else.  Said to you by a parent, grandparent, sister, brother, teacher, minister or even a friend.  You heard these words when you were going through your growing up years.  YOU BELIEVED THESE WORDS AND TOOK THEM INSIDE YOURSELF.  YOU HAVE BEEN USING THOSE WORDS EVER SINCE TO BERATE YOURSELF AND TO ENFORCE THE UNTRUTHS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH.  

I WANT YOU TO HEAR ME VERY CLEARLY RIGHT NOW.  THOSE WORDS ARE UNTRUE AND NEED TO BE RELEASED FROM YOUR HEARTS, MINDS AND BODIES.  

YOU EACH ONE ARE BEINGS OF LIGHT AND LOVE.  YOUR PURPOSE IN COMING TO EARTH THIS TIME AND EVERY TIME IS AND WAS TO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE ON EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE.  YOUR LIGHT IS LOVE MOVING AND FLOWING THROUGH YOU INTO EVERY LIVING BREATHING LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE.  If you are unable to love yourself then your light is dimmed and unable to flow freely throughout the universe.  

In Letter 244 you will find specific steps to help you begin to release these words of untruth that you have believed for your whole lives.  Step one on your journey to self-love and self-discovery is the releasing of these words.  

We here in my world are hoping and praying that each one of you will go back to Letter 244 and begin the process of letting go of these words.  We know who you are and we can see your light and love.  We are continually amazed at your wondrous beauty and being.  You each are so loved and cherished here in my world.  We are all standing at the ready to help you in anyway.  YOU ONLY NEED ASK.  I AM LOVING YOU SO TENDERLY AND HOLDING YOU SO DEARLY IN MY HEART.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Well, the time has come to let go of those words or sayings.  It is a process of taking a moment and asking yourself the question, “What do I think of myself?”  You are going to be amazed at what pops into your mind.  My next question to you is, when was the first time you heard this, and who said it to you?  Allow that picture to come into your mind.  REMEMBER NOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND RE-LIVE IT JUST WATCH HOW THE PICTURE PLAYS OUT IN YOUR MIND.  Often times what the child hears is not really what is being said.  Look at who is saying this and what is happening to that person.  NOW THE BIG QUESTION?  IS IT ABOUT YOU OR IS ALL ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON AND WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY ARE LIVING THEIR LIFE?  Is it their energy that you took at that time and have been carrying for years, is it their misconception of who you are and you believed it?  Remember now you were a child and believed whatever was said by someone older.  

NOW IS THE TIME TO SEE THE TRUTH AND LET GO OF THE OLD ENERGY, MISCONCEPTIONS AND UNTRUTHS.  The releasing of these old core issues is a journey to THE FREEDOM TO BECOME WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE.  EACH TIME YOU WALK THROUGH THIS PROCESS, YOU WILL RECLAIM MORE AND MORE OF YOURSELVES.  You each are wonderful magnificent beings with unlimited gifts and resources waiting to be claimed and used.   

Of course, we are right here at the ready to help you walk through this process.  There is no need to walk this road by yourself.  Help and support is right here waiting.  WE are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.

To the Readers of Mother Mary's Letters

Morning Everyone, 

I have been wanting to tell you about how much Mother Mary and I enjoyed the event at New Renaissance Bookstore.  The whole experience was wonderful.  The people at New Renaissance were very nice and so helpful through the whole process.  There was someone there with us during the whole evening.  I so appreciated that. 

There were seven women at the event and that seemed just the perfect size for my first experience out in the general public.  I was able to share some of my journey with Mother Mary and how it all got started.  Then Mother Mary came through and talked to the women.  She talked about several topics and answered a lot of questions from the women.  When Mother Mary is speaking with people, she wants to have a conversation with them.  It is not about her just speaking to them; she wants the talking coming from all parties in the room.  

The most important thing I learned that night was that Mother Mary wants the two us out talking in person to people.  Having her messages of love, support and encouragement in book form is not enough; the two of us need to be out doing exactly what we did at New Renaissance.  I think she has been trying to tell me that for some time, but I was not ready to hear it.   So glad I finally got the message that night. 

So the next step is, how am I going to do that?  This week I have been in touch with Unity of Portland to see if they might be interested in the two of us coming and talking.  I am also wondering if the readers of Mother Mary’s letters might have other ideas of who I might get in touch with to see about talking in other places.  Also, I wondered if people might be interested in having Mother Mary Gatherings at their homes where they could invite anyone they wanted.  Mother Mary and I would show up talk and pass her messages along.  She keeps telling me it is time to pack the car up and hit the road.  So, readers near and far, please let me know of any ideas you might have.  Please pass this along to anyone who you think might be interested.  Thanks so much for your help.
