“LIVE ON KICKSTARTER”

Dear Ones,

I have missed speaking to you and now we once again get to be in touch.  I have never really been gone of course, all you had to do was call my name.  I have been watching and sending you each love and support over the last two months.  Yes, I know that these past two months have been very strong and intense. 

Your lives have speeded up until you can hardly remember where you have been or what you had for breakfast this morning and it is just now lunchtime.  I wish that I could tell you that all will be slowing down.  The truth is it will stay at this speed for sometime.  I know there are times when you think you can hardly keep going.  My words to you are to just keep breathing, doing conscious breathing.  Conscious breathing is a process of just focusing on your breath and slowly breathing in and out.  Continue this process for about one minute you will find your world has once again righted it’s self.  All will seem slower and more contained.

I want to let you know that today my book project has gone live on Kickstarter.  This is what Barbara is calling it “Live on Kickstarter”.  Her words make me giggle and think I will be doing a song and dance on their stage.  There is no song and dance but I will be talking to you through Barbara.  This was the first time I talked through her to a group of people.  Meaning all of you.  As I say in the video it will not be the last.  Please visit my project on Kickstarter and help me to get my book published.  Here is the link so that you can find your way there.
