Good Morning Dear Ones,

Has this not been a most unusual Winter? Much in your world is out of balance. I am speaking of not only your Mother Nature but also your weather cycles and, indeed, most of the beings of Mother Earth. Many of you are experiencing great unrest and confusion about who you are and what you should be doing with your lives.

It is indeed a time of decisions on your Mother Earth. What are you going to do to help Mother Earth and Mother Nature come back into balance? I watch with wondrous eyes as many on your planet still are in denial about what is happening. There are many beings who are denying the harm that has been done to Mother Earth and Mother Nature; by the way, you have chosen to live on the planet. This harm has not just occurred in the last few years but has been going on since the beginning of time. What is difficult to understand is that you now have the scientific proof to see what has happened and is happening, but you are still choosing to ignore it. The ignoring of this problem happens in the thinking, "Oh; I am just one person. What can I do," or in the flat denial that anything is wrong.

WELL, THIS IS A VERY BIG TRUTH FOR ALL BEINGS OF EARTH. THERE IS INDEED SOMETHING VERY WRONG, AND YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND MOTHER NATURE IS GREATLY OUT OF BALANCE.

If you are unaware of what you can do, then start asking questions; there are many groups in your world that are trying to correct these problems. Reach out to help and find out what you, one person, can do. Then, of course, there is always the sending of Love & Light each day to your Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and the waters of your world. One person can make a HUGE difference.

Have you noticed that what has happened to your Mother Earth and Mother Nature is very similar to what has happened to the beings who live on Mother Earth? Being out of balance and living in states of confusion has become, as you would say, “the norm” on Mother Earth. I will tell you that it is time to slow down and take a good strong look at yourselves and how you are choosing to live your lives. It is time to step forward and say out loud what you want your life to be and who you want to be. Who do each of you want to be?? How do you want to fit into the puzzle of the WHOLE or THE ONE? You are all part of each other; you are all connected and inter-connected. What one being does affects the WHOLE, THE ONE. It no longer works to walk through life with your eyes closed, in a state of confusion, or one could say you are walking through life as if you are on remote control. If you are walking through life on remote control, who is pushing the buttons that makes you walk and talk.

These are all scary thoughts. I am hoping that this might open your eyes and begin to make you think about what is happening to each of you and what is happening to Mother Earth and Mother Nature. This is a time for action and perhaps reaction to my words. It is a time to think and to realize that one person makes a huge difference to the WHOLE, THE ONE. THE ONE meaning all of you, gathered together making up the WHOLE, THE ONE. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, INCLUDING ALL THE UNIVERSES AND EVERY LIVING BREATHING LIFE FORM, IS CONNECTED TO MAKE UP THE WHOLE, THE ONE.

IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REALIZE THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN ANY OF YOUR CONFUSION AND DENIAL. WE ARE RIGHT HERE LISTENING AND WAITING TO HELP YOU. Tell us how you would like us to help you. We are always right beside you, willing to help in any way we can. We are always, always LOVING YOU AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN OUR HEARTS.

Letter 192

Dear Ones,

My most precious ones, you are so loved and cherished by me and everyone on this side of the veil. I am aware that my last three letters have seemed stern and rather harsh. It is most important for each of you to know that FEAR is truly all that is stopping you from having all that you want and dream about. As soon as you hear those words, most of you will automatically go into denial and say, "Mother Mary, that is not true; how could that be." My words are then put away with the other hundreds of things you hear each and do not really listen to.

So now I will say my words again. FEAR IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS STOPPING YOU FROM HAVING ALL THAT YOU WANT AND DREAM ABOUT. Perhaps your minds are saying that is so simple; how could that be? Now it is important to remember that many of your fears are hidden and closed away inside your bodies and minds. Many of these fears have been hidden away for years, and they only pop their heads out when something happens in your world to make them come forward. Once they come forward, everything stops, and you no longer will go in the direction that you were headed before they came out of hiding.

You will not be aware that you are stopping because of the fear you will tell yourselves that you changed your minds, or you just don't think "whatever" will work anymore. The "whatever" being what you are truly wanting to do. After all these years of playing this hide and seek game, and it truly does almost become a game. I will assure you that the side with the power is the side that will always win. Can you guess which side has all the power? Yes, I am afraid (I am giggling at my words) that FEAR is the one with the power. It has the power to stop you in your tracks. Whatever you have been wanting to do or try is lost. Your dreams, your ideas, your hopes, your wants, and your possibilities are all shut down and turned away by FEAR. FEAR HAS THE POWER TO DO ALL OF THAT AND MORE TO YOU AND YOUR LIFE.

My message to you today is that you do have the ultimate power to stop fear. You have the choice to allow it to continue stopping you from having what you want, or you can choose NOW TO MAKE THE DECISION TO DEAL WITH YOUR FEARS. The very first step in eliminating and releasing fear is to recognize it and acknowledge it. Without the acknowledgment and recognition, there is no starting place. It is time to set aside any shame or guilt that you may feel because you have fear in your bodies and minds. Let me assure you that there is no one who lives on Mother Earth who does not have fear in their bodies and minds. Yes, I know that for most people, it is almost impossible to tell they have fear. Just know that they are doing really well at hiding it away.

In my last letter, I talked of keeping a journal of your fears as they arise. I truly hope that you are starting to do that. Fear is very slippery; it comes in fast and can go away very fast also. Once it stops you, then it moves back into its holding place, waiting for the next time it needs to step out and stop your progress. Your journal will help you to know what fears need to be looked at and worked on. You will find that many of your fears come from your early years and really have no meaning about who you are today. Once you know that they are there. Then you can decide what you want to do about them. Many of them will just release once you recognize them and where they have come from. There will be others that will take more time and energy to release. You can do this releasing through meditation, energy healing work, support groups, journaling, and of course, with our help. We will be right here, ready to help you. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT TO YOUR PROGRESS INTO THE 5D WORLD. KNOW THAT THIS IS WHY I AM TALKING AND TALKING AND TALKING ABOUT FEAR OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

FEAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE, AND THE 5D WORLD IS ONLY ABOUT LOVE.  ALL FEAR NEEDS TO BE RELEASED AND ELIMINATED FROM YOUR MINDS AND BODIES BEFORE YOU CAN GO FORWARD INTO THE 5D WORLD.

Know that I am loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in my heart. I am wanting you to have all that you want and dream about. You are so very precious to me, and I cherish each and every one of you.

CAN YOU SEE HOW IMPORTANT THE ISSUE OF FEAR IS? In the months and weeks ahead, I will continue to talk about fear. I will continue to talk about the importance of releasing and eliminating it from your lives. There will be some beings on your Mother Earth who will choose to stop reading my letters during this period of time when we are speaking of fear. I have a message for those of you who decide to do that. DENIAL OF FEAR AND WHAT IT DOES AND THE POWER IT HAS OVER YOU WILL ONLY HURT YOU AND STOP YOU FROM HAVING ALL THAT YOU WANT AND DREAM ABOUT.

Dear Ones,

Well, does anyone want to guess what I am going to talk about again today? Yes, we are going back to talk again about fear. I hope you have had time during the last few days to think about fear in general and also your own personal fear. Fear is not an easy subject on your Mother Earth. There is almost an unwritten code that says one should never admit fear, let alone talk about it out in the world. So, now we have all the beings of Mother Earth walking around afraid, and no one feels like it is something they can speak of.

Once a subject becomes taboo in a society of people, then it is difficult to allow yourselves to think about it in your quiet time or at all. It is simply stored away someplace in your body, and everyone pretends that it doesn't exist and certainly does not live in their body, mind, or spirit. SO THE FIRST THING I WANT TO SAY VERY LOUDLY IS THAT FEAR IS ALIVE AND WELL IN YOUR WORLD. IT EXISTS, GROWS, AND FLOURISHES IN EVERY BEING ON MOTHER EARTH. IT IS IN THE AIR YOU BREATHE, THE WATER YOU DRINK, AND THE FOOD YOU EAT.

As I have said in previous letters, now is the time when every being of Mother Earth has to start working on acknowledging and releasing their fears. Yes, I am aware that this is not an easy task I am laying out for each of you. However, I am going to say very loudly right now that you have no idea how difficult it has been for your body, mind, and spirit to survive in your fear infested world. YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO LIVE IN THIS WAY. YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO LIVE IN FEAR OR WITH FEAR IN YOUR LIVES ON A DAILY BASIS. NOR WERE YOU EVER MEANT TO LIVE IN ANY FORM OF DENIAL ABOUT THE FEAR YOU CARRY WITHIN YOU.

Your first step in releasing the fear that you carry is to acknowledge it. Look at all the different kinds of fear that you hold within yourselves. For today we are not going to do anything but to simply look at what is going on inside each of you. If this is something that is too overwhelming to think about doing, then now is the time to ask for help. As I have said many times, there are thousands or even millions of beings here on my side of the veil to come and help you.

Now I am going to ask you to make yourself a journal where you can write about your fears, list them, put them on paper. Make the fears real to you. Your minds are so accustom to not thinking about the fear that when it comes forward, the first thing that happens is it is automatically sent to some part of your body where you no longer have to think about it or deal with it. The second thing I am going to ask you to do today is to sit quietly and ask yourself where in your body do you store fear. WHERE DOES IT LIVE INSIDE OF YOU? There may be more than one holding spot in your body where fear lives. Write that in your journal also. I am asking you to write these things down so it will not be forgotten and slip away.

For some of you, this may take only a small amount of time, but for others, it could take an extended period of time. For all of you, it will take courage and your precious energy to stop and look at these issues within you. I want you to know that I am aware of the courage and strength that it takes to face the shadow sides of yourself. Let me assure you that the rewards for doing so will far surpass your wildest dreams. For in doing so, you will allow your wildest dreams to come true. The only thing stopping your world from becoming all that you wish and dream about is FEAR. Fear is what stops dreams, wishes, and hopes from becoming reality.

REMEMBERING now that we are right here, ready to help in any way that we can. There is a saying on your earth, and it applies in this situation "WE HAVE YOUR BACK." We are here, and we will always be here for you. I am loving you most dearly and holding you in my heart.

Letter 190

Dear Ones,

Today we will once again speak of fear. It is most important for each of you to know that over the next 6 weeks is an extremely opportune time for the releasing of FEAR. During this six week period, the energy coming into Mother Earth is going to be so intense and magnified it will provide you with the extra push that many of you will need to move through the fears. I am speaking of releasing old fears from your childhood or new fears from over the last several years. Basically, I am speaking of all of your fears.

I wish to speak of the differences between healthy/self-care kinds of fear and the kind of fear that stops you in your tracks and keeps you stuck in limbo. First, let us talk of the healthy/self-care kind of fear. It keeps you from driving your car at 150 miles per hour, because you know that the possibility of having a wreck and hurting yourself, and others is so great. So, it stops you from driving fast and helps you to take care of yourself. If you are someone who is in the armed forces and is fighting in a war, then your fear is going to make you be very careful and helps you to stay alive. There are many other kinds of positive, healthy/self-care kinds of fear. Now you can get the idea of what I am speaking of. The healthy/self-care fears are the ones you want to keep and allow to protect you and guide you.

Now, let's go and talk about the other kind of fear. The kind of fear that keeps you from being who you are. It is not a logical fear; it comes from your emotions, and there is no way to explain it in a logical way. It may have a logical foundation relating back to something that happened to you in a previous time during your life or lifetimes. Keeping that fear inside of you and worrying about whether a certain situation will occur again in your life is debilitating and stops your growth. What the fear is doing is festering and growing as the months and years pass. It will act like a disease in your body causing you to become ill and unable to function.

I want you to stop right now and think about your fears. For some of you, this may be overwhelming in the scope and magnitude of the amount of fear you hold in your  body. Then again, there will be those of you who will say I am holding no fear in my body "What are you talking about, Mother Mary." If you are one of the people who are saying that in your mind right now, then you definitely need to stop what you're doing and pay attention to what I am saying. Everyone on Mother Earth, and I do mean everyone has fear locked and held in their bodies. If you are one of the beings that are in denial about the fear, then you are the one I am most concerned for and about.

Denial of fear is a dangerous place to live. Denial of fear keeps you stuck, unable to grow and move forward in your life. If you are unable to admit that there is fear, then all choices, options, and pathways are closed. You are choosing to live in a very small isolated existence causing you great unhappiness, loneliness, and immense feelings of being unloved. It is important to know that the people who see you in your everyday life may well have no idea that this is what your inside world looks like. Your outer shell that you show the world will not be who you are at all.

I want to say right now that there is help for all of this. There is help to work with you to release your fears and denials. You only need to ask, and we will come and assist you. We may direct you to other physical beings in your world that can help you also. Your lives were never meant to be lived in this manner.

I am going to close for now. Over the next few days, think about this letter and decide what you are wanting to do or not to do about your fears. In my next letter, I will talk about the different ways you can start to release your fears. For now, think about what you might need to help you go through this process of releasing fear. This is a huge piece of getting yourselves ready to go into the 5D world. Always remembering that we are loving you and standing with you. You will never need to go through this process by yourselves. There are millions of us here ready to help. We consider it a great honor and privilege when we are able to assist you in any way. Know that I love you and that I am holding you most dearly in my heart.

Dear Ones,

Today let us talk about you and the beauty of who you are. Yes, I know that your thoughts of yourselves are not the same as mine. When you look in the mirror and see yourselves, you do not see who you truly are. Your face is covered with the masks of the things you have done or not done. There are masks of other people's expectations of who you should be and your expectations of yourself.

To truly see yourself, you must be willing to let go of all the masks. For the masks are not who you truly are. The truth of your being is hidden behind the masks. The masks are from the past and have no place in your world today and will never have a place in the 5D world. It can be scary to let go of the masks and see the truth of yourself. For most of you, in your minds, you are not thinking in terms of beauty and open-heartedness; you will be thinking just the opposite.

Each and every one of you is reaching towards becoming open-minded, open-hearted, courageous, and determined to be more than you believe you are. You are so much more than you believe. I can say a hundred thousand words to you today, trying to convince you of the truth of yourselves. I am thinking that at the end of the words that you will not believe me. SO I AM ASKING YOU TODAY WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO BELIEVE ME? WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO SEE THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE? WHAT WORDS OF LOVE AND ENCOURAGEMENT ARE YOU WAITING TO HEAR?

SO TODAY, I AM ASKING YOU TO TAKE ME ON A JOURNEY. TAKE MY HAND AND LEAD ME TO YOUR FAVORITE PLACE. TAKE ME WHERE YOU FEEL SAFE. SHOW ME THE WORLD THAT YOU DREAM ABOUT. I WOULD ASK THAT YOU BRING ONE THING WITH US ON THIS JOURNEY. I ASK FOR A LARGE MIRROR THAT WE BOTH MAY LOOK INTO AT THE SAME TIME.

I WANT YOU TO SHOW ME WHO YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE AND WHY YOU ARE WEARING THOSE MASKS. WHAT DO THEY MEAN, AND HOW DID THEY GET THERE? DID YOU PUT THEM THERE, OR DID SOMEONE ELSE'S WORDS PUT THEM THERE?

I AM HEARING YOUR WORDS AND UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME. NOW I WANT YOU TO SEE AND HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TOLD ME FROM MY EYES AND EARS. It is not the same picture, is it? Are you now able to see these things from a different perspective? ARE YOU SEEING YOURSELF DIFFERENTLY NOW? Are you seeing the world differently right now?

LETTING GO OF OLD THOUGHTS AND PERCEPTIONS IS VITAL TO BEING ABLE TO SEE THE TRUTH.  THE TRUTH IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.  NOW I WILL SHARE WITH YOU WHAT I SEE WHEN I LOOK AT YOU.  I ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR EARS, HEART, AND EYES OPEN SO THAT YOU MAY HEAR MY WORDS.  CAN YOU SEE THE TRUTH OF WHAT I AM SHARING WITH YOU? 

Take the time now to take in and process all you have learned about yourself today.

When you are ready, come back to this day and this letter. There was much to let go of today and much to take in. AS YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR, NOW TELL ME WHAT YOU ARE SEEING, AND I WILL TELL YOU WHAT I AM SEEING.

I AM AMAZED AT THE BEAUTY OF WHO YOU ARE.  YOUR STRENGTH AND COURAGE IS BEYOND BELIEF.  YOU HAVE EACH WALKED SO MANY MILES TO ARRIVE AT THIS POINT IN YOUR JOURNEY.  I AM HONORED AND HUMBLED TO BE YOUR WITNESS AND HELPER AS YOU CONTINUE ON YOUR JOURNEY.  EVERYONE HERE ON THIS SIDE IS HONORED AND GRATEFUL TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU.  YOU EACH HAVE ANSWERED A CALL FROM THE UNIVERSE TO COME FORWARD AND PLAY A PART IN ALL THAT IS TAKING PLACE HERE ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Today I again want to talk about the things you say to yourself in the dark. You may think that this subject is old and needs to be let go of, but the truth is this subject is your pathway into the 5D world.

Are you remembering that the 5D world is about LOVE? I am talking about UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Unconditional love starts at your home, in other words, it starts with you. Do you love yourself unconditionally?? For 99% of the beings who live on Mother Earth, the answer is No. That is why this subject is not ready to be let go of.

Most beings of earth have not taken the steps to learn how to love themselves unconditionally. This is not something that you think about in your mind and expect that then everything will be all right. If in the past, you have worked at it from that angle, then it is time to work at it from all the different parts of you. Everything in you comes into play when we talk about learning to love yourself unconditionally.

I mean that your emotional being, your mind, your physical body, and your heart all need to be working together on this particular journey. You speak to yourselves in hurtful, unkind ways. The words you use are not something you would ever say to another person, but yet you use them on yourselves.

Those words help you to stay in the same stuck place that you have been for the past many years. Inside yourselves, you know that if you let go of those words said in the dark that your whole world would change. And what does that mean for you? It means letting go of your control. Your belief that you are in control is the biggest untruth in your world.

Now is the time to look at the truth of who you are. It is time to appreciate yourself and all that you are and all that you do. I wish that there were a way for me to let you see what I see. Each one of you are so cherished and special in your own unique way. It is the ongoing continuing struggle to make yourselves into the false pattern of what is normal on your planet. There is only one problem with that; nobody knows what normal is because there is no normal. Each one of you are different and unique; you were never meant to be like everyone else. The ugly, unkind words you say to yourselves in the dark will never make you exactly like all the other beings of earth.

I know that your world, your earth, is blessed because of the great differences in all of you. Here in my world, we are grateful and overjoyed by the wonder of each of you. We are continually amazed in your differences. Know that we are loving you greatly and holding each and every one of you in our hearts.

I am going to include the paragraphs from my last letter that explained how to work with yourself and with us to discover the truth of the words, you say to yourselves.

“Well, the time has come to let go of those words or sayings. It is a process of taking a moment and asking yourself the question, “What do I think of myself?”

You are going to be amazed at what pops into your mind. My next question to you is, when was the first time you heard this, and who said it to you? Allow that picture to come into your mind. REMEMBER NOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND RE-LIVE IT; JUST WATCH HOW THE PICTURE PLAYS OUT IN YOUR MIND. Often times what the child hears is not really what is being said.

Look at who is saying this and what is happening to that person. NOW THE BIG QUESTION? IS IT ABOUT YOU, OR IS IT ALL ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON AND WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY ARE LIVING THEIR LIFE? Is it their energy that you took at that time and have been carrying for years, is it their misconception of who you are and you believed it? Remember now you were a child and believed whatever someone older said."

Those old untruths will let go and be released as soon as you recognize the truth of what was happening in that time and place. REMEMBER that we are right here beside you, ready to help you in any way as you go through this process time after time until all the words from the dark have been all brought into the light. I will say again and again that we are loving you so greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.

Dear Ones,

Today we are re-posting Letter 93 from February of 2011. As I have mentioned before, my letters are for all time. Even though they may mention dates or times of the year, they are alive and pertain to every day of every year.

Letter 93 is about the choices that you each make every day. You may be unaware of these choices, or perhaps you have forgotten that you have the power to decide what will happen in your life each and every day. By getting out of bed each morning without making a conscious choice is a form of not taking responsibility for your life and the energy, you contribute to the whole of the universe. The re-posting of Letter 93 is a gentle reminder of the incredible power you each have in the direction and quality of your lives.

Dear Ones,

Let us today talk about choices. The choice that I am interested in today is the one you make in the morning after you get out of bed. Will it be a good day? Will it be a bad day? Will it be an OK day?

Did you know that you have a choice about what your day will be? You can get out of bed feeling a little tired, crabby, and saying, yuck, it is raining. Guess where the day will go from there. What kind of day do you think you will have if you CHOOSE to stay in that mindset? First off, is the energy that you wake up with all yours, or is it part of the collective consciousness? Have you cleared and cleaned your energy field lately? Have you cleared and cleaned the energy field of your home and car?

The condition of your energy field has a direct connection to the kinds of days you choose for your life. Isn’t it incredible that these are your choices about what kind of days you can have? Have you been thinking it was a random thing that just happened to you? I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHOICES ABOUT HOW YOUR DAY WILL BE.

The energy of your world right now is very intense and heavy. There is great turmoil going on in many countries and cities all over the world. You have a choice whether or not to bring that energy into your car, your home, and your life. People walking through your grocery stores and malls have great turmoil going on inside of them. What about the people who are struggling to find a job or they are worrying about losing their homes.

You can change nothing for these people who are in turmoil by bringing it into your lives and homes. That will not change anything for them. In fact, it is more harmful for them when that happens. The harm comes from you increasing that turmoil by bringing it home and allowing it to grow and expand. It is so much better for you, your world, and those in turmoil if you CHOOSE to stay in your own energy field, simply sending love and caring to them.

There is another kind of turmoil going on in your world right now in 2011/2021. We have talked before about old emotions and situations coming up to be released and let go of. If you CHOOSE to hang on to these old emotions and situations, how do you think you will feel in the morning when you get out of bed? REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOU TOOK THEM TO BED WITH YOU OR, IN SOME CASES, THEY CAME TO YOU DURING THE NIGHT IN YOUR DREAMS.

WHETHER TO LET GO OF THESE OLD EMOTIONS AND SITUATIONS IS A CHOICE THAT IS FOR YOU TO MAKE. PLEASE CONSIDER WHEN YOU ARE MAKING YOUR CHOICE THAT IT AFFECTS THE KIND OF DAY YOU WILL HAVE. IT WILL AFFECT THE KIND OF MOTHER YOU WILL BE, THE KIND OF WIFE/HUSBAND YOU WILL BE, AND THE KIND OF WORLD CITIZEN YOU WILL BE.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Let us once again talk about you this morning. How are you doing, and what is happening in your lives? I know that many of you are spinning out of control and feeling like you are riding a roller coaster. Immensely strong emotions are coming up from the depths of you. Know that these emotions are surfacing up to be cleared and released into the ethers. It is not necessary to pull them back in and bury them once again. Now is the time to release and let go.

Many of you are finding old emotions and issues that you thought you had released years ago are finding their way to the surface again. It is not that you did not spend time with these emotions and issues in the past; it is simply that they were not fully released and let go of. So think of these times as if you were doing a very thorough cleansing and cleaning of your inner being.

Now is the time to release all that has been buried and hidden away from your everyday life. It is easy to believe that you were unaware of what is left to do, but in the back of your mind, you have known of what was to come next in your journey. Everyone will come to this point in their journey, but not all will arrive here at the same time. Those who arrive first to do their unearthing of old emotions will be able to support those who arrive a little later down the road.

Releasing and letting go of old emotions and issues does not mean that you must go back and be in those times and hurts. It simply means an acknowledging of the emotions and issues. It is a time to stand as the observer or witness to what has happened in your past. It is not the time to go back and live there once again. If you are a being, who is thinking, OH, MOTHER MARY, WE HAVE BEEN HERE SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, ARE WE NOT DONE WITH THIS. MY ANSWER BACK TO YOU IS NO; WE ARE NOT DONE WITH THIS. AND IF YOU ARE ASKING, THEN YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT DONE WITH THIS. YOU ARE HOPING AND PERHAPS EVEN PRAYING THAT IT WILL ALL GO AWAY. YES, IT WILL GO AWAY, BUT ONLY AFTER YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ALL THE OLD EMOTIONS AND ISSUES.

I am so aware that many of you are uncomfortable and even afraid to step back and acknowledge these things of your past. I want you to know that it is not necessary to step into all that is lingering there. It is only necessary to see what is there, to acknowledge that this is part of your history, and then hand it to me. Simply visualize in your mind putting it all in my hands. Whatever it might be, just to let go and give it to me. I will gladly take it and release it into the ethers to be gone forever more.

Know, of course, that we are right here waiting to help you in any way we can. I have said this before, but it is time to say it again. We are behind you, in front of you, beside you, above you, and below you. You are never alone for one moment in time. WE are here, and we are not going away. You only need ask. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

On this day, meaning, Yesterday, we have stepped into a new time. A New Time of New Beginnings. Have you not, over the last many months, been wishing for a new time? For each of you to truly step into this time of New Beginnings, it will be necessary to let go of the past. Letting go of the past meaning to leave it behind and allowing any unfinished feelings of the past to stay in the past or choose to finish them now. Now meaning today.

No being of Mother Earth is really able to have a clean and clear New Beginning while they are trying to carry a huge backpack full of regrets, non-forgiveness of self or others, what-ifs, and of course, the list goes on and on. Each of you will know in a flash once you read my words what I am talking about.

So today, I am asking you to open your hearts very wide and allow yourselves to let go of past hurts, misunderstandings, and harsh words that might have broken your hearts. It is most important that you recognize you are not doing this for the other person; you are doing this to free yourselves of the past. FOR TRULY, YOU ARE THE ONLY BEING WHO CAN DO THIS. THERE IS NO FORGIVENESS NEEDED FROM MY WORLD; THAT HASN'T ALREADY HAPPENED EONS AGO. WE HERE IN MY WORLD HOLD EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU IN THE HIGHEST REGARD. YOU EACH ARE HELD WITH LOVE AND RESPECT OF THE HIGHEST BY EVERYONE IN MY WORLD.

Know that there is a whole new world of new beginnings waiting for each of you. I am asking only that you free yourselves and allow the heaviness of the past to be lifted and taken away. It is not necessary to go back and pick through once again all that you have been carrying. You have already picked through it many, many times. So, I say to you go and take your morning shower, or any time shower and allow the water to wash the heaviness of the past away. Know that we will be right beside you, helping you release your heaviness and set yourself free.

Know in your hearts that this is something you deserve to do for yourselves. This is your second chance, so to speak, and is there not a saying in your world that everyone deserves a second chance. In my world, the saying would be that everyone deserves as many chances as they need. Know in your hearts that you deserve this New Beginning and the joy and happiness it will bring you.

WE are standing right here beside you today, paying you honor and respect. And, of course, I am loving you so tenderly and holding you in my heart.

BEGINNINGS

Dear Ones,

I will not be speaking of endings or end dates.  It is important to understand that this time is only about BEGINNINGS and BECOMING.  This is a time of evolving and becoming who and what you all were meant to be.  It is about opening your hearts and minds to all that you are.  Your eyes will begin to see what is behind the outside dressing of your neighbors and the beings that you see walking down your streets. 

This is a time of opening up and allowing yourselves to truly understand your world.  It is a time to let go of your pursuits of material possessions, which have no meaning in the becoming of who you are.  Material possessions and outside trappings that hide who and what you are will be falling away.  All that hiding is truly unnecessary in the world of LOVE.  Who you are inside, what is in your heart, and what your spirit and soul are telling you is of the utmost importance. 

You are preparing to celebrate your holiday called Halloween and dressing up putting on costumes is the thing to do.  Is it not strange that I am telling you it is time to take off the costume that you wear the rest of the year.  All of the outside trappings of possessions and clothes that are worn to give certain impressions are they, not costumes?   Yes, I know that you have not thought of these things as a costume, but that is what they are.  They have been used to hide yourself or only show certain aspects of yourself.  In most cases, they have been used to totally hide yourselves from each other and most assuredly from yourselves. 

THIS IS THE TIME OF LOVE.  LOVING YOURSELVES TRULY FOR WHO YOU ARE IS STEP ONE IN BECOMING PART OF THE 5D WORLD.  IF YOU CANNOT LOVE YOURSELF HOW COULD YOU EVER TRULY UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE ANOTHER? 

Many of you are blinking and thinking how will I ever make it into the 5D world.  The answer to that is simple.  Take off the glasses that you have been wearing that tell you who and what you should be.  Those same glasses tell you what you should look like, how you should think, how big of a house you should have, and the list goes on and on.  Can you see that these glasses do not speak to who you truly are, they do not speak to what is inside of you or what your heart is telling you? 

SO COME AND JOIN ME AND TAKE A LOOK AT WHO YOU TRULY ARE.  EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU ARE AMAZING WONDERFUL BEINGS.  YOUR HEARTS ARE  BECOMING UNSTUCK AND THEY ARE OPENING AND REACHING OUT FOR THESE NEW BEGINNINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING IN YOUR WORLD.  

SO I SAY TO YOU OPEN YOUR ARMS AND HEARTS TO WELCOME THIS NEW WAY TO LIVE AND BE IN YOUR WORLD.  NOW IS THE TIME TO LET GO OF ALL YOUR OLD WAYS THAT YOU WERE TAUGHT.  NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE TRUTH OF HOW YOU WERE MEANT TO LIVE ON MOTHER EARTH.

Know that in the next few months that the energies of your world and other worlds in the universe will be coming together.  This coming together will be accomplished with love and open-heartedness.  Many of you have been working on this for many years and then again some for just a few months.  All peoples of your Mother Earth will be joining in to learn these new ways of love and open-heartedness. 

It is time to know that all is possible with the joining together of all worlds of the universe.  Your connections to other worlds and to my world will become clearer and more visible to everyone.   LOVE WILL ABOUND IN ALL AREAS OF THE UNIVERSE. 

NOW IS THE TIME TO REJOICE FOR LOVE IS GROWING AND ALL THAT IS NOT OF LOVE WILL BE WASHING AWAY.  KNOW THAT WE ARE LOVING YOU GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU IN OUR HEARTS.   We are waiting here to help you make your way into the way of BEGINNINGS and BECOMING.

Dear, Ones

Today let us talk about your dreams. What are you dreaming of? What do you dream about? Are you allowing yourselves to see and hear what your heart is telling you about, or are you ignoring all that is happening inside yourselves? You each are so much more than you allow yourselves to know about. You each are capable of unimaginable things.

Yes, I know that you allow yourselves to see and visualize your small safe dreams, but what about the others; The ones you never talk about or almost never allow yourselves to think about. I am talking about the big dreams and hopes, the ones that change your lives forever. The dreams that put you right out front where everyone can see who you are and who you were always meant to be.

It is time to let yourselves think about these big dreams, time to fantasize and become comfortable with them. Thinking and fantasizing about those big dreams can be called your first step towards making them a reality. Now is the time for each of you to begin stepping forward and allowing yourselves to acknowledge where you need to be going and what you need to be doing.

Right now, let's stop and take a moment to allow yourselves to visualize what can be. Allow yourselves to close your eyes; take several deep breaths, calling my name, and come on this journey with me. Just continue to breathe and allow your mind to empty and float freely without worries or cares. Place your focus on your heart, and now placing your hand over your heart. In your mind, ask for help in allowing your dreams and purposes to come forward so that you may see them clearly. Some of you may already know part of these dreams and purposes, and there will be others who have no idea. Continue breathing and allowing your heart to be in charge. Allow yourselves to hear and see the words and pictures that are being shown to you. Allow yourselves to see the big picture of it all. Each of you stay with what is being shown to you until there is nothing left to see or hear and then return back to this time and this letter.

NOW IS THE TIME TO SIT AND WRITE DOWN ALL THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SHOWN. THESE THINGS YOU HAVE LEARNED TODAY ARE NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN AND BURIED AWAY AGAIN. It is so important for each of you to know and understand where you are headed and what it is you need to be doing to fulfill yourselves and your purpose.

What each of you are going through on a daily basis takes tremendous courage and strength, and how much easier it will be if you have an idea of why you are going through this process.

Are you now beginning to understand why it is important for you to recognize and acknowledge where you are going and who you are going to become? You are not here on your Mother Earth during this lifetime by accident. Each and every one of you came back during this time on Mother Earth with a definite purpose to fulfill.

You each can continue to allow your fear of change and loss of control to hold you back and keep you in place, or you can take your leap of faith to step out. WE ARE STANDING RIGHT HERE WITH YOU, READY TO TAKE THAT LEAP OF FAITH ALONGSIDE OF YOU. IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER DURING THESE TIMES THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE, NOR HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ALONE. There have been times for each of you when it felt to you that you were alone, but we were always right there holding your hand or holding your whole being in our arms.

I want you now to go and look in the mirror and picture me there beside you. Tell me who you are and why you are here on Mother Earth at this time. NOW TAKE MY HAND, AND LET US GO TELL THE WORLD WHO YOU ARE AND WHY YOU ARE HERE.

Dear Ones,

Are you finding that as you awake each morning, you can be a whole new being each and every day? There are no longer any solid rules about your lives going forward in the same old way, doing the same old things. It is no longer necessary to see and hear things in the same old way.

Your world is different, and you are different. Now, all that you need do is recognize that you have changed and the world has changed. The new beginnings are totally up to you. If you refuse to recognize all that has happened in your personal worlds, then nothing has changed, has it?

I am pushing you this morning to recognize what has happened. Open your eyes, open your heart, open your mind, and open up to your new world. Fear of change is to be left behind. It is time to bury it and allow it to no longer live in your world. Fear of change has done a fine job in your lives; it has been your protection forever. YOU NO LONGER NEED TO LIVE IN FEAR, NOR DID YOU EVER NEED TO LIVE IN FEAR. Fear of change is not something you were born with; it is something you learned from your personal family and your universal family, but now is the time to let it go.

Now it is time to let fear go. It is time for you each one to be free. All things are possible. It is time to banish fear from your personal world, from the whole of Mother Earth and all the Universes. FEAR HAS BEEN THE PREDOMINANT FORCE RUNNING MOTHER EARTH FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS. EACH GENERATION ALLOWING FEAR TO GROW STRONGER AND STRONGER UNTIL YOUR WORLD IS NO LONGER A PLACE WHERE BEINGS ARE HONORED FOR THEIR UNIQUENESS, AND THEIR DIFFERENCES.

FEAR has moved your world into sameness. Everyone must be exactly the same as the next being, and there is no allowing of differences in thoughts, beliefs, cultures, and skin color. What makes you believe that God would only make one kind of being. God has made many, many, many different kinds of beings. ALL BEINGS ARE WONDERFUL, UNIQUE, AND IMPORTANT BEYOND ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE.

YOU EACH ONE ARE A BROTHER OR SISTER TO EVERY OTHER BEING ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND TO ALL THE UNIVERSES. IT IS TIME TO OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE WHO YOU ARE AND WHO THEY ARE. It is time to let go of the fear and distrust of anyone and anything that isn't exactly like yourselves. NO BEING ON EARTH OR IN THE UNIVERSES IS BETTER OR MORE SUPERIOR THAN ANOTHER BEING.

The humongous FEAR and separation that have been built between beings is causing your ever-lasting wars, hate, and extreme violence between the beings of Mother Earth. It is with great sadness that all beings in my world watch what is happening to each of you and to your world as a whole.

FEAR is a contagious disease that has been running rampant in your world for eons. THIS NEW YEAR AND YOUR NEW BEGINNINGS ARE ABOUT WALKING AWAY FROM ALL YOU HAVE LEARNED ABOUT FEAR, SEPARATENESS, AND THE LASTING STRUGGLE TO BE BETTER THAN YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS.

YOU ARE ALL ONE; YOUR DIFFERENCES ARE WHAT MAKE THE WORLD A WONDROUS PLACE. OPEN YOUR EYES, YOUR HEARTS, YOUR MINDS, AND YOUR ARMS TO WELCOME ALL INTO YOUR PERSONAL WORLDS.

Dear Ones,

The energy in your world is most intense, filled with drama, chaos, anxiety, and fear. Each of you are trying desperately to swim your way through all that is happening. Many of you are holding it closely in your hearts that all will be well and there is nothing to worry about. Others of you are worrying and stressing about all that is going on and how wrong it all is.

I know that this may come as a great surprise to many of you that all is not wrong in your world, all is happening just as it needs to happen. No, it is not comfortable, it is not easy nor is it filled with Love and Light. But, it is most important to understand that your world has gone so far to the dark side that only extreme measures could bring it back to the light. Indeed this is what is happening, your world is slowly being brought back to the light.

The dark in your world has become like cancer with tentacles spreading out far and wide to cover the whole of Mother Earth. Many of you were choosing not to see what was going on and just kept hoping that all would turn out well. The truth was that your world had gone far beyond that point years ago. No one has been paying attention to what has been happening for years and years.

So now the dark is openly visible for all to see, although there are those who are still pretending that all will be well soon. Just as each of you have issues buried in your bodies that still need to be worked on and worked out. Mother Earth has issues buried in her body (your world) that need to be worked out also. You will notice that many of the things occurring in your everyday life has many similarities to what is happening in the bigger world. Drama, chaos, fear, anxiety, and hopelessness is appearing everywhere in every form.

I want each one of you to hear me very clearly that the light is winning, you may not see great big flashes of the light winning. But, the light is like a very busy PAC MAN, every day it is gobbling up a little more of the dark and on some days it is able to take a great huge hunk out of the dark. The light has made progress even if you are unable to see it. It is happening daily. Moving forward and destroying the tentacles that have been spreading for years. I can assure you and promise you that the light will win and the dark cancer will be destroyed.

It is beyond Important that each one of you stands up for the light, stand up for yourselves. This is the time to speak out and let your voices be heard. Each one of you matter, each one of you are important in this struggle to bring back the light to your world. WE are standing right here with you and you will never stand alone in the journey back to the light. Standing for the light now is one of your purposes for returning to Mother Earth at this time.  Each one of you came back to be a Wayshower and Keeper of the light.  Let your lights shine very brightly and know that we are with you as you are shining so brightly.

We are loving you and holding you so dearly in our hearts. We are grateful for all that you are doing to bring the light back into your world.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Today I want to talk about "asking for help, accepting help, and letting go of control once you have asked for help." All three of these are great important truths that are difficult for all beings of Mother Earth. First, let us speak of asking for help, and yes, we have talked of this often in earlier letters, but it is important to speak of it again.

As I have said many times in the past that we are always right here waiting to help you, all you need do is ask. That is a truth. What is happening time after time is that you are asking, but you are also telling us exactly how you would like the help to come. You are asking for help in exact ways, with an exact outcome, and with many limitations on how you will accept the help. The truth is oftentimes, and we cannot provide the help in exactly the way you want it to come to you.

For example, if you ask for financial help and only think in terms of winning big at the casino or the lottery, that leaves us no room to provide the help in any other way. What I AM SAYING IS IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR US TO ARRANGE FOR YOU TO WIN THE LOTTERY OR WIN BIG AT THE CASINO. THERE ARE 100 THOUSAND OTHER WAYS FOR US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH FINANCIAL HELP, BUT YOU HAVE TIED OUR HANDS AND ARE ONLY ALLOWING IT TO COME TO YOU IN ONE WAY. This statement I am going to make is so very, very important; in fact, I am going to plead with you right now to please stop trying to control how the help you are asking for can come to you. By keeping control of every situation, you are stopping the help you need from coming your way. You are keeping yourselves stuck in the same-old mud hole, and then you can say, "I knew it; they are not going to help me," and there is also another little voice inside of you that is going to say, "I did not deserve whatever it was that you ask for help with." That little voice inside of you will then start telling you how awful you are. This is called self-abuse, and it is devastating to your heart, mind, and body.

Can you see this is an ongoing old pattern that you each learned very young, and it is being carried forward into your journeys today. It makes my heart so very sad because all of those words you're saying inside yourselves are untrue. You each and everyone deserve absolutely everything that you ask for. It is our honor and joy to provide you help in whatever way we can. Providing you with help is part of our purpose and part of our way to show you how much you are loved and cherished.

So, today I am asking you to let go of your control. I am asking you to trust us and also to trust yourselves enough to allow all of us in my world to provide you with the help you are asking for. I am aware that you learned at a very young age that having control is the only way to keep yourselves safe and secure.

However, in this case, it is doing exactly the opposite. It is keeping you stuck, unhappy, and feeling greatly unloved and unlovable.

I am pleading with you to allow us the freedom to do what you ask of us. It is time to stop putting limits on all in my world and limits on you in your world. It is past time for us to work together to provide you with the help you need and want. You are living in very stressful times on Mother Earth, and help is needed to make your way on this journey you have chosen.

Know that we are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts. WE are waiting to help you in any way we can. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

What should we talk about today? Let's talk about the energy coming into your world and the craziness that comes with this new wave of energy. Have you been riding a roller coaster? One minute all is right with your world, and the next, you're feeling like someone knocked you down.

Many of the beings of Mother Earth have been experiencing these great highs and lows over the past few weeks. You are entering a time of more calm and introspection! Now is a good time to walk back through the last few weeks and examine those extreme highs and lows. Much of the energy from those extreme mood changes is still in your many bodies. Bodies meaning cellular, physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional bodies. Now is a time of clearing and revitalizing all of the bodies.

I want to tell you to take a few days to allow yourselves to catch up with your lives and all that has been happening to you. But, I am aware with all that consumes your days, it is most unlikely that you would be able to allow yourselves to take those few days. So, I will say to you to take time each morning to examine all that has been happening. Each of you have had abundant amounts of letting go and releasing happening. There is simply time needed to examine and evaluate what has happened.

Once you have had time to examine and evaluate the past few weeks, your life can and will go into a slower, more gentle time. As you know, you are past due for some rest time. Make use of this downtime over the next few weeks to give yourselves abundant amounts of self-care. Over the past few months, self-care has not been at the top of the priority list. It is time to make up for months of neglect and to see yourself at the top of the list. Rest and rejuvenate yourselves. Giving your body the food, water, and exercise it needs in healthy, wonderful amounts. It is time to nurture, love, and support yourselves as you would your best friend. Because indeed, you are your best friend whether you are aware of that or not.

I will assure you that no one else in the whole of your world knows what you need, want, or dream about. You are the only person who has the answers to those questions. What do you need, want, and dream about?

Do you consciously know the answers to those questions? If you are saying to yourself and others, "I am not sure what I want or need." Then I say back to you it is time to find out. During these next few weeks, it is most important for you to have a long, very honest talk with yourself about your wants and needs.

These are not questions that your brain/mind is going to be able to answer for you with the truth. Your brain/mind will continue to tell what you should want and need. What I am talking about is what your heart is waiting to tell you, and I promise you that your heart will tell you the truth. Your heart is not programmed to tell you what you should or shouldn't need and want.

Begin this process by placing your hand on your heart and closing your eyes. There are those of you who are reading this letter and will start to laugh and say, "OH, Mother Mary, you always say this." And, you are right. I do always say this because it works. YOUR HEART KNOWS THE TRUTH OF YOUR SOUL There are those of you who may need to practice this for some time before you are really able to hear what your HEART is saying. There are also others of you who will find it difficult to believe what your heart is saying. What your heart is saying may be so different from what your brain/mind has been telling you for years that it will be difficult to believe.

It is time to believe. It is time to trust yourselves and what you know in your heart. It is time to tell your brain to be quiet so that you can listen to what you desperately need to hear. Know that we will be standing right beside you, behind you, and in front of you. We are here, and we will always be here. You only need call, and I will be there, and there are 100s of millions of other beings in my world who will be there. Know that I am loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in my heart.

How are each of you doing today? There has never been a more important time to be practicing your Self-care and Self-love. After the intensity of the last few months, each of you are worn a little thin and are in need of support, nurturing, and love. Providing some of that for yourselves is a wondrous gift and asking for that from your personal tribe is so important. Also, please do not forget to ask us; we have unimaginable amounts of love, support, and nurturing to offer you.

Please be as gentle with yourselves as you can.

Know that I am holding each one of you in my arms as you read my letter today. As you read this letter, allow your hearts to open and accept this love and know that you each deserve this and so much more. You all have worked so hard, and at times it must seem like you have been working at this forever. Know that we are right here with you and that this is where we will stay.

Each of you have your own separate issues to work through as you continue on your chosen paths. Yes, they will continue to appear time after time until they have been completed and released. So, I am hoping that you will take care of them sooner than later. For it seems that each time they return to you, they become stronger and stronger until you can no longer ignore them. Ignoring your issues takes an incredible amount of your energy and time. So if you are finding yourselves tired and exhausted, you might take a closer look at what has been appearing in your lives and has it been there before.

Each of you know and are aware of what I am speaking of. Yes, we are aware that sometimes it just seems too painful to sort through the old issues and events. Remembering now, that they become stronger and more intense the longer they are held close. You will be amazed at the relief and joy that will fill your hearts, minds, and bodies as you find release and letting go.

Also, remember that it is not always necessary to go back and re-examine every detail of an event or issue. Many times it can be a simple acknowledgment of what your heart, mind, and body are experiencing that will allow it all to be released and let go of. It is always important to acknowledge what your body, mind, and heart are experiencing. All parts of you are connected and make up the whole of who you are. There is no way for you to ignore what is happening in any part of yourselves. You can pretend to bury emotions deep inside and make yourselves believe they are gone and no longer have any control over your lives, but that is a great huge untruth. Those emotions that you have tried to hide away are what is controlling your every move, thought, and action. This believing that you are able to hide away issues, events, and emotions from the past is the biggest trick that the beings of earth play on themselves.

This trick is the most painful thing of all. The trick is holding each being who chooses to walk this path in a most painful stranglehold. Their lives, actions, and reactions are all about holding the denial of their hidden issues, events, and emotions in place. This way of being is not living, and it is called surviving. There is no time or energy for living a heart-centered life.

WE are right here, ready to help you release and let go of those hidden away emotions, issues, and events from your past. There are excellent beings on Mother Earth in human form who can help you to release and let go of all that you have been hanging on to; if you ask for help, the ones who can help you will appear.

Know that we are loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in our hearts. We are right here standing with you supporting you, and loving you.
