Letter 228

Dear Ones,

Here we are at the end of the first month of your 2013.  Are you shaking your heads wondering what in the world is going on?  There has been immense amounts of energy coming into your planet, as you well know.  Most of you are feeling as if you have been hit by a tidal wave.  Except this tidal wave hits you and then goes back out and returns to hit you again.

Well, I have good news the tidal wave has almost completed its cycle.  That is not to say that all will be gentle and easy in the other 11 months of this 2013.  It is just to say that this cycle is almost complete.  There are a few of you who will continue to experience these tidal waves into the next month.  You all have been very brave and courageous going through the twists and turns of the tidal waves. 

There is a new energy source that will be coming into your planet starting with this next month.  Energy sources from many other planets will be filtering in and uplifting the vibration of planet Earth.  You each will be more aware of other forms of living breathing life forms.  Your planet has been visited for eons by beings from other star systems.  All was kept hidden and invisible from most beings of earth.  The time for invisibility has come and gone. 

This time on your planet now is about truth and only truth.  There is no longer room for secrets and lies.  Lies told by your governments about what has been going on in your world for eons.  You will start to see the veils of secrecy flow away into the ethers.  Truths about past incidents and historical actions and reactions will be made known, so that all are aware of the truth of your world.

It is as if Mother Earth is standing in a very large shower.  She is being cleansed and returned to her perfection.  Each of you will also be going into the shower and being cleansed and returned to your perfection.  That is what your next few months will be about.  The secrets and lies that have been part of your journey up until this point will no longer be hidden and put away.  Your time for cleansing yourselves of all self-deceptions is beginning.  We are aware that these deceptions and lies may have lived in your family for generations and they have been passed down from one to the other.  All of that will be washed away and cleansed.  It will go way beyond what you call the seven generations back and seven generations forward.  It will go back to the beginning of your world, to the first day.  It will go forward to the end of your world, the last day.

This whirlwind of cleansing will begin very slowly and build up its momentum over the next few months.   THIS IS A JOURNEY OF FREEDOM FOR EACH OF YOU.  I AM SPEAKING OF TRUE FREEDOM.  THIS WILL BE FREEDOM WITHOUT HIDDEN DARK CORNERS THAT YOU NEED TO WATCH AND CARE FOR.  I AM TALKING ABOUT NO DARK CORNERS, AND NO FEAR OF DISCOVERY.  I AM TALKING ABOUT THE FREEDOM TO BE WHO YOU ARE AND WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE.   Secrets, lies and self-deceptions will become part of the past, which will stay in the 3D world.  Each of you will continue on your journeys into the 5D world.

Of course, you are not traveling alone on your journey.  We are right here with you.  We will be standing right beside you as you go through your own personal cleansing shower.  We will hold your hand, stand at your back or carry you into the shower if that is what you need.  WE ARE RIGHT HERE.

We are loving you so greatly and holding you so tenderly in our hearts.  I am loving you each and everyone.

Dear Ones,

Have you noticed that your physical, emotional and mental bodies are not doing well during these times?  It is important to be aware of all that is going on in all your different bodies.  The energy coming into your planet at this time is beyond anything you have known in the past. 

Everything about you is seeking to adjust to what is pouring into your planet.  Your physical bodies are feeling stressed and painful.  Your mental bodies are becoming more forgetful and unable to focus.  Have you noticed that you can start to do something and the next moment you are totally unaware of what you were going to start to do?

Now let us speak of your emotional bodies.  How many of you have had a total collapse or I believe your word for it is “Meltdown” in the last few weeks.  There may have been more than one episode like that.  Anger, Rage and Frustration seems to be running free and wild on your Mother Earth. 

Pay attention to what is happening in your emotional bodies.  Once again, old unfinished issues are coming to the surface with immense energy behind them.  All are being pushed out into the open.  You will no longer be able to contain what has been hidden and festering inside yourselves.  Some of these issues have consciously been hidden away and held at bay.  Others have subconsciously been waiting for the proper time to show their faces.  All will need to be released and put to a final and clear ending.

It is most important at this time to stop and take a breath.  Taking care of one’s self during these times is no longer a choice, it has become a must.  Your physical bodies are being taken to the farthest extremes.  It is imperative at this time that you pay attention to the food you eat and the liquids that you drink.  Drinking water and flushing toxics from your physical body is the best way to support your body at this time.  For those of you who say I drink a lot of water everyday, I am going to say drink twice that much from this day forward.  Extreme amounts of toxics are being generated in your bodies from the energy vibrations that you are absorbing.

I am wondering if many of you are thinking that this is the same stuff that has been happening over and over throughout the last few years.  You’re right, some of this is more of the same-old thing, but it is at a much deeper level and have you noticed it is coming through you with increased power and frequency.  I wish that I could tell you, this is almost over.  Of course, for a few of you, it is almost over, but for the bigger share of you, it will continue to be an ongoing journey for a while longer.

Of course, we are right here waiting to help you in any way that we can.  When asking us for help, please do not try to direct the way in which the help should come.  By trying to control each and every step along the way you tie our hands and then we are unable to help.  There are so many, many ways to bring help to you that you are totally unaware of.  Allow us a free hand in bringing you help in whatever way we can.   So in your asking for help simply say “Please help me with ______” and leave it at that.  That allows us to bring you help in the best way possible for you.

Dear Ones,

In my letter today I want to stress that this is a time to be open-minded and open- hearted.  Your world is changing very rapidly.  It is important to note that help is coming your way in vast amounts.  Help is coming in different ways now and through different messengers. 

Pay attention to what you are reading and listening to.  Follow your intuition and what it tells you.  Are you listening and reading the right messages for you?  Each of you will need help and direction from different sources.  REMEMBERING now that each of you is unique and different.  So it is important to listen to what your heart, mind and body are telling you.  Most importantly that you allow your heart to lead the way. 

During this time, it is important that you learn to make all decisions from your heart.  When you are trying to make a decision about anything in your life, there should always be that moment when you stop and place your hand on your heart and then asking your heart what is the right way to go.  It is the time to learn that you need to do this each and every time you make a decision.  This is called re-training yourself so that the heart is the leader in all decision making.

For eons and eons, it has been the logical brain/mind that has been making all decisions in your lives.  Now is the time to switch over and start leading a life that is directed from the heart.  The 5D world is heart directed.  Part of your journey into the 5D world is to learn to trust yourselves and your hearts.  The trusting will only happen through time and practice. 

REMEMBERING NOW THAT LISTENING AND LIVING BY WHAT THE LOGICAL BRAIN/MIND SAYS IS HABIT.  You know of no other way to live and function in your world.  There is no switch that we can turn off for you that tells you, OK it is all about your heart now.  This is something that you each will need to learn and grow into.  So start today to change these habits of a lifetime.

We will be right here with you helping you to remember to check with your heart about each and every decision you wish to make.  Whether it is about the food you eat, the clothes you wear or what you are going to do today.  START BY PLACING YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART ALLOWING YOUR FOCUS TO BE ON THE HEART ONLY AND THEN LISTEN FOR YOUR ANSWER.   Remembering now that heart decisions are not going to be logical and agree with your brain.  This is about learning to trust your hearts and yourselves. 

At this time, it is also most important to treat yourselves with loving gentle kindness. Your physical bodies are going through tremendous changes trying to integrate all the new higher vibrations of energy coming your way. As always, we are right here loving you and holding you most gently in our hearts.

Dear Ones,

Today let us talk about you.  What are you thinking about doing?  What have you been doing?  What do you want to do?  Of course, I am not talking about doing the dishes or washing your clothes.  I am talking about what your heart and soul is telling you to do.  Then again, you may be doing exactly what you want to be doing right now?

In the, past weeks we have talked about choices and making your own choices.  We talked about the fact that not making a choice is indeed making a choice.   It might not be the choice you really wanted, but it is a choice.  We talked about the craziness of the last few weeks and about the fact that it is time to get back to work.

Well now, what exactly does that mean.  Getting back to work.  What I mean by getting back to work is that it is time to pay attention to what is happening in your life.  Not the outside life you live, but what is happening inside of you.  The inside life can easily get lost for a while with the glitter and glamour of Solstice, Christmas and New Years.  All three of these are wonderful and important celebrations with friends, families and loved ones.

What I am wondering is, how did you feel inside yourselves as you started the New Year?  If you were not feeling uplifted, enlightened and full of energy to take on the rest of your life, what have you done about those feelings?  What choices have you made or not made in regard to what is happening in your heart, mind and body.  And maybe some of you were just plain too tired to care what was going on. 

Today, let us stop and take the time to really look at what is happening in your heart, mind and body. I want you to close your eyes, put your hand on your heart, take several deep breaths and say my name.  Just listen to my voice and allow yourselves to really take a look at what is happening and what you are wanting to happen.  Take yourself to a very safe place, where it is quiet and peaceful.  Allow your mind to empty and just be with yourself.  There is no one more important right now than you.  You are on an inward journey to check on your heart, mind and body.   Listen to what they are telling you. They may speak separately to you or they may come as a team with one voice.  Their words are precious and full of wisdom; it is important to pay attention to what they are saying.  Know that you are not alone on this journey, I am right here with you and we will take this inner journey together.

When you are ready, return back to this letter.  As you return to the outer world, I want you to sit quietly for a few moments and contemplate your journey and what you want to do with what you have learned.  You may not find those answers within the next few moments, but allow yourself the time to make choices about your lives.  

Know that I am here loving you so greatly.  I am holding you all so gently in my heart and cherishing you, each and everyone.  I am in gratitude and gratefulness for all that you do to help each other and Mother Earth.  I love you, I love you and I love you.

Dear Ones,

Well, you have all traveled through these last three weeks of craziness and chaos.  It is now time to get back to living your lives in a little gentler way.  Many of you might be finding it difficult to adjust to the energy that is coming into your Mother Earth at this time.  The side effects of this energy can be disruption of sleep patterns, general feelings of nervousness or excitement as if something big is about to happen. 

Well, the truth is something big has happened and will continue to happen.  Each one of you has traversed the many obstacles and issues that you are finding on your journey into the 5D.  Are you thinking that you are in the 5D that you have made it?  I will tell you that there are very, very few beings who have made it into the 5D.  The journey into the 5D, is a journey into yourselves.  Are all your issues from the past cleared up and let go of, and is your life exactly the way you have dreamed it would be?  Are you living your life with passion and zest for all? 

An even bigger question is, how open is your heart?  For most beings of Mother Earth, your hearts are still at least half closed.  Many of you have been so hurt in the past that it is difficult to trust enough to walk around with your hearts wide open.  There is a touch of fear that anyone could come in and hurt you.  If your hearts were wide open, then you would feel way to vulnerable to be out in the world.

I am feeling so very sad right now to think that you live in a world that you are uncomfortable and afraid to let your hearts be as they were meant to be.  Hearts were meant to be wide open and caring of every living breathing life form.  That means your hearts are welcoming and opening to love everything.  Everything being, the trees, shrubs, each blade of grass, every human being, all creatures, including the four legged, the winged ones, ones who slither on the ground, and every breathing life form.  Beings of the 5D world love everyone and everything.  They know no other way to live.  Their world is made up of love; there are no other options. 

So it is time to take a look at yourselves, where are you in your journey into the 5D world?  Are you loving everything and everyone and most importantly are you loving yourself?  Most of you will be way to hard on yourself, because that is the way you, have always been.  Judging yourself as never quite measuring up, never quite being good enough.  So for today can we let go of that one, I mean really let go of that.  It will no longer exist in your world, which includes your mind, heart and body.  You have handed it to me and I will not give it back.  So now take a true and honest look at yourself.  What do you need to work on, where are you on your journey in the 5D world?  Well, the craziness and chaos is over and it is time to get back to work.  Now that you have taken an honest and true look at yourself, you will know what you need to do and where you need to go in 2013. 

As always, remembering we are right here waiting to help you in any way we can.  If you need help from someone in your physical world, then ask for it.  Know that if you need help finding the right person, just ask and we will help you to find what you are needing.  There are many beings on your planet right now that are offering their services to you.  Take advantage of whatever you are being offered.  Know that I am loving you greatly and holding you so dearly in my heart.

Dear Ones,

WELCOME TO 2013 and the rest of your Life.  Today let us talk about the rest of your life.  Are you awake, are you asleep or somewhere in between?  Let me say to you right now it is time to be fully awake and alive.  All that is happening on your Mother Earth is exciting and wondrous to behold.

The coming months will hold more wonders, experiences and adventures you never thought you would have.  Of course, this is a choice for each of you.  How open-minded and loving are you willing to be?  Can you open your arms in welcome to beings from other universes or star systems?  Are you willing to take the chances to experience something new and changing to your awareness?  Are you willing to risk letting your dreams come true? 

During these months ahead at all times I am asking you to keep this thought in your mind, heart and soul, “This is my choice.”  These four words are so important to each of you.  All that is ahead for each of you in your personal world is your choice.  Yes, it has always been this way, but many of you have been unaware or unwilling to admit that it is so.   There is no longer any room for such denials.

These four words are the words of the year 2013.

“THIS IS MY CHOICE”

It is important to remember that pretending not to make a choice is indeed a choice.  There are a hundred million choices to be made in 2013.  Starting with “What are you willing to risk to fulfill your purpose?”  “What are willing to risk to experience overwhelming Joy and Happiness?”  “What are you willing to risk to be true to yourself?”   What are you risking if you DON’T choose your purpose, your joy and happiness and being true to yourselves?

The Path into the 5D world has not been easy nor without rocks and pebbles along the way.  All are being asked to let go of old ways of being, old thought patterns, harsh judgments of self and others.  It is a journey of learning to love yourselves.  Which means a letting go of all of those beliefs and thoughts learned from your parents, your schooling or religious beliefs that do not serve you.  It is letting go of anything that does not support you, encourage you, and speak words of honor and respect to you.  In many cases, it is learning to honor and respect yourselves. 

Are you willing to risk loving yourselves and loving others completely without judgments or thoughts of if only?   WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RISK TO LIVE IN TOTAL AND COMPLETE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE? 

REMEMBERING NOW THAT THIS IS TOTALLY YOUR CHOICE TO MAKE.  NO ONE CAN MAKE THIS CHOICE FOR YOU.  IT IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU AND REMEMBERING NOW THAT NO CHOICE IS A CHOICE.

As always, we are standing right here willing and ready to help you in any way that we can.  WE cannot make this choice for you, but we can help you to make the choice and we can help you once the choice is made.  I am holding you so gently in my heart and loving you so greatly.
