Good Morning Dear Ones,

These past days have indeed been intense for all beings of Mother Earth. During this month of August, all will continue to be intense and full of highs and lows. Many new vibrational energies are coming into Mother Earth and pushing each of you to release and let go of old issues. As waves of energies that have been confined inside of your physical body release, allow yourselves to flow with all that is transpiring.

It is most important at this time to keep the energy in your physical bodies moving and releasing. Daily practices of consciously moving your energy through your body will help to release and move it through at this time. Take a few seconds as you go through your day to stop and intentionally visualize energy coming through the top of your head and seeing it move down through your body and releasing out your feet. Remind yourselves to do this often during your day.

Trying to stop the flow of these new vibrational energies will cause discomfort both physically and emotionally. The hanging on will be what causes the discomfort. This is a lesson in moving with what is happening in the NOW and learning that there is no way to control these vibrational energies. These vibrational energies are here to help you release all old energies, emotions, and regrets. If you are holding on to guilt from times past, then this is an excellent time to release all feelings of guilt and to forgive yourself for what has transpired.

THIS TIME IS ABOUT FREEDOM, FREEDOM FOR ALL YOUR EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, PHYSICAL, CELLULAR, AND SPIRITUAL BODIES. It is a grand time of letting go and allowing your whole being to shine in all its glory. Holding on and trying to control all dims your light and diminishes the shine of who you truly are.

Each of you have been working so hard to become all that you are; remember now that this is just one more step on your journey. Know that you are not alone, nor will you ever be alone. We here in my world walk with you every single minute of every single day. We are loving you, honoring you, and holding you in our hearts. We here are so proud of all that you have accomplished. We know that it has taken great strength, courage, and love to walk the paths you have chosen.

Letter 204

Dear Ones,

Today I am asking the question of you,” What is holding you back?” Why are you not allowing yourselves to become all you can be? I will leave these questions with you. These are things I hope you will ask yourselves. When you find the answers, then you will once again be back on the path.

No, these are not easy questions to answer, nor will the answers be easy to hear. That is the reason they keep hanging over your heads or twisting in your stomachs, or even making you physically and mentally sick. But, these are the questions and answers that are stopping you from having the life you pray about, dream about, and keep hoping you will have.

We here are so hoping that you will allow yourselves to see what is stopping you from having all that it is that you dream about and pray about. We here are not holding back from giving you what you ask for. IT IS YOU WHO ARE DENYING YOURSELVES ALL THAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR. I CAN SEE THAT SOME OF YOU ARE SHAKING YOUR HEAD AS IF TO SAY, "ARE YOU CRAZY, MOTHER MARY." WHY WOULD I DENY MYSELF ALL THAT I ASK FOR?

THAT IS THE BIG QUESTION INDEED, "WHY ARE YOU DENYING YOURSELVES WHAT YOU WISH FOR?" There are old belief systems, old words that have been spoken to you, and someone else's fears, hopelessness, and desperation are being held inside of you. YOU ARE BELIEVING ALL THIS OLD USELESS, AND WORN-OUT INFORMATION THAT IS NOT TRUTH. IT SEEMS TO BE EASIER FOR YOU TO CONTINUE BELIEVING IT THAN TO STOP AND LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE HOLDING INSIDE.

I AM HERE TODAY TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS NOT EASIER TO KEEP HOLDING ON TO ALL THOSE UNTRUTHS INSIDE OF YOU. It causes damage to who you are and who and what you can become in this world. It holds you back from being all that you are meant to be. It keeps you from having the life you dream and pray about. It keeps us from helping you to have all that you want. REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE FREE WILL, AND WE ARE UNABLE TO GO AGAINST THAT, EVEN IF YOU ASK US TO.

It is as if you have a war going on inside yourselves, dreaming, praying, and asking for one thing, and at the same time, another part of you is saying no, I cannot have this or that. All hopes, dreams, and prayers stop and go no further. Have you been thinking that we were not listening and hearing you? OH NO, we are hearing you, but we are unable to go against your free will when you think inside yourself that NO, I CAN'T HAVE THAT OR DO THAT OR BE THAT. OUR HANDS ARE TIED. IT IS OUR HOPE, DREAMS, AND PRAYERS TO YOU THAT YOU WILL UNTIE OUR HANDS AND ALLOW US TO HELP. MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT IS TIME TO STOP YOUR INNER WAR AND UNTIE YOUR OWN HANDS.

SO TODAY, I SAY TO YOU, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO STOP AND LOOK INSIDE AT THOSE OLD BELIEF SYSTEMS, OLD WORDS, AND OTHER PEOPLE'S FEAR, DESPERATION, AND HOPELESSNESS. No, you cannot fix it all today, but you can start to fix some of it today. You will be amazed at the ways in which your life will change and become all that you want once you start releasing all that you are carrying.

We here are loving you and holding you most dearly in our hearts and hands. We are with you every step of the way, NOW AND ALWAYS. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 203

Dear Ones,

Are you finding it difficult to hang on to your 3D reality? Do you find yourself floating from 3D to 5D, or perhaps I should say just floating who knows where? Many of you are doing much traveling during your days. If you are wondering why you can’t remember things and you are losing your place in the middle of your life. Have you found yourself shaking your head, wondering where you just went?

Are you answering yes to all my questions, then you are indeed right where you need to be in your journey to the 5D world. You are floating between worlds and realities. You have been doing this for some time, but the speed and the intensity of the floating is increasing and speeding up.

I could describe it as you are living in two different realities or worlds. Most of you are not remembering the other worlds you are visiting. There are very few who have knowledge of both worlds or all the worlds that you each are visiting. In time each of you will become more aware of these other worlds and what is transpiring in those lives.

Do you find this a little disconcerting that you are living and being in two or more places at one time? This has always been so; you were each just unaware of what was happening. Now you are more aware, and the questions are coming very fast into your brains about who and what the worlds are.

You are aware of the 5D world, and many of you recognize that you are on a journey to that reality. Are you thinking that is the only reality, there are many more realities and worlds that are unknown to you? In time each of you will become aware of these places as you continue to grow and allow yourselves to be all that you are meant to be.

There are many stars and planets in the universe and many other dimensions yet to become known to you of Mother Earth. The beings of Mother Earth have lived a most sheltered existence. You have been very naïve and innocent of all that has been happening in other worlds and realities. All of that is changing, and it is time to open your minds and hearts to what is being offered and shown to you.

I know that this letter may seem strange to some of you, but just consider it a wake up call about what is happening in your world and the coming together of all worlds.

Please know that we are always right here waiting to help you in any way. We are loving you and enjoying your waking up process. We are holding you in our arms and hearts.

Letter 202

Dear Ones,

How are you all holding up? Your world has been swamped with intense energy waves one after the other for weeks, if not months now? Time is going so fast, and your personal worlds are moving at the speed of sound. There has been little rest or space for catching your breaths.

So, right now, as you are reading my letter, I would like you to stop and take a breath. Close your eyes for just one moment and breath deeply. Allow me to place my hand on the top of your head. Feel the energy coming into your bodies.  Feel the love and comfort coming to you. Allow yourselves to feel the support and strength you need to go forward.  Stay here with me for just a few more moments. Everything can and will wait for us to continue this moment in time. This is time that you need, time to refuel and care for yourselves. In the past weeks and months, there has not been much time to care for yourselves.

Each of you are worn thin and, in some cases, bone tired. There is the feeling among some of you that you may not be able to go on. So, for those of you who think that they can't go on? Hear me now, I am right here, and I will provide you with the energy and support that you need to continue this journey. Your journeys are beyond important. Each and every one of you are needed to participate in this transformation of your world.

The changing of your world from 3D to 5D can, at times, feel like you are at war. There is indeed the same chaos and confusion in your changing into a different world as there is in a war-torn country. This is not a war you will see in the headlines of your newspapers. This is a war going on inside people's hearts and souls. It is a war between the positive and the negative forces of the worlds. It is a war between the caring and uncaring, a war between greed, selfishness, and selflessness.

As amazing as it may seem to you reading this letter, some beings of earth are fighting to hold onto their worlds of selfishness, greed, uncaring, hate, and violence. Do you not wonder why a being would fight to hang onto these things?  They fight out of fear. They have no conscious knowledge of any other way to live. So fear steps in and takes over, and they continue fighting, never knowing that what is being offered is what they really want and need.

This is where the Wayshowers and Keepers of the Light step in and be the living example of all that is waiting in this new world called 5D. For those who are hanging on to the old ways, it will take much time for them to be able to see that it is possible to have what they have always wanted. They have never believed that it was possible to have such a world as the 5D.

So, for now, it is only in the showing of a new way to live and that this war will be won. I offer you my most humble gratitude for all that you are doing and living through to bring this new world into being. Your strength, courage, and determination is beyond measure.

Know that we here are walking right beside you, always!! You are never alone.  We stand with you and will always stand with you. I am loving you so dearly and holding you in my heart. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Letter 199

Dear Ones,

I know that many of you are hoping that I would not go back to the subject of FEAR. I haven't talked about it for a while now, but it hasn't gone away, nor is it going to until each and every person stops and takes the time to deal with their own individual fears.

Fear is not an easy emotion to deal with, nor is it easy to admit that you have fears. I am aware that there is not one person on Mother Earth who does not have fear. Fear is a strange emotion for human beings to deal with. It becomes even stranger when you don't choose to deal with it.

Fear can start out in a small way, but what happens in your minds and bodies when it is allowed to stay is a different thing all together. Fear grows and feeds on your other emotions. Over time, it can consume your life and the way you choose to live your life. Fear can and will become the dominant force in your life. Every decision is based around not disturbing the pocket of fear that lives within your heart, mind, and body.

Allowing fear to be in control of your life IS HAVING NO LIFE!! There are some of you who are reading this letter, or maybe you have stopped reading the letter because it is once again about fear. It is time now to stop running away from dealing with the fear in your lives. It is time to face the fact that many of the things you would like to do or be are not happening because of the fear.

There is no way to skirt around it or pretend that it isn't there. It is always there, and many times it has and will continue to stop you UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO STOP IT. How can you stop it? That is the big question right now?

The first step in stopping the fear is to admit you have it. The second step is not to minimize it and tell yourself that you just have a little fear. It is important to know that it does not matter how big or how little it is. What is important is that it lives inside your heart, mind, and body.

Take the time to understand and look at your fears. Do not judge yourselves for the fears that you are holding. We here DO NOT judge any being for the fears and hurts that they carry around inside themselves. You each have had experiences in your lives that caused you to hold the fears and hurts. So be gentle with yourselves and allow yourselves to look at what you are holding inside. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE, THAT EVERY SINGLE BEING ON MOTHER EARTH HAS FEAR AND HURT BURIED INSIDE THEIR HEARTS, MINDS, AND BODIES.

IT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW AND BE AWARE THAT MANY TIMES THE THINGS YOU PRAY FOR AND ASK FOR OUR HELP WITH ARE STOPPED BY YOUR OWN FEARS. SOMETIMES WHAT YOU ARE WANTING MEANS WALKING THROUGH YOUR FEAR TO BE ABLE TO DO OR HAVE WHAT YOU WANT. If you are unwilling to face the fear and walk through, then you will never be able to get to what you are wanting.

Know that we are here, and we are willing to help you look at your fear, walk through your fear, and to show you how to release your fear. YOU ONLY NEED ASK. We are loving you and hold you most dearly in our hearts. I am loving you, loving you, and loving you.
