Dear Ones,

Today, I have asked Barbara to re-post Letter 292. During these times of intense rage and division in your world, it can be forgotten that each being has options. Each being has free will, and with free will comes Power. The Power to choose, the Power to make a difference, the Power to stand up and be counted, and the Power to change what is happening in your world.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

This morning I wish to speak again of the Gift that each of you have been given at the beginning of your existence. This gift is the Gift of Free Will. In your world there on Mother Earth, there is not any attention being paid to this gift. It is almost as if it does not exist. For many, it is just words that have been written in days long past, but it has no real meaning to your day-to-day world.

Now, I will say to you most loudly it is time to wake up and realize that you indeed have this gift, and it is not to be taken lightly. Often it has been presented to you with rules and regulations attached to it. Some of the religious leaders and other beings that have been in power have purposely led you to believe that your gift has no meaning. In other words, it is just words written long ago.

This gift of Free Will is the key and the pathway to having the life that you have been dreaming of and praying for. The gift was given by God to each and every one of you. He placed no stipulations on this gift. There are no rules placed on the use of this gift. The Gift of Free Will is your source of personal power. The personal power I speak of is not power over someone else, or the power to hurt someone, or to take something from someone else. This personal power is not about greed, selfishness, financial gain, or being better than the next person.

The Gift of Free Will and the personal power that comes from using that gift is priceless. With this gift, you have been given the tools to direct your own life. The life that you are living is not being directed by God; it is being directed by each one of you. IN THE GIVING OF THIS GIFT, HE IS SAYING TO EACH OF YOU, DO WHAT YOU WILL WITH YOUR CHOOSING TO RETURN TO MOTHER EARTH. CHOOSE WHY YOU ARE RETURNING TO MOTHER EARTH. WHAT IS IT YOU ARE WANTING TO DO AND LEARN WHILE YOU ARE THERE ON MOTHER EARTH? Every bit of your life lies within your personal power. Your choosing to use that power or not use it is directed by you and only you.

GOD IS NOT THE BEING WHO YOU HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE HE IS. GOD IS NOT STANDING ON HIGH, WAITING TO PUNISH YOU OR DIRECT YOUR LIFE IN ANY WAY. He is simply here offering his love and support to each of you and to every being in my world. He is not directing what each of you does or doesn't do. The choice is yours to make or not make. You alone have the power to do anything you want to do or to direct your life in any way you choose.

Each one of you made many choices before returning to Mother Earth; about what you want your life to be during this time. Contracts and agreements were made before you returned here to Mother Earth. Your gift of Free Will is needed to accomplish all that you came to do. It is time to honor yourselves and to honor God by using this gift that was given.

YOU CAN START TODAY TO USE THIS GIFT. BEGIN BY TAKING THE TIME TO SIT AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE ABOUT. WHAT DIRECTION DO YOU NEED TO GO, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH. Be aware that these decisions need to come from your heart and not just your brain. Do not allow your brain to stop you from what your heart is telling you that you can do once you have made your decision about the direction you need to go. I am now asking you to speak out loud about what direction you are wanting to go and what you are wanting to do. During your time of speaking out loud, be sure to ask for our help and support with what you're choosing to do.

You have this Gift given by God to you for your use and your personal power. NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE BACK YOUR PERSONAL POWER AND TO USE THIS GIFT AS IT WAS INTENDED TO BE USED.

Know that all in my world are standing right here at the ready to help in any way we can. We are loving you each and every one. I cherish and love you each.

Letter 335

Dear Ones,

Once again, your world and the energy of this world is changing, and you are stepping into a new way. All the doors are open and waiting to greet each of you. As I have said before, all is ready and waiting for each one of you. The time for living and being your purpose is upon you. Everything is perfectly lined up for you to step into your place in time and history.

I could say to you, "What are you waiting for?" But, I do know the answer to that question. It is simply time to go back to the beginnings of your foundation. Your foundation is your self-esteem, self-love, and the honoring of who you are today and who you are becoming.

There are many of you who will say to me I LOVE MYSELF, AND I HONOR MYSELF. I will say back to you those are thoughts in your brain; that is not what is happening in your heart and all of your bodies. Your brain also has the thoughts I don't deserve any of the good things of the world. Other thoughts are running through your mind as you think of your purpose. Those thoughts are like weights holding you in place. You are telling yourself that you are not smart enough, brave enough, wise enough, and the list goes on forever. YOU LEARN THESE THINGS AS A CHILD EITHER IN WORDS OR IN UNSPOKEN ACTIONS FROM OTHERS IN YOUR WORLD.

It is time to let go of those words or actions, for they are not the truth. It is time to let the knowing of your heart to spread into all of your bodies, mind, and spirit. It is time to know your worth and to understand all the wonders of who you are. Each one of you are full of magic and wonder. There is no other being like you. You are one of a kind, and you are chosen for your particular purpose. Not only have you been chosen by us for this purpose, it is a choice that you also made.

You each have lived lifetimes working on your foundations of self-esteem and self-love. This is the lifetime that you will push forward to put it to rest. This is the lifetime that you wake up and claim who you truly are. You have waited lifetime after lifetime for the privilege and honor of seeing and living all that you truly are.

I will say you are almost there, just a bit more discovering of self to accomplish. So I say to you keep working, keep looking within and seeing with the eyes of truth. It is the time to slow down and allow yourselves the time to go within. YOU ARE WAITING FOR YOURSELVES TO DISCOVER ALL THAT YOU ARE.

Know that we are standing with you, helping you in every way we can to finish this journey of self-discovery. This journey of rebuilding your foundation. The journey of learning the truth of who you truly are.

We are loving you greatly and holding you so dearly in our hearts. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 107

Dear Ones,

Oh, my children, I want to reach out and hold each one of you in my arms.  Giving you the freedom to do whatever it is that you each need.  Is it tears you need to shed, or burdens that need to be gone, warmth and comfort to energize you, or maybe just to be held?  

Today I ask you each to tell me what it is that you believe you need to be able to continue walking your path.  Let us see if together we can provide you what you believe you need.  Remembering now that what you believe you need does not always turn out to be what you think and plan. 

I am asking you today to open your minds, your hearts, and the whole of your body to all the options available to you. Tunnel Vision is a disease that is widespread on your planet. This disease only allows you one outcome, one path, one journey, and only one road you get to travel during your lifetime. The disease of Tunnel Vision lies to you, and there is no truth in its words.

So I am asking you each today do you have this disease, are you encased in Tunnel Vision. Have you taken away all your options and opportunities? The disease of Tunnel Vision places you in a cage, no way to turn or move, and no way to see other options; you are trapped in limits and restrictions.

Is that what is happening in the whole of your life or in certain parts of your life.  Have you become trapped and encased in narrow thoughts and visions.  TODAY I INVITE YOU TO COME ON A JOURNEY WITH ME TO CURE YOURSELF OF THE DISEASE OF TUNNEL VISION. 

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW. CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE SEVERAL DEEP BREATHS, PLACE YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. TOGETHER YOU AND I WILL TAKE THIS JOURNEY OF FREEDOM AND OPPORTUNITY. CONTINUE YOUR BREATHING AND TAKE MY HAND. JUST ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE HERE IN THE STILLNESS, ACCEPTING THE ENERGY I AM SENDING YOU. KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE; FEEL MY PRESENCE, MY ENERGY, AND MY HAND.

VERY SLOWLY NOW SEE WHERE WE ARE, CAN YOU SEE THE BARS ON YOUR CAGE, AND CAN YOU SEE THE DOOR. ARE YOU READY TO REACH FOR THE DOOR HANDLE? ALLOW YOURSELF A MOMENT TO GATHER YOUR STRENGTH. NOW I ASK YOU TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WALK THROUGH THE DOOR WITH ME. IT IS LIKE WAKING UP FROM A VERY LONG SLEEP OR COMING OUT OF THE DARKEST CAVE. THE LIGHT MAKES IT ALL MOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE FOR A MOMENT. GIVE YOURSELF TIME NOW TO BECOME ACCUSTOM TO THE LIGHT, JUST STAYING STILL AND QUIET FOR A MOMENT.

OPEN YOUR EYES FULLY NOW AND KNOW THAT I AM STILL RIGHT HERE WITH YOU. CAN YOU SEE ALL THE PATHS, ALL THE OPTIONS, AND ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES BEFORE YOU? IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO CHOOSE A CERTAIN PATH TODAY.

Today is about recognizing that there are other paths, other options, and other opportunities that are available for you. Over the next few days and weeks, take the time to look closely at all these things that are available. NOW, WHAT DO YOU WANT, WHAT IS YOUR PASSION, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO TRY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHERE DOES YOUR HEART WANT TO BE. ALLOW YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.

Remembering now to come back to today and to this letter. Bringing back with you all that you have learned.  KNOWING THAT WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU IN MAKING YOUR DECISIONS AND CHANGES.  WE ARE HERE HONORING YOUR COURAGE AND STRENGTH.  WE ARE LOVING YOU AND HOLDING YOU IN OUR HEARTS.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

I know that many of you are feeling the physical effects of the immense energy that is flooding your planet. Headaches, sleeping problems, anxiety/stress, feeling as if your body needs additional food to supplement it, and finding it difficult to be motivated into doing your daily routine. All of these are occurring because of the immense energy that is coming into your planet. Some of you will experience all of the above, and others will be just plagued with a few of the symptoms.

Now, more than ever, it is beyond important that you practice your self-care. Even if you find that you are unmotivated to do almost anything else, do the self-care. Find the energy somewhere inside of yourselves to practice your self-care. Good practices of self-care at this time will make this part of the journey easier and more gentle.

Now is the time to be thinking about what you would like 2022 to be for you? What do you want to manifest in your life during this year? What are your hopes and dreams for the year and the rest of your lives? I am aware that all of these are very big questions, but it is indeed time to be thinking about this and putting out your intentions to the universe. Putting your intentions out to the universe is not just thinking about them, praying, and meditating about them. It is speaking out loud about them. Telling your friends and support team what is in your heart and what you would like for your life. Telling the universe out loud, shouting into the heavens for all to hear so they will be able to support you on your journey.

Let the world know what you are wanting and planning. Let us know what you are wanting and planning. Ask us for our help; tell us what you would like us to do for you. In your asking, remember to leave us room to provide what it is you want us to do. Ask us for what you want and let us decide how we can bring it to you. If you are wanting financial abundance, let us decide how we can provide that for you. In other words, asking to win the lottery ties our hands and rejects the thousands of other ways we might be able to provide you with financial abundance.

Open your hearts and minds to all that is being offered to each of you. REMEMBERING THAT EACH ONE OF YOU CAME TO MOTHER EARTH DURING THIS TIME TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WONDROUS JOURNEY TO THE 5D. You each are the ones paving the road for the millions to gather and follow you on this journey. We here in my world are in awe of all you have accomplished and what you are accomplishing each and every day. We are grateful for all that you do, and we are paying you great honor and respect for your courage and strength. We are here right beside you, behind you, ahead of you, and over the top of you. We are always surrounding you and standing with you. We love and cherish each one of you. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Dear Ones,

This is a time of quiet and going within. Your holiday season has passed, and your world has proceeded into a New Year. So, today I say to you, stop for just a moment and assess where you have come from, how far you have come and where do you believe you are heading. More importantly than all of that is, where do you want to go, where are you feeling called to go?

There are many of you who will say I am not feeling called to go anywhere; I don't know where to go or even what I want to do. So I ask you today to stop and think about those times when you daydreamed about what your life might be like, who you were going to be, and all that you were going to accomplish in your life. Many times after the daydreaming those thoughts, were put aside as wild and outlandish. Today are those thoughts still wild and outlandish, or are they more possible? Can you see yourselves stepping into the shoes you dreamed of wearing? Try those shoes on now and see how they feel.

IT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU EACH TO RECOGNIZE THAT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU. YOU CAN BE WHO AND WHAT YOU WANT TO BE. THE ONLY THING STOPPING YOU IS YOUR FEAR. IS IT NOW TIME TO SEND YOUR FEARS BACK INTO THE OLD YEAR. FREEING YOURSELVES OF FEAR SO THAT YOU CAN WALK IN THIS NEW YEAR WITH ALL THE DREAMS AND POSSIBILITIES THAT THERE ARE. ALL IS WAITING FOR EACH OF YOU. WE ARE STANDING HERE WITH OPEN ARMS, WAITING TO HELP YOU. Each one of you is so much more than you even come close to imagining. You each have worked so hard to arrive at this place where you are standing. I BEG OF YOU NOT TO STOP NOW AND GIVE INTO YOUR FEARS, NOW IS THE TIME TO STEP FORWARD AND RELEASE THESE OLD FEARS THAT ARE TYING YOU TO THE PAST.

Breathe your fear out and give it to the wind to be transformed. Each time you feel it come up to the surface stopping you, just breathe it away. Take several minutes to allow deep breaths to fill your bodies and then feel yourselves releasing and breathing the fear out into the wind. This is just one more step in this journey that you have been walking. You each have been so brave and courageous as you have walked this journey. Your courage and strength has been wondrous to watch. The transformations of yourselves throughout this journey have been miraculous. You each are miracles to behold, and we here in my world are in awe of all that you have accomplished.

Know that we are right here ready to help you in any way we can. Know also that we are so aware of the intensity of the energy being fed into your Mother Earth and each of you. Your physical bodies are doing their best to adjust to all that is happening on your planet. We are also aware that this energy can at times weigh you down with physical ailments. So it is most important that you maintain your programs of self-care, and if you have no program of self-care, then it is definitely time to start that program for yourselves.

WE are right here beside you, and we continue to be right here beside you. You each are greatly loved and cherished. I love you, I love you, and I love you.
