Letter 69
Dear Ones,
Are you being gentle with yourselves and taking a break? After your holiday season and the coming into 2011 it is necessary to take a breath. Most of you have stretched yourselves to the end of your rope.
Now is the time to sit back relax and once again come back to your center. During the last year you have been pulled in a hundred different directions. Working with all the energy shifts and the chaos that they caused in your lives has depleted your systems. So now it is time to re-energize and rejuvenate your whole being and all of your bodies. Your minds and brains have worked over time trying to figure out all that has been happening in your world.
SO I WILL SAY TO YOU, COME AND BE WITH ME. CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. I am right here. Can you hear me breathing, breath with me very slowly in and out. Just stay right here with me, eyes closed, breathing slowly in and out. Hold my hand and in your mind come walk with me. Walking through fields of wild flowers, by the ocean, in the mountains, or by the slow moving creek. Take me to your favorite place. Let us just be together. Allow the energy that you are feeling in my hand to move into your hand and travel through your body.
The energy is warm and fluid, calming your body, mind, and spirit. Each organ, each cell, every part of your body is absorbing and taking in all that I offer. Your body is becoming lighter and lighter. Colors and lights are swirling in your mind and body. You are being renewed, and re-energized. All the worries and stresses of 2010 are washing away. Leaving your body and mind never to return. This is a New Year and New world to come into. Stay in this place for a time. Just being right here with me. Eyes closed, breathing slowly in and out, and holding onto my hand.
As you slowly return to your every day world know that this is a New Year, a new beginning, and you will be learning a new way of being. During this year you will step into all that you are and can be. You will find yourselves and find your place in the world. You will find where you fit and what is right for you. Your hearts will continue to open and become connected to the universal heart of the whole.
REMEMBERING ALWAYS THAT YOU ARE HERE TO LOVE AND BE LOVED. THE PURPOSE OF YOUR WORLD IS ABOUT LOVING. OPEN HEARTS WITH ALL HEARTS CONNECTING IS THE GOAL AND FULFILLED PURPOSE OF YOUR WORLD. WE ARE STANDING RIGHT HERE WITH OUR HEARTS OPEN WAITING TO CONNECT WITH YOU, HEART TO HEART.

Dear Ones,
Today let us talk about CHANGE. In this year 2011 there will be many changes happening in your personal lives. There will also be many more changes happening on your Mother Earth. When this year is over you will wonder if there is anything that has not changed over the last year.
I WANT TO SAY VERY LOUDLY THAT CHANGE IS GOOD. CHANGE IS ABOUT LEARNING, GROWING, AND NEW BEGINNINGS. FOR THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY TRANSFORMATION TO HAPPEN AND BE COMPLETED ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH THERE NEEDS TO BE CHANGE. CHANGE IN ALMOST EVERY AREA OF YOUR WORLD.
NOW I COME TO WHAT I REALLY WANT TO TALK ABOUT TODAY AND THAT IS FEAR OF CHANGE. At least 95% of the beings on your Mother Earth are afraid of change. The degree of fear varies from a small amount for some to paralyzing fear for others.
You are now in 2011, The Year of Change. My name for 2011 will be The Year of Change. Today I am wanting you to start looking at the fear you carry in your minds and bodies about change. If you can look at it now and start to release it and let go of it, the days ahead will be easier and gentler for you.
There is no way to stop the changes that will be happening, so it is necessary for each of you to find the gentlest way to travel through them. The gentlest way will only happen if you are able to release and let go of the fear regarding changes.
I am asking each of you to come and spend some time with me each day and together we will work on releasing your fears. RIGHT NOW I ASK YOU TO CLOSE YOUR EYES. TAKE A DEEP BREATH, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. I am right here with you. Hold my hand, touch my arm do whatever you need to do to feel safe and comforted. Take me to your favorite most special place. The place where you feel safe and secure. If you do not have a place in your mind like that, take a moment and look about you and see if you can find such a place. Today we are only interested in finding a place where you each feel safe and secure. Just let yourselves be there. Allowing all the worries, stresses, and fears to leave your minds and bodies. There is no place for them here in your special place. Find a place to send them to. If you need them back after you leave your safe place then they will be waiting for you. I will hope that you will no longer need them with you.
All we are looking for today is a place where you feel safe. A place that you can go to when the changes start to cause fear in your world. Over the weeks and months ahead your safe place will become your safe haven in a changing world.
It will become a precious tool to use in taking care of yourselves. Your safe haven will become your most important tool in allowing your life to be gentler and more rewarding. Your safe haven will give you the power and the ability to make decisions in your life that are not fear based. A whole new world of opportunities will become available once fear is not part of the decision process. FREEDOM AND CHOICES MADE FROM YOUR HEART RATHER THAN FROM YOUR FEAR. WHAT A HUGE CHANGE THAT WILL MAKE IN EACH OF YOUR LIVES AND IN YOUR MOTHER EARTH.
KNOW THAT WE ARE HERE READY AND WAITING TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR SAFE PLACE. WE ARE LOVING YOU AND WANTING TO BE WITH YOU.
