Letter 200

Dear Ones,

I am very excited this morning.  I learned yesterday that my book is in printing, right now!!!!!!!!!  And will be here in about three weeks.  We, Barbara and I have been waiting sometime for the book to get to this point.  I am excited for my book to be out and to be in your hands and in many, many hands.  I am anxious for everyone to know and to hear that they are loved and cared about.  It is important for each being of your Mother Earth to know they are loved. In fact, it is beyond

important that they know they are loved.

I am most aware that your world and your lives have become more intense.  Have you been thinking how could it become more intense?  Well, it has and it will continue to be this way over the next few weeks and months. 

This is a time of shedding all ideas, relationship and old ways of doing and living your life.  What is not working for you or never has worked in your lives will be falling away.  There is much that you can do to decrease the intensity of this time.  Allowing your mind, heart and body to release all that is not working will be most helpful.  The harder you try to retain the old ways the more difficult the transition will become.  Your intention and allowing of this releasing to take place will ease the process.

At this time meditation and being in a quiet space daily will be helpful.  It is known throughout your Mother Earth that most beings who live there do not move into change easily.  Each of you struggle and fight change.  This is the time to let go of that old idea about change and how you deal with it.  It is automatically assumed that change will be difficult and harmful.  That is not a truth.  They only thing that is harmful is your assumption.  It is time to let go of this old way of being and doing.  I am not talking about letting go tomorrow or next week; I am talking about letting go right now!!!!!!!!

It is important for you to know that there are many wonderful things waiting in the 5D world for you.  The only thing that is holding you back from being in the 5D is the hanging on to what you know in the 3D world.  In each of your hearts you are straining and wanting to reach the 5D.  You are knowing that this is what you came to Mother Earth for during this lifetime.  You are reaching for the fulfillment of your purpose.  Fear is stopping this process or slowing it down to an intense life and death struggle.  It was never meant to be that kind of a transition.  The transition from 3D to 5D was meant to be a gentle, and joy filled celebration of the fulfillment of your purpose. 

Know that we are here ready to help you in any way that you request.  There are millions of us here waiting to help.  As you read my words right now can you stop and let yourselves feel the love coming from the millions of us who are wrapping you in love and light.  We are holding each of you in our arms.  I love you, I love you and I love you.
