Blessings, Dear Ones,

We are sending you much love to surround you and support you. During this time, most of you are finding yourselves wanting to run and hide or stand and fight. This is a time of great inner turmoil. The energies coming into your Mother Earth are stronger and more intense than in the past. And indeed, these energies are bringing up the past for each of you.

Many things that you believed were taken care of and forgotten are back to visit each of you. These things of the past have been taken care of in your minds. But, as you have learned or will be learning, just taking care of things from the past in your minds does not work. What about your heart, emotions, and spirit? Have you taken care of them also?

The mind has been and always will be the easiest place to take care of old unresolved issues from the past or perhaps even the present. But, as feeling caring beings it does not work, just to take care of these old and new issues in that way. You each have emotions stored away about all things unresolved be they new or old. These energies that are coming into Mother Earth right now will be bringing all of these things into your present lives. There truly is no place to hide from all of this. The time has come, simply to stand and deal with all that is being held in your emotions and hearts.

It is most important to realize that these are not things you must deal with by yourselves. We, of course, are right here waiting to help you in any way we can. There are many healers in your world who are eager and willing to help. THE BIG QUESTION IS, ARE YOU WILLING TO ACCEPT AND ASK FOR THE HELP? ARE YOU WILLING TO STAND IN PLACE AND DEAL WITH ALL THAT IS WAITING OR ARE YOU GOING TO TURN AWAY AGAIN AND AGAIN AS YOU HAVE IN THE PAST? These are huge questions, and what we are asking of you takes great courage and strength to accomplish. But, this is what I know about each of you. You have the courage and strength inside yourselves. Each one of you does. You each are so much more than you know.

Once the debris has cleared your lives, meaning all parts of you will feel so shiny and bright. The real you and all you are capable of being can then be present to fulfill the purposes that you returned to Mother Earth for. Many of you have been working lifetime and lifetime to be here during this time of Mother Earth. You have been preparing yourselves to be all that you can be. To be all that you can be, it is necessary to clear away all the old issues from the past. Your emotions and hearts need to be cleansed and restored to their original states of being. You each are the only ones who can do that for yourselves. But, I will say once again, you do not have to do this alone; we indeed are standing right here beside you. WE are loving you so dearly and holding you in our hearts.

Know that we are always traveling this journey with you. We walk with you always and forever. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Letter 244

This Letter was scribed by me on June 23, 2013.  As Mother Mary always says, the Letters are timeless and are good for all time.      I hope you enjoy the Letter.

Dear Ones,

 Barbara has been learning how to become a full body channel for me. We had a lovely experience with this a week ago at the Mother Mary Gathering at Barbara’s home.

Barbara was able to allow me to come into her body and use it for about 40 minutes. I had prepared a place for Barbara to go while I was using her body, and she was totally aware of where she would be during that time. It was wonderful for me to talk and joke with the beings gathered there. I was most excited about this, and Barbara was elated and riding on the high clouds when she returned to her body, and I returned to my world.

I am going to have Barbara tell you about her experience with being out of her body and loaning it to me.

Hi everyone,

I was aware of what was going to be taking place at the MM Gathering for about a week before the gathering. I was a little nervous about rather I would be able to surrender and allow Mother Mary full access. The transfer happened very smoothly and easily. I simply closed my eyes and went to my heart and Mother Mary was right there. I felt my body start to vibrate very fast, kind of like I had been plugged into an electrical outlet. It was totally comfortable, just different than what I had ever experienced before. I moved out of my body and into a chamber that Mother Mary had prepared for me. I felt immersed in love, all encompassing unconditional love. When I returned to my body, I felt very child like, but later realized that I was completely filled with joy. Pure joy is not something I am accustomed to experiencing and I did not recognize what I was feeling. The whole experience was wonderful and breath taking. I am looking forward to doing this many more times in the days ahead.

Well, back to me Dear Ones.

I want to share with you today what I talked about during the channeling at the Mother Mary gathering. I spoke about the things you believe about yourselves and say to yourselves when no one else is listening. DO you know what I am speaking of? I know you do. Most often those things are harsh, ugly and very untrue. You often use those words or sayings to keep yourself in the same old stuck place. It is safe, comfortable and does not require you to change or move forward. But, what it really does is hurt you over and over and over again. Every being on your earth must learn to love themselves unconditionally. How will that ever be possible if you do not release those words and sayings that I am talking about?

Well, the time has come to let go of those words or sayings. It is a process of taking a moment and asking yourself the question, “What do I think of myself?”

You are going to be amazed at what pops into your mind. My next question to you is, when was the first time you heard this, and who said it to you? Allow that picture to come into your mind. REMEMBER NOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND RE-LIVE IT JUST WATCH HOW THE PICTURE PLAYS OUT IN YOUR MIND. Often times what the child hears is not really what is being said.

Look at who is saying this and what is happening to that person. NOW THE BIG QUESTION? IS IT ABOUT YOU OR IS ALL ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON AND WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY ARE LIVING THEIR LIFE? Is it their energy that you took at that time and have been carrying for years, is it their misconception of who you are and you believed it? Remember now you were a child and believed whatever was said by someone older.

NOW IS THE TIME TO SEE THE TRUTH AND LET GO OF THE OLD ENERGY, MISCONCEPTIONS AND UNTRUTHS. The releasing of these old core issues is a journey to THE FREEDOM TO BECOME WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE. EACH TIME YOU WALK THROUGH THIS PROCESS, YOU WILL RECLAIM MORE AND MORE OF YOURSELVES. You each are wonderful magnificent beings with unlimited gifts and resources waiting to be claimed and used.

Of course, we are right here at the ready to help you walk through this process. There is no need to walk this road by yourself. Help and support is right here waiting. Dear Ones,

During these very intense times on your Mother Earth, I want you to know that we are indeed right here with you. There are millions of beings from my world joining you there on Mother Earth to support, help, and most importantly, to love you through this time. Mother Earth is also hosting many beings from the Stars, other worlds, and many other living, breathing life forms. All beings of the universe have come together to be as one with each of you.

Many other stars and planets have been through this same process that you are now going through. You are not the first, nor will you be the last. And remembering now that you are all one with every living, breathing life form. So you are definitely not alone as you go through your transformations and illuminations.

The rest of this year and on into the next year will be as intense and perhaps more intense than what you are experiencing right now. WHAT IS OF THE MOST IMPORTANCE IS FOR EACH OF YOU TO REALIZE AND HEAR THE TRUTH OF WHAT I AM SAYING RIGHT NOW. RESISTANCE AND STRUGGLE INCREASES THE INTENSITY BY A 1000 PERCENT.

So, right now, I am asking you to trust me and all the beings from my world. Each of the changes and transformations that are waiting for you will be of the utmost importance and joy for each of you once you have completed the process. The changes that are happening for each of you are indeed for your highest good. These changes are part of what will enable you to complete the purpose for which you came back to Mother Earth this time. And, yes, there will be more changes and transformations that will happen in the coming months and years.

If you stop and take a look at yourselves, most of you will not even recognize the person you were last year at this time. You have all made huge strides in becoming all that you were meant to be.

NOW IS THE TIME FOR SURRENDER OF YOUR CONTROL AND FEAR.

SO, I WILL SAY TO YOU EACH MORNING AS YOU WAKE UP AND START TO GET OUT OF BED, "OPEN YOUR ARMS WIDE AND SAY TO ME, BRING IT ON, MOTHER MARY, I AM READY." And indeed, you are ready; you just don't know it at this moment. You each one came to Mother Earth at this time for a wondrous purpose, and it is your soul's desire for you to fulfill this contract you made with yourselves.

AS ALWAYS, WE ARE RIGHT HERE BESIDE YOU, LOVING YOU AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN OUR ARMS. KNOW THAT I LOVE YOU EACH AND EVERY ONE.

Dear Ones,

Today, I come to you with great Gratitude, Love, Respect, and Honor in my heart for all of you and all that you do. Each one of you has shown such courage and strength as you travel your chosen paths. You have found many rocks and ruts along the way, and yet you just keep on walking. That is not to say that your human feelings of hopelessness, despair, and anger have not joined you on your path during your many days, weeks, months, and years of your traveling. Remember and be gentle, you are human, and all of those feelings make up all that you are. What is most important is that you keep on walking and work your way through all that happens in your lives.

Much has happened along the way, and many lessons have been learned, and yes, many lessons are still to be learned and integrated into your hearts and minds. Can you look back over the last year, then five years, and even back further to see how much you have changed and grown? Have you given yourselves credit for all you have accomplished as you have journeyed on your chosen pathway? Take the time to stop and really look at how far you have come and all you have done. Spend time honoring how you have grown and changed. Pay honor to yourselves for who you have become.

I HAVE SAID THIS IN THE PAST AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, EACH ONE OF YOU IS AMAZING AND WONDROUS. Everyone in my world is so honored to be able to stand with you and be of service to you. As you walk your chosen path, working very hard to be of service to my world, your world, and each being of all the worlds, please know that we are standing here being of service to each of you. IN YOUR WORLD, THAT IS CALLED A WIN-WIN FOR EVERYONE. All in my world and all in your world are in service to the betterment of humankind and the whole of the universal collective. IN OTHER WORDS, WE ARE ALL WORKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF EVERY LIVING, BREATHING LIFE FORM. I WILL TELL YOU THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF OTHER LIVING, BREATHING LIFE FORMS AND BEINGS OF MOTHER EARTH ARE JUST ONE OF THE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS WHO LIVE AND LOVE IN THE UNIVERSAL COLLECTIVE.

Your coming month will be intense and filled with great amounts of new energy. Some of you will feel as if you have just woken up from long years of sleep. Know if that has happened to you, then you are simply returning from being in school in my world. Others of you will be traveling to my world for schooling. KNOW THAT THE LEARNING AND GROWING WILL CONTINUE TO BE PART OF YOUR LIVES. Have great faith in yourselves and, of course, in us. You each will continue walking your path and we will continue walking your path with you. From all of us here in my world, know that we are sending you great, immense amounts of love and support. ALWAYS, ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE NEVER ALONE, EVEN IF YOU THINK WE ARE NOT THERE, OR WE HAVE NOT HEARD YOU, LET ME ASSURE YOU WE ARE HERE. I am holding each one of you most dearly in my heart, and I cherish you greatly.

 LETTER FROM MOTHER MARY

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Let us once again talk about you this morning. How are you doing, and what is happening in your lives? I know that many of you are spinning out of control and feeling like you are riding a roller coaster. Immensely strong emotions are coming up from the depths of you. Know that these emotions are surfacing up to be cleared and released into the ethers. It is not necessary to pull them back in and bury them once again. Now is the time to release and let go.

Many of you are finding old emotions and issues that you thought you had released years ago are finding their way to the surface again. It is not that you did not spend time with these emotions and issues in the past; it is simply that they were not fully released and let go of. So think of these times as if you were doing a very thorough cleansing and cleaning of your inner being.

Now is the time to release all that has been buried and hidden away from your everyday life. It is easy to believe that you were unaware of what is left to do, but in the back of your mind, you have known what was to come next in your journey. Everyone will come to this point in their journey, but not all will arrive here at the same time. Those who arrive first to do their unearthing of old emotions will be able to support those who arrive a little later down the road.

Releasing and letting go of old emotions and issues does not mean that you must go back and be in those times and hurts. It simply means acknowledging of the emotions and issues. It is a time to stand as the observer or witness to what has happened in your past. It is not the time to go back and live there once again. If you are a being, who is thinking, OH, MOTHER MARY, WE HAVE BEEN HERE SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, ARE WE NOT DONE WITH THIS? MY ANSWER BACK TO YOU IS NO; WE ARE NOT DONE WITH THIS. AND IF YOU ARE ASKING, THEN YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT DONE WITH THIS. YOU ARE HOPING AND PERHAPS EVEN PRAYING THAT IT WILL ALL GO AWAY. YES, IT WILL GO AWAY, BUT ONLY AFTER YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ALL THE OLD EMOTIONS AND ISSUES.

I am so aware that many of you are uncomfortable and even afraid to step back and acknowledge these things of your past. I want you to know that it is not necessary to step into all that is lingering there. It is only necessary to see what is there, to acknowledge that this is part of your history, and then hand it to me. Simply visualize in your mind putting it all in my hands. Whatever it might be, just let go and give it to me. I will gladly take it and release it into the ethers to be gone forevermore.

Know, of course, that we are right here waiting to help you in any way we can. I have said this before, but it is time to say it again. We are behind you, in front of you, beside you, above you, and below you. You are never alone for one moment in time. WE are here, and we are not going away. You only need ask. I love you, I love you, and I love you.
