Letter 276

Good Morning Dear Ones,

These past few weeks have been a challenge for most beings of Mother Earth. You are indeed being pushed and moved forward on your chosen journeys. Old issues that are still hanging around you, are being put directly in your path or should I say in your face to be released.

It is time to release and let go. Many of you are thinking I have finished all that old stuff, what is she talking about? Yes, each of you have done work during the last years on your issues, but there is still debris hanging out for most of you. It is time to take care of the debris and left-over fall out of those issues. If fear has been your ongoing partner during your life time, then expect that it will be or has come forward in a big way to be released and taken care of.

It is important to remember that fear is the opposite of love. Which one do you want to live in your body and to direct your journey? Once you have looked at fear from that perspective, most of your answers will be LOVE. Of course, you would rather have love in your life than fear. There are those of you on Mother Earth who repeatedly say I am not afraid I have no fear. My question to you then is what is keeping you stuck in that same-old place. Fear is the biggest motivator in the world to stay right where you are and go no further. BUT, IS THAT TRULY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AND HOW YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE. NOW IS THE TIME TO DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE.

Often times there are words that you are saying in your heads that help you to stay right where you are. Do you know the ones I am talking about? They are the unkind words that you imagine others will say about you if you try something new and different, and it doesn't work out. What I say to you is that you don't need to worry about anyone else saying those unkind and abusive words, you have already done that. You have already abused yourselves with unkind words and thoughts. And so, all of that will keep you right where you are at.

THE TRUTH IS THAT OTHER BEINGS OF EARTH WILL BE APPLAUDING YOU FOR YOUR COURAGE AND STRENGTH IN MOVING FORWARD ON YOUR JOURNEY. THEY WILL SEE YOU MOVING FORWARD, AND IT WILL THEN GIVE THEM THE INSPIRATION TO MOVE FORWARD ALSO. Just as you watch other beings moving along their paths and feel inspired to step forward and try something new. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS, EACH OF YOU ARE MOTIVATORS AND INSPIRATIONS FOR EACH OTHER.

Be lavish with your praise when you see someone take their next step and they in turn will be lavish and supportive of the next person. EVERY BEING NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED AND ACKNOWLEDGED FOR ALL THEY DO.

SO, TO EACH OF YOU, I AM SAYING, “YOU ARE DOING EXCELLENT WORK THERE ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH. EACH ONE OF YOU ARE PUSHING FORWARD ON YOUR PATH, EACH ONE OF YOU ARE DISCOVERING AND REVEALING MORE OF WHO YOU ARE. YOUR LIGHTS ARE SHINING SO BRIGHTLY AND YOU ARE INSPIRING OTHERS TO BECOME ALL THAT THEY CAN BE.”

We here in my world are so proud of each one of you. You are all still standing and finding your way among the intense energies that have been coming to Mother Earth. This has been no small accomplishment. It is amazing to all in my world how well each of you has handled all that has been sent your way. We are loving you and holding you so dearly in our hearts. We of course, are right here waiting to help you in any way we can. All you need do is ask, without putting limitations and restrictions around what you are asking for. We ask that you give us the freedom to help you in any way that we can.

Good Morning Dear Ones, 

Today I want to talk about “asking for help, accepting help and letting go of control once you have asked for help.”   All three of these are great important truths that are difficult for all beings of Mother Earth.  First let us speak of asking for help and yes; we have talked of this often in earlier letters, but it is important to speak of it again.  

As I have said many times in the past that we are always right here waiting to help you, all you need do is ask.  That is a truth.  What is happening time after time is that you are asking, but you are also telling us exactly how you would like the help to come.  You are asking for help in exact ways, with an exact out come and with many limitations on how you will accept the help.  The truth is often times we cannot  provide the help in exactly the way you want it to come to you. 

For example, if you ask for financial help and only think in terms of winning big at the casino or the lottery, that leaves us no room to provide the help in any other ways.  What I AM SAYING IS IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR US TO ARRANGE FOR YOU TO WIN THE LOTTERY OR WIN BIG AT THE CASINO.  THERE ARE 100 THOUSAND OTHER WAYS FOR US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH FINANCIAL HELP, BUT YOU HAVE TIED OUR HANDS AND ARE ONLY ALLOWING IT TO COME TO YOU IN ONE WAY.  This statement I am going to make is so very, very important, in fact, I am going to plead with you right now to please stop trying to control how the help you are asking for can come to you.  By keeping control of every situation you are stopping the help you need from coming your way.  You are keeping yourselves stuck in the same-old mud hole, and then you can say, “I knew it; they are not going to help me” and there is also another little voice inside of you that is going to say, “I did not deserve whatever it was that you ask for help with.”  That little voice inside of you will then start telling you how awful you are.  This is called self-abuse and it is devastating to your heart, mind and body.  

Can you see this is an on-going old pattern that you each learned very young and it is being carried forward into your journeys today.  It makes my heart so very sad, because all of those words you're saying inside yourselves are untrue.  You each and everyone deserve absolutely everything that you ask for.  It is our honor and joy to provide you help in whatever  way we can.  Providing you with help is part of our purpose and part of our way to show you how much you are loved and cherished.  

So, today I am asking you to let go of your control.  I am asking you to trust us and also to trust yourselves enough to allow all of us in my world to provide you with the help you are asking for.  I am aware that you learned at a very young age that having control is the only way to keep yourselves safe and secure.  However, in this case, it is doing exactly the opposite.  It is keeping you stuck, unhappy and feeling greatly unloved and unlovable. 

I am pleading with you to allow us the freedom to do what you ask of us.  It is time to stop putting limits on all in my world and limits on you in your world.  It is past time for us to work together to provide you with the help you need and want.  You are living in very stressful times on Mother Earth and help is needed to make your way on this journey you have chosen.  

Know that we are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.  WE are waiting to help you in any way we can.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Good Morning Dear Ones, 

It has indeed been a long time since we last talked.  Barbara and I have had a little vacation and now we are ready to once again be sending you letters.  This month you call April is indeed a challenge for each being of Mother Earth.  Many beings are facing intense times in their lives.  Old complicated unfinished feelings and emotions have manifested in their lives in many new forms.  

Are you wondering what I mean when I say new forms?  I am meaning that those old emotions or feelings have worked their way to the outside physical world and are manifesting in health issues, financial issues, confrontational family issues or surprise endings of careers or life goals.  Many worlds are being turned upside down and maybe sideways too.  

Some of you may be feeling as if everything is changing and re-arranging and there is nothing to hang on too.  Have you been feeling as if you are free-floating and unable to get your footing?  Foundations are changing and your worlds are turning inside out.  Yes, all of this is correct, that is exactly what is happening in most lives right now.  You each are shedding and letting go of old ways that no longer work for you.  This is the in-between time of trying to find what new ways will work for each of you.   

Many of you are going to find yourselves trying new and different ways of being and living.  You may even go as far as trying new things that you never believed you could do.  If that is true for you, then I say hurray and hallelujah that is wonderful.  Indeed that is what this month is calling you each to do.  April is telling you to step out of your box and look around at what is out there for you. Many beings of Mother Earth will try to just continue living in the same-old box.  Each of you will find that you are unable to continue as you have before. The energies of this time will not allow you to remain in the same place.  Each of you are being pushed and prodded to move forward and become more than you thought you could be.  Now is the time to step forward and take the risks to start fulfilling your purpose here on Mother Earth.  

Of course, I am praying and hoping that you remember I am right here beside you and that there are hundreds of thousands of beings here with me and we are all supporting and loving you.  You are never alone.  Your guardian Angels and helpers are with you every single moment of every day.  These times on your planet are intense and life changing.  The easiest and gentlest way to make it through these times is to allow yourselves to try new and different ways of being.  LET GO OF THE STRUGGLE TO REMAIN WHERE YOU ARE.  ALLOW YOURSELVES THE FREEDOM TO MOVE FORWARD AND TRY THE CHANGES YOU SEE BEFORE YOU.  KNOW AND BELIEVE IN YOUR HEARTS THAT THE CHOICE IS YOURS TO CHANGE OR STAY IN THE SAME PLACE. 

WE ARE ASKING THAT YOU TRY THE CHANGES THAT ARE STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.  REMEMBER NOW THAT YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU ALLOWED YOURSELVES TO THINK OR BELIEVE.  YOU EACH ARE CAPABLE OF DOING AND BEING 1000 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT YOU BELIEVE!!  YOU ARE WONDROUS INCREDIBLE BEINGS THAT CAN DO ANYTHING THEY WANT.   If you find yourselves feeling fragile and vulnerable during these times then, please allow us to hold you and support you.  Know and remember that you are greatly loved.  I am holding you most tenderly in my heart and cherishing each and everyone of you.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Good Morning Dear Ones, 

Today, I am asking Barbara to repost Letter 121, written two years ago.  This Letter is also speaking to what is happening right now on Mother Earth.  There are tools in this letter for each of you to use NOW to help you on your journeys.

Barbara and I are going to take a break from the letter writing for a few weeks.  During this time on Mother Earth each of you needs to find ways to lessen the stress and pressure that goes along with your daily lives.  I know that your first thoughts will be there isn’t anything I can change.  But, the truth is that there is always some little thing that you can let go for a small amount of time that will lighten your load.  

So if you are wondering why Barbara and I are taking a break, then know that we are just lightening her load for a brief time.  During this time Barbara and I will continue to do private sessions with clients. 

Of course, I will continue to be right here beside you, loving you and helping you to lighten your load for a brief time.  Please ask and let us show you ways you too can lighten your load.  Be aware that right now on Mother Earth, there are many of you who are so tired and worn thin. You all desperately need a break.  Please practice yourself-care and self-love and allow yourselves to have some sort of a small break.   

Know that we are loving you each and everyone.  We will remain right here by your side; loving you and holding you most tenderly in our hearts.

LETTER 121

Dear Ones,

Again today we are going to talk about the energy coming into your planet. We know that this new kind of energy that is coming is in preparation for the 5D world. What we have not talked about is how each and every one of you is dealing with this new energy.

All of you are trying desperately to speed up your minds and bodies to keep up with the energy waves. For most of you this is not working well.  You are walking around confused, unfocused, with memory problems, and exhaustion. So today what we will try to do, if I can get you to slow down for a moment, is to find another way to deal with this new energy.

Because the energy has speeded up does mean that you have to speed up. The truth is you cannot go fast enough to keep up with this new energy.  What is needed at this time is for you to join with the energy. Become one with it.

Imagine if you will the speed walkers at your airports, where you can step on and it moves you along very quickly. What if the new energy is like the speed walkers at the airport and all you have to do is to step on?

SO RIGHT NOW CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. JUST CONTINUE TO TAKE SEVERAL DEEP BREATHS. COME WITH ME NOW TO THE AIRPORT. IT SEEMS STRANGE THERE IS NO ONE HERE, BUT YOU AND I. EVERYTHING IS VERY QUIET AND EMPTY. UP AHEAD WE CAN SEE THE SPEED WALKERS. AS WE APPROACH THEM, I WANT YOU TO STOP AND IN YOUR MIND ALLOW THE WALKER TO BECOME A STREAM OF ENERGY.

CAN YOU SEE THE ENERGY? IT IS MOVING SO VERY FAST YOU ALMOST CAN’T SEE ITS MOVEMENT. IT IS SWIRLING AND SWISHING RIGHT ON BY YOU. CAN YOU SEE THE COLORS?  WHEN YOU ARE READY, I WANT YOU TO SIMPLY STEP OUT AND STEP INTO THE ENERGY WAVE. DO NOT BE AFRAID, I WILL NOT LET YOU FALL.  THERE IS NO STRUGGLE, NO HURRY. YOU ARE SIMPLY RIDING A WAVE OF ENERGY. JUST CONTINUE TO STAY WITH THE ENERGY, NOW JUST MOVING ALONG WITH IT. WHEN YOU’RE READY COME BACK TO THIS LETTER AND THIS DAY. 

EACH MORNING BEFORE YOU GET OUT OF BED IT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR YOU SIMPLY STEP INTO THE ENERGY WAVE.

Allow yourself to go through your day riding the energy wave instead of fighting and trying to keep up with it. Riding the wave is not accomplished through struggle and exhaustion. Riding the wave is allowing yourself to be in the flow of the universe. It is about being in the now. REMEMBERING THAT WHAT YOUR NEW 5D WORLD IS ABOUT IS BEING IN THE NOW. Learning to ride the energy waves is good practice and preparation for learning to be in the 5D world. Once you start riding the energy waves your world will actually slow down, become smoother and less chaotic.  Your everyday life will be less of a struggle. Your own personal energy level will increase. Your mind will be more focused and your memory will improve. Life will become easier and more joyful.

REMEMBERING NOW THAT WE ARE RIGHT HERE WAITING TO HELP YOU IN ANYWAY. BRING US ALONG AS YOU PRACTICE RIDING THE WAVES. WE ARE HERE TO MAKE THIS TRANSFORMATION AS EASY AND GENTLE AS POSSIBLE. LEARNING TO RIDE THE WAVES OF ENERGY WILL CHANGE THE WAY IN WHICH YOU ARE ADAPTING TO THE WORLD THAT IS COMING.  WE ARE LOVING YOU AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN OUR HEARTS.
