Letter 259

Dear Ones, 

Lately, I have been talking about Self-Love and Self-Care.  Part of loving and caring for you is Trusting yourselves.   I am talking about that small voice inside of you.   Most of you are thinking that the voice comes from your brain, but in truth, it comes from your heart, which is where your intuition and your spiritual knowing comes from.

Every being on earth has that small voice that speaks to them.  Many of you choose to ignore it or even pretend that you don’t have a voice.   But, that is an untruth; everyone has that small voice inside their hearts.  Learning to trust yourselves is a big step in loving and caring for yourselves.   Many of you trust yourselves when it comes to something logical and analytical.  That kind of trust is the easy one to acquire.  I am speaking of trusting yourselves when you have nothing to back you up.  An example of what I am speaking of is “your on your way home from work; there are two ways to go home and your small voice is telling you to go a certain way, but it is longer and takes a few more minutes.  You decide to listen and go that way, later you hear there was a bad accident on the other road.”   Now, aren't you glad you listened to that small inner voice telling you to go the other way? 

Now do you understand what I am talking about when I say trusting yourselves by trusting that small inner voice? Some people call that voice their intuition, but today I am calling it your spiritual knowing or your connection to source and my world. REMEMBER WE ARE ALWAYS HERE GUIDING YOU AND PROTECTING YOU.

There are many of you who listen sometimes and many who never listen to that spiritual knowing at all.  Today I am asking you to start listening to that knowing and to the messages that we are sending you daily. 

Many of the decisions that you make daily about your lives and your business world that you struggle over could be answered easily by listening to that inner voice and trusting yourselves.  There would be no need to struggle or worry about what you decide if you are listening to your inner voice.  Your relationships would be smoother and more loving with the help of your inner voice.  The confusion and chaos of your mind will quiet and be gone as you start to listen to your inner voice and not the confusion and chaos.  

This is all about trusting yourselves and trusting us; we are your inner voice. Your inner voice is your connection to my world. My world being your helpers, guardian angels, me, Mother Mary, and all the other millions of beings who live in my world. Trusting the inner voice is about accepting and appreciating your help and guidance. It is about letting go of the belief that your logical mind has the answers to everything. Your logical mind only has a very small limited amount of knowledge about what goes on in the world. Your inner voice has access to a huge incredible amount of knowledge, which it can provide to you if you choose to listen. REMEMBER THAT WE ARE RIGHT HERE WAITING TO HELP YOU. If you feel uncertain how to start listening to your inner voice, you only need ask for help and we will be there to help you. I am holding you most tenderly in my heart and loving you so greatly. I love you, I love you and I love you.

Dear Ones,

Today let us take a look back at what has been. Who were you a year ago?  How has your life changed? How have you changed? Many of you who have been reading my letters for some time will be able to see great changes in yourselves. There will be many beings who have never read my letters and who will have made great changes, for they have been learning and listening to other messengers who have come forward at this time.

There are still many beings of your Mother Earth who are not listening to any of the messengers who have come forward at this time. These beings have not started on their journeys of change and then there are the beings who started their journeys but got stuck along the way.

So, today there will be beings who read my letters and they know that they are stuck. I will say to you, it is time to become unstuck. I hear the question coming back to me; I don’t know how to become unstuck. The answer is simple “YOU ASK FOR HELP.” That has always been the answer to everything. Simply ask for help. It does not matter what you see facing you, what you are afraid of, or who or what you think is standing in your way. We will always be there to help you. If you believe that you are unable to hear us or feel us, then I say to you go to a quiet space. Stop and give yourselves a chance to hear us or feel us. REMEMBERING THAT WE ARE HERE, WE ARE ALWAYS HERE.

For those of you who are standing in amazement at how much you have changed and who you have become, we are standing here and applauding you. Now it is time to turn around and see the ones who are coming along behind you. It is time to reach out a hand if you have not and help others who are not as far along on their journeys as you are. This is all leading back to some of the very first letters I have written. Each of you are connected to every other being on your planet. Everyone and everything is connected and part of the whole. There is no room here for judgments, or I am further along than you. Everyone is at their own place and time in their journeys. But, every being needs help and needs a hand along the way. If anyone thinks, they have gotten to this place in their journey by themselves, then you are not as far along on your journey as you are thinking.

Your world was meant to be about one hand reaching out to another, helping, supporting, encouraging and loving each other. Your world is to be about LOVE.  Part of loving is the willingness and the wanting to help others as well as helping yourselves. Part of loving is also the willingness to ask for help and to accept the help when it arrives. Be it help from us here in my world or help from the beings of your Mother Earth.

Right now in your world, there is such anger, fear, hate, and rage floating in the air that any signs of help being offered will do much to alleviate what is floating around the energy field of Mother Earth. So for those of you who have been walking your journey and who have made many changes, ask for help as you turn around to offer help to others. In just the asking for help, some of the energy field surrounding your Mother Earth lightens and becomes clear and love filled again.

Know that we are always here and that we are ready to help in any way that you ask. We are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Dear Ones,

I know that many of you are hoping that I would not go back to the subject of FEAR. I haven't talked about it for a while now, but it hasn't gone away, nor is it going to until each and every person stops and takes the time to deal with their own individual fears.

Fear is not an easy emotion to deal with, nor is it easy to admit that you have fears. I am aware that there is not one person on Mother Earth who does not have fear. Fear is a strange emotion for human beings to deal with. It becomes even stranger when you don't choose to deal with it.

Fear can start out in a small way, but what happens in your minds and bodies when it is allowed to stay is a different thing all together. Fear grows and feeds on your other emotions. Over time, it can consume your life and the way you choose to live your life. Fear can and will become the dominant force in your life. Every decision is based around not disturbing the pocket of fear that lives within your heart, mind, and body.

Allowing fear to be in control of your life IS HAVING NO LIFE!! There are some of you who are reading this letter, or maybe you have stopped reading the letter because it is once again about fear. It is time now to stop running away from dealing with the fear in your lives. It is time to face the fact that many of the things you would like to do or be are not happening because of the fear.

There is no way to skirt around it or pretend that it isn't there. It is always there, and many times it has and will continue to stop you UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO STOP IT. How can you stop it? That is the big question right now?

The first step in stopping the fear is to admit you have it. The second step is not to minimize it and tell yourself that you just have a little fear. It is important to know that it does not matter how big or how little it is. What is important is that it lives inside your heart, mind, and body.

Take the time t understand and look at your fears. Do not judge yourselves for the fears that you are holding. We here DO NOT judge any being for the fears and hurts that they carry around inside themselves. You each have had experiences in your lives that caused you to hold the fears and hurts. So be gentle with yourselves and allow yourselves to look at what you are holding inside. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE, THAT EVERY SINGLE BEING ON MOTHER EARTH HAS FEAR AND HURT BURIED INSIDE THEIR HEARTS, MINDS, AND BODIES.

IT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW AND BE AWARE THAT MANY TIMES THE THINGS YOU PRAY FOR AND ASK FOR OUR HELP WITH ARE STOPPED BY YOUR OWN FEARS. SOMETIMES WHAT YOU ARE WANTING MEANS WALKING THROUGH YOUR FEAR TO BE ABLE TO DO OR HAVE WHAT YOU WANT. If you are unwilling to face the fear and walk through, then you will never be able to get to what you are wanting.

Know that we are here, and we are willing to help you look at your fear, walk through your fear, and to show you how to release your fear. YOU ONLY NEED ASK. We are loving you and hold you most dearly in our hearts. I am loving you, loving you, and loving you.

Dear Ones,

I am wondering how all of you are surviving all that is happening on your Mother Earth. The energy waves that are coming to your earth far surpass anything you have experienced over the last several years. I know that many of you are standing firm and, at the same time, wondering in your minds how in the world you are doing that. You have our extreme admiration and respect for all that you have walked through and participated in.

Many of you have been experiencing flashes or memories of times gone by in your lives. We ask you not to hang on to those moments in time but to simply view them and send them on their way. Those memories are coming to you because they are in need of being released. It is no longer necessary for you to carry them around in your bodies. I am speaking of all your bodies (energetic, cellular, physical, and spiritual).

Remember now that with the intense energy of this time that there is more energetic power available to help you release old memories or moments in time. That same energetic power is available to help you release old fears and new fears. The power of now is what many of you have been waiting for. Many times in the past months and years, I have heard you say, "I can not go back and deal with fear, hurt, terror and pain; it is just too much."

I am asking today, with the energy that is available to you now, to go back and try to release those old moments in time. Those old terrors, pain, hurt, and fear. There are many of you who will say this isn't about me; she is talking about so and so. I say back to you, "go back and look in your memory banks; there is some of all those things still lurking about in each of you."

Remembering now that you were not always big strong adult men and women. You were all little children, and each of you experienced terror, hurt, pain, and fear. Some of you are still holding on to those old feelings. There are many reasons for that holding on. Some of you are not consciously remembering, others are remembering but do not want to go there, and yet others are afraid to let go because that is all they believe they have.

Let me assure you that your lives, all of your bodies, your hearts, and minds will rejoice and know such freedom and well-being once all of this has been cleared away. Living without carrying around the weight of these experiences will be uplifting and freeing. Your bodies and minds were never meant to be loaded down with old moments in time that stop you from being who you are.

Yes, I have talked of all this many, many, many times, and I will continue to do so until each and every one of you have the freedom to live your lives as they were meant to be lived. As I have said many times before, we are always right here, and we will always be right here. You only need to ask, and we will help in whatever way we can.

We are so aware that this journey you each have taken on is of extreme importance to each being of Mother Earth and to all the beings of the universe. You each are here to help and take part in transforming your world into a heart-centered world. This is taking great courage and determination on all your parts. We are honoring and loving each of you and respecting all that you are doing.  I love you, l love you, and I love you.

Dear Ones,

As I come to you today, I am asking each of you to open your mouths and speak to each and every person you know and meet with words of truth. The words I am speaking of are the ones regarding your belief in me and all those in my world. The time to guard your words and your secret beliefs has gone.

For your world to change, grow, and become all that you are asking it to be, you must also be willing to change, grow, and become all that you are meant to be. There will not be any grand one-day miracle that changes all beings on your planet at once. You are all in a process of changing, growing, and becoming. That process will increase greatly in speed as others hear your words and beliefs.

Over the last years, as you have worked your way into finding your own beliefs and truths, you have found other beings that were on the same path. You talked and shared, then went about your daily lives as if all you were learning and believing was not the truth. The time has passed to live in such a manner. Now is the time to open all the doors and speak your truth at all times.

What we are asking of you is not easy and may not sit well in your mind. So we are asking you to let go of your mind and go to your heart. Tell me, what does your heart say about this? Is it screaming in joy that it is time? Perhaps it is even past time. REMEMBER NOW THAT WE ARE WORKING OUR WAY INTO THE 5D WORLD WHERE YOU ARE LIVING BY THE RULES OF YOUR HEART. YOUR MIND TAKES SECOND CHAIR IN THIS WORLD.

Yes, we are aware that it will take great courage and strength to be who you are meant to be in your everyday world. Speaking your truth is one of the purposes for your being here on Mother Earth at this time of renewal and change. Allow yourselves to step into this purpose and see the grandness of who you are and what your world is becoming. Allow yourselves to see the role you are to play in the becoming of this new 5D world.

Always remembering that as you step forward, we are always right beside you, walking with you. We are helping in whatever way you will allow. You only need ask, and we will answer. Know that I am loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in my heart. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Dear Ones,

It has been a very short time since my last letter to each of you. I want each of you to know that I see how hard you are trying to care for yourselves. Also, I see what a great relief it was for many of you when you read my letter telling you that you need to care for yourselves first.

There are so many of you who have cared for others first for your whole life and have never allowed yourselves to be cared for. My words and encouragement were so welcome and comforting to those of you who have been living in the old ways.

Know that I am standing here in my world applauding each of you for stepping out and reaching out to try life in a different way. Let there be no guilt in your minds and hearts over taking care of yourselves first. Be aware that the beings in your personal lives may find the changes in you difficult to understand. Perhaps, there will be some who take it as a personal affront to them that you are caring for yourselves first and then reaching out to care for them. There may be some who feel that you do not love them as much as you used to or they may feel neglected by you.

It is so important that you recognize that they are feeling that way, but it is not necessary for you to go back to your old ways to make them happy. IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTINUE WITH YOURSELF-CARE. REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOU ARE NOT DOING THE SELF-CARE AS A PUNISHMENT OR AS A DISREGARD FOR SOMEONE ELSE. YOU ARE SIMPLY DOING THE SELF-CARE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO LOVE AND CARE FOR YOURSELVES.

There is one more important step in this changing of the old patterns of caring for others first. It is now most important to talk with the others in your personal lives and explain what you are doing and why you are doing it. It is time to let them know that by taking care of yourself first what you will have to give them will be so much more. There will no longer be feelings of tiredness, resentment, and anger attached to the care that you are giving to them. YES, ALL OF THOSE FEELINGS ARE ATTACHED TO YOUR GIVING WHEN YOU DO NOT CARE FOR YOURSELF FIRST. I can see your faces right now and you are shocked and in disbelief that this might be true.

So, I will say to you stop for a moment and think about how you felt when you were caring for others all the time and never finding time for yourselves. This is a step in taking your blinders off and really looking inside yourselves and seeing what has been going on for you as you cared for others day after day. I will say again now, it is not the time for guilt over this either. It is simply the way it worked for you in the past and now you are changing that. I am so proud of each of you. Changing one’s life, one’s old habits or patterns is never easy. The fact that you are doing the self-care now or maybe just thinking about doing it is wonderful beyond words. REMEMBER THAT WE ARE RIGHT HERE AND WE WILL HELP IN ANY WAY WE CAN. WE ARE LOVING YOU SO GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU IN OUR HEARTS WITH GREAT JOY AND LOVE. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Today I want to talk about “asking for help, accepting help and letting go of control once you have asked for help.” All three of these are great important truths that are difficult for all beings of Mother Earth. First let us speak of asking for help and yes; we have talked of this often in earlier letters, but it is important to speak of it again.

As I have said many times in the past that we are always right here waiting to help you, all you need do is ask. That is a truth. What is happening time after time is that you are asking, but you are also telling us exactly how you would like the help to come. You are asking for help in exact ways, with an exact outcome and with many limitations on how you will accept the help. The truth is oftentimes we cannot provide the help in exactly the way you want it to come to you.

For example, if you ask for financial help and only think in terms of winning big at the casino or the lottery, that leaves us no room to provide the help in any other ways. What I AM SAYING IS IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR US TO ARRANGE FOR YOU TO WIN THE LOTTERY OR WIN BIG AT THE CASINO. THERE ARE 100 THOUSAND OTHER WAYS FOR US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH FINANCIAL HELP, BUT YOU HAVE TIED OUR HANDS AND ARE ONLY ALLOWING IT TO COME TO YOU IN ONE WAY. This statement I am going to make is so very, very important, in fact, I am going to plead with you right now to please stop trying to control how the help you are asking for can come to you. By keeping control of every situation you are stopping the help you need from coming your way. You are keeping yourselves stuck in the same-old mud hole, and then you can say, “I knew it; they are not going to help me” and there is also another little voice inside of you that is going to say, “I did not deserve whatever it was that you ask for help with.” That little voice inside of you will then start telling you how awful you are. This is called self-abuse and it is devastating to your heart, mind and body.

Can you see this is an ongoing old pattern that you each learned very young and it is being carried forward into your journeys today. It makes my heart so very sad, because all of those words you're saying inside yourselves are untrue. You each and everyone deserve absolutely everything that you ask for. It is our honor and joy to provide you help in whatever way we can. Providing you with help is part of our purpose and part of our way to show you how much you are loved and cherished.

So, today I am asking you to let go of your control. I am asking you to trust us and also to trust yourselves enough to allow all of us in my world to provide you with the help you are asking for. I am aware that you learned at a very young age that having control is the only way to keep yourselves safe and secure.

However, in this case, it is doing exactly the opposite. It is keeping you stuck, unhappy, and feeling greatly unloved and unlovable.

I am pleading with you to allow us the freedom to do what you ask of us. It is time to stop putting limits on all in my world and limits on you in your world. It is past time for us to work together to provide you with the help you need and want. You are living in very stressful times on Mother Earth and help is needed to make your way on this journey you have chosen.

Know that we are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts. WE are waiting to help you in any way we can. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

My Dear Ones,

Today, let us talk of the emptiness you hold inside yourselves. There will be many, many of you who will read these first words and then turn away. Emptiness or the holes that you have inside yourselves are difficult to live with and most difficult to talk about. But today it is time to look at this and talk about it.

Many of you have tried to fill these holes with things, meaning clothes, jewelry, cars, boats, toys, and trinkets of every kind. Others use alcohol, food, and relationships that last for a night or two. Are you getting the idea now of what I am talking about?

Most of the beings of earth are holding an emptiness inside themselves and they are unaware of how to make it better or heal it so there will be no more emptiness. These holes or places of emptiness are where all your feelings of being unloved or separate from all the other beings of Mother Earth are held and stored. There is a huge epidemic on Mother Earth of separateness and feelings of being unloved.

Yes, this is the time when all are working towards going into the 5D, which is all about opening your heart and living in love. How can that possibly happen if most of the beings of Mother Earth are walking around in unlovable separateness? Many of you are doing a fine job of hiding what is really going on inside. You are walking and talking as if you were involved in moving towards the 5D. Yet, inside there is this immense emptiness that is never talked about or looked at.

My Very Dear Ones the time is now. We here in my world are so aware of how painful all of this is to each of you who have been carrying this emptiness around your whole lifetime. At times, it has grown a little smaller, and then a week later it doubles in size. With our help will you, now be willing to work on making it disappear forever? Believe me when I tell you this is part of your path into the 5D world. The healing and letting go of this emptiness and separateness is part of the journey. Only when all have been healed and released can you truly live in love. Meaning unconditionally loving yourself and every other living breathing life form on your Mother Earth.

There are no simple words or answers that I can give you in this letter to make this part of your journey disappear and be gone. Each one of you will need different things to help you along this path. There are wondrous healers living in your world who can help you in a face-to-face physical way. These healers come in many different forms and practices. Try them all until you find the one that will work for you. Of course, we are always standing at the ready to help you in any way we can. Know that we can stand beside you, hold your hand or wrap you in our arms, or even hold you on our laps as if you were a small child. Remembering now that each and every one of you is a small child inside yourselves. Your small child inside knows more about the emptiness and separateness that you carry than anyone else.

Now is the time to take care of this part of your journey into the 5D. The energy that is coming into your world right now will give you the push forward that is needed to make your way through this. The stars, planets, the solar flares, and all beings of all the many worlds in your universe are sending you the energy and strength to step forward into this part of your journey. We here in my world are sending you love, encouragement, and support to help you in making these next steps. I am holding you most dearly in my heart. I love you, I love you and I love you.

Dear Ones,

Today, let us talk about who you believe you are. I am not talking about who you really are, but who you believe you are. Most of you will still be holding thoughts and beliefs about yourselves that you learned in your childhood. There will be very few of you who have taken time to adjust your thinking to the truth of who you are today and who you are meant to be.

Those thoughts that you have carried with you from your childhood are really thoughts that belong to someone else. Throughout your childhood, you heard your Mother, Father, Aunts, Uncles, and siblings tell you who they thought you were. Most often those are the things that you believed about yourselves. In your childhood thinking, you would believe that if they said it, it must be true.

Well, I want you to hear me very clearly today, this is not the truth. What you heard was their opinion, which can often be a long way from the truth of any situation. So, I say to you today, who do you believe you are? Many of you will simply repeat what you have been told over and over by others. I am hoping there are a few of you who will stop and think about this question. Actually, I am hoping there are more than a few who will stop and wonder about this. Looking at what they have been told and then looking at how they live their lives.

These are very large and important questions for you to answer. First looking at who you used to be and how you live your lives in the past. Then going forward to how you live your lives today, who are you right now in this day? You have all changed and grown over your lifetimes. NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION OF ALL IS WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BE FROM THIS DAY FORWARD? In my last letter, we talked about your dreams and what you are wanting in your lives. NOW ONCE AGAIN, A BIG IMPORTANT QUESTION. Can the person you believe you are today live the life you are dreaming about? Do you believe that inside yourself? If you don't believe you can be the person in your dreams, then how can those dreams come true?

Are you understanding that it is time to change the perception you have of yourself? It is the time to close your eyes and see the truth of who you are. You are capable of impossible things. You are capable of fulfilling every one of your dreams. YOU, INSIDE YOURSELF, MUST BELIEVE AND KNOW THIS IS TRUTH. If you don't truly believe you can be the person in your dreams, then how can your dreams come true?

So, once again, I will say, close your eyes, come with me, and we will watch this video of who you truly are. Just breathe slowly allowing yourselves to relax and see what we are showing you. This is the truth of who you are and what you are capable of doing. OPEN YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS TO ALLOW THIS NEW INFORMATION TO BE ABSORBED INTO YOUR BEING. NOW ALLOWING THE OLD PERCEPTIONS TO RELEASE AND FADE AWAY. It is most necessary to let go of the old so that there will be room for the new to come into your being. Each morning over the next days and weeks take the time to sit quietly and watch this video, giving yourself the time and space to truly absorb what you are seeing.

For a few of you, there will be instant recognition of the truth of who you are. For, others it will take time and effort to let yourselves believe what you are seeing. Can you see yourselves living your dreams and doing all that is being asked of you for your dreams to become your reality? REMEMBER THAT THIS CAN BE A PROCESS OF TAKING VERY SMALL STEPS TO REACH YOUR BIGGEST GOALS. Once again, I will say to you, we are here ready to walk each of those steps with you. We are loving you and support you every step along the way. These small steps are part of your pathway into the 5D world. Allow yourselves the possibilities of all there is. I am loving you so greatly and cherish each one of you in my heart.

Dear Ones, 

Today, I wish to talk about you.  I am concerned about each one of you.  My concern is about how you are caring for yourselves during these times.  I know that you each are aware of the shifts that have happened in your world since the beginning of your new year.  Are you each aware of the immense energy changes that are happening on your Mother Earth?  The energy has increased a hundred times at least since the beginning of your new year.  Your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are in distress.  

If you are one of the beings who believes that they were taking very good care of themselves before the beginning of the New Year than I want to say to you double your efforts.  If you were not doing self-care or minimal self-care, than it is beyond important that you change now and start to do that.  NOW MEANING TODAY.  

SELF-CARE MEANS EATING THE RIGHT FOODS FOR YOUR BODY.  IT MEANS INCREASING THE NUMBER OF HOURS OF REST THAT YOU GET EACH DAY.  EMOTIONALLY, IT MEANS CLEARING AND CLEANING OUT OLD ISSUES AND ENERGY PATTERNS FROM THE PAST.  BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THAT YOU EACH STILL HAVE OLD ENERGY PATTERNS FROM THE PAST THAT ARE LIMITING YOUR ABILITY TO GO FORWARD.  NOW LET US SPEAK OF YOUR SPIRITUAL BODY.  WHATEVER PRACTICES YOU EACH MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS NEEDS TO BE DOUBLED NOW. 

It is important for each of you to find your own comfort level with yourself-care.  In other words, are you feeling rested, is your body feeling comfortable and nurtured by the food and drink that you provide it.  What about your mind, is it running ragged or has it smoothed out and able to take moments of relaxation and emptiness.  Have you been exercising and allowing your physical body movement and flow?  During these times, I know that many of you have been experiencing physical pain and discomfort in your bodies.  Self-care means taking care of your physical body by visiting energy workers, massage therapists or whatever works to relieve your pain and discomfort.  

All of these tools and forms of self-care will be individual to each being.  What works for one will not necessarily work for your neighbor or friend.  It will help to talk among yourselves and to discover what others are doing to help themselves.

Of course, you can ask us for ideas, and we will provide you with ideas.  It will simply be a thought that pops into your head.  You will wonder where did that come from and then you will remember that you ask for help from us and of course, we answered you.  WE are always right here with you every step of the way.  We are doing our best to help you in any way that we can.  REMEMBER now that you are greatly loved and cherished.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Today, you are starting into a whole new cycle. You have a new month on your calendar, and it is time to step outside and shake off all the intense, heavy energies from these past months. I am truly saying take a step outside your doors and give yourselves a good shake. WE here are so proud of you for making it through these past months of intense energy and the many challenges that came into your lives.

It is with sorrow that I can't tell you that the next few months would be a breeze for you, but I can tell you they will be easier than the last few. We are still wanting you to delve into the old energies that are holding you back, but the push to do so will not be as strong as the last few months.

Now it is time for each of you to take the lead and do this on your own without being pushed by outside energies. It is time for each of you to pay attention to yourselves and to what you are wanting in your lives. How badly do you want to take off the many veils that you are wearing? How badly does the real you want to come out and allow the world to see you as you really are? How badly do you want to share your gifts? How badly do you want all that waits inside of you to come forward to be a part of your world?

WE, of course, are standing right here, ready to help you in any way that we can. You only need ask, and we will be right there. Your world is changing so rapidly that many of you are unable to even comprehend the many changes that are happening daily or even minute by minute. These past months have left little time for even looking around and seeing what is happening outside your own personal world. It is indeed time to stop and take a look around at the beings in your own personal worlds and then take another look at the world as a whole. Much has changed in other's lives, and much has changed in your lives.

Call this a time of taking stock of yourselves and the whole of the world. It is time to recognize and applaud yourselves for the growth and changes you have made and also the ones you see in the whole of the world. It is time to re-think where you are going, what you are doing, and what you want to do. What are your goals, what do you want changed in your lives, what do you want changed in the world, and what can you personally do about all of this? This does indeed sound like a big project, or should I say CLARIFYING. Yes, this is a time of clarifying. It is time to stop allowing the energies to move you whichever way they please. It is time for you to start directing the energy how you please. You, of course, do have a choice in how the energy affects your lives.

THERE IS ALWAYS FREE WILL. You are the one in charge. And, yes, I do know that in the last few months, it has felt many times like there was no choice as you were moved and pushed around by the might of the energy coming into MOTHER EARTH. But, today I am here to remind you that this whole journey is about your choice, YOUR FREE WILL. What do you want, who are you willing to let yourselves be, and so, I will say again, as I have said in the past, are you ready to let yourself be who you came here to be? The keywords are, (YOUR CHOICE AND FREE WILL.) WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE TODAY AND EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES?

Of course, we are here loving you no matter what you decide to do. We are here, standing at the ready to help you in any way we can. Please remember to give us room to work the miracles that you ask for. In your asking, leave the doors open to how we can bring you what you are asking for. Dear Ones,

At this time on your Mother Earth there is only one way to move forward. The time has come for all beings of Mother Earth to begin to live there lives “IN THE FLOW OF THE ENERGY.” What I mean by this is it is time to move within the flow of energy on your Mother Earth. Following the lead of your heart and no longer logically analyzing everything that happens before you can make a decision. There is no longer time in your days and weeks to live in this manner. Your world is moving extremely fast and now you must also step up into the flow and follow your heart.

It is also time to let go of all that has been holding you in place. I am asking Barbara to re-post Letter 36, which is about letting go of beings in your personal world, old issues, feelings and memories of the past. The time has come to let go of the past and go with the flow of energy coming into your world.

Dear Ones,

Today let us talk about Letting Go. Letting Go of all the things in your lives that you have no control over. Letting Go of people who no longer fit with who you have become. Letting Go of all the old feelings of resentment, guilt, and anger. Letting Go of all the old images in your mind about who you could or should be.

The holding on of all these things fills you up and leaves no room for the new things coming into your lives. All of the old feelings and images about how your life should have turned out will stop you and hold you in stagnation.  Stagnation or non-movement of energy will turn to disease. Letting Go of people, is often more difficult than the letting go of feelings or memories.

As you change and grow the people in your lives will change, some moving out to continue on with their lives or passing over on to my side of the veil. Their moving on is not because of you. It is because of where their journey is taking them, just as your journey is taking you on a different road. People come into your lives for what you need or want at the moment. There are precious few who have contracted to stay through the years. You can count on your fingers the ones you know who have a contract with you for all the years.

Treasure those few people who will be staying over the years. Allow the ones who need to move on to go in love and peace knowing that you each have fulfilled your contract with the other.

Let us practice Letting Go. CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. Come and be with me; hold my hand and let us walk in the meadow. We have blue sky; the meadow is green and lush with wild flowers. The air is clean and fresh allowing us to breathe gently and easily. Allow your mind to open and let go of all the resentments, anger and guilt. Watch them tumble out into the meadow and be absorbed back into universal energy. Allow your mind to clear out those spaces so long filled with stagnation. Fill up those spaces with the blue sky, the meadow, the wild flowers, and the clean fresh air.

Now, allow the people who you have been holding in your hearts, the ones who need to go or have gone, let them one by one stand in the meadow. Experience the joy and love they have brought into your lives. Carry this joy in your heart as you allow them to leave and go their way. Hold on to the joy and fill all the spaces in your being where they lived with joy. Allow the joy to come into your minds when you think of them. Honor and celebrate that joy, letting go of their leaving by honoring and celebrating the joy. Joy, appreciation and gratitude is the direction in which your world is traveling. Step into joy, appreciation and gratitude and allow your soul to soar.

Call my name and I will come and be with you as you go to the meadow. Call on the thousands of other helpers here on this side that are waiting to help. Going to the meadow is not something to do by yourself. BE gentle and kind to yourself, accept the support and love we offer.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

These times on your Mother Earth are filled with chaos, confusion, and change. Each being is being affected by all that is in the collective consciousness. Everyone is going or will be going through a change in their lives.

For many, it will be dramatic and totally life-changing; for others, it will just scratch the surface of their awareness. I WANT TO SAY VERY LOUDLY, "CHANGE IS GOOD, CHANGE IS GROWTH, AND CHANGE IS WHY YOU ARE HERE ON EARTH AT THIS TIME."

As each of you are aware, your world has to change and change dramatically, or it will slowly destroy itself. Each of you are here at this time to help yourself, and your world makes the changes needed. Stagnation is a slow heartless way to die. It is not the way your world was meant to be. Stagnation is the opposite of Love, Light, Joy, and Happiness. Standing in the same exact place every day is and can be torturous.

There are so many beings in your world who are hanging on to exactly what they have in their world, be it Jobs, Homes, Partners, Old ways of thinking. Their only prayer and wish is that everything stays exactly the same. They may be hurting and in great pain, but they would rather stay where they are than venture into what is unknown to them.

I want you to know what is waiting for you is Joy, Happiness, and a wonderful new way of thinking and feeling. I beg of you to allow the weight that you are carrying on your shoulders to be lifted and taken away. Would it not be marvelous to feel as if you are lighter, freer, and able to move and think in new and different ways.

I want to talk to you about the fact that you are not doing this alone. There are millions of beings, including myself, who are standing at the ready to assist you in any way that we can. It may be only holding your hand or standing at your back. We are here for you always. We are loving you and wishing only the very best for each of you. We will never leave you, and you never have to feel alone again. WE ARE HERE, AND THERE IS NOWHERE ELSE WE WOULD RATHER BE.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

I am wanting to know how each one of you are walking through these days. Once again, I will say there is great intense energies coming into your Mother Earth and to each of you. Your physical bodies are desperately trying to integrate all that is coming forth. Many of you are having what I will call side effects to all that is transpiring. Do not be surprised if you are experiencing extreme tiredness requiring many more hours of rest each day. Your appetites may go to extreme differences, with it decreasing or increasing drastically. Are your brains much more active, and it is most difficult to slow them down? Are thoughts and ideas running rapidly through your thinking processes?

What I will say to you is to go slowly through all the changes. Do not struggle and fight your way through this. Picture yourself in the river, just moving along with the flow of the water. I will tell you that there is no way to control or deflect this energy that is working so very hard to integrate with your physical bodies.

This energy that is coming into your world at this time is increasing your vibrational rate, bringing you closer to your 5D world. The energy and what it is bringing you is so needed and truly what you have been asking for. So I will say to you, stay with what is happening and allow yourselves to flow with what is transpiring in your personal realm. There is much that is being given to you during this time, and much you will be grateful for once all has been integrated into your physical bodies.

It is important to know during this time what a wonderful job each one of you are doing on your own personal journeys. If you were to look back over the last few years, you will see how far you have come. Do you see how much you have grown and changed? Have your hearts not opened more and more with each passing day? Are you not more loving and caring of yourselves and each other?

As I have said in the past many, many times, your self-care and love is of the utmost importance. Your main purpose and lesson to learn during this lifetime is the care and the loving of oneself. No one can truly unconditionally love others until they unconditionally love themselves. What do you see when you look in the mirror each day? Can you say, "I LOVE WHO I AM, I LOVE HOW I WALK IN THE WORLD, AND I AM SO GRATEFUL TO BE WHO I AM?" Those are great giant words.

So, each morning as you get ready for your day, I am asking you to step forward and look in the mirror and tell that person you see "YOU" how much you love them and what exactly do you love about them. Do you love how YOU walk in the world, do you love how you treat yourself, do you love how you treat others, and what about how you treat Mother Earth and all the different living, breathing life forms???

This is no small homework that I am giving you. Expressing out loud to yourselves how much you love YOU is energetically monumental. When was the last time you told yourself out loud that you love YOU? I am going to make a giant guess and say never. So now is the time to start saying it out loud and even shouting it from the rooftops. And if you do not totally believe what you are saying, that is OK. Just keep on saying it each day or many times a day. Soon you will find that you do mean it. You will find yourselves looking in the mirror with the eyes of love, with the inner knowing that you are a unique and wonderful being.

Know, as always, that we are right here loving you and most certainly looking at each one of you with the eyes of love. I am holding you most dearly in my arms and walking right beside you. Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Is today, not a wondrous day? It is a new time and a new day. If you choose, it can be a new beginning. So, what will you choose today? Will you go on in the same old pattern, allowing fear to hold you in the same place as all the yesterdays? Yes, these are big questions for a beautiful day. But, it is past time that I ask you these questions. Are you ready to move forward to the next level or are you going to stay where you are??

There is no way for me to tell you what the next level will be, for it is different for each one of you. Most of you have some small inkling in your mind about what the next level holds for you. I will say that this is what you have been asking for in your journey into the 5D world. The journey is about traveling from one level to the next. And yes, it means cleaning and clearing out all the past levels to be able to go forward.

Moving to the next level this time means digging deep within yourselves to release and clear out very old deep patterns from your beginning days. There are old patterns still buried within you that must be released so that you will have the freedom to move forward. The move forward can only be complete with the releasing of old buried fears and frustrations. I am speaking of the ones you have been refusing to acknowledge. Now is the time to step up and allow these fears to be gone once and for all.

Fear is the opposite of love. Love is where each of you are traveling to. The 5D is about love. There is no room for old buried fears. Even though the fears are buried deep, and you believe they can be ignored, they do affect every moment of your lives. They are there with you always, and they affect every decision that you make about your lives and how you relate to the world.

We here in my world have been talking about letting go of old patterns and old fears for months and months and maybe even years now. It is important to remember that the old patterns and old fears did not happen to you all at once but were accumulated over the years and years of your lives. As you are doing your releasing and letting go, it is beyond important that you give yourselves the very best in self-care. Self-care includes asking for help when you are doing your releasing or in the aftermath of letting go.

You will find that yourself-care will greatly improve as you release and let go of all old buried fears and patterns. One of the unknowns of holding all inside is that you have no room or space to think of self-care or self-love. Most of you will find yourselves unworthy of self-care. Of course, that is a HUGE UNTRUTH. Each and every one of you are most worthy of self-care and self-love. You cannot even imagine the greatness of yourselves when you are seeing yourselves through the eyes of fear and old patterns.

I can only hope you will believe my words when I tell you that each of you are wondrous beings beyond your wildest imagination. You have the power and love inside yourselves to change the world. You each have the power inside yourselves to heal Mother Earth and make her well again. We here in my world are standing at the ready to help you in any way we can. You only need to ask for our help, and we will be there. Asking for help from us or anyone is marvelous self-care. We here are loving you and holding you most tenderly in our hearts.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Today I wish to speak of you! I am wanting to know how you are feeling? How are you holding up under all that is happening in your world? As you know, the energy that is coming into your world is pushing and pushing and pushing some more. There has been little time for you to take a break or take a look at all that has been happening in your personal one on one lives.

Many of you are moving so fast as you are trying to keep up with all that is happening in your personal worlds. The resistance to the pushing that you are feeling is increasing the pressure of what is going on in your world. Resisting all that is happening only causes you more distress. I am asking you to allow the energy to simply move through you as if it were giant waves washing over you.

When you feel the pushing, simply stand and allow it to move through you. The changes that are occurring in each of you will happen whether you are resisting or not. It is simply your choice about how they will occur. There is a saying in your world about "the path of least resistance." It is time to take that path and to stop fighting the changes that are occurring. These changes are the ones that you have asked for. They are changes that will allow you to move closer to the 5D world.

It is no small matter to change how you live, think, and be in your world. You quite simply are turning your personal worlds upside down. You could also look at it as if you are totally rebuilding the computer that is known as you. All-new circuit boards are being installed by you. All-new tapes are being put into place.

And while all this is going on, you are being asked and also asking yourselves to release all the ways you have been and have thought in the past. You are telling yourselves that all you believed to be true in your minds is no longer true.

You are in the process of allowing yourselves to see the truth of who you really are and the truth of your world. Have you not noticed how you no longer believe all the words you hear daily, that you are hearing what is being said in a different way? The words now are starting to filter through your heart, not just your minds. REMEMBER NOW THAT ALL IN YOUR WORLD IS HEADING INTO A 5D WORLD AND MOVING AWAY FROM THE 3D WORLD. The meaning of this is that everything in your personal lives will start to be perceived from your heart, not your mind or brain. Your brain is programmed into what the 3D world has taught it. Your brain has all the knowledge about how you should exist in the world, meaning the 3D world, not the 5D world. Your brain now has to learn from your heart, which means your brain needs to be put in second place, and the heart now takes over and is allowed to assist you in living in the 5D world.

It is strange is it not to think that your brain is not the one you should be following? It has been so ingrained into every being of earth that your brain is the most important part of you. It stores all your knowledge and knows what is best for you. What a surprise to find out that is not necessarily so. IT IS A TRUTH THAT YOUR HEART IS THE VERY MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOU. THE HEART NEVER LIES, AND NEVER MISDIRECTS YOU. THE HEART IS ABOUT LOVE. AND INDEED, LOVE IS WHAT MAKES THE WORLD GO AROUND.

So, indeed it is time for change, it is time for the energy to be pushing and pushing, moving you towards your heart-directed life. Of course, as always, we are standing right here wishing to help you in any way we can. There is no one on Mother Earth who is standing by themselves. We are surrounding and holding each and every one of you in our hearts. You each are cherished beyond what you can imagine. Know that I love you and will continue to love you forever.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

+*On this day, meaning, Yesterday, we have stepped into a new time. A New Time of New Beginnings. Have you not, over the last many months, been wishing for a new time? For each of you to truly step into this time of New Beginnings, it will be necessary to let go of the past. Letting go of the past meaning to leave it behind and allowing any unfinished feelings of the past to stay in the past or choose to finish them now. Now meaning today.

No being of Mother Earth is really able to have a clean and clear New Beginning while they are trying to carry a huge backpack full of regrets, non-forgiveness of self or others, what-ifs, and of course, the list goes on and on. Each of you will know in a flash once you read my words what I am talking about.

So today, I am asking you to open your hearts very wide and allow yourselves to let go of past hurts, misunderstandings, and harsh words that might have broken your hearts. It is most important that you recognize you are not doing this for the other person; you are doing this to free yourselves of the past. FOR TRULY, YOU ARE THE ONLY BEING WHO CAN DO THIS. THERE IS NO FORGIVENESS NEEDED FROM MY WORLD; THAT HASN'T ALREADY HAPPENED EONS AGO. WE HERE IN MY WORLD HOLD EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU IN THE HIGHEST REGARD. YOU EACH ARE HELD WITH LOVE AND RESPECT OF THE HIGHEST BY EVERYONE IN MY WORLD.

Know that there is a whole new world of new beginnings waiting for each of you. I am asking only that you free yourselves and allow the heaviness of the past to be lifted and taken away. It is not necessary to go back and pick through once again all that you have been carrying. You have already picked through it many, many times. So, I say to you go and take your morning shower, or any time shower and allow the water to wash the heaviness of the past away. Know that we will be right beside you, helping you release your heaviness and set yourself free.

Know in your hearts that this is something you deserve to do for yourselves. This is your second chance, so to speak, and is there, not a saying in your world that everyone deserves a second chance? In my world, the saying would be that everyone deserves as many chances as they need. Know in your hearts that you deserve this New Beginning and the joy and happiness it will bring you.

WE are standing right here beside you today, paying you honor and respect. And, of course, I am loving you so tenderly and holding you in my heart.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

Has this not been a most unusual Winter? Much in your world is out of balance. I am speaking of not only your Mother Nature but also your weather cycles and, indeed, most of the beings of Mother Earth. Many of you are experiencing great unrest and confusion about who you are and what you should be doing with your lives.

It is indeed a time of decisions on your Mother Earth. What are you going to do to help Mother Earth and Mother Nature come back into balance? I watch with wondrous eyes as many on your planet still are in denial about what is happening. There are many beings who are denying the harm that has been done to Mother Earth and Mother Nature; by the way, you have chosen to live on the planet. This harm has not just occurred in the last few years but has been going on since the beginning of time. What is difficult to understand is that you now have the scientific proof to see what has happened and is happening, but you are still choosing to ignore it. The ignoring of this problem happens in the thinking, "Oh; I am just one person. What can I do," or in the flat denial that anything is wrong.

WELL, THIS IS A VERY BIG TRUTH FOR ALL BEINGS OF EARTH. THERE IS INDEED SOMETHING VERY WRONG, AND YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND MOTHER NATURE IS GREATLY OUT OF BALANCE.

If you are unaware of what you can do, then start asking questions; there are many groups in your world that are trying to correct these problems. Reach out to help and find out what you, one person, can do. Then, of course, there is always the sending of Love & Light each day to your Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and the waters of your world. One person can make a HUGE difference.

Have you noticed that what has happened to your Mother Earth and Mother Nature is very similar to what has happened to the beings who live on Mother Earth? Being out of balance and living in states of confusion has become, as you would say, “the norm” on Mother Earth. I will tell you that it is time to slow down and take a good strong look at yourselves and how you are choosing to live your lives. It is time to step forward and say out loud what you want your life to be and who you want to be. Who do each of you want to be?? How do you want to fit into the puzzle of the WHOLE or THE ONE? You are all part of each other; you are all connected and inter-connected. What one being does affects the WHOLE, THE ONE. It no longer works to walk through life with your eyes closed, in a state of confusion, or one ould say you are walking through life as if you are on remote control. If you are walking through life on remote control, who is pushing the buttons that makes you walk and talk.

These are all scary thoughts. I am hoping that this might open your eyes and begin to make you think about what is happening to each of you and what is happening to Mother Earth and Mother Nature. This is a time for action and perhaps reaction to my words. It is a time to think and to realize that one person makes a huge difference to the WHOLE, THE ONE. THE ONE meaning all of you, gathered together making up the WHOLE, THE ONE. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, INCLUDING ALL THE UNIVERSES AND EVERY LIVING BREATHING LIFE FORM, IS CONNECTED TO MAKE UP THE WHOLE, THE ONE.

IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REALIZE THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN ANY OF YOUR CONFUSION AND DENIAL. WE ARE RIGHT HERE LISTENING AND WAITING TO HELP YOU. Dear Ones,

What should we talk about today? Let's talk about the energy coming into your world and the craziness that comes with this new wave of energy. Have you been riding a roller coaster? One minute all is right with your world, and the next, you're feeling like someone knocked you down.

Many of the beings of Mother Earth have been experiencing these great highs and lows over the past few weeks. You are entering a time of more calm and introspection! Now is a good time to walk back through the last few weeks and examine those extreme highs and lows. Much of the energy from those extreme mood changes is still in your many bodies. Bodies meaning cellular, physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional bodies. Now is a time of clearing and revitalizing all of the bodies.

I want to tell you to take a few days to allow yourselves to catch up with your lives and all that has been happening to you. But, I am aware with all that consumes your days, it is most unlikely that you would be able to allow yourselves to take those few days. So, I will say to you to take time each morning to examine all that has been happening. Each of you has had abundant amounts of letting go and releasing happening. There is simply time needed to examine and evaluate what has happened.

Once you have had time to examine and evaluate the past few weeks, your life can and will go into a slower, more gentle time. As you know, you are past due for some rest time. Make use of this downtime over the next few weeks to give yourselves abundant amounts of self-care. Over the past few months, self-care has not been at the top of the priority list. It is time to make up for months of neglect and to see yourself at the top of the list. Rest and rejuvenate yourselves. Giving your body the food, water, and exercise it needs in healthy, wonderful amounts. It is time to nurture, love, and support yourselves as you would your best friend. Because indeed, you are your best friend whether you are aware of that or not.

I will assure you that no one else in the whole of your world knows what you need, want, or dream about. You are the only person who has the answers to those questions. What do you need, want, and dream about?

Do you consciously know the answers to those questions? If you are saying to yourself and others, "I am not sure what I want or need." Then I say back to you it is time to find out. During these next few weeks, it is most important for you to have a long, very honest talk with yourself about your wants and needs.

These are not questions that your brain/mind is going to be able to answer for you with the truth. Your brain/mind will continue to tell you what you should want and need. What I am talking about is what your heart is waiting to tell you, and I promise you that your heart will tell you the truth. Your heart is not programmed to tell you what you should or shouldn't need and want.

Begin this process by placing your hand on your heart and closing your eyes. There are those of you who are reading this letter and will start to laugh and say, "OH, Mother Mary, you always say this." And, you are right. I do always say this because it works. YOUR HEART KNOWS THE TRUTH OF YOUR SOUL There are those of you who may need to practice this for some time before you are really able to hear what your HEART is saying. There are also others of you who will find it difficult to believe what your heart is saying. What your heart is saying may be so different from what your brain/mind has been telling you for years that it will be difficult to believe.

It is time to believe. It is time to trust yourselves and what you know in your heart. It is time to tell your brain to be quiet so that you can listen to what you desperately need to hear. Know that we will be standing right beside you, behind you, and in front of you. We are here, and we will always be here. You only need call, and I will be there, and there are 100s of millions of other beings in my world who will be there. Know that I am loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in my heart.

Know you only need call my name and I will be there.
