Good Morning Dear Ones,

Has this not been a most unusual Winter? Much in your world is out of balance. I am speaking of not only your Mother Nature but also your weather cycles and, indeed, most of the beings of Mother Earth. Many of you are experiencing great unrest and confusion about who you are and what you should be doing with your lives.

It is indeed a time of decisions on your Mother Earth. What are you going to do to help Mother Earth and Mother Nature come back into balance? I watch with wondrous eyes as many on your planet still are in denial about what is happening. There are many beings who are denying the harm that has been done to Mother Earth and Mother Nature; by the way, you have chosen to live on the planet. This harm has not just occurred in the last few years but has been going on since the beginning of time. What is difficult to understand is that you now have the scientific proof to see what has happened and is happening, but you are still choosing to ignore it. The ignoring of this problem happens in the thinking, "Oh; I am just one person. What can I do," or in the flat denial that anything is wrong.

WELL, THIS IS A VERY BIG TRUTH FOR ALL BEINGS OF EARTH. THERE IS INDEED SOMETHING VERY WRONG, AND YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND MOTHER NATURE IS GREATLY OUT OF BALANCE.

If you are unaware of what you can do, then start asking questions; there are many groups in your world that are trying to correct these problems. Reach out to help and find out what you, one person, can do. Then, of course, there is always the sending of Love & Light each day to your Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and the waters of your world. One person can make a HUGE difference.

Have you noticed that what has happened to your Mother Earth and Mother Nature is very similar to what has happened to the beings who live on Mother Earth? Being out of balance and living in states of confusion has become, as you would say, “the norm” on Mother Earth. I will tell you that it is time to slow down and take a good strong look at yourselves and how you are choosing to live your lives. It is time to step forward and say out loud what you want your life to be and who you want to be. Who do each of you want to be?? How do you want to fit into the puzzle of the WHOLE or THE ONE? You are all part of each other; you are all connected and inter-connected. What one being does affects the WHOLE, THE ONE. It no longer works to walk through life with your eyes closed, in a state of confusion, or one ould say you are walking through life as if you are on remote control. If you are walking through life on remote control, who is pushing the buttons that makes you walk and talk.

These are all scary thoughts. I am hoping that this might open your eyes and begin to make you think about what is happening to each of you and what is happening to Mother Earth and Mother Nature. This is a time for action and perhaps reaction to my words. It is a time to think and to realize that one person makes a huge difference to the WHOLE, THE ONE. THE ONE meaning all of you, gathered together making up the WHOLE, THE ONE. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, INCLUDING ALL THE UNIVERSES AND EVERY LIVING BREATHING LIFE FORM, IS CONNECTED TO MAKE UP THE WHOLE, THE ONE.

IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REALIZE THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN ANY OF YOUR CONFUSION AND DENIAL. WE ARE RIGHT HERE LISTENING AND WAITING TO HELP YOU. Tell us how you would like us to help you. We are always right beside you, willing to help in any way we can. We are always, always LOVING YOU AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN OUR HEARTS.

Letter 299

Dear Ones,

What should we talk about today? Let's talk about the energy coming into your world and the craziness that comes with this new wave of energy. Have you been riding a roller coaster? One minute all is right with your world, and the next, you're feeling like someone knocked you down.

Many of the beings of Mother Earth have been experiencing these great highs and lows over the past few weeks. You are entering a time of more calm and introspection! Now is a good time to walk back through the last few weeks and examine those extreme highs and lows. Much of the energy from those extreme mood changes is still in your many bodies. Bodies meaning cellular, physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional bodies. Now is a time of clearing and revitalizing all of the bodies.

I want to tell you to take a few days to allow yourselves to catch up with your lives and all that has been happening to you. But, I am aware with all that consumes your days, it is most unlikely that you would be able to allow yourselves to take those few days. So, I will say to you to take time each morning to examine all that has been happening. Each of you has had abundant amounts of letting go and releasing happening. There is simply time needed to examine and evaluate what has happened.

Once you have had time to examine and evaluate the past few weeks, your life can and will go into a slower, more gentle time. As you know, you are past due for some rest time. Make use of this downtime over the next few weeks to give yourselves abundant amounts of self-care. Over the past few months, self-care has not been at the top of the priority list. It is time to make up for months of neglect and to see yourself at the top of the list. Rest and rejuvenate yourselves. Giving your body the food, water, and exercise it needs in healthy, wonderful amounts. It is time to nurture, love, and support yourselves as you would your best friend. Because indeed, you are your best friend whether you are aware of that or not.

I will assure you that no one else in the whole of your world knows what you need, want, or dream about. You are the only person who has the answers to those questions. What do you need, want, and dream about?

Do you consciously know the answers to those questions? If you are saying to yourself and others, "I am not sure what I want or need." Then I say back to you it is time to find out. During these next few weeks, it is most important for you to have a long, very honest talk with yourself about your wants and needs.

These are not questions that your brain/mind is going to be able to answer for you with the truth. Your brain/mind will continue to tell you what you should want and need. What I am talking about is what your heart is waiting to tell you, and I promise you that your heart will tell you the truth. Your heart is not programmed to tell you what you should or shouldn't need and want.

Begin this process by placing your hand on your heart and closing your eyes. There are those of you who are reading this letter and will start to laugh and say, "OH, Mother Mary, you always say this." And, you are right. I do always say this because it works. YOUR HEART KNOWS THE TRUTH OF YOUR SOUL There are those of you who may need to practice this for some time before you are really able to hear what your HEART is saying. There are also others of you who will find it difficult to believe what your heart is saying. What your heart is saying may be so different from what your brain/mind has been telling you for years that it will be difficult to believe.

It is time to believe. It is time to trust yourselves and what you know in your heart. It is time to tell your brain to be quiet so that you can listen to what you desperately need to hear. Know that we will be standing right beside you, behind you, and in front of you. We are here, and we will always be here. You only need call, and I will be there, and there are 100s of millions of other beings in my world who will be there. Know that I am loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in my heart.

Letter 291

 My Dear Ones,

I want each of you to know that I am right here with you today. In truth, I am right here with you every day. I so want each one of you to know how much you are loved and cherished. My wish is that you will take this love that I am handing you and you will place it inside your heart, believing that it is truth.

There is much in your world today and truly every day, that does not feel loving and nurturing. Some of you have found people that have come into your life with love and kindness in their hearts. Yet there are so many of you that have not found that in your world. Or perhaps you thought that you had found it and then it disappeared for one reason or another.

Keep your heart and mind open to what life has to offer you and to what we here in my world are offering you. Opening yourself to all that is available and waiting for you can feel incredibly risky and fearful. Today I am asking you to allow yourselves the freedom to experience all that your life has to offer you. I wish for you to know in your heart and mind that we here are truly right beside you. We are encouraging you to step forward and to open your arms to what your heart and mind have been asking and praying for.

Over the next months and years, you will find that your lives will be changing greatly. I can feel some of you thinking hasn't that already happened? My answer is yes; it has, but guess what it is not over and you will indeed see many more changes coming into your lives. By this time next year, some of you will not even recognize who you are. You will be shaking your heads and saying how did all of this happen to me. So now is the time to open your hearts and minds and say YES to all that is coming. Resisting the changes that are coming into your lives will make your life a struggle. Life was never meant to be a struggle. So I say LET GO OF YOUR STRUGGLE AND EMBRACE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR.

REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOU HAVE FREE WILL AND THE CHANGES THAT ARE COMING ARE THE CHANGES YOU HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR. But, you never dared to allow yourself to believe they would come true. In your daydreaming and wishing you never realized that you were directing your own life and the changes that you dreamed of. So, know that we are right here and that each one of you has an army of angels waiting to help. They are at the ready to hold your hands or to help you step forward into all you have been dreaming of. And as always, I am right here offering you my love and caring. Take it into your hearts and minds, allowing it to grow and showing you the way to love yourselves. Allow yourself to see the truth of who you are. I promise that you will be amazed at the person you see looking back at you in the mirror. The picture of yourself that you have held onto during your life, one you brought with you from your childhood, is no longer truth or perhaps never was the truth. So, please take another look at who you truly are and see what I see. I know that you can do this and many, many, other wondrous things. I am loving you each and every one.

Dear Ones,

I am so honored to be here with you this morning. It is with great joy that I ask Barbara to scribe these letters for me. It is my hope and prayers that my words bring some comfort and joy as you walk your path on Mother Earth. You each are doing just a magnificent job on your journeys. Yes, there are bumps and rough spots along the way. But, is that not part of the reason you chose to come back to earth for this lifetime?

When your soul made the decision to return to earth and be part of all these changes, it was well known that this would not be an easy path. So, yes, there are many bumps and bruises along the way. But I want to assure you that you are doing well. Each time you come to a rough spot, you find a way to walk around it or through it, and then you just keep on walking. WE in my world are amazed and so proud of all that you do. You each are making progress on your paths. Your thoughts of Love and Light are helping to change the collective energies of Mother Earth.

We are so aware that when you look around in your daily lives, you might find it hard to believe that your world is changing and moving towards the 5D. We want to reassure you that this is a truth. Mother Earth is changing and moving closer to the 5D. You are right; it will not happen tomorrow, but it will happen. Each one of you is part of the reason that it will happen. Your bravery, courage, strength, and love are providing the energy for you and your Mother Earth to move forward.

Your efforts in Self-Care and Self-Love is part of what is moving Mother Earth forward. In these past months, I am aware it has not been easy to move forward with Yourself-Care and Self-Love. So, there may be days or even weeks that you cannot move forward in that area, but you always come back to it and pick up where you left off. Your learning to love and care for yourself is a huge and important step on your individual journeys and on Mother Earth's journey. As you each love and care more for yourselves, the you are reaching out to care and love others more, and that includes Mother Earth.

Each of you are aware someplace in your consciousness that Mother Earth is not doing well. The beings of Mother Earth have not been kind and loving to her. For decades, she has been the dumping ground for all and any waste, no matter how toxic and deadly. The beings of Mother Earth oftentimes see her reactions to all that has happened to her as a personal affront to them. The truth is, at times, you could say she has the flu. Her actions and reactions are much like a human who has the flu. There is a releasing and letting go of what is causing the sickness inside of her or each of you. Her releasing is much more dramatic because it affects each of you. This is a perfect example of actions and reactions. Each action that each of you takes caused a reaction to the whole of Mother Earth. It is important to remember that when you are releasing anger and frustration, or perhaps it is even rage and thoughts of revenge, then that goes into the collective consciousness of Mother Earth. Those thoughts, feelings, and actions are disbursed out into the energies of Mother Earth and Mankind.

It is important to remember that every being who makes up the whole of all brings their energies to the collective whole. So, practice Yourself-Care and Self-Love and bring that energy to the collective whole. Each one of you makes a huge and important contribution to the whole of the ONE. Be mindful of what energies you are providing to the whole.

I am sending you much love and surrounding you with my presence. Each one of you is surrounded by your guides and angels. Often times they are, in fact, carrying you when you yourselves are unable to move forward. There are those times when you think, how did I do that? Believe me when I say that you have much help in all that you do. We here are loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in our hearts and hands.
