Letter 305

Good Morning Dear Ones,

These past days have indeed been intense for all beings of Mother Earth. During this month of August, all will continue to be intense and full of highs and lows. Many new vibrational energies are coming into Mother Earth and pushing each of you to release and let go of old issues. As waves of energies that have been confined inside of your physical body release, allow yourselves to flow with all that is transpiring.

It is most important at this time to keep the energy in your physical bodies moving and releasing. Daily practices of consciously moving your energy through your body will help to release and move it through at this time. Take a few seconds as you go through your day to stop and intentionally visualize energy coming through the top of your head and seeing it move down through your body and releasing out your feet. Remind yourselves to do this often during your day.

Trying to stop the flow of these new vibrational energies will cause discomfort both physically and emotionally. The hanging on will be what causes the discomfort. This is a lesson in moving with what is happening in the NOW and learning that there is no way to control these vibrational energies. These vibrational energies are here to help you release all old energies, emotions, and regrets. If you are holding on to guilt from times past, then this is an excellent time to release all feelings of guilt and to forgive yourself for what has transpired.

THIS TIME IS ABOUT FREEDOM, FREEDOM FOR ALL YOUR EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, PHYSICAL, CELLULAR, AND SPIRITUAL BODIES. It is a grand time of letting go and allowing your whole being to shine in all its glory. Holding on and trying to control all dims your light and diminishes the shine of who you truly are.

Each of you have been working so hard to become all that you are; remember now that this is just one more step on your journey. Know that you are not alone, nor will you ever be alone. We here in my world walk with you every single minute of every single day. We are loving you, honoring you, and holding you in our hearts. We here are so proud of all that you have accomplished. We know that it has taken great strength, courage, and love to walk the paths you have chosen.
