Letter 189

Dear Ones,

Today and for the next few weeks and months, let us talk about the struggle that is going on in your world between the Light and the Dark. It is an old story that everyone knows about and has known about since the beginning of time. It all started back when the first being on your earth experienced fear. We are talking eons and eons ago. It is important to know that fear at that moment in time was no bigger than a small seed.

That seed of fear has grown into a huge gigantic mass of seeds that covers 90% of your Mother Earth. Perhaps it would be easier to think of it in terms of a virus rather than a seed. Because the seed or virus spreads and is passed down from one generation of human beings to the next generation, and that has been going on since the beginning of man.

Some of your religions have tried to explain these seeds of fear as evil; the devil, demons, and on and on. It is important to know that evil, the devil, or demons all came into being from that very first seed of fear. Those words and those names are just that words that have been made up to describe FEAR. FEAR IS THE DARK. FEAR IS WHAT MAKES UP THE NEGATIVE ENERGY OF THE WORLD. FEAR IS HOW IT ALL GOT STARTED, AND THE LETTING GO OF FEAR IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT.

Are you thinking, "Boy, Mother Mary, this is a very heavy subject? What is the big deal everyone has a little fear inside them?" That is exactly the big deal; everyone, every being on earth, does have fear inside them. Now imagine all the millions and millions of beings on your Mother Earth, and they all have seeds of fear inside them. Now go one step further and put all those seeds together. I will tell you there are few beings that have just one seed; most beings have thousands of seeds inside them.

Now I want to talk about the fear that each of you carries in your bodies. I want to describe to you how it works and what it does to your heart. REMEMBERING NOW THAT LOVE IS THE OPPOSITE OF FEAR. So fear does affect your heart. It affects how open it is. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REMEMBER. YOUR TICKET OR PATHWAY INTO THE 5D WORLD IS A FULLY OPEN HEART. FEAR LIVES, BREATHS, AND GROWS IN THE 3D WORLD. THERE IS NO FEAR IN THE 5D WORLD. YOU MAY GET TO VISIT THE 5D WORLD TO SEE WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT AND HOW IT FEELS, BUT YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO LIVE IN THE 5D IF THERE IS FEAR IN YOUR BODY, MIND, AND HEART.

This is what happens to your heart when you have fear inside of you. It closes off your heart. Fear puts a door over your heart. The door may not totally cover the heart, but it can certainly go across the full center part of your heart. The thickness and the width of the door is decided by the amount of fear that you carry.

There is no way for your heart to be fully open as long as it has a door keeping it shut in and shut down. This does not mean that you are an unloving being; it simply means that the love trickles out, and sometimes it can be twisted and not go in a straight line. In other words, it is not going or doing what you want it to do. It continually gets sidetracked and may not feel good to you or the ones you are sending it to. Furthermore, the other person may not be able to feel your love at all even though their mind is telling them that you love them.

Today, I have given you a lot to think about and digest. So, I am going to stop for now, and my next letter will more fully explain how each of you need to take responsibility for your part in the dark that is suffocating you and your Mother Earth.

IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE. THE STRUGGLES BETWEEN THE LIGHT AND DARK HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR EONS, AND WE ARE CLOSER RIGHT NOW TO STOPPING THIS STRUGGLE THAN EVER BEFORE IN YOUR HISTORY.

WE ARE STANDING RIGHT HERE WITH EACH OF YOU. IN THE PAST, I HAVE SAID THAT THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF US HERE READY TO HELP, BUT IN TRUTH, THERE ARE MILLIONS OF US HERE READY TO HELP EACH OF YOU. THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH OF US TO GO AROUND SO THAT EVERYONE WILL HAVE ALL THE HELP THEY NEED.

YOU ARE ALL SO LOVED AND SO HELD IN THE HIGHEST RESPECT AND ADMIRATION. YOU EACH HAVE CHOSEN TO BE HERE ON YOUR EARTH DURING THIS TIME. YOU EACH HAVE CHOSEN TO BE PART OF THIS STRUGGLE OF THE LIGHT AND DARK. YOU EACH HAVE CHOSEN TO COME AND RELEASE YOUR PART OF THE DARK. THE GOAL IS TO LIVE WITH A FULLY OPEN HEART IN THE 5D WORLD AND HELPING OTHERS TO COME AND LIVE WITH YOU IN THE 5D

KNOW THAT I AM LOVING GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN MY HEART. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 187

Dear Ones,

I say a gracious Good Morning to all of you. Is it not a beautiful day? The sun may be shining where you are, or maybe it is raining with the wind blowing. Whatever your weather, it is still a beautiful day. My heart warms with love for each of you. In my eyes and in the eyes of all who are here with me, you are each so beautiful and precious.

I know that for some of you, those words are difficult to believe. It is my most sincere wish that you believe the words I say and take them into your heart to live and surround you each and every day. For in your world, it is not often that you hear precious loving words that can sustain your heart and soul. Most beings of your Mother Earth are starving right now for words of encouragement and love.

Your struggles to move your world into the 5D has taken much energy and perseverance on each of your parts. It is time to take a break and rejuvenate yourselves. Many times in the past, we have talked about your self-care. Well, it is time to talk again about self-care. I AM SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY RIGHT NOW. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU EACH START TAKING BETTER CARE OF YOURSELVES. I AM SPEAKING OF ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIVES. THAT INCLUDES DIET, SLEEP, EXERCISE, MEDITATION, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE WORDS THAT YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELVES.

It is way past time to stop speaking to yourselves with words of old negative garbage that you dig up from past times in your lives or lifetimes. I no longer wish to hear you speaking to yourselves in that way. It is harmful, abusive, and most importantly, unloving and unkind. You each are sensitive enlightened beings, and many times in your past lives and in this lifetime, you have had these kinds of words said to you. All of that is in the past, and no longer belongs in the world that you live in today.

IT IS TIME TO STOP LIVING IN THE PAST. IT IS TIME TO LEAVE ALL THE OLD WORDS AND PHASES OF SELF-ABUSE AND DISRESPECT BACK WHERE THEY BELONG, IN THE PAST.

IT IS TIME FOR THE TRUTH. IT IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO SPEAK ONLY TRUTH TO YOURSELF. WE WISH TO HEAR ONLY WORDS OF HONORING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF WHO YOU ARE TODAY AND WHO YOU ARE BECOMING.

WE here are standing up, clapping, and cheering for each of you. WE are asking you to join us. It is time to stand up, clap and cheer for yourselves. Know that we are right here beside you. Sometime we are standing in front of you, leading you along the path. Other times we are walking beside you, and then there are those times that we are behind you, pushing you along. You know that we do that on occasion. Are you giggling with us as you picture that in your mind? Sometimes we have to push very hard to get your attention.

It does not matter whether we are leading, pushing, or walking beside you, we are loving you so dearly. We are always standing in your corner, cheering you, and being most proud of each and every one of you.

Letter 183

Dear Ones,

Is it not amazing what is happening on your Mother Earth right now? The energy of your world continues to increase in speed, and the density doubles and triples, but you keep right on going about your lives. I find you beings of Mother Earth amazing. You continue to go to work, take care of your families, and last but not least, you try to take care of yourselves.

Perhaps, the most difficult is the taking care of yourselves. Now, I will tell you the very most important thing that needs to happen in your world is the taking care of yourselves. But it is surely the last thing to be taken care of.

Have you not listened to the stewardess on your airplanes when they explain about the air masks? They tell the passengers you must put the air mask on yourself first and then place it on your child or whoever might need it. For, if you give it to them first, you may not have enough time or energy to give it to yourself. So, in this case, by taking care of others first, you may die. Then who will take care of them? Imagine if it is your child, they will have air, but they will not have you. They will survive, but they will be alone with no one to help them.

The case I mention above is severe, but I am wanting you to hear me. Always, always from the time you were very small, you were taught that if you were to be a good and loving person, you always take care of the others before yourself. THIS IS AN UNTRUTH. YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY UNTRUTHS, AND WE HAVE TALKED OF THESE BEFORE. SO THIS IS JUST ONE MORE UNTRUTH. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU A GOOD AND LOVING PERSON IF YOU PUT OTHERS BEFORE YOURSELF.

Let me explain to you what happens inside of each of you when you put others first. Each time that you put someone else first, then you expect that somewhere along the line someone will put you first. When someone else does not take care of you, then small balls of crystalline resentment forms inside of you. Over the years of your lives, each time someone else doesn't appear to put you first, you will add more and more balls of crystalline resentment. Pretty soon, it is not just a small cluster of balls. It becomes an immense ball of resentment, which turns into feelings of anger, frustration, desperation, hopelessness, and a feeling of being unloved. You have been told from the time you were small that if you love someone, you put them first. In your mind and heart, it feels like no one is putting you first.

All of this happens because of this one untruth you have been told. THERE IS SUCH SADNESS IN MY HEART THAT YOU EACH HAVE SUFFERED IN YOUR LIVES BECAUSE OF THIS UNTRUTH. WHAT IS WORSE, YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE AND LIVE THIS WAY, THEN YOU ARE SELFISH, GREEDY, AND AN UNLOVING PERSON. AGAIN, ONE MORE HUGE UNTRUTH.

SUCH PAIN AND MISERY HAS BEEN CAUSED BY THESE UNTRUTHS. So I ask you today, can you each start to let go of these untruths and start to take care of yourselves first. I am promising you that what I am sharing with you is truth; you must start taking care of yourselves first. How you react and interact with everyone in your life will change drastically. You will be amazed at what transpires in your life. Once you start to take care of yourself first, you will find that you can truly be there for others.

For the first time in your lives, you will be able to reach out in love and friendship without the waiting for something to come back in return for what you are giving. You will be able to truly give from your heart. Resentment, frustration, desperation, hopelessness, and feelings of being unloved will dissipate and disappear. YOU WILL FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A WHOLE NEW LIFE.

ONCE AGAIN, IS THIS NOT AMAZING THAT BY TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF, YOU CAN HAVE A WHOLE NEW LIFE. WHAT A GIFT TO GIVE YOURSELVES, AND WHAT A GIFT TO GIVE THE ONES YOU LOVE. THEY WILL TRULY BE ABLE TO FEEL THE LOVE AND CARING COMING FROM YOU. YOUR LOVE WILL NO LONGER BE TRIMMED IN RESENTMENT, FRUSTRATION, DESPERATION, HOPELESSNESS, AND FEELINGS OF BEING UNLOVED.

WHAT A CONCEPT THAT YOU COULD OFFER, JUST LOVE IN ALL ITS GLORY TRIMMED ONLY WITH JOY AND HAPPINESS.

Know that we are here loving you and ready to help you change and discard these untruths you have been taught. I am holding you most dearly in my heart. Know that I am loving each and every one of you. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 163

Dear Ones,

There is much happening in your world. Many of you are walking around in states of just pure confusion. From one minute to the next, wondering what you are doing and where were you going. No, this is not normal for most of you, but it is indeed normal for all that is happening on your planet.

The energy waves that are coming into your planet at this time are larger and more intense than any other time in your history. Mother Earth is all but vibrating from all the energy that is pouring and flooding into her and you. Your physical bodies are in distress at this time from trying to absorb and handle the energy waves. Many of you will be having difficulty with body pain, digestive problems, headaches, memory loss, and constant feelings of being overwhelmed. It may seem at times that you are unable to deal with life at all. Yes, I am aware that these things have been happening over the last year, but they may become more intense over the next few weeks.

My message to each of you this morning is that it is most important to hang in there. I have said this many times in the past, but I will say it again very loudly. WE ARE HERE, AND WE ARE READY TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY THAT YOU NEED. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF BEINGS ON THIS SIDE OF THE VEIL READY AND WILLING TO LEND YOU A HAND. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO DO THIS ON YOUR OWN. I AM RIGHT HERE, AND THERE ARE MANY OTHERS ALSO? Know that if every person on Mother Earth asks for help at the same time, there would still be enough people here with me to help all of you.

Slowly over the next months, your bodies will become accustom to all the new energy waves. You will feel all of your symptoms decrease and soon will be gone. This coming month you will see many changes happening in people's lives and changes in your world. Your Mother Earth and my world are coming closer and closer together. Some of the intenseness of the times will be released, and there will be some relief from all that is occurring and has occurred.

You will notice that some beings will seem to shift into a different perspective of their lives and the world as a whole. They will begin to act differently and respond differently to you and to the world. These beings will be the ones who have traveled into the 5D world. Their personal world will be in the 5D, but they will continue to live physically in the 3D world. There will be just a very few who make this transition in the coming months, but as time goes along, you will begin to notice that more beings are beginning to act in different ways with different attitudes.

Pay attention to yourselves, and you will begin to notice the changes that are taking place inside of you. Are your attitudes and ideas about life-changing? Are long-held opinions and thoughts being released? Are you seeing the world and yourself in a new way? Notice how your heart is feeling and how you are responding to other beings. All of these changes will be happening as you travel your path into the 5D world. Each and every being will travel their own very individual path into the 5D world. Do not worry if your path is not exactly like another's. Your path was made specifically for you; it will be full of the adventures and issues that you need to clear on your way into the 5D.

Once again, know that we are right here waiting to hear from you. We are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.

Dear Ones,

I will not be speaking of endings or end dates. It is important to understand that this time is only about BEGINNINGS and BECOMING. This is a time of evolving and becoming who and what you all were meant to be. It is about opening your hearts and minds to all that you are. Your eyes will begin to see what is behind the outside dressing of your neighbors and the beings that you see walking down your streets.

This is a time of opening up and allowing yourselves to truly understand your world. It is a time to let go of your pursuits of material possessions, which have no meaning in the becoming of who you are. Material possessions and outside trappings that hide who and what you are will be falling away. All that hiding is truly unnecessary in the world of LOVE.  Who you are inside, what is in your heart, and what your spirit and soul are telling you is of the utmost importance.

You are preparing to celebrate your holiday called Halloween, and dressing up putting on costumes is the thing to do. Is it not strange that I am telling you it is time to take off the costume that you wear the rest of the year. All of the outside trappings of possessions and clothes that are worn to give certain impressions, are they not costumes?

Yes, I know that you have not thought of these things as a costume, but that is what they are. They have been used to hide yourself or only show certain aspects of yourself. In most cases, they have been used to totally hide yourselves from each other and most assuredly from yourselves.

THIS IS THE TIME OF LOVE. LOVING YOURSELVES TRULY FOR WHO YOU ARE IS STEP ONE IN BECOMING PART OF THE 5D WORLD. IF YOU CAN NOT LOVE YOURSELF, HOW COULD YOU EVER TRULY UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE ANOTHER?

Many of you are blinking and thinking, how will I ever make it into the 5D world. The answer to that is simple. Take off the glasses that you have been wearing that tell you who and what you should be. Those same glasses tell you what you should look like, how you should think, how big of a house you should have, and the list goes on and on. Can you see that these glasses do not speak to who you truly are; they do not speak to what is inside of you or what your heart is telling you?

SO COME AND JOIN ME AND TAKE A LOOK AT WHO YOU TRULY ARE. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU ARE AMAZING, WONDERFUL BEINGS. YOUR HEARTS ARE BECOMING UNSTUCK, AND THEY ARE OPENING AND REACHING OUT FOR THESE NEW BEGINNINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING IN YOUR WORLD.

SO I SAY TO YOU, OPEN YOUR ARMS AND HEARTS TO WELCOME THIS NEW WAY TO LIVE AND BE IN YOUR WORLD. NOW IS THE TIME TO LET GO OF ALL YOUR OLD WAYS THAT YOU WERE TAUGHT. NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE TRUTH OF HOW YOU WERE MEANT TO LIVE ON MOTHER EARTH.

Know that in the next few months that the energies of your world and other worlds in the universe will be coming together. This coming together will be accomplished with love and opened heartedness. Many of you have been working on this for many years, and then again, some for just a few months. All peoples of your Mother Earth will be joining in to learn these new ways of love and open-heartedness.

It is time to know that all is possible with the joining together of all worlds of the universe. Your connections to other worlds and to my world will become clearer and more visible to everyone. LOVE WILL ABOUND IN ALL AREAS OF THE UNIVERSE.

NOW IS THE TIME TO REJOICE, FOR LOVE IS GROWING, AND ALL THAT IS NOT OF LOVE WILL BE WASHING AWAY. KNOW THAT WE ARE LOVING YOU GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU IN OUR HEARTS. We are waiting here to help you make your way into the way of BEGINNINGS and BECOMING.
