LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 255

Dear Ones, 

Today let us once again talk about self-love.  All things on your journey into the 5D world center around self-love.  LOVE is the key to the whole journey.  The 5D world functions and runs on the idea of LOVE.  Learning to love yourself is where everything starts from. 

Loving self is the most challenging of things for the beings of Mother Earth.  It is as if the smallest of beings learn from day one inside their Mother’s that they are unworthy and perhaps even unlovable.   My heart says to you, how is this possible that from the very beginning of this little beings time they are being taught not to love themselves.  Most of you are reading this and are appalled at what I am saying.  But, remember now that this little being is learning from the first moment of conception what their parents are believing.  So my question to you is what do you think those parents beliefs are.  Are they loving themselves, are they open hearted and filled with unconditional love for all things?  

It is a most unusual thing to find anyone on Mother Earth that is loving themselves or is open hearted and filled with unconditional love for all things.  There are many, many beings on Mother Earth who are working very hard to let go of their old ways of thinking and being.  These beings are learning to love themselves and see the great value they bring into the world.   Are some of you wondering how in the world would I ever begin this journey to learn to love myself?

We have talked before about letting go of the words you say to yourself.  I am speaking of the words you say inside your head about yourself.  Letting go of those words is a good place to start this journey.  Those words you say to yourself are words you learned from someone else.  Said to you by a parent, grandparent, sister, brother, teacher, minister or even a friend.  You heard these words when you were going through your growing up years.  YOU BELIEVED THESE WORDS AND TOOK THEM INSIDE YOURSELF.  YOU HAVE BEEN USING THOSE WORDS EVER SINCE TO BERATE YOURSELF AND TO ENFORCE THE UNTRUTHS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH.  

I WANT YOU TO HEAR ME VERY CLEARLY RIGHT NOW.  THOSE WORDS ARE UNTRUE AND NEED TO BE RELEASED FROM YOUR HEARTS, MINDS AND BODIES.  

YOU EACH ONE ARE BEINGS OF LIGHT AND LOVE.  YOUR PURPOSE IN COMING TO EARTH THIS TIME AND EVERY TIME IS AND WAS TO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE ON EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE.  YOUR LIGHT IS LOVE MOVING AND FLOWING THROUGH YOU INTO EVERY LIVING BREATHING LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE.  If you are unable to love yourself then your light is dimmed and unable to flow freely throughout the universe.  

In Letter 244 you will find specific steps to help you begin to release these words of untruth that you have believed for your whole lives.  Step one on your journey to self-love and self-discovery is the releasing of these words.  

We here in my world are hoping and praying that each one of you will go back to Letter 244 and begin the process of letting go of these words.  We know who you are and we can see your light and love.  We are continually amazed at your wondrous beauty and being.  You each are so loved and cherished here in my world.  We are all standing at the ready to help you in anyway.  YOU ONLY NEED ASK.  I AM LOVING YOU SO TENDERLY AND HOLDING YOU SO DEARLY IN MY HEART.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Excerpt from Letter 244:

Well, the time has come to let go of those words or sayings.  It is a process of taking a moment and asking yourself the question, “What do I think of myself?”  You are going to be amazed at what pops into your mind.  My next question to you is, when was the first time you heard this, and who said it to you?  Allow that picture to come into your mind.  REMEMBER NOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND RE-LIVE IT JUST WATCH HOW THE PICTURE PLAYS OUT IN YOUR MIND.  Often times what the child hears is not really what is being said.  Look at who is saying this and what is happening to that person.  NOW THE BIG QUESTION?  IS IT ABOUT YOU OR IS ALL ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON AND WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY ARE LIVING THEIR LIFE?  Is it their energy that you took at that time and have been carrying for years, is it their misconception of who you are and you believed it?  Remember now you were a child and believed whatever was said by someone older.  

NOW IS THE TIME TO SEE THE TRUTH AND LET GO OF THE OLD ENERGY, MISCONCEPTIONS AND UNTRUTHS.  The releasing of these old core issues is a journey to THE FREEDOM TO BECOME WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE.  EACH TIME YOU WALK THROUGH THIS PROCESS, YOU WILL RECLAIM MORE AND MORE OF YOURSELVES.  You each are wonderful magnificent beings with unlimited gifts and resources waiting to be claimed and used.   

Of course, we are right here at the ready to help you walk through this process.  There is no need to walk this road by yourself.  Help and support is right here waiting.  WE are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.
