Dear Ones,

Has it felt over the last few weeks and months as if you have been dropped in a whirlpool of confusion, chaos, and episodes from your past or even perhaps past lives? There has been and will be for a few more weeks and intense energy wave filtering around and through your Mother Earth. Your physical bodies are on overload. The human body has never experienced or expected to experience the energetic vibration that is occurring now on Mother Earth.

We here are doing all that we can to assist you during this time. If I were standing in your shoes right now, I think I would be screaming you are not doing enough to help me. So please know that we are doing all this is possible at this time. We are standing close and will assist you in whatever you are asking for. It is important during these times to recognize that you are not alone.

Today I wish to speak of your wants, dreams, and wonderings about who and what role you each will play in the coming 5D world. Many of you say often, "I don't know what I want or who I want to be." I AM SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY, RIGHT NOW. ALL OF THAT INFORMATION IS STORED INSIDE OF YOU. Yes, that is right, it is inside of each of you. It is buried and hidden away under all the fears that you are holding. Those fears will continue to keep you from who you are and who you want to be. I can feel your looks of wonderment, thinking, and saying what is she talking about.

I am talking about your dreams, hopes, and the real you that is buried under a mountain of fear. Or perhaps it is no longer a mountain but a small hill if you are one of the beings who has been working on releasing their fear. ALL OF THIS PRECIOUS INFORMATION IS HELD INSIDE EACH OF YOU. IT IS TIME TO REMEMBER THAT EACH OF YOU ARRIVED ON MOTHER EARTH WITH ALL THAT INFORMATION IN YOUR HEARTS. YOU ALL WERE AWARE OF WHY YOU CAME BACK AND WHAT YOU WERE TO BE DOING DURING THIS LIFETIME.

REMEMBERING ALSO THAT THIS IS NO ORDINARY LIFETIME. THIS IS A JOURNEY OF INCREDIBLE IMPORTANCE TO EACH OF YOU PERSONALLY, TO YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND TO THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE. WHAT TAKES PLACE ON MOTHER EARTH IN THE COMING YEARS ALSO AFFECTS THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE. Your world and you interact with other beings and other planets all the time, whether you are aware of it or not. EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE IS CONNECTED. WHAT EFFECTS ONE WILL AFFECT THE WHOLE.

So, remembering now that what affects the one will affect the whole. That is true of releasing fear also. As one of you releases old fear, you become a beacon to others who also need to release old fear. Your courage is contiguous and will move forward to the next person. Your courage will continue spreading from one person to the next in an ongoing never-ending line of support and encouragement to all.

We here are knowing that you all have the courage and strength to help yourselves and to pass it along to help your family, friends, and loved ones. Of course, we here are standing right beside you. We are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts. Each of you are treasured and held in the highest regard for who you are and who you are becoming. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Letter 32

Dear Ones,

Where in your body do you store the hurts and memories from long ago? So long ago that you aren’t even sure they are still there.  You no longer think of them except on rare occasions.  However, they are still there in your cells and organs.  They are what is causing disease, aches, and pains in your body. 

It is time to let go of the hurts and memories of long ago.  They are no longer needed in your life.   I am here today to tell you I will take them away for you.  You only need agree that you would like me to take them. You need to agree to allow forgiveness to come into your heart. Forgiveness for yourself and others. 

We will make a trade; I will show you how to release those old hurts and memories. You, in turn, will give the hurts and memories to me. With the releasing, forgiveness will follow. BE WITH YOURSELF FOR A MOMENT AND THINK ABOUT THIS. IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. CAN YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO DO THIS? ARE YOU TIRED OF THE WAY YOUR BODY FEELS? WHAT ABOUT YOUR HEART. How DOES IT FEEL? ARE YOU NOT TIRED OF THE HEAVINESS OF IT ALL?

If you do not wish to join us today, then we will again visit tomorrow. I say to you go and have a day of joy, love, and happiness. I am here, and I will be loving you today and every day.

For those of you who want to join with me today, NOW IS THE TIME TO CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. ALLOW MY ENERGY TO FILL YOUR BEING. THERE WILL BE A SOFT GENTLE FLOW OF ENERGY COMING FROM YOUR HEART AND FILLING UP YOUR ENTIRE BODY. Can you feel it now? Warm and gentle. I am here with each of you. You decide what it is you wish for me to take and it will be released from your body. Just with the releasing of it, you have planted the seed of forgiveness in your heart.

That seed of forgiveness will grow as you go through your days.  Love and gentleness for yourself will be like sun and water for that seed.  If there are others you are forgiving, your thoughts will travel through the energy waves to allow the forgiveness to happen.  If you wish to do the forgiveness in person listen to your heart and what it tells you to do.  Know that I will be with you if you choose to do it in your physical world also.

Know that I am here to help you with this and there are thousands of helpers here to travel with you each day in whatever you choose to do. Know that you are loved and cared for more than you can imagine. Please allow us to help you.

LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 141

Dear Ones, 

Yes, indeed the black cloud has lifted.  The energy has lightened, it is time to stop and take a breath.  Time to feel the warmth of the sun on your face.  The energies of May have disbursed and released.  Most of the beings of earth can once again take a breath.  May was so intense and disturbing that we here find it amazing that you did not all take to your beds for the whole of the month.

You are all filled with such determination and strength that we applaud you.  June will indeed be an easier month in many ways.  The energy waves coming in this month will be as intense as May, but you will have breaks in between the waves.  During the month of May, there were no breaks it was a continuous barrage of energy waves.  

So for the next few days, there will be a short break before the next waves arrive.  Take a break, allow yourselves to relax and reflect back on the month of May.  Look at what has occurred and what you have released.  Many of your old voices have released and left your being.  There were times during the month when old memories came to the surface to be released.  Memories needing to be looked at in a different way and perhaps people and situations that needed to be forgiven.  

Most importantly for many of you, there was and still are many issues that you need to forgive yourself for.  IT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU ALL TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FORGIVEN FOR.  YOU EACH ARE HELD IN THE HIGHEST REGARD AND GREAT MOUNTAINS OF LOVE ARE SURROUNDING EACH OF YOU.  The only forgiveness needed at this point is your own.  I will say to you if we here on this side have forgiven you for all your actions and are loving you dearly for who you are, how can you not do the same. 

Are you thinking that you know better than we do?  Are you thinking that we don’t remember this or that?  My answer to you is NO we do not remember this or that which was done by you.  Those times and those situations are gone never to be known or remembered again.  All those times are in the past and are of no consequence today.  There are no remembrances here of all the yesterdays.  We are living in the NOW, in today.  

So I say to you wash yourself clean and release the past.  WHO YOU ARE TODAY IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT.  HOW DO YOU INTEND TO LIVE THIS DAY?  TODAY IS YOUR HEART FILLED WITH LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING FOR EVERY OTHER BEING ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH?  WHAT ABOUT YOUR MOTHER EARTH, IS YOUR HEART FILLED WITH LOVE AND CARING FOR HER?  ARE YOU GOING TO BE STEPPING UP TO CARE FOR YOURSELF, OTHERS AND MOTHER EARTH IN A MORE GENTLE AND LOVING WAY.  

WE HERE ARE CONCERNED WITH TODAY.  WE ARE LOVING WHO YOU ARE TODAY.  WE SEE NO TOMORROWS OR YESTERDAYS.  Remembering now that the 5D world that you are journeying to is all about the NOW, there are no yesterdays or tomorrows there.  THIS MONTH OF JUNE WILL BE ALL ABOUT LETTING GO OF THE PAST.  SO AS YOU TAKE TIME TO LOOK BACK ALLOW ALL YOUR EMOTIONS TO RELEASE AND BE FINALLY FREE.  NOW IS THE TIME TO ALLOW YOURSELVES TO BE FREE.  IT IS NO LONGER NECESSARY FOR YOU TO CARRY THESE HEAVYWEIGHTS AROUND WITH YOU.  FOR HERE ON OUR SIDE THE PAST NO LONGER EXISTS AND IN THE 5D WORLD THE PAST NO LONGER EXISTS.  

So we ask you to come and join us, allow your past to release and set yourselves free.  FREE TO LIVE IN THE NOW, FREE TO LOVE IN THE NOW, AND FREE TO BE WHO YOU ARE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS AND SORROWS.   KNOW THAT WE ARE LOVING YOU GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN OUR HEARTS.

Dear Ones, 

Today let us talk about your hearts. For many years on your planet, you have been taught to live with your heart closed. The teaching did not happen in the words that were spoken but by the actions of the people around you. Today on your planet that same tradition is still taking place. The children of your world are shown that the best way to live is with a closed heart.

There is a belief that the only way to survive life on Mother Earth is to live with your heart closed. It is believed that living with your heart closed is the only safe way to be. Living with your heart open is not about being hurt and being unsafe. It is about loving one another without judgments of right or wrong. It is about loving one another without seeing the color, religion, and cultures of others.

Living with an open heart is first about loving yourself.  For the truth is that you each are only capable of loving others to the same degree that you love yourself.  Everything in your world starts with each of you.  War, Peace, Joy, Caring, Love, Hope, and Belief all starts within each of you.  You are the beginning of all.  

You are the beginning of all in each and every step of your universe.  You each have the immense power to change your world simply by changing yourselves.  What you do and how you do it washes out from you in waves changing each and every other wave it touches.  Your wave or energy affects everything that it connects or touches with.  

You often think that what you do and say has no matter in your world. How often have you heard it said? I am just one person what difference could I make. I SAY TO YOU VERY LOUDLY THAT EVERYTHING YOU SAY AND DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE. BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE IT WITH YOUR EYES OR HEAR THE DIFFERENCE IT DOES NOT mean IT HAS NOT CHANGED THE WORLD.

CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART, AND CALL MY NAME. Clear your mind and be with me for a moment. I will show you what happens and the connections between what you say and do. Once again we will watch a movie, and you are the main actor in the movie. You are going about your daily routine. It is time to go to work. Your walking on the street, look at the people who are passing you by, you are frowning. Watch your energy hit them, your anger, frustration, and sadness. Watch what happens as your energy connects with them. Their energy field changes and becomes darker, heavier, and denser. Their minds become slower, their heart shuts down tighter, and their steps are slower.

I SAY TO YOU THAT YOU HAVE IMMENSE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR WORLD. Do you see what one person can do? Also, remember that the people on the street are also looking back at you and passing their energy on to you. IF YOU ARE WALKING ON THE STREET WITH YOUR

HEART OPEN SENDING LOVE AND JOY TO EVERYONE, WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE YOU WOULD MAKE IN YOUR WORLD.

DARE TO BE THE PERSON ON THE STREET WALKING WITH YOUR HEART OPEN AND KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT BE WALKING ALONE. I WILL BE WALKING BY YOUR SIDE, AND THERE WILL BE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS WALKING WITH US.

KNOW IN YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS THAT ANYTHING, AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CREAT AND BE WHO YOU DREAM OF BEING.
