Letter 55

Dear Ones, 

Today let us talk about your hearts. For many years on your planet, you have been taught to live with your heart closed. The teaching did not happen in the words that were spoken but by the actions of the people around you. Today on your planet that same tradition is still taking place. The children of your world are shown that the best way to live is with a closed heart.

There is a belief that the only way to survive life on Mother Earth is to live with your heart closed. It is believed that living with your heart closed is the only safe way to be. Living with your heart open is not about being hurt and being unsafe. It is about loving one another without judgments of right or wrong. It is about loving one another without seeing the color, religion, and cultures of others.

Living with an open heart is first about loving yourself.  For the truth is that you each are only capable of loving others to the same degree that you love yourself.  Everything in your world starts with each of you.  War, Peace, Joy, Caring, Love, Hope, and Belief all starts within each of you.  You are the beginning of all.  

You are the beginning of all in each and every step of your universe.  You each have the immense power to change your world simply by changing yourselves.  What you do and how you do it washes out from you in waves changing each and every other wave it touches.  Your wave or energy affects everything that it connects or touches with.  

You often think that what you do and say has no matter in your world. How often have you heard it said? I am just one person what difference could I make. I SAY TO YOU VERY LOUDLY THAT EVERYTHING YOU SAY AND DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE. BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE IT WITH YOUR EYES OR HEAR THE DIFFERENCE IT DOES NOT mean IT HAS NOT CHANGED THE WORLD.

CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART, AND CALL MY NAME. Clear your mind and be with me for a moment. I will show you what happens and the connections between what you say and do. Once again we will watch a movie, and you are the main actor in the movie. You are going about your daily routine. It is time to go to work. Your walking on the street, look at the people who are passing you by, you are frowning. Watch your energy hit them, your anger, frustration, and sadness. Watch what happens as your energy connects with them. Their energy field changes and becomes darker, heavier, and denser. Their minds become slower, their heart shuts down tighter, and their steps are slower.

I SAY TO YOU THAT YOU HAVE IMMENSE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR WORLD. Do you see what one person can do? Also, remember that the people on the street are also looking back at you and passing their energy on to you. IF YOU ARE WALKING ON THE STREET WITH YOUR

HEART OPEN SENDING LOVE AND JOY TO EVERYONE, WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE YOU WOULD MAKE IN YOUR WORLD.

DARE TO BE THE PERSON ON THE STREET WALKING WITH YOUR HEART OPEN AND KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT BE WALKING ALONE. I WILL BE WALKING BY YOUR SIDE, AND THERE WILL BE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS WALKING WITH US.

KNOW IN YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS THAT ANYTHING, AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CREAT AND BE WHO YOU DREAM OF BEING.

Letter 199

Dear Ones, 

I know that many of you are hoping that I would not go back to the subject of FEAR.  I haven’t talked about it for a while now, but it hasn’t gone away nor is it going to until each and every person stops and takes the time to deal with their own individual fears.  

Fear is not an easy emotion to deal with nor is it easy to admit that you have fears.  I am aware that there is not one person on Mother Earth who does not have fear.   Fear is a strange emotion for human beings to deal with.  It becomes even stranger when you don’t choose to deal with it.  

Fear can start out in a small way, but what happens in your minds and bodies when it is allowed to stay is a different thing altogether.  Fear grows and feeds on your other emotions.  Over time, it can consume your life and the way you choose to live your life.  Fear can and will become the dominant force in your life.  Every decision is based around not disturbing the pocket of fear that lives within your heart, mind, and body.  

Allowing fear to be in control of your life IS HAVING NO LIFE!!  There are some of you who are reading this letter or maybe you have stopped reading the letter because it is once again about fear.   It is time now to stop running away from dealing with the fear in your lives.  It is time to face the fact that many of the things you would like to do or be are not happening because of fear.   

There is no way to skirt around it or pretend that it isn’t there.  It is always there and many times it has and will continue to stop you UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO STOP IT.  How can you stop it that is the big question right now?

The first step in stopping the fear is to admit you have it.  The second step is not to minimize it and tell yourself that you just have a little fear.  It is important to know that it does not matter how big or how little it is.  What is important is that it lives inside your heart, mind, and body.  

Take the time to understand and look at your fears.  Do not judge yourselves for the fears that you are holding.  We here DO NOT judge any being for the fears and hurts that they carry around inside themselves.  You each have had experiences in your lives that caused you to hold the fears and hurts.  So be gentle with yourselves and allow yourselves to look at what you are holding inside.  REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE, THAT EVERY SINGLE BEING ON MOTHER EARTH HAS FEAR AND HURT BURIED INSIDE THEIR HEARTS, MINDS, AND BODIES. 

IT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW AND BE AWARE THAT MANY TIMES THE THINGS YOU PRAY FOR AND ASK FOR OUR HELP WITH ARE STOPPED BY YOUR OWN FEARS.  SOMETIMES WHAT YOU ARE WANTING MEANS WALKING THROUGH YOUR FEAR TO BE ABLE TO DO OR HAVE WHAT YOU WANT.  If you are unwilling to face the fear and walk through, then you will never be able to get to what you are wanting. 

Know that we are here and we are willing to help you look at your fear, walk through your fear and to show you how to release your year.  YOU ONLY NEED ASK.  We are loving you and hold you most dearly in our hearts.  I am loving you, loving you and loving you.

LETTER 229

Dear Ones,

Well, your lives have become a bit calmer since the turning of your calendar into the month of February.  There will continue to be times and spaces of unrest and overwhelming amounts of energy.  But, when you consider all that you, each have been through, there is truly nothing that you cannot handle.  Your strength and determination continues to amaze us here in my world.  

The beings of earth seem to be and have a never-ending well of strength.  You are to be greatly applauded and honored for all you have accomplished.  Each and every one of you has put your body, mind, and soul into turning your Mother Earth around.  The transition from the old paradigm to the new light-filled paradigm would not have happened without each of you. 

As I said in my last letter now is the time of letting go of all the old secrets, lies and self-deception.  Those words may seem harsh and ugly, but the truth is there is not one being on Mother Earth who does not have secrets buried in their hearts, minds, and bodies.  The lies and self-deception have come about because of the secrets.  Most of the time the lies or self-deception are what you tell yourselves about things that have happened in your past.  All of this is done to relieve guilt, shame, embarrassment, humiliation and an immense lack of self-worth.  

Right now, this very minute as some of you are reading this letter; I can almost feel you start to shrink up and become smaller.  It is time to let go of these old patterns.  It is time to realize that you are no longer that person who needed to feel shame, guilt and on and on.  This is not who you are today, nor is it who you are meant to be.  It is time to open your heart and release all that is holding you back.  

Many of you do not want to go back and look at these things that have been buried and hidden away.  To each of you, I will say it is time.  IT IS TIME TO CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME.  PLEASE COME WITH ME AND LET US WALK AND TALK.  LET US GO TO MY GARDEN AND SPEND THIS TIME WITH EACH OTHER.   It is time to talk of these things that you have never talked about before.  It is time to tell me all that you have kept, hidden and buried.  I will listen; I will stay here and I will hold you most gently in my arms.  

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NOTHING YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FORGIVEN FOR.  WE HERE IN MY WORLD DO NOT KEEP LISTS OF RIGHTS AND WRONGS.  Letting go of these things you have hidden and buried is about forgiving yourselves.  I am speaking of truly forgiving yourselves.  I am not speaking of just pretending and saying the words “Oh, of course, I forgive myself; all of that is in the past.”    I am talking of truly forgiving yourself with every ounce of your being.  I am talking about freedom beyond anything you have experienced before.  WITH FORGIVENESS WILL COME A LIGHTING OF YOUR BODY.   ALL PAST HEAVINESS WILL FLOAT AWAY; YOU MAY, IN FACT, FEEL AS IF YOU COULD FLOAT AWAY.  

There may be some of you who feel that to totally release these old issues that you will need to ask forgiveness of others in your life.  If that is what you feel called to do, please step forward to do so.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER THEY FORGIVE YOU OR NOT, WE HERE HAVE FORGIVEN YOU AND YOU ALSO CAN FORGIVE YOURSELVES.  YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S HANGING ON TO OLD ISSUES FROM THEIR PASTS. 

We are always right here ready to help in any way we can.  You are not alone nor have you ever been alone.  You each are loved beyond your imagination and in fact, beyond that.  I love you so deeply and hold you so tenderly in my heart.  I am humbled and amazed by your courage, strength, and determination to be all you can be.  I am honored to be able to stand here beside you to help in whatever way I can.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

     LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 188

Dear Ones,

Good Morning, is everyone feeling alive and inspired this morning?  The incredible energy of your super moon has infused you each with a new and uplifting urge to go forward.  This time on your planet is one of moving forward and going with all that is put before you. 

The time of resistance and holding back has passed.  All energies that are coming into your planet are urging you to take your next step.  We are wanting you to reach beyond what you think in your mind is possible for you.  It is time to walk away from your limiting beliefs of who you think you are.  I assure you that you have no concept of who and what you are capable of. 

And yes, I know there are those of you who are reading this letter right now thinking “Oh sure; I am some wonderful great being.  I don’t think so.”  Well, guess what, you are some great wonderful being.  You all are Gods and Goddess.  You have unlimited power to do anything that you wish to do.  Do you not know that your eyes can see into the heavens and look into the depths of the sea?  Your capabilities are unlimited.  The only thing that is limiting you is your mind.

Each of you hangs on to this belief that you can only do what you see right here in front of you.  Each of you are looking into a little bitty teacup and deciding that it’s as big as the whole of the world.  That thought is as crazy as the ones who believed that the world was flat.  Do you remember hearing about the ones who believed your world was flat and not round?  Someday there will be ones who remember you and how you believed your teacup was all there was.

So, this morning I say to you break the teacup.  Take it outside and smash it against Mother Earth.  I assure you she will sing her praise of you far and wide.  It is time to let go of the old limitations and misconceptions.  It is time to change your perceptions of yourselves and your worlds.  It is really very simple, walk to your cupboard, reach in and get your teacup and come with me.  Now let us walk outside, know that you can do this in mind, or you can really walk outside into your physical world.  Holding the cup in your hand visualize for a moment all the things you have dreamed of doing, and yes I am talking about those outlandish fantasizes that you have and never talk about.   Stay right here letting yourself imagine for just a moment the most outlandish wildest things ever.  When you are full, when there is no more room in your body for dreams and outlandish wonderful happenings, then take your cup and smash it. 

Break the mold of your limiting world.  OPEN YOUR MIND AND HEART TO ALL THAT IS WAITING FOR YOU.  MOST IMPORTANTLY KNOW THAT THOSE OUTLANDISH DREAMS AND FANTASIES CAN AND WILL COME TRUE.  Yes, you can go to other planets, yes you can fly, yes you can go to the depths of the sea or travel to the highest mountains.  YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE YOU WISH AND BE ANYTHING YOU WISH.  THERE ARE NO LIMITS ALL IS POSSIBLE.  CLOSE YOUR EYES AND GO TO YOUR HEART AND BEGIN THE JOURNEY YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.  THE JOURNEY YOU CAME HERE TO TAKE.  THERE ARE NO LIMITS.  THERE ARE ONLY POSSIBILITIES.

HERE IS ONE FINAL THOUGHT FOR YOU THIS DAY.  YOU DO NOT NEED YOUR PHYSICAL BODY TO GO AND VISIT THESE PLACES AND DO THE THINGS YOU ARE DREAMING OF.  SIT DOWN IN YOUR FAVORITE CHAIR AND CLOSE YOUR EYES, ALLOW YOUR ENERGY TO TRANSFORM AND BECOME ALL THAT IT WAS MEANT TO BE.  You do not know all there is to know about the energy field of your being. Explore and discover.

Know that we are right here standing or flying beside you.  We are ready to help you transform your limiting body and mind into all that it was meant to be.  We are loving each and every one.  You are wondrous, beautiful beings with spectacular worlds waiting for you.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.
