Letter 185

Today we are re-posting Letter 145 from February of 2011. As I have mentioned before, my letters are for all time. Even though they may mention dates or times of the year, they are alive and pertain to every day of every year.

It is most important that each being of Mother Earth understands most clearly that FEAR is the opposite of LOVE. FEAR and LOVE both are contagious and spread out to each, and every person that you connect with. It is past time for each of you to be totally conscious of what you are bringing into your world and sharing with others. GOD has given each and every being free will to make choices about who they want to be and what they want to share with the world. What are you going to allow in your HEART? WILL IT BE FEAR OR LOVE? WHAT ARE YOU CHOOSING TODAY?

                                            Letter 145

Dear Ones,

Today we are going to talk more about being a heart-centered being. Yesterday we talked about un-learning everything that you have been taught about yourselves that is untrue. We are going to take it one step further today and talk about all of the untruths you have been taught about the world, God, and other human beings.

All of this comes under one heading and I will call it Fear. Many of you have been taught to fear God, that his retribution on sinners is harsh and unloving and that not only will harmful actions be punished, but also harmful thoughts will be punished. There has been much talk about going to hell for any harmful actions or thoughts and anything that is included on the long list of things that can and will make you a sinner.

This is what I know of God and I assure you there is nothing to fear from the God I know. GOD IS LOVE AND THAT LOVE ENCOMPASSES EACH AND EVERY LIVING LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE. GOD DOES NOT SIT IN JUDGMENT DECIDING WHO WILL AND WHO WON’T GO TO HELL. GOD DOES NOT EVEN KNOW OF ANY PLACE CALLED HELL OR ANY LONG LIST OF SINS.

GOD IS LOVE, ONLY LOVE.

EACH AND EVERY LIVING LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE IS PART OF GOD. GOD IS THE WHOLE AND EACH AND EVERY LIVING LIFE FORM IS PART OF THE WHOLE. YOU AND I AM PART OF THE WHOLE. WE EACH ARE LOVE. LOVE IS ALL THERE IS.

The opposite of LOVE is FEAR. FEAR SEPARATES PEOPLE FROM EACH OTHER AND FROM THE WHOLE. I WILL SAY AGAIN THAT FEAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE.

Many of you have been taught to fear or to be afraid of other people. You have been taught to fear anything and anyone who is different from you. REMEMBERING NOW THAT FEAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE.

If you had been taught to love and appreciate people who are different from you what would your world be like today? There would be no WARS; there would be no hate, no violence, no greed, and no need to struggle for power. 90% of the beings of Mother Earth would not be walking around feeling unloved and unlovable.

My heart is filled with great sadness to know that this is true. My heart is filled with sadness to know how much time and energy it will take on your parts to unlearn all these untruths. My heart is filled will sadness to see and know the harm that these untruths have caused all living life forms of the universe.

YOUR WORLD WAS MEANT TO BE ABOUT LOVE. ALL BEINGS WERE MEANT TO BE ABLE TO WALK ABOUT WITH THEIR HEARTS OPEN AND FULL OF LOVE FOR EVERYTHING. NO BEING WAS MEANT TO WALK ABOUT WITH THEIR HEARTS CLOSED DOWN AND THEIR MINDS CLOSED AND FILLED WITH FEAR AND DOUBT. Fear is the opposite of Love.

GOD IS LOVE, YOU ARE LOVE, AND I AM LOVE. LOVE IS ALL THERE IS. WE ARE HERE LOVING YOU EACH AND EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY.

Letter 285

Dear Ones,

I am so honored to be here with you this morning. It is with great joy that I ask Barbara to scribe these letters for me. It is my hope and prayers that my words bring some comfort and joy as you walk your path on Mother Earth. You each are doing just a magnificent job on your journeys. Yes, there are bumps and rough spots along the way. But, is that not part of the reason you choose to come back to earth for this lifetime.

When your soul made the decision to return to earth and be part of all these changes, it was well known that this would not be an easy path. So, yes, there are many bumps and bruises along the way. But I want to assure you that you are doing well. Each time you come to a rough spot, you find a way to walk around it or through it, and then you just keep on walking. We in my world are amazed and so proud of all that you do. You each are making progress on your paths. Your thoughts of Love and Light are helping to change the collective energies of Mother Earth.

We are so aware that when you look around in your daily lives, you might find it hard to believe that your world is changing and moving towards the 5D. We want to reassure you that this is a truth. Mother Earth is changing and moving closer to the 5D. You are right; it will not happen tomorrow, but it will happen. Each one of you is part of the reason that it will happen. Your bravery, courage, strength, and love are providing the energy for you and your Mother Earth to move forward.

Your efforts in Self-Care and Self-Love is part of what is moving Mother Earth forward. In these past months, I am aware it has not been easy to move forward with Yourself-Care and Self-Love. So, there may be days or even weeks that you cannot move forward in that area, but you always come back to it and pick up where you left off. Your learning to love and care for yourself is a huge and important step on your individual journeys and on Mother Earth's journey. As you each love and care more for yourselves, then you are reaching out to care and love others more, and that includes Mother Earth.

Each of you are aware someplace in your consciousness that Mother Earth is not doing well. The beings of Mother Earth have not been kind and loving to her. For decades, she has been the dumping ground for all and any waste, no matter how toxic and deadly. The beings of Mother Earth oftentimes sees her reactions to all that has happened to her as a personal affront to them. The truth is, at times, you could say she has the flu. Her actions and reactions are much like a human who has the flu. There is a releasing and letting go of what is causing the sickness inside of her or each of you. Her releasing is much more dramatic because it affects each of you. This is a perfect example of actions and reactions. Each action that each of you takes caused a reaction to the whole of Mother Earth. It is important to remember that when you are releasing anger and frustration, or perhaps it is even rage and thoughts of revenge, then that goes into the collective consciousness of Mother Earth. Those thoughts, feelings, and actions are disbursed out into the energies of Mother Earth and Mankind.

It is important to remember that every being who makes up the whole of all brings their energies to the collective whole. So, practice Yourself-Care and Self-Love and bring that energy to the collective whole. Each one of you makes a huge and important contribution to the whole of the ONE. Be mindful of what energies you are providing to the whole.

I am sending you much love and surrounding you with my presence. Each one of you is surrounded by your guides and angels. Often times they are, in fact, carrying you when you yourselves are unable to move forward. There are those times when you think, how did I do that? Believe me when I say that you have much help in all that you do. We here are loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in our hearts and hands.

Letter 300

Dear Ones,

Today is a day to celebrate Love. First of all, Love of yourself and then Love for all the others in your life. Many of you are unaware of how Love works. To be able to love another unconditionally, first fully, you must learn to love yourself in that way "UNCONDITIONALLY."

If I were to see you face to face on the street and ask you if you loved yourself. The automatic answer would be yes, without even thinking if it might be true or not. Who wants to admit that they do not love themselves.  So, for today let us say I am standing right in front of you. Right now, this very minute, as you are reading my letter, I am standing right in front of you.

I am asking you the question, "DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY?" What is your answer?? Many of you will have no answer and will just stand and stare at me with the saddest eyes I have ever seen. Others of you will simply turn and walk away. Then there are a few who will continue to look at me and say, "I AM TRYING MOTHER MARY." I will say to all of you whether you are the one who walked away, the one who stared at me, or the ones who say they are trying. I LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY. YOU EACH ARE WONDROUS BEINGS WITH THE CAPACITY TO LOVE YOURSELVES UNCONDITIONALLY AND THE REST OF THE UNIVERSE UNCONDITIONALLY. Most of you are also unaware that you have the capacity to love the whole of the universe.

It is most important to recognize that if you were to open your hearts completely that you have enough Love inside of you to encompass the whole of the world. And more importantly, you have the ability to love yourselves completely and unconditionally.

So, on this special day of the celebration of Love I am asking you to consider starting on the journey to love yourselves unconditionally. The journey starts by you treating yourselves with as much Love, respect, and integrity as you treat others in your life. That means no longer saying those unkind words to yourselves or pushing yourselves to exhaustion. That means putting more in your days than work. That means giving your physical body healthy food and good exercise. That means finding work that not only feeds your pocketbook but also feeds your heart and soul. It also means opening your heart and looking in the mirror, and surrounding the being that you see with Love. It means no longer looking at yourself in the mirror and saying unkind words. It means no longer saying unkind words when you think you have not done something perfectly. Who made the rule of what is perfect and what is not??

It is time to open your heart and allow yourself to see who you truly are.  It is time to see yourself through the eyes of Love. Know that we are standing right here beside you, waiting to help you in any way we can.

Know that I am loving you most dearly and holding you each in my heart. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 229

Dear Ones,

Well, your lives have become a bit calmer since the turning of your calendar into the month of February. There will continue to be times and spaces of unrest and overwhelming amounts of energy. But, when you consider all that you each have been through, there is truly nothing that you cannot handle. Your strength and determination continues to amaze us here in my world.

The beings of earth seem to be and have a never-ending well of strength. You are to be greatly applauded and honored for all you have accomplished. Each and every one of you has put your body, mind, and soul into turning your Mother Earth around. The transition from the old paradigm to the new light-filled paradigm would not have happened without each of you.

As I said in my last letter, now is the time of letting go of all the old secrets, lies, and self-deceptions. Those words may seem harsh and ugly, but the truth is there is not one being on Mother Earth who does not have secrets buried in their hearts, minds, and bodies. The lies and self-deceptions have come about because of the secrets. Most of the time, the lies or self-deceptions are what you tell yourselves about things that have happened in your past. All of this is done to relieve guilt, shame, embarrassment, humiliation, and an immense lack of self-worth.

Right now, this very minute, as some of you are reading this letter, I can almost feel you start to shrink up and become smaller. It is time to let go of these old patterns. It is time to realize that you are no longer that person who needed to feel shame, guilt, and on and on. This is not who you are today, nor is it who you are meant to be. It is time to open your heart and release all that is holding you back.

Many of you do not want to go back and look at these things that have been buried and hidden away. To each of you, I will say it is time. IT IS TIME TO CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. PLEASE COME WITH ME AND LET US WALK AND TALK. LET US GO TO MY GARDEN AND SPEND THIS TIME WITH EACH OTHER. It is time to talk of these things that you have never talked about before. It is time to tell me all that you have kept, hidden and buried. I will listen; I will stay here, and I will hold you most gently in my arms.

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NOTHING YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FORGIVEN FOR. WE HERE IN MY WORLD DO NOT KEEP LISTS OF RIGHTS AND WRONGS. Letting go of these things you have hidden and buried is about forgiving yourselves. I am speaking of truly forgiving yourselves. I am not speaking of just pretending and saying the words, "Oh, of course, I forgive myself; all of that is in the past." I am talking of truly forgiving yourself with every ounce of your being. I am talking about freedom beyond anything you have experienced before. WITH FORGIVENESS WILL COME A LIGHTING OF YOUR BODY. ALL PAST HEAVINESS WILL FLOAT AWAY; YOU MAY, IN FACT, FEEL AS IF YOU COULD FLOAT AWAY.

There maybe some of you who feel that to totally release these old issues that you will need to ask forgiveness of others in your life. If that is what you feel called to do, please step forward to do so. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER THEY FORGIVE YOU OR NOT, WE HERE HAVE FORGIVEN YOU AND YOU ALSO CAN FORGIVE YOURSELVES. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S HANGING ON TO OLD ISSUES FROM THEIR PASTS.

We are always right here, ready to help in any way we can. You are not alone, nor have you ever been alone. You each are loved beyond your imagination and, in fact, beyond that. I love you so deeply and hold you so tenderly in my heart. I am humbled and amazed by your courage, strength, and determination to be all you can be. I am honored to be able to stand here beside you to help in whatever way I can. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.
