Letter 300

Dear Ones,

Today is a day to celebrate Love. First of all, Love of yourself and then Love for all the others in your life. Many of you are unaware of how Love works. To be able to love another unconditionally, first fully, you must learn to love yourself in that way "UNCONDITIONALLY."

If I were to see you face to face on the street and ask you if you loved yourself. The automatic answer would be yes, without even thinking if it might be true or not. Who wants to admit that they do not love themselves.  So, for today let us say I am standing right in front of you. Right now, this very minute, as you are reading my letter, I am standing right in front of you.

I am asking you the question, "DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY?" What is your answer?? Many of you will have no answer and will just stand and stare at me with the saddest eyes I have ever seen. Others of you will simply turn and walk away. Then there are a few who will continue to look at me and say, "I AM TRYING MOTHER MARY." I will say to all of you whether you are the one who walked away, the one who stared at me, or the ones who say they are trying. I LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY. YOU EACH ARE WONDROUS BEINGS WITH THE CAPACITY TO LOVE YOURSELVES UNCONDITIONALLY AND THE REST OF THE UNIVERSE UNCONDITIONALLY. Most of you are also unaware that you have the capacity to love the whole of the universe.

It is most important to recognize that if you were to open your hearts completely that you have enough Love inside of you to encompass the whole of the world. And more importantly, you have the ability to love yourselves completely and unconditionally.

So, on this special day of the celebration of Love I am asking you to consider starting on the journey to love yourselves unconditionally. The journey starts by you treating yourselves with as much Love, respect, and integrity as you treat others in your life. That means no longer saying those unkind words to yourselves or pushing yourselves to exhaustion. That means putting more in your days than work. That means giving your physical body healthy food and good exercise. That means finding work that not only feeds your pocketbook but also feeds your heart and soul. It also means opening your heart and looking in the mirror, and surrounding the being that you see with Love. It means no longer looking at yourself in the mirror and saying unkind words. It means no longer saying unkind words when you think you have not done something perfectly. Who made the rule of what is perfect and what is not??

It is time to open your heart and allow yourself to see who you truly are.  It is time to see yourself through the eyes of Love. Know that we are standing right here beside you, waiting to help you in any way we can.

Know that I am loving you most dearly and holding you each in my heart. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 229

Dear Ones,

Well, your lives have become a bit calmer since the turning of your calendar into the month of February. There will continue to be times and spaces of unrest and overwhelming amounts of energy. But, when you consider all that you each have been through, there is truly nothing that you cannot handle. Your strength and determination continues to amaze us here in my world.

The beings of earth seem to be and have a never-ending well of strength. You are to be greatly applauded and honored for all you have accomplished. Each and every one of you has put your body, mind, and soul into turning your Mother Earth around. The transition from the old paradigm to the new light-filled paradigm would not have happened without each of you.

As I said in my last letter, now is the time of letting go of all the old secrets, lies, and self-deceptions. Those words may seem harsh and ugly, but the truth is there is not one being on Mother Earth who does not have secrets buried in their hearts, minds, and bodies. The lies and self-deceptions have come about because of the secrets. Most of the time, the lies or self-deceptions are what you tell yourselves about things that have happened in your past. All of this is done to relieve guilt, shame, embarrassment, humiliation, and an immense lack of self-worth.

Right now, this very minute, as some of you are reading this letter, I can almost feel you start to shrink up and become smaller. It is time to let go of these old patterns. It is time to realize that you are no longer that person who needed to feel shame, guilt, and on and on. This is not who you are today, nor is it who you are meant to be. It is time to open your heart and release all that is holding you back.

Many of you do not want to go back and look at these things that have been buried and hidden away. To each of you, I will say it is time. IT IS TIME TO CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. PLEASE COME WITH ME AND LET US WALK AND TALK. LET US GO TO MY GARDEN AND SPEND THIS TIME WITH EACH OTHER. It is time to talk of these things that you have never talked about before. It is time to tell me all that you have kept, hidden and buried. I will listen; I will stay here, and I will hold you most gently in my arms.

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NOTHING YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FORGIVEN FOR. WE HERE IN MY WORLD DO NOT KEEP LISTS OF RIGHTS AND WRONGS. Letting go of these things you have hidden and buried is about forgiving yourselves. I am speaking of truly forgiving yourselves. I am not speaking of just pretending and saying the words, "Oh, of course, I forgive myself; all of that is in the past." I am talking of truly forgiving yourself with every ounce of your being. I am talking about freedom beyond anything you have experienced before. WITH FORGIVENESS WILL COME A LIGHTING OF YOUR BODY. ALL PAST HEAVINESS WILL FLOAT AWAY; YOU MAY, IN FACT, FEEL AS IF YOU COULD FLOAT AWAY.

There maybe some of you who feel that to totally release these old issues that you will need to ask forgiveness of others in your life. If that is what you feel called to do, please step forward to do so. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER THEY FORGIVE YOU OR NOT, WE HERE HAVE FORGIVEN YOU AND YOU ALSO CAN FORGIVE YOURSELVES. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S HANGING ON TO OLD ISSUES FROM THEIR PASTS.

We are always right here, ready to help in any way we can. You are not alone, nor have you ever been alone. You each are loved beyond your imagination and, in fact, beyond that. I love you so deeply and hold you so tenderly in my heart. I am humbled and amazed by your courage, strength, and determination to be all you can be. I am honored to be able to stand here beside you to help in whatever way I can. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 45

Dear Ones,

Today I invite you to come and spend time with me. I ask you to come and sit beside me, allow me to put my arms around you and just hold you. For some of you, it has been forever since you have allowed yourself such comfort. Just for a moment, let all things in your world take care of themselves and let us focus just on you.

You, who support, nurture and take care of others. I say to you who nurtures, supports, and takes care of you? Each and every being on your planet needs love and support. I will call it a Mother's Love. Then again, maybe I should call it Mother Mary's Love. There are some beings on your planet that have never experienced what it feels like to have a Mother's Love. Perhaps their mothers were not physically warm and touching.

There are some of you who will back away and say no, I don't want you to put your arms around me or stroke my hair. It would be too painful for them to allow that to happen. So I say to each of you, no matter where you fit in the circle of Mother's Love, IT IS TIME! Time to allow yourselves to experience what that is like. If it is painful, then it is time to let go of the pain. If it is scary, then it is time to let go of the fear. If it is joyful, then it is time to feel the joy and bring your memories back into your mind. If you do not allow time in your life for this kind of thing, then it is time to make time to feel loved.

SO RIGHT NOW TODAY, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. I am here with you in your home, your car, or wherever you are. I am right there with you. Come and sit with me, sit right up close next to me. Can I put my arms around you, can I hold you close? Let me touch your hair and stroke it gently. Can you feel me kissing your hair? Can you feel me rubbing your arms? If it is painful, allow the pain to flow out of your body, let the tears wash it away. If it is scary, allow the fear to move down and out your feet. Just hold tight to my hand until the fear moves out and away forever. If there is not time you are thinking, then put the clock away. Know when it is all said and done, only a few moments will have passed. There is always time for Love and Comfort.

AND NOW I SAY TO YOU “THANK YOU’ FOR LETTING ME SHARE MY LOVE WITH YOU.  THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR LOVE WITH ME.   IT IS ALL ABOUT THE GIVING AND RECEIVING OF LOVE.  From me to you and you to me. 

Know that we are here loving you always. We are here to help and be of service to you in whatever way you may need. We are waiting for your call.

Know that you only need call my name and I will be there.

 LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 107

Dear Ones,

Oh, my children, I want to reach out and hold each one of you in my arms. Giving you the freedom to do whatever it is that you each need. Is it tears you need to shed, or burdens that need to be gone, warmth and comfort to energize you, or maybe just to be held?

Today I ask you each to tell me what it is that you believe you need to be able to continue walking your path. Let us see if, together, we can provide you what you believe you need. Remembering now that what you believe you need does not always turn out to be what you think and plan.

I am asking you today to open your minds, your hearts, and the whole of your body to all the options available to you. Tunnel Vision is a disease that is widespread on your planet. This disease only allows you one outcome, one path, one journey, and only one road you get to travel during your lifetime. The disease of Tunnel Vision lies to you, and there is no truth in its words.

So I am asking you each today do you have this disease, are you encased in Tunnel Vision. Have you taken away all your options and opportunities? The disease of Tunnel Vision places you in a cage, with no way to turn or move and no way to see other options; you are trapped in limits and restrictions.

Is that what is happening in the whole of your life or in certain parts of your life.  Have you become trapped and encased in narrow thoughts and visions.  TODAY I INVITE YOU TO COME ON A JOURNEY WITH ME TO CURE YOURSELF OF THE DISEASE OF TUNNEL VISION. 

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW. CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE SEVERAL DEEP BREATHS, PLACE YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. TOGETHER YOU AND I WILL TAKE THIS JOURNEY OF FREEDOM AND OPPORTUNITY. CONTINUE YOUR BREATHING AND TAKE MY HAND. JUST ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE HERE IN THE STILLNESS ACCEPTING THE ENERGY I AM SENDING YOU. KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE, FEEL MY PRESENCE, MY ENERGY, AND MY HAND.

VERY SLOWLY NOW SEE WHERE WE ARE, CAN YOU SEE THE BARS ON YOUR CAGE, AND CAN YOU SEE THE DOOR?  ARE YOU READY TO REACH FOR THE DOOR HANDLE?  ALLOW YOURSELF A MOMENT TO GATHER YOUR STRENGTH.  NOW I ASK YOU TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WALK THROUGH THE DOOR WITH ME.    IT IS LIKE WAKING UP FROM A VERY LONG SLEEP, OR COMING OUT OF THE DARKEST CAVE.  THE LIGHT MAKES IT ALL MOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE FOR A MOMENT.  GIVE YOURSELF TIME NOW TO BECOME ACCUSTOM TO THE LIGHT, JUST STAYING STILL AND QUIET FOR A MOMENT. 

OPEN YOUR EYES FULLY NOW AND KNOW THAT I AM STILL RIGHT HERE WITH YOU.  CAN YOU SEE ALL THE PATHS, ALL THE OPTIONS AND ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES BEFORE YOU?     IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO CHOOSE A CERTAIN PATH TODAY.

Today is about recognizing that there are other paths, other options, and other opportunities that are available for you. Over the next few days and weeks, take the time to look closely at all these things that are available. NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT, WHAT IS YOUR PASSION, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO TRY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WHERE DOES YOUR HEART WANT TO BE. ALLOW YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.

Remembering now to come back to today and to this letter. Bringing back with you all that you have learned.  KNOWING THAT WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU IN MAKING YOUR DECISIONS AND CHANGES.  WE ARE HERE HONORING YOUR COURAGE AND STRENGTH.  WE ARE LOVING YOU AND HOLDING YOU IN OUR HEARTS.
