Letter 183

Dear Ones,

Is it not amazing, what is happening on your Mother Earth right now? The energy of your world continues to increase in speed, and the density doubles and triples, but you keep right on going about your lives. I find you beings of Mother Earth amazing. You continue to go to work, take care of your families and last but not least you try to take care of yourselves.

Perhaps, the most difficult is the taking care of yourselves. Now, I will tell you the very most important thing that needs to happen in your world is the taking care of yourselves. But it is surely the last thing to be taken care of.

Have you not listened to the stewardess on your airplanes when they explain about the air masks? They tell the passengers you must put the air mask on yourself first and then place it on your child or whoever might need it. For, if you give it to them first you may not have enough time or energy to give it to yourself. So in this case by taking care of others first you may die. Then who will take care of them? Imagine if it is your child, they will have air, but they will not have you. They will survive, but they will be alone with no one to help them.

The case I mention above is severe, but I am wanting you to hear me. Always, always from the time you were very small you were taught that if you were to be a good and loving person, you always take care of the others before yourself. THIS IS AN UNTRUTH. YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY UNTRUTHS, AND WE HAVE TALKED OF THESE BEFORE. SO THIS IS JUST ONE MORE UNTRUTH. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU A GOOD AND LOVING PERSON IF YOU PUT OTHERS BEFORE YOURSELF.

Let me explain to you what happens inside of each of you when you put others first. Each time that you put someone else first then you expect that somewhere along the line someone will put you first. When someone else does not take care of you then small balls of crystalline resentment forms inside of you. Over the years of your lives each time someone else doesn’t appear to put you first you will add more and more balls of crystalline resentment. Pretty soon it is not just a small cluster of balls. It becomes an immense ball of resentment, which turns into feelings of anger, frustration, desperation, hopelessness and a feeling of being unloved. You have been told from the time you were small that if you love someone, you put them first. In your mind and heart, it feels like no one is putting you first.

All of this happens because of this one untruth you have been told. THERE IS SUCH SADNESS IN MY HEART THAT YOU EACH HAVE SUFFERED IN YOUR LIVES BECAUSE OF THIS UNTRUTH. WHAT IS WORSE YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE AND LIVE THIS WAY, THEN YOU ARE SELFISH, GREEDY AND AN UNLOVING PERSON. AGAIN, ONE MORE HUGE UNTRUTH.

SUCH PAIN AND MISERY HAS BEEN CAUSED BY THESE UNTRUTHS. So I ask you today can you each start to let go of these untruths and start to take care of yourselves first. I am promising you that what I am sharing with you is truth, you must start taking care of yourselves first. How you react and interact with everyone in your life will change drastically. You will be amazed at what transpires in your life. Once you start to take care of yourself first you will find that you can truly be there for others.

For the first time in your lives, you will be able to reach out in love and friendship without the waiting for something to come back in return for what you are giving. You will be able to truly give from your heart. Resentment, frustration, desperation, hopelessness, and feelings of being unloved will dissipate and disappear. YOU WILL FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A WHOLE NEW LIFE.

ONCE AGAIN IS THIS NOT AMAZING, THAT BY TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF, YOU CAN HAVE A WHOLE NEW LIFE. WHAT A GIFT TO GIVE YOURSELVES AND WHAT A GIFT TO GIVE THE ONES YOU LOVE. THEY WILL TRULY BE ABLE TO FEEL THE LOVE AND CARING COMING FROM YOU. YOUR LOVE WILL NO LONGER BE TRIMMED IN RESENTMENT, FRUSTRATION, DESPERATION, HOPELESSNESS, AND FEELINGS OF BEING UNLOVED.

WHAT A CONCEPT THAT YOU COULD OFFER JUST LOVE IN ALL IT’S GLORY TRIMMED ONLY WITH JOY AND HAPPINESS.

Know that we are here loving you and ready to help you change and discard these untruths you have been taught. I am holding you most dearly in my heart. Know that I am loving each and every one of you. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Letter 77

Dear Ones, 

Today let us talk about standing up for what you believe and speaking out for what you believe.  This is not an easy thing to do, sometimes it means taking risks and being rejected.  Sometimes it means walking away from people or a certain way you have lived in the past.  

In the weeks and months ahead you each will find it necessary to speak out and stand up for the Universal Energy Transformation.  You will find yourselves taking your thoughts, actions, and beliefs into the next level of your being.  Many of you are aware of the Universal Energy Transformation, you embrace and honor it inside of yourselves.  In the days ahead that will not be enough, you will find yourself being asked by US to speak out and talk about your thoughts and beliefs.  

There are many of you saying right now, but I do that.  YES, I know that you do, but we will be asking you to speak louder and in different places to different kinds of people.  You all have the courage and strength to do this, which is why you are here on planet earth at this time.  

ONCE AGAIN I AM GOING TO BE SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY AND SAYING THE SAME OLD THING TO YOU.  WE ARE STANDING RIGHT HERE BESIDE YOU, BEHIND YOU, AND ENCIRCLING YOU.  THINK OF US AS YOUR HONOR GUARD.  AT TIMES THERE WILL BE 5 OF US OR TEN OF US AND THE NEXT TIME THERE WILL BE TEN THOUSAND OF US WITH YOU.   NEVER WILL YOU BE STANDING ALONE.

During the weeks and months ahead it is vital that you each take care of yourself in a loving, generous, and caring way.  We are asking you to think of yourself as the most precious and beautiful creation you have ever known.   Stop and think for a moment how would you treat one of us if we came to stay at your home.  What kind of food would you feed us, what about the space where we would sleep and the clothes that you would offer for us to wear?  Take the time to contemplate this, what would you do differently in your daily life.  

What I am saying to you is, that to each of us, you are precious and beautiful beyond words.  We here wish for you to be treated that way.   So we are asking you to honor yourselves, by feeding yourself good healthy food and making sure you have time to sleep and rest.  Providing yourselves with a place to live free of clutter and old stagnant energy.  Remembering to clean and clear your energy field and the energy field of your home and workplace.   Think of yourselves in terms of a brand new beautiful child.  That is what you will be coming to in 2011.  Treat yourselves accordingly.   

KNOWING ALWAYS THAT WE ARE RIGHT HERE WITH YOU.

Dear Ones,

Has it felt over the last few weeks and months as if you have been dropped in a whirlpool of confusion, chaos, and episodes from your past or even perhaps past lives? There has been and will be for a few more weeks and intense energy wave filtering around and through your Mother Earth. Your physical bodies are on overload. The human body has never experienced or expected to experience the energetic vibration that is occurring now on Mother Earth.

We here are doing all that we can to assist you during this time. If I were standing in your shoes right now, I think I would be screaming you are not doing enough to help me. So please know that we are doing all this is possible at this time. We are standing close and will assist you in whatever you are asking for. It is important during these times to recognize that you are not alone.

Today I wish to speak of your wants, dreams, and wonderings about who and what role you each will play in the coming 5D world. Many of you say often, "I don't know what I want or who I want to be." I AM SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY, RIGHT NOW. ALL OF THAT INFORMATION IS STORED INSIDE OF YOU. Yes, that is right, it is inside of each of you. It is buried and hidden away under all the fears that you are holding. Those fears will continue to keep you from who you are and who you want to be. I can feel your looks of wonderment, thinking, and saying what is she talking about.

I am talking about your dreams, hopes, and the real you that is buried under a mountain of fear. Or perhaps it is no longer a mountain but a small hill if you are one of the beings who has been working on releasing their fear. ALL OF THIS PRECIOUS INFORMATION IS HELD INSIDE EACH OF YOU. IT IS TIME TO REMEMBER THAT EACH OF YOU ARRIVED ON MOTHER EARTH WITH ALL THAT INFORMATION IN YOUR HEARTS. YOU ALL WERE AWARE OF WHY YOU CAME BACK AND WHAT YOU WERE TO BE DOING DURING THIS LIFETIME.

REMEMBERING ALSO THAT THIS IS NO ORDINARY LIFETIME. THIS IS A JOURNEY OF INCREDIBLE IMPORTANCE TO EACH OF YOU PERSONALLY, TO YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND TO THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE. WHAT TAKES PLACE ON MOTHER EARTH IN THE COMING YEARS ALSO AFFECTS THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE. Your world and you interact with other beings and other planets all the time, whether you are aware of it or not. EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE IS CONNECTED. WHAT EFFECTS ONE WILL AFFECT THE WHOLE.

So, remembering now that what affects the one will affect the whole. That is true of releasing fear also. As one of you releases old fear, you become a beacon to others who also need to release old fear. Your courage is contiguous and will move forward to the next person. Your courage will continue spreading from one person to the next in an ongoing never-ending line of support and encouragement to all.

We here are knowing that you all have the courage and strength to help yourselves and to pass it along to help your family, friends, and loved ones. Of course, we here are standing right beside you. We are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts. Each of you are treasured and held in the highest regard for who you are and who you are becoming. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Letter 32

Dear Ones,

Where in your body do you store the hurts and memories from long ago? So long ago that you aren’t even sure they are still there.  You no longer think of them except on rare occasions.  However, they are still there in your cells and organs.  They are what is causing disease, aches, and pains in your body. 

It is time to let go of the hurts and memories of long ago.  They are no longer needed in your life.   I am here today to tell you I will take them away for you.  You only need agree that you would like me to take them. You need to agree to allow forgiveness to come into your heart. Forgiveness for yourself and others. 

We will make a trade; I will show you how to release those old hurts and memories. You, in turn, will give the hurts and memories to me. With the releasing, forgiveness will follow. BE WITH YOURSELF FOR A MOMENT AND THINK ABOUT THIS. IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. CAN YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO DO THIS? ARE YOU TIRED OF THE WAY YOUR BODY FEELS? WHAT ABOUT YOUR HEART. How DOES IT FEEL? ARE YOU NOT TIRED OF THE HEAVINESS OF IT ALL?

If you do not wish to join us today, then we will again visit tomorrow. I say to you go and have a day of joy, love, and happiness. I am here, and I will be loving you today and every day.

For those of you who want to join with me today, NOW IS THE TIME TO CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. ALLOW MY ENERGY TO FILL YOUR BEING. THERE WILL BE A SOFT GENTLE FLOW OF ENERGY COMING FROM YOUR HEART AND FILLING UP YOUR ENTIRE BODY. Can you feel it now? Warm and gentle. I am here with each of you. You decide what it is you wish for me to take and it will be released from your body. Just with the releasing of it, you have planted the seed of forgiveness in your heart.

That seed of forgiveness will grow as you go through your days.  Love and gentleness for yourself will be like sun and water for that seed.  If there are others you are forgiving, your thoughts will travel through the energy waves to allow the forgiveness to happen.  If you wish to do the forgiveness in person listen to your heart and what it tells you to do.  Know that I will be with you if you choose to do it in your physical world also.

Know that I am here to help you with this and there are thousands of helpers here to travel with you each day in whatever you choose to do. Know that you are loved and cared for more than you can imagine. Please allow us to help you.
