Letter 195

Dear Ones,

Has it felt over the last few weeks and months as if you have been dropped in a whirlpool of confusion, chaos and episodes from your past or even perhaps past lives.  There has been and will be for a few more weeks and intense energy wave filtering around and through your Mother Earth.  Your physical bodies are on overload.  The human body has never experienced or expected to experience the energetic vibration that is occurring now on Mother Earth. 

We here are doing all that we can to assist you during this time.  If I were standing in your shoes right now, I think I would be screaming you are not doing enough to help me.  So please know that we are doing all this is possible at this time.  We are standing close and will assist you in whatever you are asking for.  It is important during these times to recognize that you are not alone. 

Today I wish to speak of your wants, dreams and wonderings about who and what role you each will play in the coming 5D world.  Many of you say often, “I don’t know what I want or who I want to be.”  I AM SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY RIGHT NOW. ALL OF THAT INFORMATION IS STORED INSIDE OF YOU.  Yes, that is right, it is inside of each of you.  It is buried and hidden away under all the fears that you are holding.  Those fears will continue to keep you from who you are and who you want to do.  I can feel your looks of wonderment, thinking and saying what is she talking about. 

I am talking about your dreams, hopes and the real you that is buried under a mountain of fear.  Or perhaps it is no longer a mountain but a small hill if you are one of the beings who has been working on releasing their fear.  ALL OF THIS PRECIOUS INFORMATION IS HELD INSIDE EACH OF YOU.  IT IS TIME TO REMEMBER THAT EACH OF YOU ARRIVED ON MOTHER EARTH WITH ALL THAT INFORMATION IN YOUR HEARTS.  YOU ALL WERE AWARE OF WHY YOU CAME BACK AND WHAT YOU WERE TO BE DOING DURING THIS LIFE TIME. 

REMEMBERING ALSO THAT THIS IS NO ORDINARY LIFE TIME.  THIS IS A JOURNEY OF INCREDIBLE IMPORTANCE TO EACH OF YOU PERSONALLY, TO YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND TO THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE.  WHAT TAKES PLACE ON MOTHER EARTH IN THE COMING YEARS ALSO AFFECTS THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE.  Your world and you interact with other beings and other planets all the time, whether you are aware of it or not.  EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE IS CONNECTED.  WHAT EFFECTS ONE WILL AFFECT THE WHOLE.

So, remembering now that what affects the one will affect the whole.  That is true of releasing fear also.  As one of you releases old fear you become a beacon to others who also need to release old fear.  Your courage is contiguous and will move forward to the next person.  Your courage will continue spreading from one person to the next in an ongoing never-ending line of support and encouragement to all.   

We here are knowing that you all have the courage and strength to help yourselves and to pass it along to help your family, friends and loved ones.  Of course, we here are standing right beside you.  We are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts.  Each of you are treasured and held in the highest regard for who you are and who you are becoming.  I love you, I love you and I love you.

LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 194

Dear Ones,

I am wondering how all of you are surviving all that is happening on your Mother Earth.  The energy waves that are coming to your earth far surpass anything you have experienced over the last several years.  I know that many of you are standing firm and at the same time wondering in your minds how in the world you are doing that.  You have our extreme admiration and respect for all that you have walked through and participated in.

Many of you have been experiencing flashes or memories of times gone by in your lives.  We ask you not to hang on to those moments in time, but to simply view them and send them on their way.  Those memories are coming to you because they are in need of being released.  It is no longer necessary for you to carry them around in your bodies.  I am speaking of all your bodies (energetic, cellular, physical and spiritual). 

Remember now that with the intense energy of this time that there is more energetic power available to help you release old memories or moments in time.  That same energetic power is available to help you release old fears and new fears.  The power of now is what many of you have been waiting for.  Many times in the past months and years I have heard you say “I can not go back deal with fear, hurt, terror and pain, it is just too much.” 

I am asking today with the energy that is available to you now to go back and try to release those old moments in time.  Those old terrors, pain, hurt and fear.  There are many of you who will say this isn’t about me, she is talking about so and so.  I say back to you, “go back and look in your memory banks, there is some of all those things still lurking about in each of you.” 

Remembering now that you were not always big strong adult men and women.  You were all little children and each of you experienced terror, hurt, pain and fear.  Some of you are still holding on to those old feelings.  There are many reasons for that holding on.  Some of you are not consciously remembering, others are remembering but do not want to go there and yet others are afraid to let go because that is all they believe they have.

Let me assure you that your lives, all of your bodies, your hearts and minds will rejoice and know such freedom and well-being once all of this has been cleared away.  Living without carrying around the weight of these experiences will be uplifting and freeing.  Your bodies and minds were never meant to be loaded down with old moments in time that stop you from being who you are. 

Yes, I have talked of all this many, many, many times and I will continue to do so until each and everyone of you have the freedom to live your lives as they were meant to be lived.   As I have said many times before we are always right here and we will always be right here.  You only need ask and we will help in whatever way we can. 

We are so aware that this journey you each have taken on is of extreme importance to each being of Mother Earth and to all the beings of the universe.  You each are here to help and take part in transforming your world into a heart-centered world.  This is taking great courage and determination on all your parts.  We are honoring and loving each of you and respecting all that you are doing. 

I love you, l love you, and I love you.

Dear Ones,

Today I once again want to speak about self-care.  Over the next few weeks, your world is going to experience great amounts of energy and transformation.  The stars that shine upon your planet in the night sky, and the far galaxies are aligning and coming together. 

All of this action out in the far ends of the universe will have great effect on your Mother Earth.  It will have great effect on each being who lives on Mother Earth.  Your world is changing and so must each of you.  These new energies and in some cases old sacred energies will be traveling through, in, and around your planet over the new few weeks. 

All your bodies will be in a changing mode.  Your physical body will be trying so hard to catch up to what is happening.  The physical body may react as if it were ill, having symptoms of what you call the flu.  All of this will cause your head to hurt, your stomach to roll and twist around, and your body to ache and be most uncomfortable.  During this time, your minds will be running in a 1000 different directions, desperately trying to figure out what is happening and why am I acting in this way.  Your soul will be watching all that is happening with a smile of knowingness.  For the soul has been expecting this and even looking forward to it.  It, being, this time of change and letting go of the old so the new can come forward. 

Your soul knows that all the change that will be occurring is what is needed for each of you to move forward.  Your soul has been waiting, for it knows that this is why you are here on Mother Earth at this time.  It is all part of your journey, part of your reason for being here and all is as it should be.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT EACH BEING WILL NOT NOR EVER WILL EXPERIENCE THESE CHANGES EXACTLY LIKE ANOTHER EXPERIENCES THEM.  EACH BEING WILL HAVE THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE GOING THROUGH THE CHANGES.  And that is as it should be for each of you are very different and unique in who you are and where you originated from.

Just as each of you are changing and realigning so your country and other countries must also realign and change.  So as you hear bits and pieces of what is going on around Mother Earth, you will recognize that it is what is necessary for the coming days.  Believe me when I say all is as it should be.

Yes, there is chaos in your outer world and in some cases your personal worlds.  That is as it is needed, and as it should be.  The chaos and confusion can be stopped by simply stopping the resistance to change.  Here is where it is time to use one of your worldly sayings “GO WITH THE FLOW.”   It is indeed time to go with the flow.  Allowing what is not needed to fall away, making room for what is to be the beginning of your new life, a new way of being. 

I will mention that it is a good time to release old fears that are stopping you from allowing all that is coming to you.  Hanging on to the old fears will bring more chaos and confusion into your lives.  

Now that you have read my letter, can you understand that great and abundant self-care is needed at this time?  Do what feeds your soul.  Do what feeds your mind, heart and body.  Try new forms of self-care.  Now is the time for new and different ways of being.  LOVE YOURSELF, CARE FOR YOURSELF, AND BE AT PEACE WITH YOURSELF.

Know that I am right here watching over you.  I am standing beside, in back of you and all around you.  I am loving you and holding you most dearly in my heart.  You each are so wise, and so brave.  I am admiring and respecting you each for this journey you have undertaken.

LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 192

Dear Ones,

My most precious ones, you are so loved and cherished by me and everyone on this side of the veil.  I am aware that my last three letters have seemed stern and rather harsh.  It is most important for each of you to know that FEAR is truly all that is stopping you from having all that you want and dream about.  As soon as you hear those words most of you will automatically go into denial and say, “Mother Mary that is not true how could that be.”  My words are then put away with the other hundreds of things you hear each and do not really listen to.

So now I will say my words again.  FEAR IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS STOPPING YOU FROM HAVING ALL THAT YOU WANT AND DREAM ABOUT.   Perhaps you minds are saying that is so simple, how could that be?  Now it is important to remember that many of your fears are hidden and closed away inside your bodies and minds.  Many of these fears have been hidden away for years, and they only pop their heads out when something happens in your world to make them come forward.  Once they come forward everything stops, and you no longer will go in the direction that you were headed before they came out of hiding. 

You will not be aware that you are stopping because of the fear you will tell yourselves that you changed your minds, or you just don’t think “whatever” will work any more.  The “whatever” being what you are truly wanting to do.  After all these years of playing this hide and seek game, and it truly does almost become a game.  I will assure you that the side with the power is the side that will always win.  Can you guess which side has all the power?  Yes, I am afraid (I am giggling at my words) that FEAR is the one with the power.  It has the power to stop you in your tracks.  Whatever you had been wanting to do or try is lost.  Your dreams, your ideas, your hopes, your wants, and your possibilities are all shut down and turned away by FEAR.  FEAR HAS THE POWER TO DO ALL OF THAT AND MORE TO YOU AND YOUR LIFE.

My message to you today is that you do have the ultimate power to stop fear.  You have the choice to allow it to continue stopping you from having what you want, or you can choose NOW TO MAKE THE DECISION TO DEAL WITH YOUR FEARS.   The very first step in eliminating and releasing fear is to recognize it and acknowledge it.  Without the acknowledgement and recognition there is no starting place.  It is time to set aside any shame or guilt that you may feel because you have fear in your bodies and minds.  Let me assure you that there is no one who lives on Mother Earth who does not have fear in their bodies and minds.  Yes, I know that for most people it is almost impossible to tell they have fear.  Just know that they are doing really well at hiding it away.

In my last letter, I talked of keeping a journal of your fears as they arise.  I truly hope that you are starting to do that.  Fear is very slippery it comes in fast and can go away very fast also.  Once it stops you then it moves back into its holding place waiting for the next time it needs to step out and stop your progress.   Your journal will help you to know what fears need to be looked at and worked on.  You will find that many of your fears come from your early years and really have no meaning about who you are today.  Once you know that they are there.  Then you can decide what you want to do about them.  Many of them will just release once you recognize them and where they have come from.  There will be others that will take more time and energy to release.  You can do this releasing through meditation, energy healing work, support groups, journaling and of course with our help.  We will be right here ready to help you.   THIS IS SO IMPORTANT TO YOUR PROGRESS INTO THE 5D WORLD.  KNOW THAT THIS IS WHY I AM TALKING AND TALKING AND TALKING ABOUT FEAR OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

FEAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE, AND THE 5D WORLD IS ONLY ABOUT LOVE.  ALL FEAR NEEDS TO BE RELEASED AND ELIMINATED FROM YOUR MINDS AND BODIES BEFORE YOU CAN GO FORWARD INTO THE 5D WORLD.

CAN YOU SEE HOW IMPORTANT THE ISSUE OF FEAR IS?  In the months and weeks ahead I will continue to talk about fear.  I will continue to talk about the importance of releasing and eliminating it from your lives.  There will be some beings on your Mother Earth who will choose to stop reading my letters during this period of time when we are speaking of fear.  I have a message for those of you who decide to do that.  DENIAL OF FEAR AND WHAT IT DOES AND THE POWER IT HAS OVER YOU WILL ONLY HURT YOU AND STOP YOU FROM HAVING ALL THAT YOU WANT AND DREAM ABOUT.

Know that I am loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in my heart.  I am wanting you to have all that you want and dream about.  You are so very precious to me, and I cherish each and everyone of you.
