Letter 191

Dear Ones,

Well, does anyone want to guess what I am going to talk about again today?   Yes, we are going back to talk again about fear.  I hope you have had time during the last few days to think about fear in general and also your own personal fear.  Fear is not any easy subject on your Mother Earth.  There is almost an unwritten code that says one should never admit fear let alone talk about it out in the world.  So, now we have all the beings of Mother Earth walking around afraid, and no one feels like it is something they can speak of.

Once a subject becomes taboo in a society of people than it is difficult to allow yourselves to think about it in your quiet time or at all.  It is simply stored away some place in your body, and everyone pretends that it doesn’t exist and certainly does not live in their body, mind or spirit.  SO THE FIRST THING I WANT TO SAY VERY LOUDLY IS THAT FEAR IS ALIVE AND WELL IN YOUR WORLD.  IT EXISTS, GROWS AND FLOURISHES IN EVERY BEING ON MOTHER EARTH.  IT IS IN THE AIR YOU BREATH, THE WATER YOU DRINK AND THE FOOD YOU EAT.

As I have said in previous letters now is the time when every being of Mother Earth has to start working on acknowledging and releasing their fears.  Yes, I am aware that this is not an easy task I am laying out for each of you.  However, I am going to say very loudly right now that you have no idea how difficult it has been for your body, mind and spirit to survive in your fear infested world.  YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO LIVE IN THIS WAY.  YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO LIVE IN FEAR OR WITH FEAR IN YOUR LIVES ON A DAILY BASIS.   NOR WERE YOU EVER MEANT TO LIVE IN ANY FORM OF DENIAL ABOUT THE FEAR YOU CARRY WITHIN YOU.

Your first step in releasing the fear that you carry is to acknowledge it.  Look at all the different kinds of fear that you hold within yourselves.  For today we are not going to do anything, but to simply look at what is going on inside each of you.  If this is something that is too overwhelming to think about doing, then now is the time to ask for help.  As I have said many times there are thousands or even millions of beings here on my side of the veil to come and help you.

Now I am going to ask you to make yourself a journal where you can write about your fears, list them, put them on paper.  Make the fears real to you.  Your minds are so accustom to not thinking about the fear that when it comes forward the first thing that happens is it is automatically sent to some part of your body where you no longer have to think about it or deal with it.  The second thing I am going to ask you to do today is to sit quietly and ask yourself where in your body do you store fear.  WHERE DOES IT LIVE INSIDE OF YOU?  There may be more than one holding spot in your body where fear lives.  Write that in your journal also.  I am asking you to write these things down so it will not be forgotten and slip away.

For some of you this may take only a small amount of time, but for others, it could take an extended period of time.  For all of you, it will take courage and your precious energy to stop and look at these issues within you.  I want you to know that I am aware of the courage and strength that it takes to face the shadow sides of yourself.  Let me assure you that the rewards for doing so will far surpass your wildest dreams.  For in doing so you will allow your wildest dreams to come true.  The only thing stopping your world from becoming all that you wish and dream about is FEAR.  Fear is what stops dreams, wishes and hopes from becoming reality.

REMEMBERING now that we are right here ready to help in any way that we can.  There is a saying on your earth, and it applies in this situation “WE HAVE YOUR BACK.”   We are here, and we will always be here for you.  I am loving you most dearly and holding you in my heart.

LETTER FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 190

Dear Ones,

Today we will once again speak of fear.  It is most important for each of you to know that over the next 6 weeks is an extremely opportune time for the releasing of FEAR.  During this six week period, the energy coming into Mother Earth is going to be so intense and magnified it will provide you with the extra push that many of you will need to move through the fears.  I am speaking of releasing old fears from your childhood or new fears from over the last several years.  Basically, I am speaking of all of your fears. 

I wish to speak of the differences between healthy/self-care kinds of fear and the kind of fear that stops you in your tracks and keeps you stuck in limbo.   First let us talk of the healthy/self-care kind of fear.  It keeps you from driving your car at 150 miles per hour, because you know that the possibility of having a wreck and hurting yourself, and others is so great.  So, it stops you from driving fast and helps you to take care of yourself.  If you are someone who is in the armed forces and is fighting in a war, then your fear is going to make you be very careful and helps you to stay alive.  There are many other kinds of positive healthy/self-care kinds of fear.  Now you can get the idea of what I am speaking of.  The healthy/self-care fears are the ones you want to keep and allow to protect you and guide you.

Now, lets go and talk about the other kind of fear.  The kind of fear that keeps you from being who you are.  It is not a logical fear; it comes from your emotions and there is no way to explain it in a logical way.  It may have a logical foundation relating back to something that happened to you in a previous time during your life or lifetimes.  Keeping that fear inside of you and worrying about whether a certain situation will occur again in your life is debilitating and stops your growth.  What the fear is doing is festering and growing as the months and years pass.  It will act like a disease in your body causing you to become ill and unable to function.

I want you to stop right now and think about your fears.  For some of you this may be overwhelming in the scope and magnitude of the amount of fear you hold in your body.  Then again, there will be those of you who will say I am holding no fear in my body “What are you talking about Mother Mary.”  If you are one of the people who are saying that in your mind right now, then you definitely need to stop what you’re doing and pay attention to what I am saying.  Everyone on Mother Earth and I do mean everyone has fear locked and held in their bodies.  If you are one of the beings that are in denial about the fear, then you are the one I am most concerned for and about.
 

Denial of fear is a dangerous place to live.  Denial of fear keeps you stuck unable to grow and move forward in your life.  If you are unable to admit that there is fear, then all choices, options, and pathways are closed.  You are choosing to live in a very small isolated existence causing you great unhappiness, loneliness and immense feelings of being unloved.  It is important to know that the people who see you in your everyday life may well have no idea that this is what your inside world looks like.  Your outer shell that you show the world will not be who you are at all.

I want to say right now that there is help for all of this.  There is help to work with you to release your fears and denials.  You only need to ask and we will come and assist you.  We may direct you to other physical beings in your world that can help you also.  Your lives were never meant to be lived in this manner. 

I am going to close for now.  Over the next few days think about this letter and decide what you are wanting to do or not to do about your fears.  In my next letter, I will talk about the different ways you can start to release your fears.  For now think about what you might need to help you go through this process of releasing fear. This is a huge piece of getting yourselves ready to go into the 5D world.  Always, remembering that we are loving you and standing with you.  You will never need to go through this process by yourselves.  There are millions of us here ready to help.  We consider it a great honor and privilege when we are able to assist you in anyway.  Know that I love you and that I am holding you most dearly in my heart.

LETTERS FROM MOTHER MARY

Letter 189

Dear Ones,

Today and for the next few weeks and months let us talk about the struggle that is going on in your world between the Light and the Dark.  It is an old story that everyone knows about and has known about since the beginning of time.  It all started back when the first being on your earth experienced fear.  We are talking eons and eons ago.  It is important to know that fear at that moment in time was no bigger than a small seed. 

That seed of fear has grown into a huge gigantic mass of seeds that covers 90% of your Mother Earth.   Perhaps it would be easier to think of it in terms of a virus rather than a seed.  Because the seed or virus spreads and is passed down from one generation of human being to the next generation, and that has been going on since the beginning of man.

Some of your religions have tried to explain these seeds of fear as evil; the devil, demons and on and on.  It is important to know that evil; the devil or demons all came into being from that very first seed of fear.  Those words and those names are just that words that have been made up to describe FEAR.  FEAR IS THE DARK.   FEAR IS WHAT MAKES UP THE NEGATIVE ENERGY OF THE WORLD.  FEAR IS HOW IT ALL GOT STARTED, AND THE LETTING GO OF FEAR IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT. 

Are you thinking  “Boy, Mother Mary this is a very heavy subject?  What is the big deal everyone has a little fear inside them?”  That is exactly the big deal everyone, every being on earth does have fear inside them.  Now imagine all the millions and millions of beings on your Mother Earth and they all have seeds of fear inside them.   Now go one step further and put all those seeds together.  I will tell you there are few beings that have just one seed; most beings have thousands of seeds inside them.

Now I want to talk about the fear that each of you carries in your bodies.  I want to describe to you how it works and what it does to your heart.  REMEMBERING NOW THAT LOVE IS THE OPPOSITE OF FEAR.  So fear does affect your heart.  It affects how open it is.  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REMEMBER.  YOUR TICKET OR PATHWAY INTO THE 5D WORLD IS A FULLY OPEN HEART.  FEAR LIVES, BREATHS AND GROWS IN THE 3D WORLD.  THERE IS NO FEAR IN THE 5D WORLD.  YOU MAY GET TO VISIT THE 5D WORLD TO SEE WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT AND HOW IT FEELS, BUT YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO LIVE IN THE 5D IF THERE IS FEAR IN YOUR BODY, MIND AND HEART.

This is what happens to your heart when you have fear inside of you.  It closes off your heart.  Fear puts a door over your heart. The door may not totally cover the heart, but it can certainly go across the full center part of your heart.  The thickness and the width of the door is decided by the amount of fear that you carry.

There is no way for your heart to be fully open as long as it has a door keeping it shut in and shut down.  This does not mean that you are a unloving being, it simply means that the love trickles out, and sometimes it can be twisted and not go in a straight line.  In other words, it is not going or doing what you want it to do.  It continually gets side tracked and may not feel good to you or the ones you are sending it too.  Furthermore, the other person may not be able to feel your love at all even though their mind is telling them that you love them.

Today, I have given you a lot to think about and digest.  So, I am going to stop for now and my next letter will more fully explain how each of you need to take responsibility for your part in the dark that is suffocating you and your Mother Earth. 

T IS SO IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE.  THE STRUGGLES BETWEEN THE LIGHT AND DARK HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR EONS, AND WE ARE CLOSER RIGHT NOW TO STOPPING THIS STRUGGLE THEN EVER BEFORE IN YOUR HISTORY. 

WE ARE STANDING RIGHT HERE WITH EACH OF YOU.  IN THE PAST, I HAVE SAID THAT THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF US HERE READY TO HELP, BUT IN TRUTH, THERE ARE MILLIONS OF US HERE READY TO HELP EACH OF YOU.  THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH OF US TO GO AROUND, SO THAT EVERYONE WILL HAVE ALL THE HELP, THEY NEED. 

YOU ARE ALL SO LOVED AND SO HELD IN THE HIGHEST RESPECT AND ADMIRATION.  YOU EACH HAVE CHOSEN TO BE HERE ON YOUR EARTH DURING THIS TIME.  YOU EACH HAVE CHOSEN TO BE PART OF THIS STRUGGLE OF THE LIGHT AND DARK.  YOU EACH HAVE CHOSEN TO COME AND RELEASE YOUR PART OF THE DARK.  THE GOAL IS TO LIVE WITH A FULLY OPEN HEART, IN THE 5D WORLD AND HELPING OTHERS TO COMING AND LIVE WITH YOU IN THE 5D

KNOW THAT I AM LOVING GREATLY AND HOLDING YOU MOST DEARLY IN MY HEART.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Good Morning, is everyone feeling alive and inspired this morning?  The incredible energy of your super moon has infused you each with a new and uplifting urge to go forward.  This time on your planet is one of moving forward and going with all that is put before you. 

The time of resistance and holding back has passed.  All energies that are coming into your planet are urging you to take your next step.  We are wanting you to reach beyond what you think in your mind is possible for you.  It is time to walk away from your limiting beliefs of who you think you are.  I assure you that you have no concept of who and what you are capable of. 

And yes, I know there are those of you who are reading this letter right now thinking “Oh sure; I am some wonderful great being.  I don’t think so.”  Well guess what, you are some great wonderful being.  You all are Gods and Goddess.  You have unlimited power to do anything that you wish to do.  Do you not know that your eyes can see into the heavens and look into the depths of the sea?  Your capabilities are unlimited.  The only thing that is limiting you is your mind.

Each of you hang on to this belief that you can only do what you see right here in front of you.  Each of you are looking into a little bitty teacup and deciding that it’s as big as the whole of the world.  That thought is as crazy as the ones who believed that the world was flat.  Do you remember hearing about the ones who believed your world was flat and not round?  Some day there will be ones who remember you and how you believed your teacup was all there was.

So, this morning I say to you break the teacup.  Take it outside and smash it against Mother Earth.  I assure you she will sing her praise of you far and wide.  It is time to let go of the old limitations and misconceptions.  It is time to change your perceptions of yourselves and your worlds.  It is really very simple, walk to your cupboard, reach in and get your teacup and come with me.  Now let us walk outside, know that you can do this in mind, or you can really walk outside into your physical world.  Holding the cup in your hand visualize for a moment all the things you have dreamed of doing, and yes I am talking about those outlandish fantasizes that you have and never talk about.   Stay right here letting yourself imagine for just a moment the most outlandish wildest things ever.  When you are full, when there is no more room in your body for dreams and outlandish wonderful happenings, then take your cup and smash it. 

Break the mold of your limiting world.  OPEN YOUR MIND AND HEART TO ALL THAT IS WAITING FOR YOU.  MOST IMPORTANTLY KNOW THAT THOSE OUTLANDISH DREAMS AND FANTASIES CAN AND WILL COME TRUE.  Yes, you can go to other planets, yes you can fly, yes you can go to the depths of the sea or travel to the highest mountains.  YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE YOU WISH AND BE ANYTHING YOU WISH.  THERE ARE NO LIMITS ALL IS POSSIBLE.  CLOSE YOUR EYES AND GO TO YOUR HEART AND BEGIN THE JOURNEY YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.  THE JOURNEY YOU CAME HERE TO TAKE.  THERE ARE NO LIMITS.  THERE ARE ONLY POSSIBILITIES.

HERE IS ONE FINAL THOUGHT FOR YOU THIS DAY.  YOU DO NOT NEED YOUR PHYSICAL BODY TO GO AND VISIT THESE PLACES AND DO THE THINGS YOU ARE DREAMING OF.  SIT DOWN IN YOUR FAVORITE CHAIR AND CLOSE YOUR EYES, ALLOW YOUR ENERGY TO TRANSFORM AND BECOME ALL THAT IT WAS MEANT TO BE.  You do not know all there is to know about the energy field of your being. Explore and discover.

Know that we are right here standing or flying beside you.  We are ready to help you transform your limiting body and mind into all that it was meant to be.  We are loving each and everyone.  You are wondrous, beautiful beings with spectacular worlds waiting for you.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.
