Dear Ones,

I am so honored to be here with you this morning. It is with great joy that I ask Barbara to scribe these letters for me. It is my hope and prayers that my words bring some comfort and joy as you walk your path on Mother Earth. You each are doing just a magnificent job on your journeys. Yes, there are bumps and rough spots along the way. But, is that not part of the reason you chose to come back to earth for this lifetime?

When your soul made the decision to return to earth and be part of all these changes, it was well known that this would not be an easy path. So, yes, there are many bumps and bruises along the way. But I want to assure you that you are doing well. Each time you come to a rough spot, you find a way to walk around it or through it, and then you just keep on walking. WE in my world are amazed and so proud of all that you do. You each are making progress on your paths. Your thoughts of Love and Light are helping to change the collective energies of Mother Earth.

We are so aware that when you look around in your daily lives, you might find it hard to believe that your world is changing and moving towards the 5D. We want to reassure you that this is a truth. Mother Earth is changing and moving closer to the 5D. You are right; it will not happen tomorrow, but it will happen. Each one of you is part of the reason that it will happen. Your bravery, courage, strength, and love are providing the energy for you and your Mother Earth to move forward.

Your efforts in Self-Care and Self-Love is part of what is moving Mother Earth forward. In these past months, I am aware it has not been easy to move forward with Yourself-Care and Self-Love. So, there may be days or even weeks that you cannot move forward in that area, but you always come back to it and pick up where you left off. Your learning to love and care for yourself is a huge and important step on your individual journeys and on Mother Earth's journey. As you each love and care more for yourselves, the you are reaching out to care and love others more, and that includes Mother Earth.

Each of you are aware someplace in your consciousness that Mother Earth is not doing well. The beings of Mother Earth have not been kind and loving to her. For decades, she has been the dumping ground for all and any waste, no matter how toxic and deadly. The beings of Mother Earth oftentimes see her reactions to all that has happened to her as a personal affront to them. The truth is, at times, you could say she has the flu. Her actions and reactions are much like a human who has the flu. There is a releasing and letting go of what is causing the sickness inside of her or each of you. Her releasing is much more dramatic because it affects each of you. This is a perfect example of actions and reactions. Each action that each of you takes caused a reaction to the whole of Mother Earth. It is important to remember that when you are releasing anger and frustration, or perhaps it is even rage and thoughts of revenge, then that goes into the collective consciousness of Mother Earth. Those thoughts, feelings, and actions are disbursed out into the energies of Mother Earth and Mankind.

It is important to remember that every being who makes up the whole of all brings their energies to the collective whole. So, practice Yourself-Care and Self-Love and bring that energy to the collective whole. Each one of you makes a huge and important contribution to the whole of the ONE. Be mindful of what energies you are providing to the whole.

I am sending you much love and surrounding you with my presence. Each one of you is surrounded by your guides and angels. Often times they are, in fact, carrying you when you yourselves are unable to move forward. There are those times when you think, how did I do that? Believe me when I say that you have much help in all that you do. We here are loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in our hearts and hands.

Good morning, Dear Ones,

Over the next few weeks and months, you will notice that there has been a change in the energy that is coming into your Mother Earth. Many will feel as if they have climbed aboard a roller coaster. Their feelings and emotions may seem out of control. One moment feeling happy and at ease with the world and all they are accomplishing, and then boom it will feel as if the bottom has dropped out of your world.

Some of you may already be aware of what is happening, and it may not have caught up with others yet. So, what I am saying to you is that it is time to learn how to surf the energy waves. Some of the waves will be very small and easy to ride out; other waves will be larger and take more time and skill to stay above the wave and not in it.

It is of the utmost importance that you allow yourselves to ride these energy waves and not to become swallowed by the moving currents. Each of you will find yourselves inside the energy waves many times over the course of these times. Use those times to release and let go of all old patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you. If you are thinking that you have released all those old patterns and beliefs, then it is time to take another look at your life and reactions to all that is happening. Those old patterns and beliefs are still hanging around they may not be as strong, but they are lingering and holding on.

Your lives will be so much easier and gentler when they are released and let go of. It will take the surprise out of how you react to some of your life situations. I am talking about those times when you say and do something that you can't even believe you behaved in that way. Once you have time to think about what has happened you then recognize that it was how you had reacted and thought in the past. It is no longer who you are or how you think and act. But all those old patterns and beliefs are still hanging around and sometimes spring into action without you being able to stop them.

It is important to know and recognize that you are not alone, and this is happening to everyone on Mother Earth. Old patterns and beliefs are rising up to be released and let go of, completely. This is a time of completion, clearing, and cleansing. So, enjoy your ride on the energy waves and find gratefulness in those moments when you are in the waves. Of course, we will be right there with you, surfing the waves and holding you as you fall into the waves.

We are always loving you and holding you most dearly in our hearts. We, here in my world are so proud and overjoyed by all that each of you are doing to help yourselves and your world. Each of you in your very own way is an immense light in the world. I am loving you each and every one.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

This morning I wish to speak again of the Gift that each of you have been given at the beginning of your existence. This gift is the Gift of Free Will. In your world there on Mother Earth, there is not any attention being paid to this gift. It is almost as if it does not exist. For many, it is just words that have been written in days long past, but it has no real meaning to your day to day world.

Now, I will say to you most loudly it is time to wake up and realize that you indeed have this gift and it is not to be taken lightly. Often it has been presented to you with rules and regulations attached to it. Some of the religious leaders and other beings that have been in power have purposely led you to believe that your gift has no meaning. In other words, it is just words written long ago.

This gift of Free Will is the key and the pathway to having the life that you have been dreaming of and praying for. The gift was given by God to each and every one of you. He placed no stipulations on this gift. There are no rules placed on the use of this gift. The gift of Free Will is your source of personal power. The personal power I speak of is not power over someone else, or the power to hurt someone, or to take something from someone else. This personal power is not about greed, selfishness, financial gain, or being better than the next person.

The gift of Free Will and the personal power that comes from using that gift is priceless. With this gift, you have been given the tools to direct your own life. The life that you are living is not being directed by God, it is being directed by each one of you. IN THE GIVING OF THIS GIFT, HE IS SAYING TO EACH OF YOU, DO WHAT YOU WILL WITH YOUR CHOOSING TO RETURN TO MOTHER EARTH. CHOOSE WHY YOU ARE RETURNING TO MOTHER EARTH. WHAT IS IT YOU WANT TO DO AND LEARN WHILE YOU ARE THERE ON MOTHER EARTH? Every bit of your life lies within your personal power. Your choosing to use that power or not use is directed by you and only you.

GOD IS NOT THE BEING WHO YOU HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE HE IS. GOD IS NOT STANDING ON HIGH WAITING TO PUNISH YOU OR DIRECT YOUR LIFE IN ANYWAY. He is simply here offering his love and support to each of you and every being in my world. He is not directing what each of you does or doesn't do. The choice is yours to make or not make. You alone have the power to do anything you want to do or to direct your life in any way you choose.

Each one of you made many choices before returning to Mother Earth; about what you want your life to be during this time. Contracts and agreements were made before you returned here to Mother Earth. Your gift of Free Will is needed to accomplish all that you came to do. It is time to honor yourselves and to honor God by using this gift that was given.

YOU CAN START TODAY TO USE THIS GIFT. BEGIN BY TAKING THE TIME TO SIT AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE ABOUT. WHAT DIRECTION DO YOU NEED TO GO AND WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH? Be aware that these decisions need to come from your heart and not just your brain. Do not allow your brain to stop you from what your heart is telling you that you can do, once you have made your decision about the direction you need to go. I am now asking you to speak out loud what direction you are wanting to go and what you are wanting to do. During your time of speaking out loud, be sure to ask for our help and support with what you're choosing to do.

You have this Gift given by God to you for your use and your personal power. NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE BACK YOUR PERSONAL POWER AND TO USE THIS GIFT AS IT WAS INTENDED TO BE USED.

Know that all in my world are standing right here at the ready to help in any way we can. We are loving you each and everyone. I cherish and love you each.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

These times on your Mother Earth are filled with chaos, confusion, and change. Each being is being affected by all that is in the collective consciousness. Everyone is going or will be going through a change in their lives.

For many, it will be dramatic and totally life-changing; for others, it will just scratch the surface of their awareness. I WANT TO SAY VERY LOUDLY, "CHANGE IS GOOD, CHANGE IS GROWTH, AND CHANGE IS WHY YOU ARE HERE ON EARTH AT THIS TIME."

As each of you are aware, your world has to change and change dramatically, or it will slowly destroy itself. Each of you are here at this time to help yourself, and your world makes the changes needed. Stagnation is a slow heartless way to die. It is not the way your world was meant to be. Stagnation is the opposite of Love, Light, Joy, and Happiness. Standing in the same exact place every day is and can be torturous.

There are so many beings in your world who are hanging on to exactly what they have in their world, be it Jobs, Homes, Partners, Old ways of thinking. Their only prayer and wish is that everything stays exactly the same. They may be hurting and in great pain, but they would rather stay where they are than venture into what is unknown to them.

I want you to know what is waiting for you is Joy, Happiness, and a wonderful new way of thinking and feeling. I beg of you to allow the weight that you are carrying on your shoulders to be lifted and taken away. Would it not be marvelous to feel as if you are lighter, freer, and able to move and think in new and different ways.

I want to talk to you about the fact that you are not doing this alone. There are millions of beings, including myself, who are standing at the ready to assist you in any way that we can. It may be only holding your hand or standing at your back. We are here for you always. We are loving you and wishing only the very best for each of you. We will never leave you, and you never have to feel alone again. WE ARE HERE, AND THERE IS NOWHERE ELSE WE WOULD RATHER BE.

Know that I am holding you most dearly in my heart. I Love You, I Love You, and I Love You.

My Dearest Ones,

Please know that I have been right here beside you, loving you, holding you, and caring for you greatly.

Much has been happening in your world, and I am aware that in these times, all that is going on can be overwhelming and chaotic. Your world has changed so drastically, even though in your hearts and minds, all may seem totally wrong and without rhyme or reason. Let me assure you that all is happening just as it should.

You are going through a huge and gigantic clearing and cleansing. Mother Earth herself is going through this same clearing and cleansing. I am sure you have been aware of all the differences in your weather patterns with hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, and the list goes on. It seemed never-ending, I am sure. All that is happening in your outside world (Mother Earth) is happening in your personal physical world, global world, and your country.

Everyone and everything is being taken back to their foundations. This is a clearing and cleansing of all that has gone on before, back to the beginning of your time. Back to the beginning of your Mother Earth. For many of you, this will cover many, many lifetimes. Which only means that some of you have a bit more to take care of than others.

Everyone is going through this process, and if you are reading this and thinking no, this isn't happening in my life. Then I say to you, it is time to wake up and pay attention to what is happening right here and right now. You may be living in the past and not be paying attention to what is really going on in the moment or moments of each day.

I am hoping that you will hear me very clearly right now. It is time to stop the struggle, the holding back, or denying the truth of what is going on in your world. I want to tell you to go with the flow, the flow of what is happening to you right now in each moment of your day. I am aware that this is very easy for me to say, but a bit more difficult for some of you to live. What is happening to many of you is that with the struggling and holding back, you are in a great war with the energy coming into your world. This is a war that you cannot win, nor do you really want to win.

All that you have been wanting and asking for will be the outcome of this great clearing and cleansing. All regrets and sorrows of the past will be washed away. All dreams and images of the future will fade and not take up so much room in your mind. You will just be living in the now, the current moment, without anything from the past holding you back, nor anything from the future keeping you in fear that you can't do.

Imagine yourself without the burdens of the past and the burdens of the future, gone, washed away. Imagine yourself in the moment, living in peace and joy. Appreciating who you really are without all the trappings that you have been carrying. It will be a whole new way to live, and you will discover a whole new being coming to life, walking in the world with the knowledge of who you are and what you have come here to do in this lifetime. Knowing within yourself that you are capable of doing whatever is being asked of you.

And of course, we will be right here walking beside you. Loving you and holding you so dearly as you go through this process of finding yourselves.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

We are in a new time on your earth. Today, tomorrow, and for the next several months, we are in a time of NEW BEGINNINGS. For each of you, it is a time of stepping into who you truly are. For each of you it will be a time of moving forward. Some of you will walk willingly into the gifts and blessings that will be or has been offered to you. Others will struggle and have thoughts of unworthiness, being unable to believe who they are and what they are capable of doing.

Each one of you is so much more than you believe. For years, you have only allowed yourselves to see a very small picture of who you are. If you could see through our eyes to see the real you, you would be amazed beyond everything. Each one of you is only using perhaps 25% of the truth of who you are. You have stayed hidden and guarded since the beginning of your times, believing what others have said about you.

I say to you today, it is time RIGHT NOW this very moment to stop the practice of hiding. Your lights shine at only ¼ of their brightness. Can you but imagine if you were to turn your light on full blast? I think perhaps you would blind all those around you, those that have been holding you to your smallness.

Take the time today to sit with yourselves and in your mind expand yourself out as far as you can. Feeling yourself being bigger than you ever imagined. Allow your mind the freedom to bring your true self forward, allow it to show you who you are and who you can be. Do not allow yourself to step back into fear and denial. Now is the time for courage and faith. I am asking you to believe what I say and at least try to see who you are. For today, know that you do not have to do anything with what you are seeing. But, allow yourself to see the truth for the first time. Tomorrow will be another day, and slowly you will work yourself forward and be able to show the world and all the beings of the world who you truly are.

Know that you will never be alone as you go through this process. I will be standing with you and all the legions of my world will be standing with you. I believe in each of you and know that you have the courage and strength to move forward and make these changes that your souls are crying for. Your soul knows why you came back to earth during this time. Your soul knows that it is time to step out and move forward and become all that you are.

I ASK YOU TODAY TO TAKE MY HAND AND LET US TOGETHER START THIS JOURNEY. I am loving each one of you and holding you in my heart. You are loved and cherished beyond what you can imagine. I love you, I love you and I love you.

Dear Ones,

The energy in your world is most intense, filled with drama, chaos, anxiety, and fear. Each of you are trying desperately to swim your way through all that is happening. Many of you are holding it closely in your hearts that all will be well, and there is nothing to worry about. Others of you are worrying and stressing about all that is going on and how wrong it all is.

I know that this may come as a great surprise to many of you that all is not wrong in your world, all is happening just as it needs to happen. No, it is not comfortable; it is not easy, nor is it filled with Love and Light. But, it is most important to understand that your world has gone so far to the dark side that only extreme measures could bring it back to the light. Indeed this is what is happening; your world is slowly being brought back to the light.

he dark in your world has become like cancer with tentacles spreading out far and wide to cover the whole of Mother Earth. Many of you were choosing not to see what was going on and just kept hoping that all would turn out well. The truth was that your world had gone far beyond that point years ago. No one has been paying attention to what has been happening for years and years.

So now, the dark is openly visible for all to see, although there are those who are still pretending that all will be well soon. Just as each of you have issues buried in your bodies that still need to be worked on and worked out. Mother Earth has issues buried in her body (your world) that need to be worked out, also. You will notice that many of the things occurring in your everyday life has many similarities to what is happening in the bigger world. Drama, chaos, fear, anxiety, and hopelessness is appearing everywhere in every form.

I want each one of you to hear me very clearly that the light is winning; you may not see great big flashes of the light winning. But, the light is like a very busy PAC MAN, every day it is gobbling up a little more of the dark, and on some days it is able to take a great huge hunk out of the dark. The light has made progress even if you are unable to see it. It is happening daily. Moving forward and destroying the tentacles that have been spreading for years. I can assure you and promise you that the light will win and the dark cancer will be destroyed.

It is beyond Important that each one of you stand up for the light, stand up for yourselves. This is the time to speak out and let your voices be heard. Each one of you matter, each one of you are important in this struggle to bring back the light to your world. WE are standing right here with you, and you will never stand alone in the journey back to the light. Standing for the light now is one of your purposes for returning to Mother Earth at this time. Each one of you came back to be a Wayshower and Keeper of the light. Let your lights shine very brightly and know that we are with you as you are shining so brightly.

We are loving you and holding you so dearly in our hearts. We are grateful for all that you are doing to bring the light back into your world.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

I am going to urge each of you to look for and find a place of peace or perhaps a ritual that will take you to a place of peace. Your world is in such chaos that the effect on your bodies of riding those waves of chaos is most harmful.

You each have been doing an excellent job of walking in your world during these times. It will be most helpful to practice meditation or some form of calming activity to revitalize and rejuvenate yourselves.

In the coming months, there will be many changes to your world, and yes, they will be a vast improvement over what has been transpiring over the last year. Your world has been shaken up and the pieces will begin to come back together in a new and different way. Just as each of you will come through this chaos in a new and different way.

Take a moment and check in with yourselves, can you not tell that there have been changes occurring inside each of you? You each are growing and changing. Maybe it is that you are waking up and realizing there are changes that you need to make or perhaps you are already making those changes.

Believe me when I say all is well in your world as it is going through this huge shake-up. This shake-up was needed to move you into the next level of your accession process. It indeed must feel like things are being torn away and earthwork from years past is being thrown away. Indeed, that is what is happening, but all will be replaced with incredible new and wonderful processes. The beings who are doing the throwing away have no idea that they are removing the old to make way for the new. They are doing the throwing away, thinking they are making room for more corporate profit and greed. It will be most surprising when they see the final outcome of their plans, that have all gone astray.

It is beyond important that you each one hold strong in your thoughts and beliefs of love and light. You are watching the downfall before the brand-new beginning of your world. Hold tight to your support and hold tight to us. We are right here, and we have your back always, always, always.

You each one are loved beyond your wildest imagination, whether you are awake or asleep. We are here, loving and treasuring each and every one of you.

Dear Ones,

Are you feeling the push of the energy that is coming into your world at this time? Each and everyone of you is being moved forward beyond what you would call your comfort zone. You are being urged to try new and different things. You are being asked to step out into the world and try the things that you have most often told yourself that you can't do or you don't want to do.

The words CAN'T AND DON'T WANT TO, often mean the same thing. They are words used to keep you stuck in the same day to day life that you have been living in for eons. Those words stop you in your tracks. Do you think perhaps that it is time to step past these words and experience life in other ways than what you have known?

Every being of Mother Earth is being asked and pushed to step out. I have been saying these same words for the last few months, and it is time to repeat them, "You are not the same person that you were on Dec. 31, 2022, at 11:59 PM." You each one are so different, but yet you insist on living your lives as if you are the same person. Have you not been struggling and fighting yourselves to do your same life over, day after day?

How are your energy levels as you do your daily life? Resisting and fighting is an immense energy drain on your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Then there is the extreme rhetoric of violence, hate, rage, racism, and intimidation that is being given to you daily by all of your media outlets. Yes, they are just reporting what is being said and how beings are acting, but is it not beyond draining and terrifying, All of this rhetoric is also running wild in the energy fields of Mother Earth. So, now are you surprised that you are feeling exhausted and depleted by all that you are experiencing?

So, it is time to set yourself some new boundaries about what you will allow in your personal lives and what you won't allow. Just thinking the words, I will no longer allow hate, violence, rage, racism, and intimidation into my personal energy field will lighten the load you have been carrying. By, not buying into what is happening on Mother Earth right now will indeed lighten your load and lessen the energy being sent to the unkindness and ugliness that is spreading in your world.

There are many ways to withdraw your energy from all that is happening around you. Your withdrawal can happen during your mediation practices, prayers, grounding exercises or simply stating your intention to no longer be a part of what is happening. And above all else, you can ask for our help, we are indeed right here with you all the way. There are many millions of beings in my world who are standing in the ready to help you.

Take back your energy, your life, and all that you each have been working on for many years and months. Take back your energy and allow it to move you forward to trying new things in your lives. There are hundreds of millions of things for you to try and find what fits for each one of you. NOW IS THE TIME TO MOVE FORWARD DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE OR ANYTHING TO STOP YOU FROM MOVING FORWARD IN YOUR LIFE. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS PART OF THE REASON YOU CAME INTO THIS LIFE, TO LEARN TO STEP OUT AND TRY NEW AND DIFFERENT WAYS OF BEING.

Dear Ones,

Are you finding that as you awake each morning, you can be a whole new being each and every day? There are no longer any solid rules about your lives going forward in the same old way, doing the same old things. It is no longer necessary to see and hear things in the same old way.

Your world is different, and you are different. Now, all that you need do is recognize that you have changed and the world has changed. The new beginnings are totally up to you. If you refuse to recognize all that has happened in your personal worlds, then nothing has changed, has it?

I am pushing you this morning to recognize what has happened. Open your eyes, open your heart, open your mind, and open up to your new world. Fear of change is to be left behind. It is time to bury it and allow it to no longer live in your world. Fear of change has done a fine job in your lives; it has been your protection forever. YOU NO LONGER NEED TO LIVE IN FEAR, NOR DID YOU EVER NEED TO LIVE IN FEAR. Fear of change is not something you were born with; it is something you learned from your personal family and your universal family, but now is the time to let it go.

Now it is time to let fear go. It is time for you each one, to be free. All things are possible. It is time to banish fear from your personal world, from the whole of Mother Earth and all the Universes. FEAR HAS BEEN THE PREDOMINANT FORCE RUNNING MOTHER EARTH FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS. EACH GENERATION ALLOWING FEAR TO GROW STRONGER AND STRONGER UNTIL YOUR WORLD IS NO LONGER A PLACE WHERE BEINGS ARE HONORED FOR THEIR UNIQUENESS, AND THEIR DIFFERENCES.

FEAR has moved your world into sameness. Everyone must be exactly the same as the next being, and there is no allowing of differences in thoughts, beliefs, cultures, and skin color. What makes you believe that God would only make one kind of being. God has made many, many, many different kinds of beings. ALL BEINGS ARE WONDERFUL, UNIQUE, AND IMPORTANT BEYOND ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE.

YOU EACH ONE ARE A BROTHER OR SISTER TO EVERY OTHER BEING ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH AND TO ALL THE UNIVERSES. IT IS TIME TO OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE WHO YOU ARE AND WHO THEY ARE. It is time to let go of the fear and distrust of anyone and anything that isn't exactly like yourselves. NO BEING ON EARTH OR IN THE UNIVERSE IS BETTER OR MORE SUPERIOR THAN ANY OTHER BEING.

The humongous FEAR and separation that have been built between beings is causing your everlasting wars, hate, and extreme violence between the beings of Mother Earth. It is with great sadness that all beings in my world watch what is happening to each of you and to your world as a whole.

FEAR is a contagious disease that has been running rampant in your world for eons. THIS NEW YEAR AND YOUR NEW BEGINNINGS ARE ABOUT WALKING AWAY FROM ALL YOU HAVE LEARNED ABOUT FEAR, SEPARATENESS, AND THE LASTING STRUGGLE TO BE BETTER THAN YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Are you finding life a little confusing since you walked into this 2026? REMEMBERING NOW THAT EVERYONE IS NEW, DIFFERENT, AND HAS BEEN CHANGED SINCE 11:59PM ON DECEMBER 31, 2025. Are you wondering how you fit in your own world, your own life, and the lives of those around you?

Many of you may be wondering how and where you fit in. You recognize that you are different now, but what exactly does that mean?  Now is the time to stop and take the time to examine your feelings, your goals, your jobs, your partners, and every other single thing in your life. It is a time of new beginnings. Many of you are in a state of shock about all of this. This change is not anything you ever expected to happen in your life.

I want you to listen very carefully to me. Everything about you is different and it is not the time to make any rash decisions; it is the time to stop and take the time to find out how you have changed and what direction fits for you now. I am most aware that for many of you right now, your lives are so busy, you are finding yourself saying, “Where would I find the time?” So, it is time to take a break, time to put things in your life on hold and find the time to sort and readjust your thinking about who are and what you want to do with the rest of your lives.

NO, this can not wait until next week; it is imperative that you start this process now. It would be so easy to pass this opportunity up and just go on living your lives the way you have been living. YES, you can ignore the changes and stay in the same old patterns. IS THAT WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO DO?

I am hoping that is not your decision, to stay in the same place and to not take advantage of who you are now and who you can become. It would most certainly be the easy way in your minds to stay exactly where you are right now.

But that is not a truth. You will find that if you choose to ignore this opportunity, your minds and hearts will be in constant conflict with each other. Most of you will know of what I speak because you have been here before. Do you remember what that feels like, and you may even be feeling some of that now?

IT IS BEYOND IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE. WE ARE RIGHT HERE TO HELP YOU AND REMEMBER THAT THERE ARE MANY, MANY, MANY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ON MOTHER EARTH WHO ARE GOING THROUGH EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. REACH OUT AND HELP ONE ANOTHER. SPEAK OF IT AND LISTEN TO WHAT OTHERS ARE DISCOVERING AND SHARE WHAT YOU ARE DISCOVERING.

THIS IS A TIME OF COMING TOGETHER AND BEING WITH ONE ANOTHER AND GROWING AND BECOMING ALL THAT YOU ARE WITH OUR HELP AND EVERYONE'S HELP.

ARE YOU REMEMBERING THAT WE ARE ALL ONE? WE ALL MAKE THE WHOLE, AND NOW IS AN EXCELLENT TIME TO EXPERIENCE THAT TO THE FULLEST OF YOUR BEING, EACH BEING ON MOTHER EARTH AND EACH BEING IN MY WORLD. WE ALL BELONG TO ONE ANOTHER.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Today, let's talk about you. These past weeks have been most intense. Was it not a wonderful shift in the energy a few days ago? Have you noticed that you are now more able to handle the energy and new vibrations that are coming into your world? With the energy shift, all of your bodies (physical, mental, emotional, and cellular) are now able to integrate this energy with less resistance and struggle.

We here are all standing and applauding at how well you were able to handle all that has transpired in the last few weeks. Have you noticed how much you have all changed over the last year? Your growth is next to amazing and wondrous. Please know that you are never to measure your growth against someone else. You will always find yourselves less than the next person. You would never think of judging yourself against someone else unless you were already thinking that you had not done enough.

So, listen to me closely now, whether you are thinking that you have grown a lot or maybe just a little, you have done exactly what you were supposed to do. And all of us here in my world are applauding you. If you find yourselves judging against one another, then know that it is time to work on these old issues you are carrying around from the past. Worrying about judging yourself or worrying about what other people will think of you is a fine waste of your precious energy.

You know that I could go on and on about self-judgment or worries about other people's judgment, but I will only say that it is time to take care of your self-esteem issues that are out of balance. So enough about that, except to say if you are unsure of how to take care of those issues, then ask me for help. Of course, we will come and help you work through all the judgments.

Now, on to one of my favorite subjects, "SELF-CARE." I want to give you a small reminder of Self-Care. In the intense energy of the last weeks and months, your self-care may have slipped away. So it is time to step back into the self-care mode, which is an outward display of Self-Love. Right now, each one of you is in need of self-care and self-love. The intense vibrational energy that you walked through over the last weeks and months has depleted much of your reserves. Know that we are right here beside you, shoring you up with our love and support. We will always be here beside you to add our love and support to you. However, your own love and support of self is beyond importance. In fact, it is almost more important than ours. Your No.1 reason for being here on Mother Earth during this lifetime is to learn to LOVE yourselves. By learning to love yourselves unconditionally, then and only then will you be able to reach out and love unconditionally all other living, breathing life forms. Every living, breathing life form makes up the WHOLE OF THE ONE. So, loving yourself unconditionally allows you to unconditionally love the WHOLE OF THE ONE, which is the purpose for being here on Mother Earth at this time.

Know that we are indeed walking this path with you. We are loving and supporting each and every one of you. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.
