Good Morning, Dear Ones,

Let us once again talk of Self-care. I cannot stress enough how important self-care is. During these times of intense energies, solar flares, and the onslaught that each of you is experiencing from outside sources, it is imperative that you love and nurture yourselves. Self-care is all about loving, nurturing, and supporting yourself.

Each of you have loved ones in your lives that you love, nurture, and support and they are an important part of your life. But, the old patterns and training of times past tell you and have told you it is necessary and godly to care for them first. THAT IS AN UNTRUTH. This is one of the many untruths you have been told over and over. IT IS TIME OR PAST TIME TO ERASE THOSE UNTRUTHS FROM MINDS, HEARTS AND BODIES. This untruth and other untruths are harmful and in some cases abusive to EACH OF YOU.

Do you understand what I am saying? Always caring for others first is damaging to who you are. Only by caring for yourselves first will you ever be able to turn and offer true help to another. By true help, I AM SPEAKING OF HELP THAT TRULY COMES FROM YOUR HEART. In other words, your help is given with an open heart. Openhearted help is beyond wonderful and feels good to the person giving and to the person receiving. The person receiving will feel so loved and cared for.

Their hearts will be warmed and the soul will feel full and cherished. You, the giver will feel energized and heart connected to the receiver. Your giving in this way will take nothing from you but in truth will give back to you. The gratitude and appreciation coming to you from the receiver will amaze you.

There are perhaps very few beings on Mother Earth who have experienced giving or receiving in this manner. The reason being is that very few beings have been able to let go of the old teachings that tell you to help others first and then maybe yourselves. These old teachings do not allow you the giver the time or energy to care for yourselves. Many of you at this time are starved for Self-care. Once again, I am going to say to you stop and take the time today to care for yourselves in some way. Know that it does not have to be in a huge dramatic way taking hours and hours. Starting with just one small thing that would make you feel good about yourselves and the world would be wonderful.

I am asking you to daily start doing small things to care for yourselves. Once you are practicing this daily, you will find yourselves reaching to do more and more to care for yourselves. Reaping the rewards of Self-care will amaze you, filling your heart and mind with abundant new energy and love. Those beings who are in your daily lives will be so grateful and rewarded by all that you have done for yourselves. You will find that you are becoming like a new being. Your love, warmth, and caring will go out to others in a way you have never experienced before. When you live in a world of Self-care where you are feeling loved and totally supported by yourself, you will be living in the world in a totally new way. Your inner light will shine brighter and truer than it ever has before.

As always, you are never alone on your journey. We are here by the hundreds of thousands, standing beside you, offering our love and support to you as you find your way into the world of Self-care. Each of you are loved and cherished beyond what you can imagine. I am loving each and every one and holding you in my heart so tenderly.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

These past few weeks have been a challenge for most beings of Mother Earth. You are indeed being pushed and moved forward on your chosen journeys. Old issues that are still hanging around you are being put directly in your path, or should I say in your face, to be released.

It is time to release and let go. Many of you are thinking I have finished all that old stuff, what is she talking about? Yes, each of you have done work during the last years on your issues, but there is still debris hanging out for most of you. It is time to take care of the debris and leftover fallout of those issues. If fear has been your ongoing partner during your lifetime, then expect that it will be or has come forward in a big way to be released and taken care of.

It is important to remember that fear is the opposite of love. Which one do you want to live in your body and to direct your journey? Once you have looked at fear from that perspective, most of your answers will be LOVE. Of course, you would rather have love in your life than fear. There are those of you on Mother Earth who repeatedly say I am not afraid, I have no fear. My question to you then is, what is keeping you stuck in that same old place? Fear is the biggest motivator in the world to stay right where you are and go no further. BUT, IS THAT TRULY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AND HOW YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE? NOW IS THE TIME TO DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE.

Often, there are words that you are saying in your heads that help you to stay right where you are. Do you know the ones I am talking about? They are the unkind words that you imagine others will say about you if you try something new and different, and it doesn't work out. What I say to you is that you don't need to worry about anyone else saying those unkind and abusive words; you have already done that. You have already abused yourselves with unkind words and thoughts. And so, all of that will keep you right where you are at.

THE TRUTH IS THAT OTHER BEINGS OF EARTH WILL BE APPLAUDING YOU FOR YOUR COURAGE AND STRENGTH IN MOVING FORWARD ON YOUR JOURNEY. THEY WILL SEE YOU MOVING FORWARD, AND IT WILL THEN GIVE THEM THE INSPIRATION TO MOVE FORWARD ALSO. Just as you watch other beings moving along their paths and feel inspired to step forward and try something new. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS EACH OF YOU ARE MOTIVATORS AND INSPIRATIONS FOR EACH OTHER.

Be lavish with your praise when you see someone take their next step, and they, in turn, will be lavish and supportive of the next person. EVERY BEING NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED AND ACKNOWLEDGED FOR ALL THEY DO.

SO, TO EACH OF YOU, I AM SAYING, “YOU ARE DOING EXCELLENT WORK THERE ON YOUR MOTHER EARTH. EACH ONE OF YOU ARE PUSHING FORWARD ON YOUR PATH, EACH ONE OF YOU ARE DISCOVERING AND REVEALING MORE OF WHO YOU ARE. YOUR LIGHTS ARE SHINING SO BRIGHTLY AND YOU ARE INSPIRING OTHERS TO BECOME ALL THAT THEY CAN BE.”

We here in my world are so proud of each one of you. You are all still standing and finding your way among the intense energies that have been coming to Mother Earth. This has been no small accomplishment. It is amazing to all in my world how well each of you has handled all that has been sent your way. We are loving you and holding you so dearly in our hearts. We, of course, are right here waiting to help you in any way we can. All you need do is ask, without putting limitations and restrictions around what you are asking for. We ask that you give us the freedom to help you in any way that we can.

Dear Ones,

Good Morning!! It tickles me to say these words to you. It is not often that I say Good Morning to you, and I think perhaps I need to do that more often. Saying Good Morning is like wishing someone joy and happiness in their day. And I do so wish you joy and happiness in your days, your life, and inside all of your bodies. So in the future, when you say Good Morning to someone, allow it to come from your heart, reaching out to their hearts.

LOVE is what makes the world go around. One heart reaching out to another heart and another heart and to another heart and to another heart. Unending, never stopping, always reaching out for the next heart. Connection reaching all across your Mother Earth, touching each being with LOVE and ONENESS. REMEMBERING now that you are all one, we are all one. Each and every being, both in the seen and unseen world is connected and joined. No, you cannot see this connection your heart is connected to me, to your earth, to all the unseen in my world, and to each being of your world. Once you make that connection, there will never be another time of feeling with your physical eyes, but you can feel it in your heart.

So, today I say to you, go to your heart. Put your hand on your heart, close your eyes, and allow yourselves to stop and be as one with your heart. Allow yourself to feel your heart connect to me, to your earth, to all the unseen in my world, and to each being of your world. Once you make that connection, there will never be another time of feeling with your physical eyes, but you can feel it in your heart.

You may find that the first time you allow yourselves to try and make this connection it will not feel as you anticipate that it should. If this is so for you, then I say to you is it not scary to let go of those feelings of aloneness, isolation, and being unloved? You know those feelings, you know how to act and be in the world carrying those feelings around in your blocked and shut-down heart. And yes, I know that is how you feel you are protecting yourself. Are you aware that in the protecting of your heart in this manner that you are causing yourselves more hurt and pain? Your life becomes filled with days, weeks, months, and a lifetime of aloneness, isolation, and feelings of being unloved. That is a high price to pay for what you call protection of self. It has become the opposite of what you are desperately wanting and needing in your lives.

So, for today, will you try to allow yourselves to reach out and connect heart to heart with your world? REMEMBER NOW that you are reaching out and connecting from your hearts. Do not mistakenly reach out to connect with your hurt and pain, for that will only call forth a connection with more hurt and pain. So, place your hand on your heart, close your eyes and connect with your heart self and then reach out to connect with me, to the earth, to all the unseen of my world, and to each being of your world. Continue each day to reach out and try connecting to all. This connecting process will become easier and more fulfilling with everyday practice. I WELCOME YOUR CONNECTION FROM MY HEART TO YOURS. I am loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in my heart. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Today let us talk about your hearts.  For many years on your planet you have been taught to live with your heart closed.  The teaching did not happen in the words that were spoken but by the actions of the people around you.  Today on your planet that same tradition is still taking place.  The children of your world are shown that the best way to live is with a closed heart.

There is a belief that the only way to survive life on Mother Earth is to live with your heart closed.  It is believed that living with your heart closed is the only safe way to be.  Living with your heart open is not about being hurt and being unsafe.  It is about loving one another without judgments of right or wrong.  It is about loving one another without seeing the color, religion, and cultures of others.

Living with an open heart is first about loving yourself.  For the truth is that you each are only capable of loving others to the same degree that you love yourself.  Everything in your world starts with each of you.  War, Peace, Joy, Caring, Love, Hope, and Belief all starts within each of you.  You are the beginning of all. 

You are the beginning of all in each and every step of your universe.  You each have the immense power to change your world simply by changing yourselves.  What you do and how you do it washes out from you in waves, changing each and every other wave it touches.  Your wave or energy affects everything that it connects or touches with. 

You often think that what you do and say has no matter in your world.  How often have you heard it said?  I am just one person, what difference could I make?  I SAY TO YOU VERY LOUDLY THAT EVERYTHING YOU SAY AND DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE.  BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE IT WITH YOUR EYES OR HEAR THE DIFFERENCE, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT HAS NOT CHANGED THE WORLD. 

CLOSE YOUR EYES, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART, AND CALL MY NAME.  Clear your mind and be with me for a moment.  I will show you what happens and the connections between what you say and do.   Once again, we will watch a movie and you are the main actor in the movie.  You are going about your daily routine.  It is time to go to work.   Your walking on the street, look at the people who are passing you by, your are frowning.  Watch your energy hit them, your anger, frustration, and sadness.  Watch what happens as your energy connects with them.  Their energy field changes and becomes darker, heavier, and denser.  Their minds become slower, their heart shuts down tighter and their steps are slower.

I SAY TO YOU THAT YOU HAVE IMMENSE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR WORLD.  Do you see what one person can do?  Also remember that the people on the street are also looking back at you and passing their energy on to you.   IF YOU ARE WALKING ON THE STREET WITH YOUR

HEART OPEN SENDING LOVE AND JOY TO EVERYONE, WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE YOU WOULD MAKE IN YOUR WORLD. 

DARE TO BE THE PERSON ON THE STREET WALKING WITH YOUR HEART OPEN AND KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT BE WALKING ALONE.  I WILL BE WALKING BY YOUR SIDE, AND THERE WILL BE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS WALKING WITH US. 

KNOW IN YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS THAT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.  YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CREATE AND BE WHO YOU DREAM OF BEING.

Dear Ones,

There is so much work to be done for the beings of your world. You have so many hurt and damaged souls who are suffering, wandering alone without hope. My heart weeps for the loneliness that I can feel coming from each of you.

Many years ago, your world took a turn towards the gathering of money, material possessions, and power over others. It is thought that the road to happiness is paved with gold, material possessions, and how much more you have than your neighbors. It is thought that all of these things will make you a better and happier person.

You are so mistaken in your thoughts and beliefs. Money, power, and material possessions say nothing about the kind of person that you are. Happiness, love, and joy speak to what is in your heart and how you choose to treat your neighbor. It does not speak to how much money you have in the bank or how nice your home is, or which brand of clothes you choose to wear.

You can have all the money and material things you could ever want, and you will still feel lonely and unloved. Love and caring does not come from objects or paper dollars. It comes from one person's heart to your heart. Love and happiness comes from looking into your heart and listening to what it is telling you. It comes from reaching out and sharing yourself with others. It comes from caring about your neighbors all over the world.

Being here on your earth was meant to be about learning how to live with all the other beings in the world, with love and caring, learning to appreciate the differences in other cultures, religions, and colors. Being here on your earth was never meant to be about who is better because of what religion you practice, the color of your skin, or how you dress.

Today as you go about your lives and you see someone who looks different than yourself, open your eyes and really look, are they so different from you? Or do they just wear a different style of clothes? Or maybe their skin is a different color? But inside each of those beings is their heart, not the same; are their bodily organs not the same?

YOU ARE ALL ONE ON THIS EARTH; the only differences are in your outward appearance. You all have the same need for love and caring. Buried in your hearts is the same need to reach out and help each other. I ask you today to open your hearts and reach out to help each other, to know that I am reaching out to each of you. Know that I love each and every one of you just as you are. This journey here on earth is about learning to love yourselves and each other.

Letter 161

Dear Ones,

Today I want to talk about FEAR. I am aware that most of the readers of my letters are not looking at the changes happening on your Mother Earth with the eyes of FEAR. My concern is the millions of other beings on your planet that are looking at the changes with eyes of fear.

Now is the time when I am asking each one of you to stand up and open your mouths and start telling everyone what your beliefs are about the future. Let your friends and families know that you believe all the changes that are happening are leading us to the life of love and open-heartedness that everyone dreams of. They need to know that this is not just pie in the sky kind of dreams, but that these dreams are becoming the truth of your world.

There are those of your planet who are watching the changes and unrest with confusion and doubt. They are wanting all of this to stop and for it to go back and appear to be peaceful without chaos or confusion. Now is the time for those beings to recognize that all that is happening in your world is the beginning of the end of your old ways. The ways of selfishness, greed, violence, hate, and separation are being removed and will fall away. The people of Earth were never meant to live in such a discordant and harmful way. Living in separation and aloneness is harmful and unhealthy for all beings of the world.

Have you not noticed that the illness and diseases of your world are becoming more severe and deadly? The ultimate and underlying causes of these kinds of disease is separation and aloneness. All beings of your world and the universe are connected and make up the whole. In your separateness and isolation, you are denying the very core of who you all are. This separation has been going on for eons and eons. It is no longer possible for the beings of the universe to live in this way. All of the old ways of separation and aloneness must disappear, and the time of acknowledging your connections to the whole is now approaching and becoming.

In the different countries of Earth, many are protesting greed and selfishness. The underlying cause of the disease of greed and selfishness is SEPARATION. So I say to you, applaud these beings that are standing up and saying they will no longer allow greed and selfishness to be the way of the world. I will also say there is no need for violence to be a part of these protests, for once again, the disease of violence is about separation and aloneness. Nothing in violence leads to love and connection. It is only about separation and aloneness.

It is time for your voices to be heard; rather, you are standing in a crowd with a sign or talking to your neighbors, friends, and families. Now is the time to speak the truth as you know it. Remembering always that each voice counts. Each and every one of you has great importance on your planet, just as each of your voices have great importance.

I CAN’T HEAR YOU!! CAN YOU SPEAK A LITTLE LOUDER?

I am right there beside each of you. Find your voice, and I will speak with you as you speak the truth of what your world is to be. Know that your hearts are opening and becoming full and welcoming to all beings of the universe. As always, there are thousands of us here on this side waiting to help you. Letter 209

Good Morning, Precious Ones,

There are not enough words in your world to express our love and appreciation for who each of you are. Your differences and uniqueness is wonderful to behold. My heart breaks when I see your young people so desperately trying to be like everyone else. And it is not just the young people who wish to be like everyone else. Many, Many times I hear beings say I just want to be normal; I want to be like everyone else.

So, let me say again that it is your differences and uniqueness that is wonderful to behold. Each of you learning to love yourselves is a big step on your journey into the 5D world. In fact, that is the biggest step and perhaps the hardest one to reach and achieve. It is easy to try and walk around this one or to pretend to the outside world that you are loving and appreciating yourself. But, it is important to remember that pretending to the outside world is not going to work on your journey to the 5D. Saying loving words out loud about yourself and the whisperings that you do inside your head need to match. It is the whisperings that I am concerned with. What you say to yourselves each and every day all day long. Are the words inside your head loving and caring words or are they abusive and harmful? It is time to know that the unkind whisperings have to stop before you journey fully into the 5D world.

The 5D world is a world of truth, light, and love. Pretending does not work here.

You are being asked to appreciate and love yourself for exactly who you are. It does not mean that you wait to love yourself until you have changed this or that. IT MEANS THAT RIGHT NOW TODAY THAT YOU LOVE YOURSELF JUST AS YOU ARE. It is important to remember that everything is a work in progress. Each and every day you are changing and becoming new and different. So it is about loving the changes, loving who you were yesterday, loving who you are today, and who you will be tomorrow.

It is also important to know that until you can accept and love yourself just as you are right now in this moment in time, it is not possible to love others in an unconditional way either. These two things walk hand in hand. Loving yourself unconditionally is step one. Once that is accomplished, then step two falls right into place, and you are able to extend that same unconditional love to each being of Mother Earth and Mother Earth herself.

So today, I ask you to let go of your right and wrong, good and bad thinking, and I should have or should do thinking. Just allow yourselves to be without judgments or long lists of things you should have done or not done. FOR TODAY JUST BE.

When those harmful whisperings in your head start up let them go, send them away, or ask me for help in taking them away. As you start practicing this in your daily lives, you will soon find that the whisperings in your head will start matching what you say out loud to the world about yourself. Soon you will know that you are the most perfect being just as you are today, tomorrow, and all the days after that.

Know that we are here loving you and wishing to help you in any way we can. You only need ask and we will be there to help you. I am cherishing who you are and loving you most dearly in my heart. I love you, I love you, and I love you.

Today, I have asked Barbara to re-post Letter 292. During these times of intense rage and division in your world, it can be forgotten that each being has options. Each being has free will, and with free will comes Power. The Power to choose, the Power to make a difference, the Power to stand up and be counted, and the Power to change what is happening in your world.

Good Morning Dear Ones,

This morning I wish to speak again of the Gift that each of you have been given at the beginning of your existence. This gift is the Gift of Free Will. In your world there on Mother Earth, there is not any attention being paid to this gift. It is almost as if it does not exist. For many, it is just words that have been written in days long past, but it has no real meaning to your day-to-day world.

Now, I will say to you most loudly it is time to wake up and realize that you indeed have this gift, and it is not to be taken lightly. Often it has been presented to you with rules and regulations attached to it. Some of the religious leaders and other beings that have been in power have purposely led you to believe that your gift has no meaning. In other words, it is just words written long ago.

This gift of Free Will is the key and the pathway to having the life that you have been dreaming of and praying for. The gift was given by God to each and every one of you. He placed no stipulations on this gift. There are no rules placed on the use of this gift. The Gift of Free Will is your source of personal power. The personal power I speak of is not power over someone else, or the power to hurt someone, or to take something from someone else. This personal power is not about greed, selfishness, financial gain, or being better than the next person.

The Gift of Free Will and the personal power that comes from using that gift is priceless. With this gift, you have been given the tools to direct your own life. The life that you are living is not being directed by God; it is being directed by each one of you. IN THE GIVING OF THIS GIFT, HE IS SAYING TO EACH OF YOU, DO WHAT YOU WILL WITH YOUR CHOOSING TO RETURN TO MOTHER EARTH. CHOOSE WHY YOU ARE RETURNING TO MOTHER EARTH. WHAT IS IT YOU ARE WANTING TO DO AND LEARN WHILE YOU ARE THERE ON MOTHER EARTH? Every bit of your life lies within your personal power. Your choosing to use that power or not use it is directed by you and only you.

GOD IS NOT THE BEING WHO YOU HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE HE IS. GOD IS NOT STANDING ON HIGH, WAITING TO PUNISH YOU OR DIRECT YOUR LIFE IN ANY WAY. He is simply here offering his love and support to each of you and to every being in my world. He is not directing what each of you does or doesn't do. The choice is yours to make or not make. You alone have the power to do anything you want to do or to direct your life in any way you choose.

Each one of you made many choices before returning to Mother Earth; about what you want your life to be during this time. Contracts and agreements were made before you returned here to Mother Earth. Your gift of Free Will is needed to accomplish all that you came to do. It is time to honor yourselves and to honor God by using this gift that was given.

YOU CAN START TODAY TO USE THIS GIFT. BEGIN BY TAKING THE TIME TO SIT AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE ABOUT. WHAT DIRECTION DO YOU NEED TO GO, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH? Be aware that these decisions need to come from your heart and not just your brain. Do not allow your brain to stop you from what your heart is telling you that you can do once you have made your decision about the direction you need to go. I am now asking you to speak out loud what direction you are wanting to go and what you are wanting to do. During your time of speaking out loud, be sure to ask for our help and support with what you're choosing to do.

You have this Gift given by God to you for your use and your personal power. NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE BACK YOUR PERSONAL POWER AND TO USE THIS GIFT AS IT WAS INTENDED TO BE USED.

Know that all in my world are standing right here at the ready to help in any way we can. We are loving you each and everyone. I cherish and love you each.

Dear Ones,

This is the time of Becoming!! This is the time of New Beginnings!! Just as my son was resurrected, so are you being resurrected this day. There is a purpose for all the new and intense energy coming into your Mother Earth. This energy is to strengthen you and lift you up to all that is waiting on you and waiting for you.

Each being of Mother Earth has chosen to be here at this time. Each of you came with a specific plan and purpose. Each plan and purpose is beyond important to all beings of Mother Earth. Each being of Mother Earth is connected to every other being. Your plans and purposes are connected just as each of you are connected.

It is time to step up nd step forward. It is time to answer the call of your soul. If you are thinking I have no idea what that is, then I will say to you. It is time to sit quietly and be with yourself, your angels, and my Son, listen to what is being said to you. Let your brain be quiet and truly listen to what is being said. Fear can stop you from being able to hear. Set your fear aside for the moment and allow yourselves to hear what is being said.

I can assure you and promise you that nothing is being asked of you that you are unable to do. Yes, it will most likely be more than what you think you are capable of doing, but believe me when I say you can do it. We will walk hand in hand with you and show you the way to accomplish all that you came here to do during this time. You each are so much more than you dreamed you could be.

All you need to accomplish this day is to stand up and say yes to your future. It makes no matter if you do not know what the future is today, what matters is that you are willing to step forward into the life you were meant to have by simply standing up today and saying out loud to yourself and the world. "YES, I AM WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO ACCOMPLISH MY PURPOSE FOR BEING HERE DURING THIS LIFETIME."

This is no small step you have taken to fulfill your purpose for being here. Take the time each day to quietly sit and be with us, and we will walk you through your next steps and all the ones after that. We will be walking with you as you take your next steps. That is our promise to each of you. You will not be walking this new journey by yourself.

I want each of you to remember that the journey you are stepping into today is not a journey of big huge steps, it is a journey of a thousand little steps. Steps taken in your time and as your readiness allows you to move forward day after day after day.

My Dearest Ones,

Please know that I have been right here beside you, loving you, holding you, and caring for you greatly.

Much has been happening in your world, and I am aware that in these times, all that is going on can be overwhelming and chaotic. Your world has changed so drastically, even though in your hearts and minds, all may seem totally wrong and without rhyme or reason. Let me assure you that all is happening just as it should.

You are going through a huge and gigantic clearing and cleansing. Mother Earth herself is going through this same clearing and cleansing. I am sure you have been aware of all the differences in your weather patterns with hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, and the list goes on. It seemed never-ending, I am sure. All that is happening in your outside world (Mother Earth) is happening in your personal physical world, global world, and your country.

Everyone and everything is being taken back to their foundations. This is a clearing and cleansing of all that has gone on before, back to the beginning of your time. Back to the beginning of your Mother Earth. For many of you, this will cover many, many lifetimes. Which only means that some of you have a bit more to take care of than others.

Everyone is going through this process, and if you are reading this and thinking no, this isn't happening in my life. Then I say to you, it is time to wake up and pay attention to what is happening right here and right now. You may be living in the past and not be paying attention to what is really going on in the moment or moments of each day.

I am hoping that you will hear me very clearly right now. It is time to stop the struggle, the holding back, or denying the truth of what is going on in your world. I want to tell you to go with the flow, the flow of what is happening to you right now in each moment of your day. I am aware that this is very easy for me to say, but a bit more difficult for some of you to live. What is happening to many of you is that with the struggling and holding back, you are in a great war with the energy coming into your world. This is a war that you cannot win, nor do you really want to win.

All that you have been wanting and asking for will be the outcome of this great clearing and cleansing. All regrets and sorrows of the past will be washed away. All dreams and images of the future will fade and not take up so much room in your mind. You will just be living in the now, the current moment, without anything from the past holding you back, nor anything from the future keeping you in fear that you can't do.

Imagine yourself without the burdens of the past and the burdens of the future, gone, washed away. Imagine yourself in the moment, living in peace and joy. Appreciating who you really are without all the trappings that you have been carrying. It will be a whole new way to live, and you will discover a whole new being coming to life, walking in the world with the knowledge of who you are and what you have come here to do in this lifetime. Knowing within yourself that you are capable of doing whatever is being asked of you.

And of course, we will be right here walking beside you. Loving you and holding you so dearly as you go through this process of finding yourselves.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

As I come to you today, I am so grateful that My Letters have reached you and you can read and hear what I want to share with you. Your world is struggling and desperately trying to find its way. The balance of your world has tipped so far to the other side that it has become even difficult to assume it will ever find its way back to peace and calm.

It is important for each of you to hear what I say, your world will come back into balance, in fact, a better balance than it has ever known. I am so aware that you need hope to hang onto during this time, and I ask you to hang onto my words and know they are the truth.

I want each of you to know that the way back to balance will be found through LOVE. Many of you might be saying right now what does LOVE have to do with any of what is going on in the world? LOVE is what will bring your world back into balance. I AM SPEAKING OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. This is not something that most beings of Mother Earth know about. Many times, it just seems like a faraway idea that is not real. I AM HERE TO TELL YOU IT IS REAL AND YOU EACH NEED TO LEARN ABOUT IT AND TO START PRACTICING LOVING YOURSELVES UNCONDITIONALLY.

LOVING oneself unconditionally starts by letting go of judgments of self and others. This will be a huge change for many of you, but it is the only place to start. This means no more ugly words said to yourself or ugly thoughts about others. You do not know anyone else's story or what their journey has been about. You do not KNOW in what conditions they have lived in or what their day to day life is like. Let yourselves start with compassion, for yourself and for everyone else in the world. The homeless man or woman standing on the street corner is just as special, beautiful, and unique as each one of you.

During the next months and maybe even years, each one of you will be learning to love yourselves and others unconditionally. THE TRUTH IS YOU CANNOT LOVE ANOTHER MORE THAN YOU LOVE YOURSELVES. NOR CAN YOU ACCEPT THE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE THAT I SEND TO YOU EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU CAN LOVE YOURSELVES IN THE SAME WAY.

IT IS MY GREATEST AND FONDEST HOPE THAT THE DAY WILL COME when you can ACCEPT ALL THE LOVE I HAVE FOR YOU. EACH ONE OF YOU IS SO SPECIAL AND WONDROUS; I HAVE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS THE WONDER OF WHO YOU EACH ARE.

We are standing right here beside and all around you, loving and supporting and encouraging you. You only need ask us and we will be right there to help you in any way we can. You each are loved beyond your wildest imaginations.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

I am wanting to know how each one of you are walking through these days.  Once again, I will say there is great intense energies coming into your Mother Earth and to each of you. Your physical bodies are desperately trying to integrate all that is coming forth. Many of you are having what I will call side effects to all that is transpiring. Do not be surprised if you are experiencing extreme tiredness requiring many more hours of rest each day. Your appetites may go to extreme differences, with it decreasing or increasing drastically. Are your brains much more active, and it is most difficult to slow them down? Are thoughts and ideas running rapidly through your thinking processes?

What I will say to you is to go slowly through all the changes. Do not struggle and fight your way through this. Picture yourself in the river, just moving along with the flow of the water. I will tell you that there is no way to control or deflect this energy that is working so very hard to integrate with your physical bodies.

This energy that is coming into your world at this time is increasing your vibrational rate, bringing you closer to your 5D world. The energy and what it is bringing you is so needed and truly what you have been asking for. So I will say to you, stay with what is happening and allow yourselves to flow with what is transpiring in your personal realm. There is much that is being given to you during this time, and much you will be grateful for once all has been integrated into your physical bodies.

It is important to know during this time what a wonderful job each one of you are doing on your own personal journeys. If you were to look back over the last few years, you will see how far you have come. Do you see how much you have grown and changed? Have your hearts not opened more and more with each passing day? Are you not more loving and caring of yourselves and each other?

As I have said in the past many, many times, your self-care and love is of the utmost importance. Your main purpose and lesson to learn during this lifetime is the care and the loving of oneself. No one can truly unconditionally love others until they unconditionally love themselves. What do you see when you look in the mirror each day? Can you say, "I LOVE WHO I AM, I LOVE HOW I WALK IN THE WORLD, AND I AM SO GRATEFUL TO BE WHO I AM?" Those are great giant words.

So, each morning as you get ready for your day, I am asking you to step forward and look in the mirror and tell that person you see "YOU" how much you love them and what exactly do you love about them. Do you love how YOU walk in the world, do you love how you treat yourself, do you love how you treat others, and what about how you treat Mother Earth and all the different living, breathing life forms???

This is no small homework that I am giving you. Expressing out loud to yourselves how much you love YOU is energetically monumental. When was the last time you told yourself out loud that you love YOU? I am going to make a giant guess and say never. So now is the time to start saying it out loud and even shouting it from the rooftops. And if you do not totally believe what you are saying, that is OK. Just keep on saying it each day or many times a day. Soon you will find that you do mean it. You will find yourselves looking in the mirror with the eyes of love, with the inner knowing that you are a unique and wonderful being.

Know, as always, that we are right here loving you and most certainly looking at each one of you with the eyes of love. I am holding you most dearly in my arms and walking right beside you. Know that we are standing at the ready to help you in any way that we can. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

There is much to share with you this morning. I know that these past weeks have indeed been a strain on all of you. Most beings are experiencing some side effects from the intense energies that are coming to Mother Earth at this time. Extreme fatigue and I mean more than physical fatigue it, is much more severe than just being tired. Is it not like your inner being has been worn down and is no longer able to assimilate all that has been happening to your physical body? Many of you are experiencing new allergic reactions to food and the environment. Depression and irritability are coming to the forefront.

To all of you, I will say this is not something you can control or take care of on your own. It is indeed time to ask for help and to allow all that is happening to you to wash on through your bodies. Allow whatever rises up to the forefront to move on through your bodies and to release it out into the universe. Holding on and trying to figure it all out from your 3D world will not work and will only prolong what is transpiring.

Know that this will not go on for months and months. Each one of you is changing and rearranging who you are and how you fit in the world. Many of you will not recognize yourselves when it is all said and done. I cannot put an exact time frame on how long this will go on for each of you because that depends on you and how quickly you make this transition. But, allowing yourselves to release and let go of the control you think you have will greatly speed up the process.

Barbara said to me this morning, "Mother Mary, I don't know who I am anymore; what is going on?" The truth is many of you may be feeling this way, and it speaks to the changes that are happening inside of you. So, for now, it is time to let yourselves just be and know that you are not alone and that many, many other beings are going through what you are going through. Of course, we are right here beside you, and this is where we will stay. Give yourselves the freedom and permission to let your new selves be born.

This process is indeed like a rebirth. This time is about allowing the real you to come into being. So I say to you be patient and understanding with yourselves. Do not expect yourselves to be perfect or to do things as you have done in the past. This is all new territory and a whole new learning curve for each of you. It is a time of getting to know yourselves all over again. Who is the new person, and what does he or she like? This can be a wonderful time of surprises and acknowledgment of who you are. Think of it as a time of discovery and adventure. You will truly be amazed at who you find at the end of this process.

Know, of course, that we are standing right with you. We are excited about this journey you are on. We are loving you greatly and holding you most dearly in our hearts. Know that I love you beyond what words can say.

Dear Ones,

I want to take time today to let you know what a magnificent job each one of you are doing with all that is going on in your world. Each new full moon you have experienced in the last few months has been intense. The effects of these moons gives each one of you a jump start.

I have to wonder if you are saying, "Oh, Mother Mary, I don't need a jump start; my world is crazy enough without any more help." And, of course, you are right; your world indeed has been most crazy over the last few months. New and more and more intense energies have been coming into your world. Many of you have been going through what I will call transformations and very deep perception changes. In other words, the way you have been living and thinking about yourselves and others has undergone a great shift.

Some of you are even seeing yourselves in a more loving manner and finding that you can appreciate who you are and what you bring to the world. This is such an important step in making your way to the 5D world. I know that you are aware that the 5D world is all about love. And many, many of you are working very hard to journey to the 5D. You are giving more and more of yourselves in service to others, changing your ways of thinking, and letting go of old thought patterns that are untrue. We in my world are so excited to see you making these changes in your thought patterns and in the way you treat other beings of your world.

The very most important change in your world is to change and let go of your very old thought patterns about yourselves. Learning to love yourselves, which sounds like such an easy thing to do, is extremely difficult for most beings of Mother Earth. Many of you are still carrying around old thought patterns about yourselves from your childhood and finding that you abuse yourselves in your self-talk. You leave yourselves no room for not being exactly perfect at all times or not following the rules. I AM ASKING YOU WHAT IS PERFECT AND WHO DECIDES IF YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING PERFECTLY? WHO DECIDES IF YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THE RULES? WHO EVEN MADE THESE RULES YOU DECIDED LONG AGO TO LIVE BY?

There are rules in your world that are your laws that you must live by, but those are not the rules I am talking about. I am talking about the rules you hold in your mind about what you can and can't do. Oh, there is so much of your life that you are not partaking of because of these old rules that you don't even remember where they came from. It is truly time to stop and take a look at how you are living your lives and what you want to do with the rest of your life. Anything is possible. You can do whatever you want. You may try something and decide that it is not for you, or it might turn out to be exactly what you want to do. And, what I will say to you, "is good for you for trying," now you know whether it is the right thing for you. But without trying, you would never know and would just go on telling yourselves that, OH, I CAN'T DO THAT. YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. JUST TRY, AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT WHAT YOU FIND OUT ABOUT YOURSELVES.

OF COURSE, WE ARE GOING TO BE STANDING RIGHT THERE CHEERING YOU ON FOR TRYING. We are loving you so greatly and holding you so dearly in our hearts. KNOW AND REMEMBER THAT I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

I wish for you a season of growth, love, awareness, and joy. Know that you are loved most dearly, and that I am always right here waiting to be of service to you.

Dear Ones,

As these first days of summer come into being, let us rejoice at this new season and this time of change and growth. Summer comes to us with warmth, blue sky, thoughts of play, and good times. Summer comes with times of growth and gardens. It is a time of inner growth and change. The time has come for reaching out and pushing past old barriers.

As each of you reach out and push past what you have known, you will be shedding old ways, customs, and traditions. This is a time of getting ready for what the universe is growing into and becoming. It is a time to recognize your growth and who you are becoming. It is a time of waking up and seeing the truth of your world and what it has become. One of the first steps in allowing the old ways of the world to fall away is to clearly see the truth of what it has become. I am speaking of seeing the whole picture, not just part of the picture. This is not a time of agreeing or disagreeing with what the world has become; it is just about seeing the whole truth of what it is.

It is about recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of the world and yourselves. Are you ready to change that picture? Are you ready to look inside and find the truth of yourself and the world? As each of you brings the truth of yourself into being, you will affect the picture of the world. With your becoming who you are meant to be, then in turn the world will start to become who and what it was meant to be. Each being of this universe is connected and affects each other and the whole of your world.

It is past time to let go of the illusion that what you do and what you say does not matter to other beings or the whole of your world. Every thought, action, and deed affects every other living, breathing life form. Are you consciously aware of these actions of others? No, most of you are not, but all actions, thoughts, and deeds changes the energy in the universe. That energy reaches out and touches each of you, and in the touching of that energy, you are changed and affected.

SO I SAY TO YOU TODAY, WELCOME TO THIS SUMMER SEASON. WELCOME TO THIS TIME OF RENEWAL, GROWTH, NURTURING, AND HEALING. AS YOU EACH GROW AND HEAL IN THE WARMTH OF THE SUN, MAY THE OLD OUTER LAYERS OF UNTRUTHS RELEASE. WITH THE RELEASE COMES ROOM FOR GROWTH AND RENEWAL OF THE PRECIOUS TRUTH OF YOU AND THE UNIVERSE.

Know that we are right here, standing with you, ready to help you weed your garden or shed your old untruths. We number in the thousands, and we are loving each and every one of you. We are hoping that you can feel our love, support, and encouragement flowing into your world.
