Dear Ones,

Today let us talk about your dreams, hopes and prayers. On your Mother Earth, it is the time of Spring Equinox. This is a time of new beginnings, growth and renewal for all.

So my question for you today is what do you want your new beginnings to be about? Where do you want to go and what do you want to do? Are you still dreaming the same dreams and are you still asking for the same things in your prayers as you did last year?

Are you remembering that you are not the same person you were last year at this time? There is no one on your Mother Earth who has not changed over the last year or years. SO, IT IS TIME TO RE-EVALUATE WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU WANT. It is important to recognize and acknowledge all the changes that you made within yourselves over the last year. Each one of you are changing and growing each week.

Your attitudes and perceptions are changing. What you once believed true about yourselves may no longer be truth. What you dreamed and hoped for last year will most likely not be the truth of what you truly want today.

Today, it is time to stop and take a new look at yourselves. If you are still seeing yourselves with the glasses of last year or years, then it is time to take off the glasses and really take a look at who you are now. Are still thinking the same way? Are you able to do more things in the world with comfort and ease? What do you want in your life now and what do you not want in your life?

During the past years, you have learned that you are a co-creator of your life. It no longer works to say whatever is for my highest and best. Now is the time to take responsibility for who you are and what you want your life to be. Now is the time to ask for what you want and it is the time for you to receive what you want.

It is beyond important to remember that when you ask for what you want that you do not put restrictions on how it will be manifested in your lives. In your logical mind, you are not aware of all the possibilities that exist in the universe. Allow us the freedom to bring you what you are dreaming and asking for.

REMEMBER ALSO THAT IT IS OK TO STRETCH YOURSELVES AND ASK FOR WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE BELIEVED IN THE PAST WAS SOMETHING THAT YOU COULD NEVER POSSIBLY HAVE. DO NOT PUT LIMITS ON YOURSELVES OR ALL OF US. The only limits that exist are the ones that your logical minds have put on you and on us. SO OPEN YOUR HEARTS AND SOAR WITH THE WINDS AND ASK FOR ALL THAT YOU ENVISION.

Dear Ones, as always know that we are right here with you every step of the way. WE are standing with you and loving you so greatly. Know that I am here with you every second, every minute of every day. I AM LOVING YOU AND LOVING YOU AND LOVING YOU.

Dear Ones, 

Today, I wish to talk about you.  I am concerned about each one of you.  My concern is about how you are caring for yourselves during these times.  I know that you each are aware of the shifts that have happened in your world since the beginning of your new year.  

Are you each aware of the immense energy changes that are happening on your Mother Earth?  The energy has increased a hundred times at least since the beginning of your new year.  Your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are in distress.  

If you are one of the beings who believes that they were taking very good care of themselves before the beginning of the New Year than I want to say to you double your efforts.  If you were not doing self-care or minimal self-care, than it is beyond important that you change now and start to do that.  NOW MEANING TODAY.  

SELF-CARE MEANS EATING THE RIGHT FOODS FOR YOUR BODY.  IT MEANS INCREASING THE NUMBER OF HOURS OF REST THAT YOU GET EACH DAY.  EMOTIONALLY, IT MEANS CLEARING AND CLEANING OUT OLD ISSUES AND ENERGY PATTERNS FROM THE PAST.  BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THAT YOU EACH STILL HAVE OLD ENERGY PATTERNS FROM THE PAST THAT ARE LIMITING YOUR ABILITY TO GO FORWARD.  NOW LET US SPEAK OF YOUR SPIRITUAL BODY.  WHATEVER PRACTICES YOU EACH MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS NEEDS TO BE DOUBLED NOW. 

It is important for each of you to find your own comfort level with yourself-care.  In other words, are you feeling rested, is your body feeling comfortable and nurtured by the food and drink that you provide it.  What about your mind, is it running ragged or has it smoothed out and able to take moments of relaxation and emptiness.  Have you been exercising and allowing your physical body movement and flow?  During these times, I know that many of you have been experiencing physical pain and discomfort in your bodies.  Self-care means taking care of your physical body by visiting energy workers, massage therapists or whatever works to relieve your pain and discomfort.  

All of these tools and forms of self-care will be individual to each being.  What works for one will not necessarily work for your neighbor or friend.  It will help to talk among yourselves and to discover what others are doing to help themselves.

Of course, you can ask us for ideas, and we will provide you with ideas.  It will simply be a thought that pops into your head.  You will wonder where did that come from and then you will remember that you ask for help from us and of course, we answered you.  WE are always right here with you every step of the way.  We are doing our best to help you in any way that we can.  REMEMBER now that you are greatly loved and cherished.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Again today, let us talk about choices. It is so important that each of you recognize that the choices you have made in the past have formed what your life is today. I am so aware that this is a difficult truth for most of you to face. It is easier to blame God, me, and whoever else you might think of rather than yourselves.

Many of you are still blaming your parents or partners, saying things like if they hadn’t done this or that I wouldn’t be in this place now. That is not a truth Dear Ones. Once again I will say it is so important to recognize and accept the responsibility for who you are and how you live your life.

Always, Always, Always the truth comes back to each of you. In every situation, you had a choice to make. The choice may have been to follow your heart or to listen to someone else’s thoughts and to follow their way. It still comes back to you and your choice. There is not nor has there ever been a truth that said your choices would be easy. There have been times in each of your lives when you did make the easy choice and it turned out not to be easy after all or it turned out not to be the best choice for you.

So, now the big question is what do you do when you discover that you have not made the best choice for you? Now is the time to step back and really look at all your options and choices. It is time to ask yourself some questions. These are not questions that your mind can answer for you. Are you remembering now what your world is becoming and who you are becoming? I am speaking of you becoming a 5D heart centered being.

The time to continue relying on your brain/mind to make choices for you has passed. You will find it almost impossible to continue living in your world if you continue trying to live by what your brain tells you. Your heart is now the center of your world. It will never lead you in the wrong direction. I know that this is a new concept for most of you. You have been taught from birth to go by what your brain and logical mind says. It is thought by many that the brain is more important than your heart, or your feelings. This is an untruth. Your brain is important but it is not the most important organ in your body.

THE TRUTH IS YOUR HEART IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ORGAN IN YOUR BODY. IN FACT, IT IS ALL IMPORTANT. REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOUR 5D WORLD IS HEART DIRECTED. THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE 5D LIVE A HEART DIRECTED LIFE. SO STARTING TODAY, IT IS TIME TO START PRACTICING AND LIVING IN THIS MANNER. When you have decisions or choices to make, simply stay quiet for a moment, put your hand on your heart, and listen to what it tells you. There will be some of you who say, "Well it tells me nothing, I hear nothing." I will say back to you let go of your harsh thoughts about needing to live a heart centered life and open your mind and ears to what is being said to you. It is also a truth that you may not like what your heart tells you. If that is the case, then it is time to stop and discover what you do not like about it and what you need to do about that.

Most often choices we do not like are about fear and how your worlds will change if you make a certain choice. When you are finding yourself needing to make a difficult choice, one where you stand alone against family or friends, know that we are there with you. We are always with you, always standing right beside you. Yes, I am aware there are many times that you do not know that we are right there. I hope you will believe me when I say we are always right with you. For you are so loved and cherished beyond your wildest dreams. We know that these are difficult and challenging times for all of you. Learning to make decisions from your hearts takes great strength and courage. We honor you, each and every one for all you do.

Dear Ones,

Today, I want to assure you that we are all right here supporting you and ready to help you in any way we can. There are millions of us here in my world waiting and willing to help. These past six weeks since you have passed into your year of 2025 have been intense and surprising for many of you.

All did not calm down and become easier and more gentle as you passed into your long awaited 2025. You have found your world more intense. Your physical bodies are being bombarded with energy that is new and different and your minds are being thrown back into the old time 3D world. So, now not only are you dealing with the 5D world, last year's 3D world, and now old time 3D of five, ten, or even thirty years ago.

Many of you are finding yourselves acting and reacting as if you were back in an earlier part of your life. Are you finding yourself slipping into what might be called time warps? What you are really doing is releasing once again energy from an earlier time in your life. It is confusing, scary, and mind-boggling to find yourselves acting in these old ways. This will continue on for a few more months until all old energies have been released.

It is important to be aware at all times of what is happening in your bodies and minds. If you are tired or out of balance with yourselves, then these moments of time warps can become more severe and confusing. It is no longer possible to put yourselves on automatic pilot and move through your day without thinking or being aware of what is happening.

I am aware that you are stretched to your limits, but be assured that once you are aware of these time warps that all will become easier. All of this is leading up to each of you staying in the NOW WORLD. The 5D world is all about the NOW. Remember that there is no past and no future in the 5D world, there is only NOW.

So, consider yourselves being in school and you are learning to be in the NOW. Staying in the NOW will reduce the effects and length of the time warps and can eliminate them all together.  In the craziness of your world remember to ask us for help; for we are honored to be of service to you. WE find your courage, strength, and determination to better yourselves and your world admiral and awe-inspiring. You each are so loved and cherished. We are always right here beside you. To use the words of your world "we have your back" and we are covering it with love.

Dear Ones,

Today I wish to speak to those of you who are feeling so very tired. Some of you are wondering how you can continue to move forward. Your body, minds, and spirits are tired and worn thin. Your hearts cry out at times for some kind of relief or reprieve from all that is going on.

Are you wondering if there is a place where you can go to let everything in your world take care of itself for a few moments in time? And of course, I want to say to you that you only need to take care of yourselves and allow the rest of your world to take care of itself. Are you seeing chaos and upheaval happening in the lives of those around you?

This is the time then to stand back and support them in their changing worlds. By supporting them, I am not speaking of getting in the mix with them and taking care of everything. I am speaking of staying in your own space and holding them in love and light. This is a reminder that you do not know what is to be happening in anyone else’s life. You do not have the whole picture nor will you ever have the whole picture of someone else’s life.

What may seem wrong and out of place for someone else may be exactly where they need to be at this time. It is important to know that many people there on your Mother Earth are learning lessons of a lifetime right now. By that I mean they have traveled on their path and have walked by many opportunities to learn lifetime lessons and they have chosen not to. You might say they have come up against the brick wall at this time in their lives. They have choices and decisions to make, which only they can make.

For those of you who are watching loved ones walking through their lessons, it can be a challenge to watch how it all plays out. But, what are your lessons in the watching and why is this time of watching appearing in your lives? Some of you are simply in a place in your lives where you can stand in the shadows and send support and love. Do not be too quick to grab a hold of this reason; it is surely the easiest reason for being in this place. Perhaps, there are many of you who are getting ready to hit your own brick walls and are being allowed to see a movie of how someone else is dealing with it. It may be that you are one of the beings who needs to learn that you cannot and must not attempt to fix someone else's problems.

So today I say to each of you to stand back and allow yourself to see yourself with more clarity and understanding of which part you are playing today. There is much drama and misunderstanding happening in your world today. Drama and misunderstanding allows challenges and lessons to come forward to be worked through and learned from. Each being there on Mother Earth right now is some how involved in drama and misunderstanding.

Take the time to see what role you are playing and what you need to do to learn from what is happening in your life. Of course, we are right here ready to help you in any way we can. Many of us are standing in the background sending you love, courage, and strength for all that is happening in your lives. Know that I am right here loving you so dearly and carrying you in my heart. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Well, your lives have become a bit calmer since the turning of your calendar into the month of February. There will continue to be times and spaces of unrest and overwhelming amounts of energy. But, when you consider all that you, each have been through, there is truly nothing that you cannot handle. Your strength and determination continues to amaze us here in my world.

The beings of Earth seem to be and have a never ending well of strength. You are to be greatly applauded and honored for all you have accomplished. Each and every one of you has put your body, mind, and soul into turning your Mother Earth around. The transition from the old paradigm to the new light filled paradigm would not have happened without each of you.

As I said in my last letter now is the time of letting go of all the old secrets, lies, and self-deceptions. Those words may seem harsh and ugly, but the truth is there is not one being on Mother Earth who does not have secrets buried in their hearts, minds, and bodies. The lies and self-deceptions have come about because of the secrets. Most of the time the lies or self-deceptions are what you tell yourselves about things that have happened in your past. All of this is done to relieve guilt, shame, embarrassment, humiliation, and an immense lack of self-worth.

Right now, this very minute as some of you are reading this letter; I can almost feel you start to shrink up and become smaller. It is time to let go of these old patterns. It is time to realize that you are no longer that person who needed to feel shame, guilt, and on and on. This is not who you are today, nor is it who you are meant to be. It is time to open your heart and release all that is holding you back.

Many of you do not want to go back and look at these things that have been buried and hidden away. To each of you, I will say it is time. IT IS TIME TO CLOSE YOUR EYES, PUT YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART AND CALL MY NAME. PLEASE COME WITH ME AND LET US WALK AND TALK. LET US GO TO MY GARDEN AND SPEND THIS TIME WITH EACH OTHER. It is time to talk of these things that you have never talked about before. It is time to tell me all that you have kept, hidden, and buried. I will listen; I will stay here and I will hold you most gently in my arms.

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EACH OF YOU TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NOTHING YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FORGIVEN FOR. WE HERE IN MY WORLD DO NOT KEEP LISTS OF RIGHTS AND WRONGS. Letting go of these things you have hidden and buried is about forgiving yourselves. I am speaking of truly forgiving yourselves. I am not speaking of just pretending and saying the words "Oh of course I forgive myself; all of that is in the past." I am talking of truly forgiving yourself with every ounce of your being. I am talking about a freedom beyond anything you have experienced before. WITH FORGIVENESS WILL COME A LIGHTING OF YOUR BODY. ALL PAST HEAVINESS WILL FLOAT AWAY; YOU MAY IN FACT, FEEL AS IF YOU COULD FLOAT AWAY.

There may be some of you who feel that to totally release these old issues that you will need to ask forgiveness of others in your life. If that is what you feel called to do, please step forward to do so. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER THEY FORGIVE YOU OR NOT, WE HERE HAVE FORGIVEN YOU AND YOU ALSO CAN FORGIVE YOURSELVES. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S HANGING ON TO OLD ISSUES FROM THEIR PASTS.

We are always right here ready to help in any way we can. You are not alone nor have you ever been alone. You each are loved beyond your imagination and in fact, beyond that. I love you so deeply and hold you so tenderly in my heart. I am humbled and amazed by your courage, strength, and determination to be all you can be. I am honored to be able to stand here beside you to help in whatever way I can. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Here we are at the end of the first month of your 2025. Are you shaking your head wondering what in the world is going on? There has been immense amounts of energy coming into your planet, as you well know. Most of you are feeling as if you have been hit by a tidal wave. Except this tidal wave hits you and then goes back out and returns to hit you again.

Well, I have good news the tidal wave has almost completed its cycle. That is not to say that all will be gentle and easy in the other 11 months of 2025. It is just to say that this cycle is almost complete. There are a few of you who will continue to experience these tidal waves into the next month. You all have been very brave and courageous going through the twists and turns of the tidal waves.

There is a new energy source that will be coming into your planet starting with this next month. Energy sources from many other planets will be filtering in and uplifting the vibration of planet Earth. You each will be more aware of other forms of living breathing life forms. Your planet has been visited for eons by beings from other star systems. All was kept hidden and invisible from most beings of earth. The time for invisibility has come and gone.

This time on your planet now is about truth and only truth. There is no longer room for secrets and lies. Lies told by your governments about what has been going on in your world for eons. You will start to see the veils of secrecy flow away into the ethers. Truths about past incidents and historical actions and reactions will be made known so that all are aware of the truth of your world.

It is as if Mother Earth is standing in a very large shower. She is being cleansed and returned to her perfection. Each of you will also be going into the shower and being cleansed and returned to your perfection. That is what your next few months will be about. The secrets and lies that have been part of your journey up until this point will no longer be hidden and put away. Your time for cleansing yourselves of all self-deceptions is beginning. We are aware that these deceptions and lies may have lived in your family for generations and they have been passed down from one to the other. All of that will be washed away and cleansed. It will go way beyond what you call the seven generations back and seven generations forward. It will go back to the beginning of your world, to the first day. It will go forward to the end of your world, the last day.

This whirlwind of cleansing will begin very slowly and build up its momentum over the next few months. THIS IS A JOURNEY OF FREEDOM FOR EACH OF YOU.  I AM SPEAKING OF TRUE FREEDOM. THIS WILL BE FREEDOM WITHOUT HIDDEN DARK CORNERS THAT YOU NEED TO WATCH AND CARE FOR. I AM TALKING ABOUT NO DARK CORNERS AND NO FEAR OF DISCOVERY. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE FREEDOM TO BE WHO YOU ARE AND WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE. Secrets, lies, and self-deceptions will become part of the past, which will stay in the 3D world. Each of you will continue on your journeys into the 5D world.

Of course, you are not traveling alone on your journey. We are right here with you. We will be standing right beside you as you go through your own personal cleansing shower. We will hold your hand, stand at your back, or carry you into the shower if that is what you need. WE ARE RIGHT HERE.

We are loving you so greatly and holding you so tenderly in our hearts. I am loving you each and everyone.

Dear Ones,

Have you noticed that your physical, emotional, and mental bodies are not doing well during these times? It is important to be aware of all that is going on in all your different bodies. The energy coming into your planet at this time is beyond anything you have known in the past.

Everything about you is seeking to adjust to what is pouring into your planet. Your physical bodies is feeling stressed and painful. Your mental bodies are becoming more forgetful and unable to focus. Have you noticed that you can start to do something and the next moment you are totally unaware of what you were going to start to do?

Now let us speak of your emotional bodies. How many of you have had a total collapse or I believe your word for it is "Meltdown" in the last few weeks? There may have been more than one episode like that. Anger, Rage, and Frustration seem to be running free and wild on your Mother Earth.

Pay attention to what is happening in your emotional bodies. Once again, old unfinished issues are coming to the surface with immense energy behind them. All are being pushed out into the open. You will no longer be able to contain what has been hidden and festering inside yourselves. Some of these issues have consciously been hidden away and held at bay. Others have subconsciously been waiting for the proper time to show their faces. All will need to be released and put to a final and clear ending.

It is most important at this time to stop and take a breath. Taking care of one's self during these times is no longer a choice, it has become a must. Your physical bodies are being taken to the farthest extremes. It is imperative at this time that you pay attention to the food you eat and the liquids that you drink. Drinking water and flushing toxins from your physical body is the best way to support your body at this time. For those of you who say I drink a lot of water every day, I am going to say drink twice that much from this day forward. Extreme amounts of toxins are being generated in your bodies from the energy vibrations that you are absorbing.

I am wondering if many of you are thinking that this is the same stuff that has been happening over and over throughout the last few years. You're right, some of this is more of the same old thing, but it is at a much deeper level and have you noticed it is coming through you with increased power and frequency? I wish that I could tell you, this is almost over. Of course, for a few of you, it is almost over, but for the bigger share of you, it will continue to be an ongoing journey for a while longer.

Of course, we are right here waiting to help you in any way that we can. When asking us for help, please do not try to direct the way in which the help should come. By trying to control each and every step along the way you tie our hands and then we are unable to help. There are so many, many ways to bring help to you that you are totally unaware of. Allow us a free hand in bringing you help in whatever way we can. So in your asking for help simply say

“Please help me with ______” and leave it at that. That allows us to bring you help in the best way possible for you.

Know that we are loving you most tenderly and holding you in our hearts. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

In my letter today, I want to stress that this is a time to be open-minded and open-hearted. Your world is changing very rapidly. It is important to note that help is coming your way in vast amounts. Help is coming in different ways now and through different messengers.

Pay attention to what you are reading and listening to. Follow your intuition and what it tells you. Are you listening and reading the right messages for you? Each of you will need help and direction from different sources. REMEMBERING now that each of you is unique and different. So it is important to listen to what your heart, mind, and body are telling you most importantly that you allow your heart to lead the way.

During this time, it is important that you learn to make all decisions from your heart. When you are trying to make a decision about anything in your life, there should always be that moment when you stop and place your hand on your heart and then asking your heart what is the right way to go. It is the time to learn that you need to do this each and every time you make a decision. This is called re-training yourself so that the heart is the leader in all decision making.

For eons and eons, it has been the logical brain/mind that has been making all the decisions in your lives. Now is the time to switch over and start leading a life that is directed from the heart. The 5D world is heart directed. Part of your journey into the 5D world is to learn to trust yourselves and your hearts. The trusting will only happen through time and practice.

REMEMBERING NOW THAT LISTENING AND LIVING BY WHAT THE LOGICAL BRAIN/MIND SAYS IS HABIT. You know of no other way to live and function in your world. There is no switch that we can turn off for you that tells you, OK it is all about your heart now. This is something that you each will need to learn and grow into. So start today to change these habits of a lifetime.

We will be right here with you helping you to remember to check with your heart about each and every decision you wish to make. Whether it is about the food you eat, the clothes you wear, or what you are going to do today. START BY PLACING YOUR HAND ON YOUR HEART ALLOWING YOUR FOCUS TO BE ON THE HEART ONLY AND THEN LISTEN FOR YOUR ANSWER. Remembering now that heart decisions are not going to be logical and agree with your brain. This is about learning to trust your hearts and yourselves.

At this time, it is also most important to treat yourselves with loving gentle kindness. Your physical bodies are going through tremendous changes trying to integrate all the new higher vibrations of energy coming your way. As always, we are right here loving you and holding you most gently in our hearts.  I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU.

Dear Ones,

Today let us talk about you. What are you thinking about doing? What have you been doing? What do you want to do? Of course, I am not talking about doing the dishes or washing your clothes. I am talking about what your heart and soul is telling you to do. Then again, you may be doing exactly what you want to be doing right now.

In the past weeks, we have talked about choices and making your own choices. We talked about the fact that not making a choice is indeed making a choice. It might not be the choice you really wanted, but it is a choice. We talked about the craziness of the last few weeks and about the fact that it is time to get back to work.

Well now, what exactly does that mean? Getting back to work. What I mean by getting back to work is that it is time to pay attention to what is happening in your life. Not the outside life you live, but what is happening inside of you. The inside life can easily get lost for a while with the glitter and glamour of Solstice, Christmas, and New Year's. All three of these are wonderful and important celebrations with friends, families, and loved ones.

What I am wondering is, how did you feel inside yourselves as you started the New Year? If you were not feeling uplifted, enlightened, and full of energy to take on the rest of your life, what have you done about those feelings? What choices have you made or not made in regard to what is happening in your heart, mind, and body? And maybe some of you were just plain too tired to care what was going on.

Today, let us stop and take the time to really look at what is happening in your heart, mind, and body. I want you to close your eyes, put your hand on your heart, take several deep breaths, and say my name. Just listen to my voice and allow yourselves to really take a look at what is happening and what you are wanting to happen. Take yourself to a very safe place, where it is quiet and peaceful. Allow your mind to empty and just be with yourself. There is no one more important right now than you. You are on an inward journey to check on your heart, mind, and body. Listen to what they are telling you. They may speak separately to you or they may come as a team with one voice. Their words are precious and full of wisdom; it is important to pay attention to what they are saying. Know that you are not alone on this journey, I am right here with you and we will take this inner journey together.

When you are ready, return back to this letter. As you return to the outer world, I want you to sit quietly for a few moments and contemplate your journey and what you want to do with what you have learned. You may not find those answers within the next few moments, but allow yourself the time to make choices about your lives.

Know that I am here loving you so greatly. I am holding you all so gently in my heart and cherishing you, each and everyone. I am in gratitude and gratefulness for all that you do to help each other and Mother Earth. I love you, I love you and I love you.
