Good Afternoon, Dear Ones,

Today, I have asked Barbara to re-post a letter from an earlier time. The Letter was originally scribed on June 21, 2011. The words of the Letter are true today just as they were in 2011. I wish for you a season of growth, love, awareness, and joy. Know that you are loved most dearly, and that I am always right here waiting to be of service to you.

Letter 149

Dear Ones,

As these first days of summer come into being, let us rejoice at this new season and this time of change and growth. Summer comes to us with warmth, blue sky, thoughts of play, and good times. Summer comes with times of growth and gardens. It is a time of inner growth and change. The time has come for reaching out and pushing past old barriers.

As each of you reach out and push past what you have known, you will be shedding old ways, customs, and traditions. This is a time of getting ready for what the universe is growing into and becoming. It is a time to recognize your growth and who you are becoming. It is a time of waking up and seeing the truth of your world and what it has become. One of the first steps in allowing the old ways of the world to fall away is to clearly see the truth of what it has become. I am speaking of seeing the whole picture, not just part of the picture. This is not a time of agreeing or disagreeing with what the world has become; it is just about seeing the whole truth of what it is.

It is about recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of the world and yourselves. Are you ready to change that picture? Are you ready to look inside and find the truth of yourself and the world? As each of you brings the truth of yourself into being, you will affect the picture of the world. With your becoming who you are meant to be, then in turn the world will start to become who and what it was meant to be. Each being of this universe is connected and affects each other and the whole of your world.

It is past time to let go of the illusion that what you do and what you say does not matter to other beings or the whole of your world. Every thought, action, and deed affects every other living, breathing life form. Are you consciously aware of these actions of others? No, most of you are not, but all actions, thoughts, and deeds changes the energy in the universe. That energy reaches out and touches each of you, and in the touching of that energy, you are changed and affected.

SO I SAY TO YOU TODAY, WELCOME TO THIS SUMMER SEASON. WELCOME TO THIS TIME OF RENEWAL, GROWTH, NURTURING, AND HEALING. AS YOU EACH GROW AND HEAL IN THE WARMTH OF THE SUN, MAY THE OLD OUTER LAYERS OF UNTRUTHS RELEASE. WITH THE RELEASE COMES ROOM FOR GROWTH AND RENEWAL OF THE PRECIOUS TRUTH OF YOU AND THE UNIVERSE.

Know that we are right here, standing with you, ready to help you weed your garden or shed your old untruths. We number in the thousands, and we are loving each and every one of you. We are hoping that you can feel our love, support, and encouragement flowing into your world.

Dear Ones,

Today is a day to celebrate Love. First of all, Love for yourself and then Love for all the others in your life. Many of you are unaware of how Love works. To be able to love another unconditionally, first fully, you must learn to love yourself in that way "UNCONDITIONALLY."

If I were to see you face to face on the street and ask you if you loved yourself. The automatic answer would be yes, without even thinking if it might be true or not. Who wants to admit that they do not love themselves? So, for today, let us say I am standing right in front of you. Right now, this very minute, as you are reading my letter, I am standing right in front of you.

I am asking you the question, "DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY?" What is your answer?? Many of you will have no answer and will just stand and stare at me with the saddest eyes I have ever seen. Others of you will simply turn and walk away. Then there are a few who will continue to look at me and say, "I AM TRYING MOTHER MARY." I will say to all of you whether you are the one who walked away, the one who stared at me, or the ones who say they are trying. I LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY. YOU EACH ARE WONDROUS BEINGS WITH THE CAPACITY TO LOVE YOURSELVES UNCONDITIONALLY AND THE REST OF THE UNIVERSE UNCONDITIONALLY. Most of you are also unaware that you have the capacity to love the whole of the universe.

It is most important to recognize that if you were to open your hearts completely that you have enough Love inside of you to encompass the whole of the world. And more importantly, you have the ability to love yourselves completely and unconditionally.

So, on this special day of the celebration of Love, I am asking you to consider starting on the journey to love yourselves unconditionally. The journey starts with you treating yourselves with as much Love, respect, and integrity as you treat others in your life. That means no longer saying those unkind words to yourselves or pushing yourselves to exhaustion. That means putting more into your days than work. That means giving your physical body healthy food and good exercise. That means finding work that not only feeds your pocketbook but also feeds your heart and soul. It also means opening your heart and looking in the mirror, and surrounding the being that you see with Love. It means no longer looking at yourself in the mirror and saying unkind words. It means no longer saying unkind words when you think you have not done something perfectly. Who made the rule of what is perfect and what is not??

It is time to open your heart and allow yourself to see who you truly are.

It is time to see yourself through the eyes of Love. Know that we are standing right here beside you, waiting to help you in any way we can.

Know that I am loving you most dearly and holding you each in my heart. 

 I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU.

Good Morning, Dear Ones,

This week and into your next week, there is and will be great amounts of energy, solar flares, and other dramatic events happening to your universe. Some of you will be greatly aware of this energy transference and others will walk through these days without a thought or knowing of what is happening.

So, if you are one of the beings that are aware of what is happening, know that you are just stepping up into the next level of your growth. Know that all is as it is supposed to be. Keep your minds and hearts open to accept all that is coming your way. Each of you will change in your own individual manner and we here in my world are enjoying watching you move and grow.

For those of you who are unaware of the energetic events that are occurring on your Mother Earth and to the whole of the universe, know that your turn will be coming. Your Earth is in ever changing patterns of change. All beings that live on Mother Earth are changing and growing. Remember that all change and growth will come at each beings individual timing. Some of you are even feeling that everything is moving very slowly right now. You of course are right, in your personal world all is moving slowly. This then is the time for you to catch up with yourself. This is a time to practice more self-care, which will help you be ready for the changing times that are coming to your personal world.

In all these immense energetic changes, self-care becomes not only a necessity, but it is crucial to your well being. Your bodies and minds need time and energy to assimilate all that is coming through. Without the self-care, your physical bodies will go into overwhelmed, tiredness, chaos, and confusion. It is not necessary to put yourselves through such extreme discomfort and emotions. Give yourself the gift of self-care. Your body, mind, and soul will be able to assimilate all the changes that are occurring with ease and comfort if you are well cared for and walking in self-love.

If you are finding self-care difficult to maintain and accept, then perhaps you were to think of yourselves as a small child and give that child the care they need. Concentrate on what that child needs and how you can best provide it. Know that if this is the only way you can provide self-care to yourself; then it is a very good way to start doing that. There is indeed a very small child inside each of you. Caring for that child is of the utmost importance to your personal world.

Letter 250

Dear Ones,

Today, let us talk about who you believe you are. I am not talking about who you really are, but who you believe you are. Most of you will still be holding thoughts and beliefs about yourselves that you learned in your childhood. There will be very few of you who have taken time to adjust your thinking to the truth of who you are today and who you are meant to be.

Those thoughts that you have carried with you from your childhood are really thoughts that belong to someone else. Throughout your childhood, you heard your Mother, Father, Aunts, Uncles, and siblings tell you who they thought you were. Most often those are the things that you believed about yourselves. In your childhood thinking, you would believe that if they said it, it must be true.

Well, I want you to hear me very clearly today, this is not the truth. What you heard was their opinion, which can often be a long way from the truth of any situation. So, I say to you today, who do you believe you are? Many of you will simply repeat what you have been told over and over by others. I am hoping there are a few of you who will stop and think about this question. Actually, I am hoping there are more than a few who will stop and wonder about this. Looking at what they have been told and then looking at how they live their lives.

These are very large and important questions for you to answer. First looking at who you used to be and how you live your lives in the past. Then going forward to how you live your lives today, who are you right now in this day? You have all changed and grown over your lifetimes. NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION OF ALL IS WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BE FROM THIS DAY FORWARD? In my last letter, we talked about your dreams and what you are wanting in your lives. NOW ONCE AGAIN, A BIG IMPORTANT QUESTION. Can the person you believe you are today live the life you are dreaming about? Do you believe that inside yourself? If you don't believe you can be the person in your dreams, then how can those dreams come true?

Are you understanding that it is time to change the perception you have of yourself? It is the time to close your eyes and see the truth of who you are. You are capable of impossible things. You are capable of fulfilling every one of your dreams. YOU, INSIDE YOURSELF, MUST BELIEVE AND KNOW THIS IS TRUTH. If you don't truly believe you can be the person in your dreams, then how can your dreams come true?

So, once again, I will say, close your eyes, come with me, and we will watch this video of who you truly are. Just breathe slowly allowing yourselves to relax and see what we are showing you. This is the truth of who you are and what you are capable of doing. OPEN YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS TO ALLOW THIS NEW INFORMATION TO BE ABSORBED INTO YOUR BEING. NOW ALLOWING THE OLD PERCEPTIONS TO RELEASE AND FADE AWAY. It is most necessary to let go of the old so that there will be room for the new to come into your being. Each morning over the next days and weeks, take the time to sit quietly and watch this video, giving yourself the time and space to truly absorb what you are seeing.

For a few of you, there will be instant recognition of the truth of who you are. For, others it will take time and effort to let yourselves believe what you are seeing. Can you see yourselves living your dreams and doing all that is being asked of you for your dreams to become your reality? REMEMBER THAT THIS CAN BE A PROCESS OF TAKING VERY SMALL STEPS TO REACH YOUR BIGGEST GOALS. Once again, I will say to you, we are here ready to walk each of those steps with you. We are loving you and support you every step along the way. These small steps are part of your pathway into the 5D world. Allow yourselves the possibilities of all there is. I am loving you so greatly and cherish each one of you in my heart.
