Dear Ones,

Well, you are almost there, almost ready to walk into 2026. I so wish to see you walking into this New Year with your heads held so very high and proud. What you have each accomplished is incredible. These past year has taken great courage and strength of character to withstand all that has occurred to your world and you each personally.

I am also remembering that you each made the choice to be here at this time on your planet. It is no surprise then that you would have great strength and courage. For you would not have volunteered to be here if that were not so. Each of you has had great personal lessons to learn from these times. All of that is still occurring as I write this letter today, and as you read this letter over the next few days.

As I said in my last letter, these coming months are a time to go within and work on issues that are still lying in wait to stop you on your journey. You each have great hopes and dreams for your own personal future and for your world and the universe. LET ME TELL YOU MOST LOUDLY THAT THE PATH IS CLEAR. THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOU OR YOUR WORLD NOT TO HAVE ALL THAT YOU HAVE DREAMED OF. The only stumbling block to all of this is your own past issues and untruths that you believe about yourselves.

According to your calendars, you have just passed through the time of the darkest days. Winter Solstice has come and gone, and now is the time when the light is returning to your world. So I say to you each that now is the time for your personal light to return. Allow these next months to be a time of opening and allowing all that you are to light up the world.

You each have a purpose for being here at this time, and it is most necessary to allow your light to shine and fulfill your purpose. I AM SPEAKING VERY LOUDLY RIGHT NOW WHEN I SAY I NEED YOU! I NEED YOUR LIGHT, AND THE UNIVERSE NEEDS YOUR LIGHT TO SHINE SO BRIGHTLY NOW!

This is the time of coming out. This is your time to be all that you are meant to be. Come and join us, shedding your old untruths and forgotten issues as you walk towards us. As always, we are waiting here to help you. We can show you how to shed the untruths and forgotten issues. We are loving you greatly and holding you in our hearts. I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I LOVE YOU. A JOYOUS AND WONDROUS 2026 TO EACH OF YOU.

Dear Ones,

Let us today talk about choices. The choice that I am interested in today is the one you make in the morning after you get out of bed. Will it be a good day? Will it be a bad day? Will it be an OK day?

Did you know that you have a choice about what your day will be? You can get out of bed feeling a little tired, crabby, and saying, yuck, it's raining. Guess where the day will go from there. What kind of day do you think you will have if you CHOOSE to stay in that mindset? First off, is the energy that you wake up with all yours, or is it part of the collective consciousness? Have you cleared and cleaned your energy field lately? Have you cleared and cleaned the energy field of your home and car?

The condition of your energy field has a direct connection to the kinds of days you choose for your life. Isn’t it incredible that these are your choices about what kind of days you can have? Have you been thinking it was a random thing that just happened to you? I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHOICES ABOUT HOW YOUR DAY WILL BE.

The energy of your world right now is very intense and heavy. There is great turmoil going on in many countries and cities all over the world. You have a choice whether or not to bring that energy into your car, your home, and your life. People walking through your grocery stores and malls have great turmoil going on inside of them. What about the people who are struggling to find a job, or they are worried about losing their homes?

You can change nothing for these people who are in turmoil by bringing it into your lives and homes. That will not change anything for them. In fact, it is more harmful for them when that happens. The harm comes from you increasing that turmoil by bringing it home and allowing it to grow and expand. It is so much better for you, your world, and those in turmoil if you CHOOSE to stay in your own energy field, simply sending love and caring to them.

We have talked before about old emotions and situations coming up to be released and let go of. If you CHOOSE to hang on to these old emotions and situations, how do you think you will feel in the morning when you get out of bed? REMEMBERING NOW THAT YOU TOOK THEM TO BED WITH YOU OR, IN SOME CASES, THEY CAME TO YOU DURING THE NIGHT IN YOUR DREAMS.

WHETHER TO LET GO OF THESE OLD EMOTIONS AND SITUATIONS IS A CHOICE THAT IS FOR YOU TO MAKE. PLEASE CONSIDER WHEN YOU ARE MAKING YOUR CHOICE THAT IT AFFECTS THE KIND OF DAY YOU WILL HAVE. IT WILL AFFECT THE KIND OF MOTHER YOU WILL BE, THE KIND OF WIFE/HUSBAND YOU WILL BE, AND THE KIND OF WORLD CITIZEN YOU WILL BE.

What is your energy field bringing into the world today? Are you bringing turmoil and unrest, or WILL YOU BRING YOURSELF INTO THE DAY AS A HEART-CENTERED, LOVING, CARING BEING?

AGAIN, IS IT NOT INCREDIBLE THAT YOU GET TO CHOOSE WHAT KIND OF DAY YOU CAN HAVE? YOU GET TO CHOOSE WHAT KIND OF ENERGY FIELD YOU BRING INTO THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY FIELD.

KNOW THAT WE ARE HERE, LOVING YOU, AND WE ARE WAITING AND WILLING TO HELP YOU WITH WHATEVER YOU WOULD LIKE HELP WITH TODAY. WE ARE ALWAYS HERE, AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF US SUPPORTING AND LOVING YOU.

Dear Ones,

The energy on your planet for the last couple of weeks and continuing for a few more weeks is most intense and difficult. It may feel as if your world has turned upside down and sideways. All feelings have been intensified and increased two-fold, and in the case of anger, fold. Have you found yourselves becoming angry at things that make no sense? Are you flaring out at people, places, and things that you have no control over? REMEMBERING NOW THAT THIS IS A TIME OF LETTING GO OF CONTROL.

Going with the flow and letting go of control is a great challenge for many of you. You have held this belief that you have control over everything in your lives. Your belief is that you have control over people, places, and things, and this is an untruth. The truth is, you have never had nor will you ever have control over people, places, and things. THE ONLY CONTROL THAT YOU CAN HAVE IS THE CONTROL OF BEING AND STAYING IN THE FLOW OF LIFE. WHICH IS TO SAY IF YOU ARE IN THE FLOW THEN YOU ARE LETTING GO OF CONTROL. BEING IN THE FLOW IS LIVING IN THE NOW AND BEING PRESENT FOR WHATEVER MIGHT OCCUR AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT IN TIME.

So the craziness of your world right now is about each of you learning to let go of control and allowing yourselves to be in the flow of life. The energy waves to your planet have increased greatly over the last few weeks, and this will continue through the month of May. So it is a time of hanging on to your hat and allowing yourself to be. Resistance of any kind at this point in time will only increase the challenge of these times.

Take the time now and over the next few weeks to spend time with yourselves daily. Take a few moments each day to be silent and be with yourselves. If it is possible, then do this several times a day. REMEMBERING TO CLEAN AND CLEAR YOUR ENERGY DAILY OR SEVERAL TIMES A DAY IF YOU ARE OUT IN THE WORLD. Calling on us to come and be with you during your quiet times or at your worst of times will be most helpful. IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE. EVERYONE ON YOUR PLANET IS GOING THROUGH SIMILAR SITUATIONS AS YOURSELF.

REMEMBERING NOW THAT WE ARE HERE AND WANTING TO HELP YOU.  WE ARE WORKING HARD TO DEFLECT AND DEFUSE MUCH OF THE ENERGY THAT IS COMING YOUR WAY.  THERE ARE LIMITS TO HOW MUCH WE CAN HELP.  REMEMBERING THAT THIS IS INDEED A JOURNEY THAT MOTHER EARTH MUST TAKE AND A JOURNEY THAT EACH OF YOU MUST TAKE.  

WE ARE HONORING YOU FOR THE WORK YOU ARE DOING, AND WE ARE LOVING YOU GREATLY.

Dear Ones,

Today, let us talk of what you might have done in the last few days to feed your Soul. I know that you feed your stomach with food, you feed your brain with new information from books, the Internet, and TV, but what about your soul? When was the last time you fed your Soul?

Your hearts are opening and beginning to play a more dominant role in your lives. The energy that is coming into your planet is allowing your hearts to grow larger and become more open and less guarded. As you work your way through the forgiveness phase of your preparations, you will find yourselves ready to be more heart-centered in your world. REMEMBERING NOW THAT THE HEART IS THE DOORWAY TO YOUR SOUL. THE MORE OPEN THE DOORWAY, THE MORE COMFORT AND NOURISHMENT IS ABLE TO REACH INSIDE TO YOUR SOUL.

The feeding of your soul can happen in a close spiritual connection with other beings of your planet, or it could happen through music, the sight of a rainbow, or a beautiful flower or tree. Nourishment of your soul will happen as you have your quick glimpses into the 5D world. You will notice when you have those glimpses that the whole of your body will hum as if it were trying to sing a song. Those glimpses will be as if you have turned a light switch on inside yourself.

We are talking today about the feeding of your soul because on your planet, most beings have paid little attention to their souls. It is as if you are pretending that it doesn't even exist. Your soul is not just the place where information is stored from all your lifetimes. Your soul holds the essence of who you are today and who you have been forever. The soul is your center of divinity, your God source; it is your divine connecting rod to all of us.

Yes, your soul is nourished each time we connect, each time you read my letters, and the writings of other beings from my side. If you are doing a meditation or yoga practice, you are indeed connecting to your center, or I call it your soul. In these two practices, you are opening your center point and allowing an energy flow between yourself and the divine. There are many ways to nourish your soul, and it is important for each of you to find the way that works best for you. I am asking you to start a daily practice of nurturing and nourishing your soul. I AM ASKING YOU TO FIND SOMETHING BESIDES WHAT YOU MIGHT BE DOING AT THIS TIME. I AM ASKING YOU TO ADD SOMETHING ELSE TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING NOW. YOUR SOUL IS IN NEED OF MORE THAN WHAT IT IS RECEIVING AT THIS TIME.

We will be most honored to help and connect with you in your journey to find the right nourishment for your soul.  We are waiting to hear your body hum and purr with divine satisfaction.  I am loving you and loving you.
